Combined care is a care system where babies and mothers are treated in one unit. In its implementation, the baby must always be by the mother's side from birth until he returns home. The advantages of combined care are that it promotes the use of breast milk, emotional contact between mother and baby is established from an early age, mothers can learn to take care of babies and mothers can immediately report strange baby conditions they encounter. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between postpartum maternal knowledge and the benefits of combined care at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This research method uses a type of analytical descriptive research with data collection techniques using a cross sectional approach and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The population of this study is all postpartum mothers at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin with a sampling technique using accidental sampling, with a sample of 30 respondents. The results obtained from the bivariate analysis of the chisquare statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.000 > ? = 0.05. The results obtained were that most postpartum mothers had insufficient knowledge, namely 15 people (50%) with most of them having a high school education of 14 people (46.7%), and never carried out combined care as many as 19 people (63.3%). The conclusion shows that most postpartum mothers have less knowledge about the benefits of combined care at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin. This shows that a person's level of education also affects the level of mother's knowledge.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the fulfillment of socio-economic rights of the community in Rote Ndao Regency, as one of the underdeveloped regions in Indonesia, and to identify the obstacles faced by the local government in its efforts to fulfill them. Socio-economic rights, such as access to education, health, employment, and public services, are part of the human rights guaranteed by the constitution. However, their implementation often encounters various obstacles in areas with less developed socio-economic conditions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, document studies, and field observations. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of socio-economic rights in Rote Ndao Regency is still not optimal. This can be seen from the low level of community access to educational facilities, health services, and basic infrastructure. On the other hand, the local government faces a number of significant obstacles, such as budget constraints, lack of adequate infrastructure, low quality of human resources, geographical barriers, and weak coordination between agencies. As a solution, this study recommends increasing budget allocations for priority sectors, developing basic infrastructure, improving the quality of human resources through education and training, and strengthening cross-sectoral coordination. In addition, active community involvement in the planning and implementation of development programs is also very important to improve the effectiveness of policies. The results of this study are expected to contribute to local governments and other stakeholders in formulating more effective strategies to accelerate the fulfillment of people's socio-economic rights, while improving the quality of life in Rote Ndao Regency.

Indonesian, as a unified language, has a wealth of dialects which are influenced by various regional languages. These dialect differences significantly influence the phonetic aspects of Indonesian, especially in terms of sound pronunciation. This research aims to examine how dialect variations can change the way speakers pronounce words in Indonesian.Analysis of various dialects in Indonesia shows that there are quite striking differences in terms of phoneme use, intonation and rhythm. Factors such as mother tongue, social environment, and level of education also influence pronunciation variations. Some examples of dialect influences include changes in consonant or vowel sounds, addition or deletion of syllables, and differences in intonation which can change the meaning of a sentence. This research has important implications in the fields of linguistics, sociolinguistics, and language education. A deeper understanding of the influence of dialect on Indonesian phonetics can help in developing a more relevant and effective Indonesian language learning curriculum, as well as in increasing awareness of the richness of Indonesian language and culture.

This study evaluates the influence of the size and rotation of the Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) on the Maqashid Sharia Performance (MSP) in Islamic banks in 12 member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Asia. Using data from 49 Islamic banks during the 2021-2023 period accessed through annual reports, the analysis was carried out using a Random Effect Model (REM). Independent variables include SSB size, which is measured by the number of members, and SSB rotation, which is assessed based on member turnover in a year. MSP is measured using the Maqashid Sharia Index with the Abu Zahrah approach involving the dimensions of education, community welfare, and public interest. The results showed that the size and rotation of SSB did not have a significant influence on MSP. These findings indicate weaknesses in Islamic banking governance in OIC member countries, including a suboptimal SSB recruitment system and a lack of effective supervision from high-level Islamic authorities. In addition, the contribution of independent variables to MSP performance is considered low, so it is concluded that other factors, such as SSB experience, sharia internal control system, and regulatory policies, can have a more significant influence.
