This study aims to examine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Funds (DAU) and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) on Capital Expenditures which are moderated by Remaining Over Budget Financing (SiLPA). The population in this study is the Regency / City of Central Java Province which consists of 35 Regencies / Cities. This study uses secondary data in the form of the 2015 - 2017 APBD Realization Report. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), and DAK affect the Capital Expenditures. But the Remaining More Budget Financing (SiLPA) partially does not affect Capital Expenditures. While the Remaining More Budget Financing (SiLPA) partially does moderate the relationship of Allocation Funds (DAK) to Capital Expenditures and Regional Original Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU) does not moderate the relationship to Capital Expenditures.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Costs compared to Operating Income (BOPO) to Return On Assets (ROA) (Conventional Commercial Bank Studies 2013 to 2019). This research uses several analytical methods, namely descriptive analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test. The LDR independent variable test results have a positive and not significant effect on the dependent variable ROA. CAR, NIM, BOPO have a negative and significant effect on the dependent variable ROA. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Costs Compared to Operating Income (BOPO) to Return on Assets (ROA). Adjusted R2 Return on Assets (ROA) can be explained by variations of the four independent variables Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) Variables, Operational Cost Variables compared to Operating Income (BOPO) .   Keywords: ROA, LDR, CAR, NIM and BOPO

This study aims to determine the financial performance and nonfinancial performance in Islamic banks in seven countries ranked GFIR 2017. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Quantitaf is used to calculate each ratio and then analyzed descriptively describing the calculation scheme. Measurement of financial performance in this study using the method of Economic Value Added (EVA). Measurement of non-financial performance in this study using maqashid syariah index consists of six ratios of ten ratios available. The ratios consist of the ratio of education funding, research cost ratio, training cost ratio, promotion cost ratio, fair return ratio, functional distribution ratio, interest-free product ratio, profit / profit ratio, personal income ratio, and real sector investment ratio. From the research result, it is found that all sharia banks have good financial performance by generating positive EVA value. In non-financial performance, the result of bank rankings with good performance are as follows: Bank Islam Malaysia, Bahrain Islamic Bank, Bank Mandiri Syariah, Kuwait Finance House, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Al-Rajhi Bank.   Keyword: Bank Syariah, Economic Value Added (EVA), Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI)

Book Tax Difference occur due to differences between the financial reporting and tax reporting in terms of accounting principles, methods and accounting procedures, the recognition of income and expenses, as well as the treatment of income and expenses. Due to the emergence difference will cause earnings growth will be increased or decreased. The profit growth can be affected by the components that refer to IAS 46 regarding the income tax and IAS 12 on income tax Deferred tax is caused by the presence of taxable temporary differences. The study aims to find temporary and permanent difference to the growth of small and large profits with book tax differences sebagail moderation. This research is a descriptive research. With a sample of companies manufacturing sector Textile & Garment Industry, Customers, Housewares, Plastic & Packaging, Pulp & Paper, Glass, Metal, and Cable 30 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2015. Data were analyzed using regression multiple linear models with interactions basis moderation.The results showed that the temporary difference and permanent difference significant negative effect on profit growth. With small and large book tax differences are moderating variable.

The purpose of this research is to test the influence gender differences, level of education and business age to income of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Solo Raya. This researcher will analyze the influence gender  differences, the level of education and business age towards the income of SMEs in Solo Raya. There are more than 960 SMEs managed by government of Solo Raya. In order to analyze the data, the collection of data is done through survey and interview to the owners of SMEs in Solo Raya. The researcher utilizes ordinary linier regression analysis SPSS program while the sample size is 150 owners of SMEs. Results show that gender, level of education and business age differences significantly influences the income of the SMEs.

This research aims to examine the effect of firm size, profitability,financial leverage, boox-tax differences and public ownership structureto income smoothing at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia) in 2014-2017.The population in this research are Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia). Sampling method using purposive sampling in the technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research indicate that firm size, profitability, financial leveragehave a positif significant influence on Income Smoothing. This study aims to analyze the Determinants of Financial Performance of District / City Governments in Central Java Province. This study discusses the financial determinants of local government using proxy measures (size), Prosperity (wealth), legislative measure, intergovernmental income and leverage.This study discusses the Local Government Financial Report (LKPD) by taking a sample of 35 districts / cities in Central Java in 2015-2017. The data used in this research is secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression.         The results of this study show that the size of the Regional Government and Prosperity is not related to the financial performance of the Regency / City of Central Java Province in 2015-2017. While Legislative Measures play a significant negative role in the Financial Performance of District / City Governments in Central Java in 2015-2017, and Intergovernmental Income and Leverage does not affect the financial performance of Regency / City Governments in Central Java in 20015-2017.  Keywords: financial performance, local government size, prosperity, legislative size, intergovernmental income, and leverage.

Semarang Mini Iron Shop has 5 employees and a leader. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

This study aims to examine variable-variable firm size, profitability,financial leverage, managerial ownership and devident payout ratio to findcompanies that perform income smoothing practices and that not doingincome smoothing practices listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ofthe year 2008-2012. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the dataused for the study are the financial statements of the years 2008-2012. Thesamples are 265 companies for 5 years in companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange and were selected using purposive sampling method.Subsequently the samples were classified into groups grader profit and notincome smoothing using Eckel. Analysis of the data obtained performed usinglogistic regression analysis. The test results of five independent variables usinglogistic regression showed that company size and financial leverage effect onincome smoothing practices while to profitability, managerial ownership , anddevident payout ratio has no effect on income smoothing practices

This study aims to determine whether the independent variables thatOperating Expenses to Operating Income and Loan to Deposit Ratio, andNet Interest Margin as a moderating variable jointly significantly affectearnings changes. As well as to determine which variable partial effect onearnings in the banking changes listed in Indonesian Banking Directory.Based on the above objectives, the study was conducted using purposivesampling method, meaning that the sample in this study were selected basedon specific criteria. The sample in this study from the year 2006 - 2012amounted to 90 banks. Data collection techniques based on secondary data.In this study, the secondary data obtained from the financial statements ofbanks registered in Indonesian Banking Directory in the year 2006-2012 .The results of hypothesis testing using t-test, showed that thevariable BOPO ratio has no significant influence on changes in income andLDR have a significant negative effect and not to changes in bank earnings .As for testing moderating ie, the variable is not a variable net NIMmoderating influence of variables on BOPO and LDR variables to changesin earnings in the bank listed in the directory of Indonesian banking (DPI).

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Original Income, the difference between the expenditure budget, and the Area of Capital expenditure with economic growth as a moderating variable. Population in this research is Regency / City of Province of Central Java counted 35 which consist of 29 regency and 6 municipality. Sample Samples selected were 35 districts / cities with census technique. Secondary data retrieval method using report from BPS in Regency / Municipality of Central Java Province. The analysis used multiple linear regression model of moderation model with the basis of interaction. The results showed that PAD has a positive effect on capital expenditure. Similarly, SiLPA has a positive effect on capital expenditure. The area has positive effect on capital expenditure. Economic Growth is a positive influence on capital expenditure. Economic growth strengthens the effect of PAD on capital expenditures. While Economic Growth is not proven to strengthen the influence of SiLPA on capital expenditure. One institution that requires an accounting information system and budget plan is an educational institution. Education funding includes all expenditures that have been budgeted through the School Income and Expense Plan (RAPBS) or School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS) to support the process of providing education in the form of services or goods. Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Ulum has a duty to manage finances based on financial management principles so that the money in circulation can be utilized optimally. Break even point is the point where total income equals total cost or the point where profit equals zero. The computer-based accounting information system that is designed includes account data recording, student data recording, accounting transaction records, cost classifications, BEP calculations, income budgets, account data reports, general journals, financial accountability reports, expense classification reports, BEP reports, income budget reports and school budget plans.

One of the biggest state revenue to support the country's life is taxes. Tax compliance is one of the factors that affect the size of a state income tax. This study aimed to examine the effect of tax knowledge, tax awareness, quality of service tax authorities, tax rates, and tax penalties on tax compliance SMEs.The population in this study is the taxpayer SMEs in Gayamsari, Semarang City as much as 80 SMEs that are in 7 villages namely, Gayamari, Tambakrejo, Kaligawe, large rice fields, Siwalan, Tendean Lamper, Sambirejo. The sampling method is done by census sampling method, the number of taxpayers SME population in Sub Gayamsari entirely used as a sample in the study. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that knowledge of tax significant positive effect on the SME tax compliance, tax awareness significant positive effect on the SME tax compliance, service quality fiskus significant positive effect on the SME tax compliance, tax rates significant positive effect on the taxpayer kepatuhaan SMEs, and tax penalties significant positive effect on the SME. Issuesthat form the basis of thisresearch is that Nu Skin has not been included in the 10best MLM dIndonesia by number of members and the members clarity andwebsite addressbased on MLMStars.net in 2012. The purpose of this study was to analyzetheeffect of the ability of the sales force, sales training and orientationaccuracy ofthe customer to the performance of agents multilevel marketingdistributors of NuSkin in Semarang . The population in this study is the distributor of Nu Skin multilevelmarketing agency in Semarang with a sample of 35 respondents wasobtained by purposive sampling technique, the distributor who has joined for3 months and have a monthly income and the amount of the bonus >Rp.1.000.000. Primary data was collected through questionnaires andanalyzed with multiple linear regression analysis . The results showed that the ability of the sales force and accuracy ofsalestraining has a positive effect on the performance of distributors agents.Whilecustomer orientation negatively affect the performance of distributorsagents.Variable accuracy of sales training (b2 = 0 , 534) became the largestfactoraffecting the performance of distributors agents. While the sales force'sabilityvariables (b3 = 0.419) became the lowest factor affecting theperformance ofdistributors agents .

The local government allocated funds in the form of capital expenditure in the local budget to increase fixed assets. During this shopping areas more used to spending relatively less productive routine. The purpose of this study is to prove empirically the effect of regional revenue and general allocation funds for capital expenditures in the District / City Central Java Province Year 2011-2013 with moderation variables Economic Growth. The population in this study is the Regency / City Central Java province which consists of 35 District / City. This study uses secondary data such as Realization Report 2011-2013 budget. In this study, the test model for hypothesis testing will be done using Moderated Regression Analysis. The data has been collected and analyzed in advance with the classic assumption test. Based on the results of this study concluded that the original income has no effect on Capital Expenditure. General Allocation Fund has a positive influence on Capital Expenditure. Directions regression coefficient is positive, meaning that an increase in the General Allocation Fund will increase capital expenditures. Economic growth does not affect the Capital Expenditure. Economic growth does not moderate relationship with the Regional Income Capital Expenditure. Entrepreneurship education was introduced into the schoolscurriculum with the aim of providing knowledge directed towardsdeveloping the students skills, and competences that will equip them to beinnovative, and to identify, create, and successfully manage business. Thisstudy is on the attitude of students towards entrepreneurial education inSTIE Totalwin Semarang. Questionnaire were the instrument used andsensus sampling technique was adopted. It was found out that, majorityof the respondents believes entrepreneurial education is a good policy andit has come to stay. Most student from the university are not keen andcommitted to entrepreneurship education because they seeentrepreneurship as menial and risky, and their ambition is to seek forsenior white-color job with certainty of income.

The purpose of this reseach is to examine influence of Third Party Funds, Operating Expanse to Operating Income, CapitalAdequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan throught financial performance of public banking listed atIndonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2012. Population of this research are Commercial Bank that resgistered inIndonesian Stock Exchange from 2010 till 2012. Data on this research are coming from Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISX).Sample are choosen by purposive sampling method at least 27 company. Data’s test technique by using multiple linearregression analyze. The result showed that the Thirt Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Loan hasno effect on Return On Asset,Operating Expenses to Operating Income negatively effect the Return On Asset and Loan toDeppoosit Ratio has a positive effect on Return On Asset.Keyword: thirt party funds, operating expense to operating income, capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio, nonperforming loan and return on asset.

This study aims to determine the condition of payment of income tax of SMEs in the Region of Semarang, how therecording of tax payments and whether taking notes in case of underpayment or overpayment. The population in this studyare all taxpayers SMEs located in the County of Semarang. While the sample studied through primary data by distributingquestionnaires to be addressed, direct interviews and secondary data through the office of the Department of Cooperativesand SMEs in Semarang. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Data analysis was performed usingdeskretif qualitative analysis to see how the map SMEs in the Region of Semarang on the condition of their businessactivities, capital and liabilities that can be known perpajakanya deficiency or excess. The research results in graphicalform shows that the conditions of tax payments made by the respondents most of the information obtained from pertugastaxes, the taxpayer has to pay taxes on time, taxpayers will determine tax rates and the calculation. Results show that theknowledge of the taxpayer, an understanding of the tax laws and benefits are fulfilled contributed to the reporting oftaxation, and SMEs have experienced an overpayment or underpayment in tax payments, SMEs also make adjustments incase of overpayment or underpayment although the adjustment is done not in accordance with Financial AccountingStandards for Small and Medium Enterprises.Keywords: UMKM, tax payment, registration tax, tax adjustment.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio ( CAR ) , Net Interest Margin ( NIM ) , Loan to Deposit Ratio ( LDR ) , Non Performing Loan ( NPL ) , Operating Expenses and Operating Income ( ROA ) and Asset Quality ( KAP ) Changes to income , the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study took 61 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011 as the sample. The independent variables in this study are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) , Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) , Non Performing Loan (NPL) , Operating Expenses and Operating Income (OEOI/BOPO) and Asset Quality (AQ/KAP), and the dependent variable is Income Changes (IC/ROA). The Technique Applied in taking sample is purposive sampling .The data analysis applied is multiple linear regression based on OLS (Ordinary Least Squerst). Theresults of the study indicates that CAR variable has effect on the profit change with significance value at 0.011. NIMvariable has no effect on profit changes with significance value aat 0.306 , LDRvariablehas no significant effect on profit changes at 0.895, NPLvariable has positif effectbut, it is not significant on profit changes at 0.188, OEOI/BOPOBOPO variable has negatif effect but it is significant on profit changes at 0,044 and AQ/KAPvariable hassignificanteffect at 0,009.Key words: CAR, NIM, LDR, NPL, OEOI/BOPO, AQ/KAP and Profit change.

Abstract: Jamsostek program is a form of economic and social protection programs to provideprotection in the form of compensation for the loss of income in the form of cash andprotection in the form of services, care or treatment at the time of a worker hit bycertain risks. Jamsostek existence as living safeguard employment in a company isvery beneficial, and therefore as a measure to ensure the life of labor, the companywill enter the workforce in Jamsostek program managed by PT.
