This research aims to find out the juridical perspective on polyandrous marriages and what the legal consequences of polyandrous marriages are in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research uses normative legal research methods or normative juridical research. This normative research includes library research or document study, because the objects studied are official public documents, namely official data from the Gorontalo Religious Court. Legal research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data alone can be called normative legal research or library legal research supported by empirical data. The results of this research show that the legal consequences of polyandrous marriages in the Gorontalo Religious Court are that the biggest difficulty in polyandry is that the father of the child is not known, so that in this model of marriage the relationship between father and child is uncertain. Just as sexual communism has no foothold, so polyandry cannot be popular in any society. Therefore, family life which is a safe building of protection for the next generation and a strict connection between one generation and the next is an instinctive demand of human nature.

By looking at the existing generations, it is very important to describe the great figures who were diligent in preparing generations, namely Moses educating Joshua in preparing the command of the line to go on a long journey, the same thing was done by Elijah by diligently educating professional cadres, namely Elisha, even the Lord Jesus too. He was active in educating his students and Paul was educating Timothy. This reminds us again that the Church should never neglect its obligations to young people because the risk is too dangerous, because the church will lose its strength, and even lose its young people. The study of science may give rise to doubt in the hearts of young people who are developing, because it seems like it is not in line with God's Word. True science will not conflict with the Bible, because scientific laws are from God and He is the one who inspired what is written in the Bible.  The theories put forward by scholars may conflict with each other, or may provide incorrect interpretations of the Bible. According to the educational dictionary, methods mean ways and procedures for carrying out an activity to achieve goals effectively.  And research aims to reveal phenomena in the field or in society so that they are clearly known and can be used as a basis for developing all kinds of needs for human life. rstabel Spearman with α = 5% and n = 9, then rstabel = 0.683 and from rstabel and rstabel it can be seen that rstabel ˂ rstabel is 0.658˂ 0.683 so it can be known for certain that Hi is rejected and Ho is accepted. This means there is no significant relationship between variable X (Counselor) and variable Y (student learning achievement). The regression coefficient is 0.482, meaning that each addition (because of the + sign) of one Counselor score will give an increase in score of 0.482. So, counselors can influence student learning achievement by 36.3%. The main foundation of the teachings disseminated to students by Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers is the Bible, which is contained in II Timothy 3:16, so that teaching in the form of theory and practice must not deviate from this path. As a Christian Religious Education teacher, you must maintain that your teaching comes from God. With the aim of spreading the truth of God's Word (Matthew 28:19-20).

Indonesia is a country that has diversity in it. Starting from the diversity of ethnicities, languages, cultures to traditional arts which of course are unique characteristics of the country of Indonesia. One of the arts owned by Indonesia is Batik. Batik as a work of art has become a richness of Indonesian culture which is admired by the general public, both the Indonesian people themselves and the world community, but behind it all, batik is a form of traditional Indonesian art that requires maintenance, preservation and protection so that it can be enjoyed. by the next generation. This is so because batik is one of Indonesia's cultural products that is vulnerable to becoming a victim of recognition from other countries. There are quite a few phenomena that occur where batik is actually recognized or claimed by neighboring countries, such as Malaysia. This research was conducted to determine the chronology of Batik recognized by Malaysia, in addition to knowing the resolution efforts made by the government in terms of protecting Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as Batik in Indonesia from the perspective of International Civil Law.

The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. This research aims to find out and examine the application of e-government in welcoming the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which has recently been very influential in aspects of life in Indonesia. This is very interesting to study because during this transition period all countries and especially Indonesia have implemented the role of industry 4.0 in government components. The research method used in this research uses a type of normative legal research, with the research approaches used being a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the first research analysis show that the development of the e-government system in Indonesia has begun to increase in quantity, but in terms of quality it is still inadequate because the implementation of e-government has not been evenly distributed throughout the region and it still only functions as a provider of static information. Second, there are fundamental obstacles in the implementation of e-government. -government in the industrial revolution 4.0 is at the regional government level, including; the initiative and meaning of e-government implementation by autonomous regional governments is still individual; implementation via the regional website is not yet supported by an effective management system and work processes due to the readiness of regulations, procedures and limited human resources; Many local governments identify the implementation of e-government as simply creating a local government website (web presence). Third, the projection of e-government in the future, whether the industrial revolution 4.0 is still ongoing or in the future after undergoing regeneration, must have the best formulation, including: ( 1) Good legal regulatory order and legal protection. (2) The government is proclaiming education, especially in the IT sector, as the formation of qualified human resources from now on. (3) Adequate infrastructure and availability of access media. (4) Formation of good character and work ethic for human resources for government officials. (5) Changing the mindset of the apparatus to become a disruptive mindset of the apparatus in Indonesia. (6) The industrial revolution 4.0 is based on a mental revolution. (7) Creating reliable Intrepreneurial Leadership. (8) Strengthening religious education.

This paper proposes a method based on the Lagrange optimization function and local search technique for minimizing the total cost of two power systems. The first system comprises ten multiple fuel thermal units (MFTUs) while the second system combines the first system with renewable energies, solar and wind power. The proposed method has advantages over its conventional method without a local search technique, called the conventional Lagrange function-based method (CLM), such as having the same parameters and exploiting other search spaces after getting convergence. The proposed method is more effective than CLM for the first system with the last case of load demand. In addition, the proposed method has better costs than previous algorithms, such as the Hierarchical numerical method (HNUM), Hopfield neural network, Adaptive Hopfield neural networks (AHNN) and modified Lagrange neural network (MLANN). Especially, the proposed method can find smaller costs than them, up to $6.78, corresponding to 1.4% for Case 1, and up to $2.43, corresponding to 0.4% for Case 4. Only the proposed method is tested on the second test system. The simulation results indicate that the method is very efficient for the problem with solar and wind energies and multiple fuel thermal units.

At this time, times are increasingly developing and experiencing rapid progress, so that the term "modernity" appears. Currently, what is really feared is "the methods or actions that need to be taken by young people in maintaining the values or meaning contained in the seblang tradition" if you look at the increasingly advanced way of thinking and behavior of young people today. The seblang tradition originates from Banyuwangi, East Java, Olehsari Village, whose cultural community still upholds customs and social harmony. The seblang tradition is a dance performed to ward off evil or bad luck which is performed once a year, precisely on holidays. The method used in the research is qualitative research, namely using ethnography which explains the norms, traditions, values and actions carried out in the Seblang dance. The seblang tradition has been passed down from generation to generation and is mandatory. If this tradition is not carried out within a year, one of the ancestral spirits will come to one of the residents and possess the resident to give a "sign" that the seblang haru tradition is being carried out. Apart from that, the existence of modernity poses a risk if it is forced into seblang traditions. Because the risk posed will dilute the meaning contained in the seblang tradition.

The widespread use of standard and non-standard languages among society is very problematic. Many members of society, especially students or the millennial generation, make mistakes in pronouncing it incorrectly. This research method uses qualitative or descriptive methods. It is hoped that using this method will provide an overview of the use of standard and non-standard language among the millennial generation in the city of Medan. The data sources obtained are based on research results and journal literature studies. The data collection technique used was in the form of randomly distributing questionnaires to the millennial generation. Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained from the younger generation in the city of Medan as many as 34 respondents, it can be explained that the results obtained were 8 respondents or 23.5% who chose the frequent option and 26 respondents or 76.5% of the total respondents chose the infrequent option , this proves that there are still many millennial generations who are reluctant to use standard language in their daily conversations. It can be concluded that there are still many millennial generations who are reluctant to use standard language in their daily conversations. Millennials also tend to predominantly use non-standard languages compared to standard languages.

: This article introduces a community service conducted by the PkM ITERA team in Hanau Berak Village, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Nutmeg, being a primary agricultural commodity in this region, reveals an underutilized surplus of nutmeg flesh, leading to organic waste accumulation. In response to the urgent need for minimizing organic waste and elevating the economic viability of nutmeg fruit flesh, this endeavor is driven by the realization that this waste represents an overlooked potential. Nutmeg flesh possesses intrinsic qualities, notably a rich concentration of antioxidants known for their role in promoting skin health, stabilizing cardiac rhythms, mitigating insomnia, alleviating angina, enhancing digestive processes, improving blood circulation, increasing appetite, and fortifying the immune system. The proposed solution involves the creation of nutmeg-flavored tea, intended to mitigate the issue of excess nutmeg fruit waste while simultaneously augmenting the economic worth of the produced merchandise. Thus, this initiative materializes as a strategy to optimize nutmeg fruit utilization, curtail waste generation, and amplify its market value. The Community Partnership Program administered by the ITERA team serves as a conduit for the enrichment of knowledge, insights, and competencies among local nutmeg farmers, empowering them to generate high-value commodities from an underexploited resource. The scope of activities encompasses the entire production process, extending to packaging design.
