State Administrative Law is a legal regulation regarding administration in a country, where the relationship between citizens and their government can run well and safely. In forest management, the need for permits is based on absolute legal provisions which have aspects that must be fulfilled beforehand and regarding the boundaries of each activity in managing forests, the government agrees to supervise them based on Law no. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry Article 31 paragraph (1) To ensure the principles of justice, equity and sustainability, forest utilization business permits are limited by considering forest sustainability aspects and business certainty aspects. The aim of the research is to determine aspects of forest management. The research method used in this research is literature study by collecting data through articles, the web, books and other sources. The results of the discussion of this research are that forest utilization business permits are limited by considering forest sustainability aspects and business certainty aspects, where these aspects are determinants in managing forests which have been considered previously. The meaning of forest sustainability aspects and business certainty is contained in Article 31 Paragraph (1). What is meant by forest sustainability aspects includes: a. environmental sustainability, b. production sustainability, and c. implementation of social and cultural functions that are fair, even and transparent.  What is meant by aspects of business certainty include: a. area certainty, b. certainty of business time, and c. certainty of business legal guarantees.

Effective communication has a very important role in the success and performance of leaders in an organization. Focus on the strategies used to improve communication. Communication in an organization covers various aspects, including internal communication between leaders, team members, and departments. Thus, a deep understanding of the role of communication in organizational leadership becomes a real effort to improve communication and make a significant contribution to achieving organizational goals and improving overall performance. This research aims to explain communication in organizational leadership. This literature review was obtained from scientific research articles from 2018-2023 using Google Scholar in Publish or Perish (PoP) with the keywords "Communication in Organizations" and "Communication in Organizational Leadership" and after the identification process, 15 articles were obtained that were in accordance with purpose of the literature review based on the results of the literature review analysis, it can be concluded that communication in organizational leadership confirms that effective communication is the main key to the success of an organization. Good communication enables the formation of mutual understanding and the unification of experiences among organizational members, thereby smoothing the course of organizational activities.

Skills are a product of the fostered child development system for children in conflict with the law (ABH) and are an embodiment of justice with the aim of gaining social personality or restoring unity in the relationship between prisoners and society. Not only as a direction or goal of correctional crime, but also as a treatment of prisoners because educating children who are in conflict with the law (ABH) is not an effort or medium to take revenge or take revenge. This study aims to delve into the significant role of Digital Ethics Education in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. The background of this research is based on the rapid transformation in the digital era that has influenced various aspects of life, including education. Digital ethics not only encompasses rules of conduct in the use of social media but also values related to technology. The integration of digital ethics education with the SDGs 2030 is expected to foster a positive attitude towards technology, instill a sense of online responsibility, and develop critical thinking skills in the digital world. The research method used is library research, involving an in-depth analysis of various primary sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and related documents. This study also involves a review of 16 scientific journals to deepen the understanding of digital ethics, education, and the SDGs 2030. Through observation and analysis of various reference sources, this research highlights the importance of digital ethics education in achieving sustainable development goals. The results of the study indicate that digital ethics education plays a crucial role in shaping an intelligent, enlightened, and productive generation in the digital era. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of education with a focus on ethical and moral values is essential to create a digitally literate and ethical society, thereby contributing positively to achieving the SDGs 2030 and moving towards a sustainable future for all individuals

This article can provide readers with insight into the definition of interviews, types of interviews, objectives of interviews, how to behave in interviews, advantages and disadvantages of interviews as well as strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of interviews. The method used in this research is a literature study by taking several journals based on fields as well as foreign language articles. The analysis used in this research is a literature review analysis. The results of this research are the importance of interviews in employee selection, so that to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of interviews, careful preparation, effective interview techniques and the use of technology are needed. Thus, companies can increase their chances of finding candidates who suit their needs.

Research methods are scientific methods used to obtain data for a specific purpose. In this research, the method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of analysis to obtain and answer the various problems being studied. Researchers use the library study method, this method is a technique for collecting reference data sources by reviewing data from literature, scientific journals, books, scientific articles through digital sources that are related to the problems raised in this research.

This research aims to obtain information regarding how much influence operational costs have on the amount of net profit obtained by a company and the author hopes that this research can provide benefits to the company's existence in order to maintain the continuity of a company's production process and provide motivation to become a better company. This research uses a descriptive-comparative research method with a qualitative approach.  According to Adiputra et al., (2021) Descriptive research is research that aims to describe existing phenomena, namely natural phenomena or man-made phenomena, or that is used to analyze or describe the results of the subject, but is not intended to provide wider implications. Research using this method will determine significant relationships between the variables studied so that it will produce conclusions that clarify the picture of the object being studied. Conclusions based on the results of research analysis using descriptive-comparative research methods with a qualitative approach. It can be concluded that from the 15 articles used to explain that operational costs show a very significant and dominant influence on net profit. This can be identified from the 11 articles that use this component.

Poverty is a common problem for developing countries, especially to improve the welfare of their citizens. With various programs and policies being pursued with the aim of reducing poverty. Islam really wants its people to have a decent life and receive blessings in life and the afterlife. This means that Islam really wants its people to achieve prosperity. In this paper, the method used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe regularly and factually. This research comes from literature such as books, journals and articles related to research. The findings of this research are that Islam views poverty not only as a social problem, but also as having spiritual and religious implications. One of the efforts to overcome poverty is environmental empowerment and entrepreneurial empowerment. The strategy for alleviating poverty that can be carried out from an Islamic economic perspective is by developing an economy based on zakat, cooperatives, education, health and transportation.

Catholic young people (KMK) or commonly called Catholic Young People (OMK) are the next generation of the nation, especially in the Catholic Church, these young people play a very important role. In the Catholic Church, young people participate more. The problem here is that young people's participation in deepening their faith in this environment is very lacking. From the formulation of this problem, the aim of this analysis is to understand the extent of participation of the young Catholic generation in deepening their faith in the MDKS Parish environment, using qualitative methods involving interviews with parents of the young generation at St. James. This research also involves literature analysis which includes books, journals and articles relevant to the research title to be discussed. Findings from interviews with key informants show that the lack of young people's participation in this matter is often caused by the large number of school or college assignments that have to be done, as well as by the influence of sophisticated technology. This phenomenon shows that young people tend to be fixated on their own digital world, which sometimes makes them forget their responsibilities as members of Catholic Young People (OMK) or young Catholics. The conclusions of this research illustrate the complexity of the challenges and opportunities faced by young Catholics in their participation in deepening their faith in the St. James, MDKS Parish.

This article discusses political leadership with a focus on the meaning of political leadership, legitimacy, structure and function of political leadership and also political leadership succession in democratic countries. The research method uses literature study or literature review. And also in collecting data, we used the Library Research method in the form of (books) and Internet Searching in the form of articles relevant to the theme created as reference material for writers. Furthermore, the aim of writing is to explain the concept of political leadership comprehensively. By referring to political leadership theories, and also providing a better understanding of the phenomenon of political leadership. Even though there are limitations in references and knowledge, the author hopes for constructive feedback and suggestions from readers to improve quality. So the author hopes to provide benefits for readers in understanding more about political leadership and also our reflections if we want to become leaders in the future.

The purpose of this research is to analyze law enforcement and what are the modus operandi for committing a crime. The research method used is empirical juridical research obtained from interviews conducted at Kupang City Police Station and data collection at Kupang District Court. It also includes secondary data obtained by the author from books, articles, journals, laws and regulations, and others that are relevant and support this research. This article explains that the position of the RKUHP regarding laws in the field of environment and natural resources is not yet clear, because the RKUHP does not expressly state its position regarding other laws. Catechesis is an important aspect in building the spirit of young Catholics in their faith formation. This article has a catechetical role in forming the foundations of young people's spiritual life and overcoming challenges in the process of faith development. With reference to Church documents that emphasize the importance of catechesis, this article discusses some strategies that can be used to increase the participation of young people in catechesis, including the use of technology as well as involvement in church activities. The research method used in this article is a qualitative method with an observation and literature study approach. The researcher observes young people in catechesis and collects data from articles, journals, and books that are appropriate to the topic discussed. In addition, the article discusses the challenges that young people face in catechesis, such as a lack of understanding of the relevance of catechesis, academic pressures, as well as the influence of secular culture. Considering these challenges, this article may suggest strategies to overcome the boredom that young people experience in blessing and also the importance of listening to the views and experiences of young people. As such, this article aims to awaken the spirit of parents in blessing and strengthen the foundation of their faith.

Poverty is a complex and ongoing social problem that requires an integrated and sustainable approach. The problem of poverty impacts various aspects of people's lives, so it is important to overcome the problem of poverty. The aim of this research is to describe public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the data used in the form of secondary data sourced from documents, Central Statistics Agency (BPS), research journals, articles and relevant sources. The data analysis technique is inductive based on the data obtained, then analyzed in relation to public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The results of this research show that public policy strategies have been successful and effective in reducing poverty levels through the leadership policies of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla including the Prosperous Family Savings Program (SKS), the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), the Healthy Indonesia Program, then during Joko's leadership period Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin with the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program.

This research focuses on banking strategies in facing the new era in Indonesia, taking into account the rapid market and technological changes. This transformation is triggered by the development of financial technology (fintech) and the digital revolution, which aims to expand financial inclusion by providing easier and more flexible access for people.  To remain competitive, banks need to continue to innovate and improve services to meet higher customer expectations.  This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to gain an in-depth understanding of banking strategies in the face of market and technological changes in Indonesia. Secondary data was collected from relevant scientific articles, journals and books, then analyzed descriptively and interpretatively. This analysis aims to identify common patterns, trends, and important findings related to product and service innovation strategies, as well as risk and compliance management in the banking industry in Indonesia. The results show that human resource capacity building, digital infrastructure investment, financial education and literacy, effective risk management, collaboration with regulators, adoption of the latest technology, and development of innovative products and services are crucial steps for banks in Indonesia to face dynamic market challenges. The implementation of these suggestions will help banks in Indonesia to be better prepared for change and provide the best services for customers.

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing a Human Resource Management Audit on employee performance. This research was conducted using the literature study method by reviewing and analyzing 10 articles. This research also aims to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of Human Resources on Employee Performance. From the results of the study and literature analysis of the most results, it can be concluded that the implementation of human resource management audits has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research uses a systematic literature review method with the PRISMA model to examine the sources and types of education financing in Indonesia. Data was obtained through a literature study, by analysing 25 journal articles from 2013-2023 that were relevant to the subject matter. Of the 25 articles, 12 were identified as relevant, which were then re-analysed. The results of the analysis showed that there were 10 articles that discussed the sources and types of education financing in Indonesia with a focus on the efficiency of education fund management, while 2 articles were considered less relevant because they talked about the basic concepts of financing and financing planning. The discussion in this study is about the definition and concept of education financing, legal basis, types of financing, and sources of financing such as government funds, community donations, and parental contributions. The education financing cycle includes planning, accounting and evaluation to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources. This research provides an in-depth understanding of education financing in Indonesia, highlighting the important roles of government, communities and educational institutions in providing funds to support the sustainability and quality of education

This research aims to determine the benefits, functions and role of entrepreneurship in improving the economy. This type of research is a qualitative description using literature study. Entrepreneurship is one of the organizations that helps in alleviating poverty. This research explores the various benefits, functions and roles of entrepreneurship in economic development. Data was collected from various secondary sources such as scientific journals, books, research reports, articles and relevant official publications. The findings show that entrepreneurship contributes significantly to job creation, innovation and improving community welfare. Apart from that, entrepreneurship also plays a role in encouraging local and national economic growth. The implications of this research indicate that entrepreneurship development must be supported through proactive policies and sustainable development to achieve maximum economic impact.
