Senam hamil merupakan terapi latihan gerak dan salah satu kegiatan dalam pelayanan selama kehamilan atau prenatal care yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan ibu hamil secara fisik dan mental saat menghadapi persalinan agar persalinan normal dapat berlangsung dengan cepat, aman, dan spontan. Kelenturan otot – otot dinding perut dan dasar panggul dapat mengurangi risiko ruptur (robekan) perineum. Ruptur perineum merupakan perlukaan pada jalan lahir yang terjadi pada proses persalinan pervaginam, ruptur perineum ini disebabkan pada saat persalinan perineum mengalami tekanan yang kuat dan mengalami peregangan yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya ruptur perineum yang disertai dengan adanya perlukaan vagina dengan derajat ruptur yang bervariasi (Syamsiah dan Rosita Malinda, 2018). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Talang Kabupaten Tegal jumlah persalinan pada bulan Januari – Oktober 2022 adalah sebanyak 121 orang dan 34 (28%) ibu bersalin mengalami ruptur perineum pada saat persalinan pervaginam. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan dengan metode wawancara pada tanggal 01 Maret 2023 dengan 10 ibu hamil di Desa Bengle Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal menyatakan bahwa keseluruhan ibu hamil 100% belum pernah melakukan senam hamil selama kehamilan dan saat posyandu tidak di ajarkan senam hamil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang senam hamil. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 06 Maret 2023  di Balai Desa Bengle Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 30 ibu hamil dengan metode demonstrasi dan penyuluhan terkait senam hamil. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah ibu hamil  sangat antusias dan memberikan respon  positif terkait informasi senam hamil dengan alat bantu lembar balik dan leafleat.

Asas good water resources governance baru akan dapat tercapai apabila pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) dilakukan melalui suatu perencanaan yang utuh dan terpadu (hulu, tengah, hilir), menyeluruh (antar dan lintas sektor), berkelanjutan dan berbasis kelestarian lingkungannya, mencakup aspek teknis, aspek asas legalitas yang kuat dan mengikat bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan, aspek tata kelola pemerintahan desentralisasi yang berlaku; dan aspek masyarakat dan pihak swasta yang terlibat dalam pemanfaatan DAS serta aspek kontrol, transparansi, akuntabilitas hasil yang dilakukan mulai dari tahap perencanaan sampai pelaksanaan pengelolaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pengumpulan data yang luas dan banyak mengenai pengelolaan DAS hasil Diskusi FGD Pemangku Kepentingan, sedang evaluasi kebijakan pengelolaan DAS dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity dan Threat). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Kebijakan Pengelolaan DAS secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan perlu dikuatkan melalui : (1) Meningkatkan hermonisasi dan sinkronisasi peraturan perundang-undangan pengelolaan DAS; (2) Mewujudkan pembentukan Forum DAS dan komitmen bersama antar stakeholders; (3) Mewujudkan adanya partisipasi masyarakat dan dunia usaha dalam pengelolaan DAS dan (4) Mewujudkan Pemahaman Bersama tentang Pengelolaan DAS.

Laporan keuangan dalam suatu bisnis sangat penting yaitu untuk mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan serta untuk mengetahui jumlah laba atau keuntungan yang diperoleh. Laporan keuangan inilah yang nantinya menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan strategi dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Di era society 5.0 ini, masyarakat dituntut untuk dapat hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi, yaitu dengan cara mempelajari, menguasai dan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di samping itu, pelaku UMKM di Teras Malioboro 1 masih kurang pemahaman dan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya membuat laporan keuangan dalam menjalankan usaha. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengedukasi pelaku UMKM di Teras Malioboro 1 mengenai pencatatan laporan keuangan digital pada aplikasi BukuKas melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, sehingga laporan keuangan dapat terorganisir dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu 1) Survey 2) Pelaksanaan Kegiatan 3) Hasil. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang mencatat laporan keuangan secara manual tulis tangan. Maka dari itu pengabdi melakukan pengabdian mengenai edukasi akuntansi digital agar mempermudah pencatatan laporan keuangan dan demi keberlangsungan usaha pelaku UMKM di Teras Malioboro 1.

Coastal communities are a group of people who live together inhabiting coastal areas and then form and have a distinctive culture related to their dependence on the use of coastal resources. Basic sanitation is a minimum environmental health requirement that every family must have to meet their daily needs.  The scope of basic sanitation is the provision of clean water, disposal of household waste, provision of healthy latrines and clean water facilities.  The purpose of this research is to identify basic sanitation in Waitasi Hamlet. The type of research method used is descriptive observation research. Based on the results, it can be concluded that clean water facilities with clean water supply facilities in the Waitasi Hamlet community which have their own, odorless,  colorless, tasteless as much as 1 4 KK (93.3%).  facilities for the availability of clean water that are not their own, odorless, colorless, tasteless as much as 1 family (6.7%).  Family latrine facilities in the Waitasi hamlet community have not met the requirements for providing family latrines that are not in the form of a goose neck and have a septic tank of 10 families (66.7%).  for latrines that are not swan neck, and have a lid, channeled to the river/kolam are 2 families (13.7%) and for latrines with a goose neck saptic tank it is 1 household (6.7%).  Waste water disposal facilities in the Dusun Waitasi community do not meet the SPAL requirements and are channeled into open sewers as many as 6 people (40.0%), who have impregnated and do not pollute water sources (distance to water source >10 meters) as many as 6 people (40.0)  , and 3 people who have SPAL and have closed sewers (City Channels) for further processing (20.0%).  Most of the waste disposal facilities in the Dusun Waitasi community do not meet the requirements, namely 11 families (73.3%).  people do not have waste disposal facilities and tend to use plastic bags, sacks and boxes for temporary disposal and then throw them to the beach and rivers.  there are 4 families (36.7) that have garbage disposal facilities but are not watertight.  

The basic industry in Pasuruan is developing well. The industry's growth can reach 100 % compared to the previous year. This paper examined and analyzed factors that make Pasuruan's basic industry grow well. This paper tried to give constructive suggestions for industrial development in Pasuruan. Based on our research, there is a need to ensure the economic impact of Pasuruan's industry reaches widely to people. It not only gets more people but also increases the quality of people's lives and sustainable development. Later for the orientation strategy, Pasuruan's target to develop an industrial area will impact greater for the community of Pasuruan.  

Hospital nurses, especially IGD and ICU, are required to be able to work quickly and precisely in dealing with emergency patients with different emergency levels, so they are very vulnerable to work stress. One way to cope with the work stress of IGD and ICU nurses is to listen to murottal which is one type of religious therapy. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of murottal therapy on reducing nurse stress levels. The study used the quasi-experimen method of intervention groups and control groups. The population of this study is IGD and ICU nurses at Natuna Regency Hospital. Total sampling sample of 24 nurses who fit the Inclusion criteria. The measuring instrument used is the DASS 42 Stress quisioner. The results showed that t counted 4,662 > t table 2,064 so that it could be concluded that murottal therapy had an effect on reducing the stress level of nurses at Natuna Regency Hospital.  The researchers hope that a spiritual approach can be applied in hospitals. To better find out the greater effect of murottal therapy on reducing nurse stress levels, it is hoped that future studies can use larger and more comprehensive samples in all rooms in the hospital.  

Culture-based education has become a movement to raise public awareness to continue lifelong learning in overcoming all the changing and increasingly difficult challenges of life. In addition, education provides answers and solutions to the creation of culture based on the needs of the community in accordance with the values ​​and systems that apply in it. There are various cultures that can be used as educational media, one of which is a'rupama which is a character education medium for the younger generation, especially elementary school students in the Ammatoa customary area. The role of a'rupama as a medium for character education in the Ammatoa customary area which later became the background for this research. This study uses a mixed method research type, namely research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. This research was carried out in the Ammatoa customary area, the informants and samples in this study were the community and the younger generation, especially school students in the Ammatoa customary area. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and questionnaires with a total sample of 56 of the 131 population. The data were then analyzed using spiral analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a'rupama actually has a role as a medium of character education for the younger generation in the Ammatoa customary area in educating the younger generation through instilling positive values ​​that are considered to be able to shape the character of the younger generation to become a much better generation. The values ​​contained in A'rutama's stories are responsibility, hard work, honesty, communicative, creative, caring for the environment, discipline and curiosity. The presence of a'rupama can be an answer to the increase in educational media that can be used as a medium for character education in elementary schools. In its development, a'rupama experienced a number of obstacles which were feared to threaten the existence of a'rutama. community, indigenous peoples only focus on improving the family economy, a'rupama is not yet part of character education in elementary schools and technological development factors.      

This study aims to identify character education of patriotic attitudes of loving the motherland and defending the country in elementary schools and showing phenomena that occur in the field regarding patriotic attitudes and defending the country, the responses of students and teachers to various character education activities, and the efforts made so that students gain knowledge about patriotic attitudes of love for the motherland and defending the country. This research is a research using a qualitative approach by looking for various theoretical descriptions, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as the basis for activities. The research results show that the character of loving the motherland has been instilled since school days, one of which is with ceremonial activities in which there are many activities that will foster love for the motherland from each student such as flag raising, singing Indonesia Raya songs and various other national obligatory songs, reading texts pancasila, the mandate of the ceremony and even remembering the services of the heroes by praying and not forgetting to also use complete uniforms and attributes according to the rules that are included in the activities of loving the country. With the conclusion that instilling the character of loving the homeland is very necessary to start from elementary school so that it can be embedded in the memory of each student properly.

This research uses three (three) different approach models, namely statutory approach, case method, and conceptual approach. The constitution contains a number of concepts and standards, as well as provisions that defend and uphold human rights, according to das soll. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pembangunan produktivitas kerja di Indonesia melalui agile organization perspektif al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) karena sumber datanya dari berbagai literatur seperti: al-Qur’an, tafsir al-Qur’an, jurnal-jurnal, dan buku mengenai produktivitas kerja yang dihubungkan dengan sistem kerja kontemporer (agile organization) dan dikaji menurut perspektif al-Qur’an. Hasil pembahasan bahwa Angka produktivitas di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, dilihat dari jumlah peningkatan jumlah penduduk bekerja dan penurunan angka pengangguran sejauh ini belum bisa mengcover penurunan angka kemiskinan. Peningkatan garis kemiskinan tersebut berarti menunjukkan nilai tekun atau jiwa produktivitas kerja Indonesia masih belum tinggi. Sementara ajaran Islam sangat komprehensif dalam mengatur aktivitas umatnya. Di samping memberikan kebebasan dalam melakukan suatu aktivitas juga memberikan batasan dalam pelaksanaannya. Sehingga dengan ada keduanya tercipta suatu keseimbangan. Sistem agile organization pada dasarnya sudah selaras dengan ajaran Islam (al-Qur’an) yakni jalinan kerjasama atau ta’awun yang sejatinya sudah ada sejak lama.

This research on teacher performance aims to analyze the effect of achievement motivation and career development on teacher performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in the Education Coordination Unit, Mlonggo District, Jepara Regency, amounting to 298 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study based on Isaac's table and with an error rate of 5%, obtained 158, and the data processed were 125. The method of analysis used path analysis with multiple regression models. The results of hypothesis testing show that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the organizational commitment. Career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the better the career development, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the better the teacher's performance. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the achievement motivation, the better the teacher's performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance so that it can be interpreted that the better the career development carried out, the better the teacher's performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that organizational commitment can mediate the effect of achievement motivation on teacher performance. This proves that organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance. This proves that organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the influence of career development on teacher performance.

Ar food application was created to facilitate and be an alternative in learning at SDN Durman 049 especially for grade IV. AR food is an androd based Augmented ReaIity technology app that contains food in English. Android operating system devices are the most widely used devices today. AR food is proven to help learn English for grade IV in online conditions like this, in addition to adding alternatives in learning AR food increases the effectiveness of online learning. AR food displays 3D English food by scanning the marker using the camera and a 3D object of English food will appear above the marker.

This study aims to determine the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on basic seasoning material to the knowledge and skills of grade X culinary students at SMKN 1 Cerme Gresik. This study used a type of Quasi-Experimental research using a Post-test Only Control Group Design research design. Data were obtained using Post-Test questions and assessment sheets of the results of the practice of making basic and processed seasonings. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the Independent Sample T-Test and Mann-Whitney test with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the average value of knowledge and skills of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. Based on the results of the Independent T-Test Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) from the post-test value for the experimental class, which is 0.000, there is an influence of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on the results of student knowledge of basic seasoning material. While the skill results are based on the Mann-Whitney Asymp test. Sig. (2-tailed) from the practice value of making basic seasoning of 0.000, there is an influence of the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the results of psychomotor skills in basic seasoning material.

Artikel ini meninjau mengenai rangkap jabatan dewan komisaris pada perusahaan BUMN guna terwujudnya prinsip Good Corporate Governance. Fenomena rangkap jabatan bukan suatu hal yang baru, akan tetapi munculnya fenomena ini menimbulkan kontroversi di masyarakat umum. Pengaturan mengenai rangkap jantan telah diatur dalam peraturan yang ada seperti dalam UU BUMN, UU Pelayanan Publik serta peraturan lainnya. Terdapat perbedaan peraturannya, terdapat aturan yang melarang dan terdapat aturan yang membolehkan. Akan tetapi pada dasarnya hal tersebut dilarang karena undang-undang yang lebih tinggi mengatur demikian. Hali ini karena komisaris yang merangkap jabatan rentan akan timbulnya benturan kepentingan, dimana tindakan tersebut dapat mengganggu penerapan Good Corporatae Governance. Berdasarkan hal tersebut komisaris BUMN dilarang merangkap jabatan.

The lack of habituation of Pancasila values ​​in implementing citizenship education will cause the morals or morals and character of elementary school children not to be in accordance with Pancasila values ​​that have been taught in citizenship education subjects as a form of implementation. This research is based on literature study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative critical, namely with more emphasis on the ability to analyze and study the selected literary sources. The results showed that the implementation of citizenship education based on Pancasila values ​​through habituation to cultivate character in elementary schools was carried out by getting students to pray before and at the end of learning, mutual respect for teachers, tolerance, not discriminating between friends based on their religion, not bullying friends, loving each other. and respect fellow human beings, accustomed to making decisions by deliberation, making friends with anyone.

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the problem-based learning model with the following research variables: (1) teacher activity; (2) student activities; (3) students' cognitive learning outcomes; and (4) students' responses by applying the Problem-Based learning model to the Basic Spices material and their Derivatives. This research was conducted in class X Culinary 3 SMKN 2 Mojokerto.             This type of research is quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. This research was applied to class X Culinary 3 with a total of 33 students. The data in the study were obtained by several methods, namely: observation, written test (pre-test, post-test), and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the Paired Sample T-Test.             The results of the study show: (1) the teacher's activities are in the very good category; (2) student activity is in very good category; (3) Resultspre-testand the student post-test with paired t test showed a significant value of 0.001 <0.005; (4) student responses are in very good category.

Kebakaran adalah salah satu bencana dimana kebakaran mengandung makna suatu bencana malapetaka atau musibah yang ditimbulkan oleh api yang tidak diharapkan, sukar dikuasai dan merugikan. Dalam Program Studi Teknik Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terdapat mata kuliah Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Kebakaran merupakan mata kuliah yang membahas tentang ilmu dasar kebakaran yang wajib diajarkan kepada mahasiswa K3. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis survei kuantitatif. Berdasarkan diagram diatas dari 61 responden, didapatkan penurunan dan kenaikan terkait tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa K3 PPNS. Pada nilai 3, didapatkan penurunan sebanyak 14 menjadi 6 responden. Pada nilai 4, didapatkan penurunan sebanyak 40 menjadi 26 responden. Pada nilai 5, didapatkan kenaikan sebanyak 7 menjadi 29 responden. Penurunan dan kenaikan ini membuktikan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa K3 PPNS dalam materi Pratikum Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Kebakaran mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa K3 PPNS dalam mata kuliah praktikum pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran lebih tinggi saat setelah praktikum.

Masalah utama yang sering muncul dalam proses perceraian adalah perceraian karena perselingkuhan. Terus meningkatnya fenomena perceraian setiap bulannya dan tidak henti-hentinya berita mengenai perceraian sering terdapat di media. Perceraian sebagai fenomena saat ini dikarenakan terdapat perselingkuhan dari pasangannya. Perselingkuhan biasanya sering terjadi dalam anggota keluarga yang kurang mempunyai kualitas agama yang baik, dasar cinta yang lemah, kurang lancarnya komunikasi dan kurang harmonis, perilaku egois dari masing-masing, emosinya yang kurang stabil, dan kurang mampu menyesuaikan diri. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara. Hasil diskusi menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan perselingkuhan dalam perkawinan adalah perselingkuhan bisa menjadi sumber stres yang besar. Ketidakmampuan pasangan dalam beradaptasi dan menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan efektif bisa menimbulkan konflik yang berkepanjangan. Upaya mengatasi perselingkuhan antara lain komunikasi yang baik antar pasangan, saling menunaikan tanggung jawab, saling mendukung dan menjaga.

The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects were social studies teachers and sixth grade students at an elementary school in Manggarai Regency. The results of the study show that social studies teachers have implemented character education in social studies learning through various activities, such as discussions, questions and answers, presentations, and educational games. The implementation of character education is also seen in students' attitudes and behavior, such as discipline, self-confidence, and social awareness. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of character education are the teacher's lack of understanding of the concepts and goals of character education, limited learning time, and limited resources and facilities.
