Economic growth is a top priority for every country. Economic growth is used as an important indicator to assess economic performance. Population growth, unemployment rate, and inflation rate are considered important factors that influence economic growth. This research aims to analyze the influence of population, unemployment and inflation on economic growth in Central Kalimantan Province. The Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method is used to analyze short-term and long-term relationships between these variables. The research results show that in the short term, inflation, unemployment and population do not have a significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). However, in the long term, only unemployment and population do not show a significant influence on GRDP. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of economic growth and provides insight for policy makers in Central Kalimantan Province to formulate effective strategies for sustainable development.

In general, many people choose to save and borrow money from financial institutions other than sharia banks, such as conventional banks and general cooperatives. In fact, conventional banks are known to adhere to an interest system which according to scholars is prohibited because interest is considered usury. A person's knowledge about Islamic banks will influence customer interest, each bank tries to promote all the products and services it has, and the location of Islamic banks has easy assets. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, promotion and location on the interest of the people of Pandan Jaya subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Timur district to save in sharia banks. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample was selected using Accidental Sampling and the Slovin formula to obtain 98 respondents. The data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the research concluded that partially the variables knowledge, promotion and location had an influence on interest in saving at Sharia Banks in Pandan Jaya Village, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Simultaneously, the variables of knowledge, promotion and location influence interest in saving at Sharia Banks in Pandan Jaya Village, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. This research was motivated by several cases resulting from the actions of naughty debtors which caused significant losses for Indonesia. There is a legal vacuum in Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, making it difficult for law enforcers to determine criminal acts committed by naughty debtors. The problem formulation taken is how banking law in Indonesia is in the perspective of legal objective theory, and what is the juridical review of bad debtors in the banking law. This research uses a normative legal research approach with a theory and legal principles approach. Several things need to be reviewed due to the impact caused by Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, namely that there is an article that can only ensnare bank employees if there is some form of criminal liability. Apart from that, there is no clause that regulates criminal sanctions for bank employees who collude with debtors. Bank Indonesia can impose administrative sanctions, but this authority is not regulated expressly and unequivocally in the Banking Law. So that Bank Indonesia has the potential to abuse its authority in determining actions.

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that often occurs in teenagers. Insomnia can be treated using sedative hypnotic drugs but this can cause dangerous effects. Therefore, alternative natural ingredients are needed, such as Putri Malu and Secang, which are formulated in the form of jelly drinks as nutrasetikals. This research used 20 female mice as test animals which were divided randomly into 5 grups. The method used was the Traction Test and the data collected was the length of time the mice turned and the time the mice fell. In the positive control grup, Diazepam, distilled water and agar, the average time for mice to fall was 62.5 seconds and the time to turn around was 62.9 seconds. In the negative control grup, Jelly Drink combination of Putri Malu and Secang 0.68 g/kgBW, showed that the time for mice to fall was 106.6 seconds and the time to turn around was 128.5 seconds. In conclusion, the Jelly drink combination of Putri Malu and Secang has a sedative effect and has the potential to prevent insomnia as seen by the need for mice in the Jelly drink grup who had less time to fall and turn around.

This research aims to determine and analyze the role and position of child victims in sexual crimes and legal protection efforts through victimology theory in normative decisions. Legal materials are collected through document study, then analyzed prescriptively. The research results found that there are regulations that have not been specifically regulated to protect children from all sexual crimes. Then, the role and position of the child victim which was not assessed as a consideration by the Judge in Decision Number 102/Pid.sus/2022/PN Lbo is something that hinders legal protection efforts for children. This research also contains victimology analysis of child victims using the Carroll Formula as well as other analyzes that show the victim's position as a commercial sex worker, which shows that there is a trigger for a crime. Victimology theory in decisions is important to understand the role of child victims who are considered passive perpetrators so that the theory of justice can be included in decisions and child protection through victimology theory can be implemented.

The general aim of writing this paper is to clarify the implementation of environmental impact analysis (AMDAL) in Indonesia and efforts to overcome various obstacles faced in enforcing environmental laws. The research method used in writing this article is normative legal research, but what is analyzed is not data, but through a case approach method, namely to be able to understand material facts by paying attention to the abstraction of the formulation of facts that occur in environmental law enforcement in Indonesia. Thus, there is a close relationship between analytical methods and problem approaches. The results of the study show that environmental impact analysis is an effective control method. AMDAL is essentially a refinement of a development project planning process. The negative impacts that are often caused by development projects can be minimized with AMDAL. Efforts that can be made to make this happen are by carrying out development that is environmentally friendly, that is, the environment is taken into account from the time the development is planned until the construction is operational. With environmentally friendly development, development can be sustainable. As has been evaluated, the AMDAL process in Indonesia has many weaknesses, including: AMDAL has not been fully integrated in the licensing of a development activity plan, the community participation process has not been fully optimal. Apart from that, there are also various weaknesses in the implementation of AMDAL studies and the methods for preparing AMDAL, especially socio-cultural aspects, are still weak.

This study examines the theoretical basis of the Nebis In Idem principle in civil cases, especially in class actions and how the basis for the Judges' consideration in applying the Nebis In Idem principle in Class Action Decisions, where the method of approach used in this scientific work is normative juridical, namely research that analyzes laws and regulations with literature studies. Using primary source study materials in the form of regulations, while secondary legal materials include books, articles from accredited journals, besides that tertiary legal materials consist of legal dictionaries.  This journal begins with a formulation of the meaning of the application of the Nebis In Idem principle.  Then describes descriptively the relationship between Article 10 of PERMA No. 1 of 2002 concerning Class Action Procedures with Article 1917 of the Civil Code. It can be concluded that the theoretical basis of this principle is solely to provide legal protection for a person's human rights, so that a person is not tried for the same case and prioritizes legal certainty and does not let the government repeatedly talk about the same event.

The development of the era of globalization is increasingly developing and making human work easier in research. This research aims to find out how much influence discipline and the work environment have on employee performance at the Bogor City MSME Service. The research method is a quantitative approach using nonprobability sampling data collection techniques. The number of samples using the Slovin formula was 56 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research were proven in the partial test on the discipline variable (X1) of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 5.352 > t table value of 2.005 that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted and on the environmental variable (X2) of 0.005 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 0.661 < t table 2.010 so that H2 is accepted, meaning that the environment has no statistically significant effect on performance (Y). Then, through simultaneous testing of the two variables at a calculated F value of 24,271 > F table 3.17 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, which means that both discipline variables (X1) and environmental variables (X2) simultaneously influence performance (Y).
