PT. Nadha Karya Utama Indonesia, a company engaged in the manufacturing service industry that produces mild steel, located on Jl. Cold Hamlet, RT 04 RW 07, Ngronggot, Kab. Nganjuk, East Java. The purpose of this study is to plan the Roll Forming machine maintenance schedule in order to minimize maintenance costs. The method used in this study is using the Preventive Maintenance method. The calculation results obtain the reliability value of each component on the Roll Forming machine, namely 0.5 for the reliability of the Roll component, 0.5 for the Gear Box component, 0.5 for the Main Engine component, 0.46 for Bearings, and 0.5 for reliability Roll Stand. Determination of maintenance time intervals is based on Peventive Maintenance on Roll components for 37 days, Gear Boxes for 108 days, Main Machinery for 108 days, Bearings for 53 days, and Roll Stands for 146 days. Based on the calculation results, the total cost of maintenance before carrying out preventive with reliability is known to be Rp. 19,340,000, after carrying out preventive calculations with reliability is Rp. 13,120,139.10, it can be seen that before and after carrying out preventive calculations there is a difference in costs of Rp. 6,219. 860.9. From these results it is known that preventive maintenance can reduce the costs incurred by PT. Nadha Karya Utama Indonesia from before the Preventive Maintenance calculations were carried out.

Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan adalah tingkat kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan dalam menimbulkan rasa puas pada diri setiap pasien yang berpendapat bahwa semakin puas rasa kesempurnaan maka makin baik pula mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Limboto. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross cestional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive  sampling dengan analisis uji statistik chi square dengan tingkat signifikan α (0,05). Dari hasil penelitian Lima Dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien yaitu nilai p value dimensi responsiveness (0,000), assurance (0,001) tangibles (0,000), emphaty (0,001) dan reliability (0,000). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa lima faktor dimensi pelayanan kesehatan saling berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Limboto.

Background: Mental health is a picture of positive characteristics with harmony and psychological balance that reflects the maturity of his personality. Meanwhile, mental disorders are behavioral patterns that clinically occur in individuals related to distress or disability or are accompanied by a significantly increased risk of death, illness, disability, or loss of independence. According to WHO (World Health Organization) the prevalence of mental disorders in the world is around 450 million people. The high rate of recurrence in people with mental disorders requires us to be more active in knowing the causes. The purpose of this study is to find out an in-depth description of the biological causal factors of a person experiencing mental disorders. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Samples were taken randomly with the criteria of someone with a Mental Disorder (ODGJ). The population of this study were mental patients who were treated at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo Semarang. The research instrument used a mental disorder predisposition questionnaire. The questionnaire has construct validity and reliability and has been used during Residencies I to III. The results of this study showed that of the 106 respondents who had biological predisposing factors, a history of mental disorders was 39%, followed by a history of drug withdrawal of 38.1%, and the lowest was nutritional disorders.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of product excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari. The population in this study were all consumers of CV Pucuk Daun Lestari totaling 1,320 consumers. The number of samples for research uses a margin of error of 2.5% of the total sample, namely 92 consumers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling method. The data collected was carried out using questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of product excellence and service excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari, either jointly or partially.

Currently, SMEs are the main pillar of the economy in Indonesia, but the large number of SMEs in Indonesia cannot be separated from existing difficulties, including accounting fraud. This study aims to determine the impact of the effectiveness of internal control, compliance with accounting rules, suitability of compensation to the tendency of accounting fraud by using a population of 25 Culinary SMEs in Surakarta City with 125 employees as respondents. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire was chosen as a data collection technique. This study uses quantitative analysis with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test using the IBM SPSS version 19 assistance program. has a negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, while the suitability of compensation has a no effect on the tendency of accounting fraud

Public service is a form of realization of orderly government administration to make it easier for citizens, including marginalized groups of people such as the poor who are cared for by the state (one of them is neglected elderly) in fulfilling various complexities of daily needs. The government gives privileges to neglected elderly in population and health services because in the administrative process they cannot be equated with members of the public in general. The factor of dementia and neglect is an important highlight of special services. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative at the Institution owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, Tresna Werdha Social Institution (PSTW) Budi Mulia 3. The results of this study indicate that the population and health services provided by PSTW BM 3 have fulfilled service facilities quite well in terms of Tangible, Dementia elderly get convenience in the process of obtaining a Population Identification Number (NIK) and KTP-El even though it is scheduled once a year. Reliability is quite good in terms of timeliness, Responsiveness The services provided are good, supported by the intensity of coordination, Assurance of data security is well maintained in privacy so that it is safe, and Emphaty for both Dukcapil and Jamkesda are ready 24 hours in receiving service requests from PSTW BM 3 with a follow-up process on work days.

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of Service Quality (X) which include the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5), on Satisfaction of Library Members (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. From the results of the validity test of the total number of questions, 18 statements all have a value of rcount > rtable, which means all questions are valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.836, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable, because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis research, the regression equation Y= 0.465 + 0.366X1 + 0.265 X2 + 0.183 X3 - 0.185X4 + 0.246 X5. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.843 at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Evidence Physical (X5), to Member Satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.503, which means that the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence (X5) contributes of the dependent variable, namely Member Satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 14.372 > Ftable 2.37, so it can be concluded that the Service Quality (X) variable consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence ( X5) has a significant effect simultaneously (together) on the Member Satisfaction variable (Y), so that the first hypothesis can be accepted or H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test for the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Physical Evidence (X5) have a significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) of libraries at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. Meanwhile, the variables Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) do not have a significant effect on Library Member Satisfaction (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service.  Furthermore, the t test results show that the Reliability variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Member Satisfaction (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 3.299 and a significance value of 0.002. So the hypothesis states that it is not proven or rejected. H0 is accepted. Ha is rejected.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is motivation related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (2) How is work discipline related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (3) How is the influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (2) The influence of work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (3) The influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if work discipline is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation and work discipline are increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

BPJS sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat salah satunya sebagai pelayanan kesehatan medis di fasilitas kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan yang disediakan oleh rumah sakit salah satunya pelayanan rawat jalan. Pelayanan rawat jalan menjadi salah satu pelayanan yang mendapat penilaian secara instan dari pasien, sehingga kepuasan pasien akan langsung dirasakan saat itu juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui gambaran 5 dimensi yaitu responsivines, reliability, assurance, tangible, dan empathy. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan ini menunjukkan nilai kepuasan baik dengan jumlah responden 89 dan Kepuasan cukup dengan jumlah 11 responden dari 100 sampel yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian pada 5 dimensi yaitu tangible terdapat 93 responden berkepuasan baik dan 7 responden berkepuasan cukup, pada reliability terdapat 92 responden berkepuasan baik dan 8 responden berkepuasan cukup, pada ketanggapan terdapat 91 responden berkepuasan baik dan 9 responden yang berkepuasan cukup, pada asuransi jaminan terdapat 96 responden berkepuasan baik dan 4 responden berkepuasan cukup, pada empaty terdapat 94 responden berkepuasan baik dan 6 responden berkepuasan cukup. Kesimpulannya kepuasan baik ini didapatkan dari pelayanan baik dan maksimal yang telah diberikan oleh para tenaga keshatan sehingga pasien BPJS merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang ada.

Forensic engineering is the analysis of objects and buildings that fail to perform or do not work as intended, resulting in personal injury or property damage. Experimental analysis was carried out in this study using non-destructive tools on the structural elements of the building being evaluated and providing information in the form of identification of damage from the results of forensic audits at the reviewed OJK Samarinda building. According to the findings of study utilizing the damage identification technique (forensic audit) employing the NDT instrument in OJK office buildings, the homogeneity of the concrete in the structural elements of the building's beams and columns is good to very good. This is evident from the velocity values found in the concrete pieces. It varies between > 3000 m/s and When the compressive strength of concrete is greater than fc' 28 MPa, the amount of reinforcement in the beam and column elements examined exceeds the reinforcement requirement in the beam and column structural elements of the building, in terms of cracks that occur in the beam and column structural elements. The damage to the architectural components was discovered on the building's walls.

This research was conducted on employees of PT Giga Nusantara. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and commitment to employee performance. In this study the data was collect with a tool in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 110 respondenst with purposive sampling technique, which aims to determine respondents perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes data instrument test (validity test, reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the result of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variable of motivation, compensation, and commitment, all have a positive effect on employee performance. From the t test, the result of motivation, compensation, and commitment are obtained, which have a significant partial effect on employee performance.

Consumer behavior is the basis for consumers to make purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior is an activity that is closely related to the process of purchasing goods or services. In this study, the independent variable is consumer behavior (X), while the dependent variable is online purchasing decisions (Y). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of consumer behavior in making online purchasing decisions for the people of Brebes Regency on e-commerce shoppe. The type of research used is quantitative research. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires to the public or consumers randomly via google form, the number of population is unknown with a sample of 100 respondents who have been processed using SPSS 22. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, test normality, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R²), and t-test (Partial). Based on the t-test (Partial) shows a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions with a value of 0.000 <0.05

This study aims to test and prove the existence of a partial and simultaneous influence between internal factors, external factors and emotional factors on the interest in youth entrepreneurship in Salem District. This type of research is quantitative research using associative research methods. The sampling technique in this study used propotional random sampling using the Slovin formula.  Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were youths of Salem District. The analytical methods used in this study consist of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan kantor Pos terhadap kepuasan penerima bantuan langsung tunai di Kota Langsa. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis mengambil data dari Gampong Batee Puteh sebagai salah satu gampong yang menerima bantuan langsung tunai dari pemerintah. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari  responden yaitu masyarakat gampong Batee Puteh. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif. Adapun pengaruh pelayanan pelayanan kantor Pos terhadap kepuasan masyarakat penerima bantuan langsung tunai di Kota Langsa peneliti memperoleh hasil Dari hasil analisis Dari hasil uji T, menunjukkan bahwa variabel tangibel tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan penerima bantuan langsung tunai di  Kantor POS Langsa Cabang Langsa. Sedangkan variabel Reliability (X2), responsivines (X3), dan Assurance (X4)  Emphaty (X5) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan penerima bantuan BLT Kantor POS Langsa Cabang Langsa. Dari ketiga variabel yang signifikan tersebut, variabel Assurance mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan penerima bantuan BLT Kantor POS Langsa Cabang Langsa.uji F terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara serempak antara variabel tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), responsivines (X3), Assurance (X4) dan Emphaty (X5) sebagai dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penerima bantuan langsung tunai Kantor POS Langsa Cabang Langsa.

The purchase decision is the root of the achievement of a sale which on the purchase decision has an impact on turnover and sustainability of each organization. The purchase decision is one of the form of consumer behavior in using a product. In using a product to make a buying decision, consumers will go through a process that is a description of consumer behavior analyze various options to make decisions in make a purchase. The purchase target will be achieved if the attributes Purchasing drivers are met by the company, one of these attributes is: Quality of service, promotion, location.The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of samples set as many as 97 respondents. The analysis used includes the test validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially. Service quality affects satisfaction, however for the promotion variable has no positive and significant effect partially to customer satisfaction. And location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. For the simultaneous test, the quality of service, promotion and location has an effect on customer satisfaction.

(3) How does workload and competence affect work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of workload on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (2) The effect of competence on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (3) The effect of workload and competence on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis technique is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The workload in the Banjar City Health Center is very high. With the highest score on the physical demand indicator and the lowest score on the task demand indicator. Workload has a positive effect on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. This means that if the workload is increased, then the work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase. (2) The competence in the Banjar City Health Center is very high. With the highest score on the individual characteristics indicator and the lowest score on the knowledge indicator. Competence has a positive effect on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. This means that if Competence is improved, then work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase. (3) Work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City is high. With the highest score on the anxiety indicator and the lowest score on the indicator cannot relax. Workload and competence have a positive effect on work stress in Banjar City Health Centers. Promotion is a communication activity carried out by a person or company with the broader community, where the aim is to introduce something (goods/services/brands/companies) to the community and at the same time influence the wider community to buy and use the product. Purchasing decisions are a process where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, often consumers consider various things that suit their needs in the purchase decision process. Every company built by a business entity or individual is generally the same, namely, to seek as much profit as possible by increasing purchases at the company, it takes various kinds of marketing activities, one of which is to hold promotional activities for the products produced, with the existence of marketing activities. Sales promotion in each company will indirectly help increase purchases of products. This study aims to determine how much influence promotion has on purchasing decisions at the Qolsa Fashion Store. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers of the Qolsa store in the metro city. In this study, samples were taken from many as 50 respondents. Data was taken through a questionnaire method. Data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Excel. The test includes a validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, simple linear regression test, F-test, and t-test. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that: There is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions for clothing at the Qolsa store in 2022 with the regression equation Y = 44.324 + 0.3233 X can be seen from the results of the analysis of the calculation of the value of t-count and t-tab above, it means that it is known that t-count > t-tab can be seen in the table of t point on the 5% significant list, namely 2.65> 1.68 also the Fcount value of 4.28 is greater than Ftab = 4.04 which is 4.28> 4.04 means There is a Significant Effect of Promotion on Purchase Decisions Clothing at Qolsa Stores in Metro City in 2022.
