Basically, God created His creatures perfectly. On the other hand, it turns out that God also created humans who do not have five senses, or incomplete body functions, such as the blind, deaf, physically disabled, even mentally disabled so that they have limitations in carrying out daily activities and are often considered different from others. A person who has physical or mental limitations due to illness or injury is called a disability. Being a person with a disability not only affects the person themselves, but often their families, especially their parents. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of pastoral care for parents who have children with disabilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The population and sample of this study were parents, namely the father and mother of a child with disabilities in Pamalian village, Sorkam sub-district, Central Tapanuli district. In an effort to provide pastoral counseling assistance with a Client Centered approach to parents who have children with disabilities, there are several approaches taken by the companion, namely, listening, reflecting, explaining, and being fully present. From the research results, pastoral counseling with a client-centered approach can help parents who have children with disabilities understand that what happened to their child is not a mistake or punishment due to sin so that parents can accept their child's condition.

Social media has changed the way people communicate and share information, opening up great opportunities as well as challenges such as hoaxes and polarization. In Indonesia, these platforms have become important spaces for public discussion, especially in politics. Wise management is needed for social media to support transparency, accountability and democracy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social media in constitutional dispute resolution, identify challenges that arise, and provide recommendations for wise management so that social media can support transparency, accountability, and democratic principles. This research uses a normative method. Social media has a major role in constitutional disputes, both as a tool for information dissemination and a space for public discussion. On the one hand, social media helps transparency, participation, and community mobilization in constitutional issues. However, on the other hand, it also poses challenges such as disinformation, hoaxes, and political polarization that can escalate conflicts. Regulation and supervision are needed to address the misuse of social media without compromising freedom of expression. Digital literacy education is also important to encourage responsible use of social media, so that it can be a tool to support democracy and peaceful dispute resolution. Social media can worsen the political situation through hoaxes and hate speech. Therefore, clear regulations are needed to prevent abuse without reducing freedom of speech. Policy reforms that balance surveillance and freedom of expression are important, with collaboration between the government, platforms and communities to create a safe digital space. Digital literacy also needs to be improved so that people can sort out information and support political stability.

Soil fertility is a key element in the sustainability of agricultural systems that support global food security. One important soil microorganism that plays a role in improving soil fertility is Rhizobium, a bacterium capable of biological nitrogen fixation through a symbiotic relationship with leguminosae plants. This bacterium not only contributes to increasing soil nitrogen availability by 30-50% but also helps reduce dependence on synthetic nitrogen fertilizers, which has implications for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Nonetheless, the effectiveness of Rhizobium is strongly influenced by environmental conditions such as pH, salinity, and chemical pollutants, which can inhibit its symbiotic ability. Technological innovations, such as nano-based formulations and the development of superior strains, offer solutions to improve the efficiency of Rhizobium, but challenges such as high costs and lack of policy support remain. In addition, the widespread use of Rhizobium inoculants may disrupt the balance of the soil microbial ecosystem, requiring further research. Therefore, integration of technology, policy and farmer education is needed to optimally utilize the full potential of Rhizobium while mitigating environmental risks, to support a more sustainable agricultural system.

Stunting is a health problem caused by a lack of nutritious food intake that the body needs. Stunting occurs from the womb, and is visible when the child develops at the age of two years. Literacy about healthy living environments and nutritious food to prevent stunting is very important for families, parents, caregivers, BKB administrators, and community service instructors themselves. Superior human resources come from the formation of character and way of life at an early age in the family. Optimizing the formation, improvement, understanding and role of parents in a healthy living environment and nutritious food needs to be fulfilled to provide the best stunting prevention that can be done.At this moment, the extension team provides assistance in delivering material on a healthy environment and nutritious food to prevent stunting. The delivery of this material serves to provide knowledge and experience related to stunting prevention. And the benefit is that participants get material, knowledge, knowledge and share experiences and solutions so as to produce participants who understand and understand more about a healthy environment and nutritious food to prevent stunting.This service is carried out for BKB participants in the RW. 05 Bandulan subdistrict, Sukun sub-district, Malang city, with around 40 participants. The solutions offered include the development of MSME innovation, business expansion, and increased promotion through logo design, packaging, and social media optimisation. The implementation of this solution is expected to help MSMEs increase market reach and sales during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The use of interactive learning media is an innovative solution to improve the quality of learning, especially in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that focuses on elementary school students. The results of the study show that interactive learning media can improve students' understanding of the material, learning motivation, and active involvement in the learning process. With the integration of technology, such as the use of infocus and educational videos, students can learn in a more dynamic and interesting way. In addition, interactive learning also helps develop students' social skills and critical thinking skills. However, the implementation of this method faces challenges in the form of limited technological infrastructure, so additional support is needed for optimization.

This system is designed to assist visitors in choosing a hotel that meets the desired criteria. The Outranking RElation Sorting method on basis of Threshold Exploration (ORESTE) is used to determine the weight of each attribute and perform alternative ranking of hotels. In this study, the criteria used include the type of hotel, location, facilities, service and price. This system is expected to help visitors in making more precise and objective decisions. The results of the study show that this SPK system can help visitors in choosing the best hotel that suits their needs.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of child-friendly schools at the elementary school level, as a form of instilling effective communication between students and teachers. The method used in this study is a literature study by reviewing several scientific sources, journals, and articles. The implementation of child-friendly schools is a program that is aligned by the government in order to help with problems in the world of education so that a pleasant learning and teaching situation is created in the classroom. The results of the study show that implementing child-friendly schools can improve effective communication between teachers and students. The Merdeka Curriculum is a new innovation in the Indonesian education system which aims to give students the freedom to learn and emphasizes the importance of building character and moral values. This study investigates how a free curriculum contributes to the moral formation of students in elementary schools. Relevant sources, such as books, scientific articles and educational policy documents, were collected and analyzed through the literature study method in this research. This research found that a free curriculum, with a more contextual learning approach and involving students' active participation in real activities such as collaborative projects and extracurricular activities, helps students understand moral values ​​and apply them in everyday life. It is proven that parental and community involvement is also an important component in building student character. This research found that the free curriculum not only focuses on improving students' academic achievement but also strengthens moral and ethical values. Therefore, continuous development of this curriculum is necessary to achieve broad educational goals. It is hoped that this research will help educators, policy makers and other researchers improve the quality of education in Indonesia by providing guidance for maximizing the curriculum to achieve more comprehensive educational goals.

Digital art communities on the internet connect artists, creators, and art enthusiasts globally to share and discuss digital artworks. Through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and Pinterest, artists can showcase their work to an international audience, strengthening social connections and supporting mental health. Art, including digital art, helps teenagers express themselves, communicate, and grow emotionally and socially. Additionally, technology in art therapy creates enjoyable experiences that foster creativity. This study uses systematic literature review (SLR) to gather relevant evidence, but research on the use of digital media in art therapy for teenagers with diverse issues is still limited, requiring further exploration. The study also highlights global interest in the relationship between art, technology, and adolescent development, emphasizing the great potential of art and technology in improving social and emotional well-being.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return on Equity in insurance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2023 period. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The research sample was obtained from the annual financial reports of 15 insurance companies selected using purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 90 observations. The research results show that partially, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect on Return on Equity, while the Debt to Asset Ratio also has a significant effect on Return on Equity. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio have a significant positive influence on Return on Equity in insurance companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A high Debt to Equity Ratio can increase profits if managed well, even though it carries financial risks. on the other hand, a Debt to Asset Ratio that is too high can suppress Return on Equity, especially in unstable economic conditions. This research provides insight into managing capital structure optimally to maximize Return on Equity by considering the balance between Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio. Apart from that, the research results can help the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in formulating policies that support the financial stability of insurance companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' personality competencies on the formation of students' character in Senior High School (SMA). Teachers' personality competencies, such as discipline, responsibility, empathy, and example, play an important role in the character education process in schools. Teachers with positive personalities are able to create a conducive learning environment and provide good examples of behavior for students, thus helping the formation of strong and moral student character. Through social interaction in the school environment, students can develop positive attitudes, such as a sense of responsibility, hard work, honesty, and independence, which are essential for community life. This research is included in a qualitative research with a literature study approach to explore the influence of personality competence on character formation. The results of the study show that the teacher's personality competence has a significant influence on the development of students' character. The conclusion of this study is that teacher personality competence is one of the key factors in character education in high school.

Mathematics education is expected to help students understand concepts that can be applied in various fields of science and real-life situations. Students should understand mathematical concepts, recognize relationships between concepts, derive formulas and properties, perform mathematical operations for generalization, gather evidence or explain ideas and mathematical statements, solve problems, use mathematics to communicate ideas, explain situations or problems, and appreciate the importance of mathematics in their lives. Conceptual understanding represents the lowest level of the cognitive domain and is a crucial learning objective as it provides the understanding that the lessons taught are not merely about mathematics. The conceptual understanding of mathematics among the 24 students in class XI at SMK RPI Jakarta resulted in an average score of 76.9. This indicates that the majority of students have a good understanding of the concepts, although some still require improvement..

This method is carried out by collecting ten scientific articles in Indonesian language journals found from the Google Scholar database. The literature comes from the period 2021 - 2024. This study explores various relevant scientific articles to identify effective methods and media in integrating cultural values ​​into BIPA teaching. From the ten articles analyzed, the results show that the use of cultural elements, such as folklore, traditions, and social practices, in teaching materials not only enriches learning content but also helps learners understand the social and cultural context in which the language is used. This creates a more contextual and in-depth learning experience, which in turn improves learners' communication skills. These findings provide recommendations for the development of BIPA teaching materials that are more comprehensive and responsive to the needs of foreign learners.
