Health efforts are carried out with an emphasis on the wider community in order to achieve optimal levels of health, without neglecting the quality of service to individuals. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction felt by patients who come for treatment regarding comfort, staff service, service procedures and also service results at the Delitua Community Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. This research used a cross sectional study test design with a sample size of 33 people determined through saturated sampling by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that all the variables studied showed a significant relationship with patient satisfaction at the Delitua health center, namely comfort p(0.009)<a(0.05), staff service p(0.023)<a(0.05), service procedures p (0.015)<a(0.05) and service results p(0.023)(0.05), the community health center must further improve the quality of health services which include comfort, staff service, service procedures and service results, in order to provide satisfaction for patients who use them. health services at the Delitua community health center.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. If seen in practice, the Elimination of Roya electronically electronically or online is carried out through PPAT intermediaries at the PPAT office because PPAT who has a user name and password when accessing the registration system for the Elimination of Roya electronically in order to serve the needs of the community for the Elimination of Roya electronically through the online system still has both external and internal constraints.   Keywords: Deletion, Roya, Online

A surgical safety checklist is a communication tool for patient safety that is used by the surgical team in the operating room, including the sign in, time out, and sign out process. The time out process aims to prevent patient error, location, and surgical procedures. Therefore, compliance is required in conducting time out. The level of knowledge of nurses about time out is very important because it affects the behavior of nurses in doing time out. This study purposed to determine the correlation between the nurse knowledge level about time out and compliance in doing time out at the Bali Med Hospital, Denpasar. The design used was a descriptive correlation with the cross-sectional approach. The relationship test used the Spearman Rho test. This study involved 31 nurses as a sample with a total sampling technique. The results of research on nurse compliance were mostly 70.9% adherent category and the results for the knowledge level of nurses were mostly 77.4% with a good level. Based on the statistical test with ? = 5%, it was obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05). It is concluded that there was a significant correlation. The direction of the correlation was positive (+), which means the level of knowledge was followed by the level of nurse compliance in doing time out. This research was expected to be an added reference for nurses in increasing compliance in doing time out.

Recently, the need for cellular telecommunication services in Indonesia refers to a very large number. This customer growth rate must be balanced with infrastructure development. PT. Telkomsel carries out scheduled maintenance or maintenance activities on BTS devices. Based on these problems, the research carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of the research is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

This research was conducted in one of the retail state sukuk distribution partners, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) with the aim of knowing how the sales procedure and accounting treatment for the sale of retail type state sukuk issued by the government. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method, and this research uses technical analysis of case studies. The results obtained in this study are that Bank Syariah Mandiri as a sales distribution partner in carrying out sales procedures, there is one provision that is not in accordance with the State Retail Sukuk Information Memorandum, namely the provisions for securities account storage fees. Meanwhile, the accounting treatment for the sale of Sukuk Ijarah at Bank Syariah Mandiri is in accordance with PSAK Sharia 110 concerning Sukuk Accounting with disclosure of the explanation of the underlying assets by the Minister of Finance, not Bank Syariah Mandiri.

As an effort to improve the quality and quality of production, Ivanna Catering requires a guideline in implementing Hygiene, Sanitation and Work Safety in the Kitchen. The preparation of Standard Operating Procedures in the form of guidelines aims to assist in carrying out the functions of a professional and safe workplace. Of course, if food or drinks are processed without hygiene and sanitation standards, it can cause several diseases for consumers. This study aims to examine and evaluate the results of the implementation of an android-based labor payroll system. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the system, application implementation, problems, and solutions on android-based payroll at Mitra Indo Agro. The results of the study obtained are used to evaluate the factors and parts of the payroll system for this android-based application that needs to be improved. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Determination of informants using snowball sampling technique where the research subjects as many as 4 employees who are directly related to the android-based payroll process. Data collection techniques are through field studies consisting of interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction steps, data exposure, data interpretation and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses source triangulation. The data presentation technique uses a program flow (flowchart) and fishbone diagrams (fish bones). The results of the research have shown that the Android-based GajiQ system helps provide large databases with the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) method , automate reports such as attendance recap, salary calculations, payroll history reports and make it easier to find labor data. The implementation of the Android-based GajiQ application can be a new medium of choice for companies to manage payroll in real time, quickly, and accurately that does not involve many parties in making payroll, payments, and payroll procedures. Problems found by the system are still bugs or crashes, error messages such as app force close appear.

Indopintan Sukses Mandiri is a company engaged in electronic assembly. Accounting information systems have a close relationship with inventory control. In recording the raw materials of PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri implements a perpetual recording system, which is a recording of the amount of inventory that is carried out every time there is a transaction. so that the amount of inventory available at any time can be known. The recording of these raw materials is carried out by the bookkeeping department and the warehouse section. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. The research method uses interview and documentation techniques about the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. From the overall research results, the Accounting Information System for raw material inventory at PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri has been running quite effectively, seen from the preparation of clear procedures. The procedures for the Accounting Information System have been quite effective because the documents used for transactions have been serially numbered in print. Internal control is still less effective because there are still multiple functions in the reception and storage department.

In our daily needs as a human being cannot be separated from the natural resource that is bestowed by God Almighty, especially water. People choose to consume drinking water produced by the Drinking Water Depot (AMD) business because of the need for clean and healthy water for consumption. But it turns out that health is not always guaranteed because the drinking water produced by the drinking water depot (AMD) refills is still found many germs that cause disease (pathogens) and is not safe for consumption because it does not meet the standard of eligibility. Issues to be discussed are the legal protection of consumers for their rights being violated by business actors in refill drinking water depots in Semarang City, and the settlement mechanisms that can be taken to resolve various violations of refilled drinking water depots that do not have a business license in Semarang City. The approach method used in this research is a normative juridical approach using secondary data in the form of library materials, documents, and other laws and regulations related to the research that will be discussed. And the analysis technique used is descriptive analytical. Legal Protection for Water Depot Consumers whose Rights are Violated by Business Actors of Refill Drinking Water Depot in Semarang City, are regulated in Article 60 and Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Law as well as in Article 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 736 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010 concerning Procedures for Supervision of Drinking Water Quality, while the Settlement Mechanism that Can Be Taken to Resolve Various Violations of Refill Drinking Water Depots that Do not Have Business Permits in Semarang City are regulated in Article 47 and Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Drinking Water Depot (AMD), Business License

In Demangharjo Village the information system related to Village Information is still submitted in the form of a guide book and the service is still done manually. Basically, population residence service activities are required to take care of application letters at the village office with the applicable procedures, so that in practice it will certainly take a long time and energy. For this reason the author made the Final Project concerning the Design of Demangharjo Village Website with the metedo Waterfall. Through this website, it is expected that information will be conveyed more quickly and accurately, maximum service and information transparency, village introduction process and population data storage to accelerate the work of village officials in serving the community and make it easier for citizens to submit services or find out village information.

Dalam pengelolaan zakat profesi mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan terutama dalam menghimpun dan menyalurkan zakat profesi tentu yang menjadi tujuan utama adalah terciptanya pemerataan dan kemaslahatan umat. Meningkatkan kepuasan serta komitmen muzakki dapat mempertahankan kepercayaan dan loyalitas muzakki berzakat sehingga terciptanya kesadaran untuk senantiasa menyisihkan sebagian harta untuk memberdayakan golongan tidak mampu. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengelolaan zakat profesi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas muzakki di Baznas Kota Denpasar. 2) Tingkat loyalitas muzakki di Baznas kota Denpasar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan terdiri dari 12 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan fakta dan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: (1) Analisis pengelolaan zakat profesi Baznas Kota Denpasar dalam hal ini menggunakan langkah-langkah yaitu perencanaan, berkaitan dalam menetapkan, merumuskan, mengidentifikasi, dan mengembangkan. Pengorganisasian, dalam hal ini menggunakan persepsi dan sikap yang diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan tujuan pengelolaan. Pelaksanaan, berkaitan dengan kinerja pengelola zakat yang selama ini menggunakan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Pengawasan, berkaitan dengan kondisi pengelolaan zakat profesi yang masih stabil. (2) Tingkat loyalitas muzakki ditinjau dari kepuasan, komitmen, serta kesukaan produk muzakki dapat dinilai dari besarnya pernyataan rasa puas dan bentuk kepedulian muzakki terhadap sesama dalam berzakat di Baznas Kota Denpasar   ABSTRACTIn the management of professional zakat starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, especially in collecting and distributing professional zakat, of course the main goal is the creation of equality and the benefit of the people. Increasing the satisfaction and commitment of muzakki can maintain the trust and loyalty of muzakki to tithe so as to create awareness to always set aside some of the assets to empower the poor. The research objectives were to determine: 1) Management of professional zakat in increasing muzakki loyalty at Baznas Denpasar City. 2) The level of muzakki loyalty at Baznas Denpasar city. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants consisted of 12 people who were selected using a purposive technique. Collecting data obtained based on facts and data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained: (1) Analysis of the professional zakat management of Baznas Denpasar City in this case uses the steps, namely planning, related to determining, formulating, identifying, and developing. Organizing, in this case using perceptions and attitudes which are expected to maximize management objectives. Implementation, related to the performance of zakat managers who have been using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Supervision, related to the condition of professional zakat management which is still stable. (2) The level of muzakki loyalty in terms of satisfaction, commitment, and liking of muzakki products can be assessed from the magnitude of the statement of satisfaction and the form of muzakki's concern for others in tithing at Baznas Denpasar City.

Marriage is one of the many religious rituals carried out with the aim of creating a family. In rural communities that are full of traditional values, marriage is not only carried out according to procedures or regulations in accordance with religious regulations. In this case it is the Islamic religion. One of the most important things in organizing a marriage is the presence of a dowry. The dowry is identical to the binding of the groom to the bride who becomes his wife. Islamic law does not set a limit on the amount of the dowry, because the most important thing is the wife's acceptance of her husband's gift. Karduluk village, which was the location of this research, gave dowries in the form of household items ranging from cupboards, cots/beds, chairs and tables, decorative cupboards, and so on. These items are brought to the bride's house during the wedding and are considered part of the dowry.

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to provide training for MSME actors by providing an understanding of the requirements, calculations and procedures for reporting income tax, especially SPT. The partner problem that will be resolved in this activity is that some MSMEs in the Lamongan city area and its surroundings do not understand filling out SPT to report their tax obligations. The method applied to overcome this problem is to provide training through online seminars which are organized in collaboration with several lecturers from the Tax Study Program of the Ahmad Dahlan Business and Technology Institute. This activity was divided into 3 stages: planning, implementation and evaluation sessions. The results of the activity show an increase in understanding and knowledge after participating in training activities. This means that the objectives of this PKM have been achieved.

Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the results of a service that are in accordance with or not in accordance with the expectations they had before getting service. Patients as users of nursing services demand nursing services in accordance with their rights, namely quality nursing services. In providing nursing services, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is very important to assist nurses in achieving quality nursing care. In giving medicine, one must pay attention to the six "correct" principles which have become mandatory procedures before giving medicine, namely: right patient, right drug, right dose, right method, right time, and correct documentation. This study aims to identify the effect of applying standard operational procedures (SOP) for drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction in Ungaran Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using a cross sectional approach, the number of samples used is 90 respondents using the Slovin formula to determine. The results of the study using the Chi Square analysis test showed that there was a significant effect between the application (SOP) of drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). From the results of the analysis obtained the value of Odds Ratio (OR) of 59.160. The recommendation from this research is that nurses always apply the SOP correctly to increase patient satisfaction.
