Therefore, the principal and researchers are trying to find out what most affects the motivation and discipline of employees, so that employees performance problems that often occurin the organization or institution in the school can be solved, if it can not be resolved at least thereis an improvement in performance. This study aims to find out the influence of improving human resource performance through motivation and discipline in the work environment and to find out whether there are inhibitory factors and support the improvement of human resource performance through motivation and discipline in the work environment. Respondents in this study were selected using the proposiv sample method by distributing questionnaires to as many as 53 employees. It can be explained that the positive is claused by the work environment, discipline and work motivation. There is a significant positive influence of the work environment, discipline, and work motivation together on the performance of Human Resources.

This article is made to learn the definition, components, and calculation formula of the Market Entry Barriers Component Index and Function Index, where these two measuring instruments are very important in analyzing the market. The function of the Market Entry Barriers Component Index is to evaluate the level of difficulty that a company will face in entering a pre-existing market. The way to evaluate it is by looking at obstacles such as fixed costs, production capacity, regulation, and production. For the Function Index itself, it functions to see how much efficiency will occur and includes distribution, information flow, and market mobility. This article also aims to provide an example of how the calculation system for the two indexes works. Through this understanding, readers and companies can formulate more appropriate strategies in dealing with obstacles and taking advantage of opportunities in the market.

Hydroelectric Power Plants (HPP) are a type of power plant that utilizes renewable energy from water flow. The hydroelectric system works by converting the kinetic energy of flowing water into mechanical energy, which is then converted into electrical energy. Water flows through a penstock directed towards the turbine, where it strikes the turbine blades, causing rotation. To maintain the stability of the turbine's rotational speed at the Maninjau HPP, a governor system is used. The Maninjau HPP consists of four generating subunits with a nominal rotational speed of 600 rpm. The governor system functions to stabilize the turbine's rotation at the nominal speed of 600 rpm, as the speed affects the generator's output frequency. The stabilization process is carried out by adjusting the Guide Vane openings, which are the blades surrounding the turbine. The Maninjau HPP has a speed drop of 3%, with a frequency reduction of 1.5 Hz. Additionally, a frequency change of 0.1 Hz will result in a load change of 0.13 MW.

An environmentally friendly fuel with great potential for use in transportation and industry is B40 biodiesel. It is a mixture of 60% diesel and 40% biodiesel. With an emphasis on engine performance, environmental impact, and financial incentives, the study assesses how beneficial its use can be. According to the findings, B40 biodiesel burns better and produces fewer carbon emissions compared to pure diesel because it has a higher cetane number. However, fuel consumption may increase due to the much lower energy content of biodiesel. B40 requires more maintenance to avoid hygroscopic effects, but it has been shown to improve lubrication and support heavy equipment operations in industrial environments. Implementing B40 has several benefits, including the ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Social media is now the first tool of interaction between humans with a very large number of users worldwide. The potential of social media to spread information in a short time and on a wider scale has affected many areas of life, especially in the process of forming individual personalities. This study examines the effects of social media on the character of college or university students, both for good and bad. On the one hand, it is noted that social media helps build bonds between people and helps in broadening one's perspective and even supports personal growth through social interaction in a positive way. However, on the other hand, social media also shows the potential to create social anxiety, social pressure, and identity issues due to social comparison and exposure to negative content. College students, who are in the stage of finding their identity, become easy targets for the influence of social media. In the right way, this media can be used to encourage them in forming positive characters. This study argues for the need for better digital literacy and the use of wise social media strategies to maintain high positive effects and low negative impacts.

This study attempts to examine the impact of loan products, promotions, quality of service, and location on choices made by customers on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Meruya Ilir People's Business Credit (KUR) loans. Multiple linear regression analysis with coefficient of determination analysis is the data analysis technique employed (adjusted R square), t test, and F test using a sample of 87 respondents. The results of data processing from linearof multiple regression analysis produce the equation Y=5.732 + 0.085X1 + 0.503X2 + 0.155X3 + 0.327X4. The test of the coefficient of determination test acquired a modified R square value of 0.617, or 61.7%, meaning that customer decisions are explained by loan products, promotions, service quality, and location of 61.7%. The test of the t test explain that the loan product variable has no partial effect on customer decisions, theof  variable promotion has a partial effect on customer decisions . The quality of service variable has no partial effect on customer decisions. The location variable  partially influences customer decisions . The test of F  show an Fcount value of 35.634 > Ftable 2.48 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that there is a concurrent impact between loan products, promotions, quality of service, and location on customer decisions on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia's Meruya Ilir unit People's Business Credit (KUR) loans.

The sustainability of the agribusiness sector is very dependent on the certainty of land rights, which is the main asset for business actors in this sector. Land registration is an important instrument in providing legal certainty for land ownership, which can ultimately encourage stable and sustainable agribusiness development. This article discusses the role of land registration in protecting ownership rights for agribusiness actors in Indonesia and analyzes the role of government policies, such as the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL), in speeding up the land certification process. With legal certainty obtained through land certificates, agribusiness actors can avoid agrarian conflicts, gain access to financing, and run businesses more safely and in a planned manner. Apart from that, land registration policies also have the potential to support regional economic development, reduce agrarian conflicts, and encourage sustainable management of land resources. However, implementing this policy still faces challenges, including bureaucratic obstacles and low public understanding. Therefore, the government's role in improving policies and overcoming existing obstacles is very necessary to create an inclusive, competitive and sustainable agribusiness sector in Indonesia.

Hemophilia is a genetic disorder resulting from impaired blood clotting. This disorder can be caused by coagulation factor abnormalities due to a deficiency of clotting factors, including vitamin K. A lack of vitamin K disrupts the coagulation process, increasing the tendency for bleeding. This article aims to determine whether there is an influence of vitamin K levels on the blood clotting factors in hemophilia patients. Searching any information needed by analyzing kinds of papers of recent research from the year of 2014 until 2024. Online databases like PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, Scopus, and ResearchGate  are utilized by inserting relevant keywords, such as hemophilia, blood clotting factors, vitamin K deficiency and extraction. From 10 articles reviewed, a relationship was identified between vitamin K levels and blood clotting factors in hemophilia patients. Individuals with severe hemophilia experience bleeding episodes characterized by delayed onset, as well as bleeding into muscles, joints, and other internal structures, including the brain. Hemophilia is typically diagnosed through the identification of low or absent levels of FVIII:C or FIX:C. The genes encoding FVIII and FIX are located on the long arm of the X chromosome. Hemophilia A and B are the only hereditary clotting disorders inherited in a sex-linked recessive pattern. Vitamin K levels can influence the blood clotting factors in hemophilia patients, particularly those factors synthesized artificially.
