Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan Bank BRI syariah tahun 2016-2020 melalui CR, DAR, ROA dan TATO. Sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sample jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kulitatif yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan melalui situs resmi Bank BRI Syariah dan IDX. Data yang digunakan adalah data Time Series tahun 2016-2020. Dianalisi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Exel dan rumus dalam setiap rasio dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank BRI Syariah diukur melalui analisis Current Ratio, Debt Asset Ratio, Retrun On Asset, dan  Total Asset Trun Over dalam menilai kinerja keuangan Bank BRI Syariah peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur melalui Retrun On Asset, Total Asset Trun Over memiliki kinerja yang tidak baik, namun tidak dengan Current Ratio dan Debt To Asset Rasio  yang memiliki kinerja keuangan yang baik, karena dapat dilihat dari kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur melalui Retrun On Asset Ratio, Total Asset Trun Over dimana perusahaan memiliki total aktiva yang cukup besar namun belum mampu memanfaatkannya untuk menghasilkan laba yang besar, sedangkan Current Ratio memiliki aktiva lancar yang cukup besar dan mampu dalam memanfaatkannya untuk menghasilkan nilai yang baik dan Debt To Asset Rasio memiliki nilai Debt To Asset Rasio yang kecil sehingga perusahaan bisa dapat mengembalikan pinjaman juga semakin kecil.

This research can be conducted on the number of customers who visit Angkringan CA Gading Serpong by using various kinds of social media so that this form of purchase decision becomes evidence from customers who are interested in buying Nasi Kucing products. Likewise, it is important for Angkringan CA Gading Serpong to use digital marketing, because social media has a strong influence on promoting the product. Analysis can be carried out using quantitative research methods, because this research will discuss the 4P strategy, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion which will be part of the four main keys to making a marketing strategy for Nasi Kucing which will be sold by Angkringan CA Gading Serpong. In terms of target customers, the average consumer who eats at this angkringan is students because access to this angkringan is not far from the university. This study has twenty kinds of indicators consisting of Product Quality, Product Design, Product Brand, Product Variants, Affordable Prices, Sales Competitiveness, Price Compatibility, Strategic Location, Affordable and Convenient, Order System more regularly, Media Promotion, Communication, Product Introduction , Advertising intensity through Food Blogger, so that the stability of a product is proven to satisfy customers and become loyal, a questionnaire needs to be made with a target of reaching 110 respondents who are customers of Angkringan CA Gading Serpong. This is a form of participation in filling out the questionnaire.

The contemporary era of globalization has connected everything. Thus, it is impossible to understand many economic, political and cultural relations from a single perspective. Almost all over the world, globalization has changed the way people live, work and consume. Thus the phenomenon of modernization was born, modernization is a process in which society becomes increasingly dependent on technology. In the world of business, technology is one of the most important things in marketing to the public, especially global marketing. So this research aims to see how the role of global marketing management in increasing consumer satisfaction, especially in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Return On Assets on stock prices at Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2020. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. From the data analysis, the regression equation Y = 6.518 + 0.773X1 + 0.519X2 + 0.620X3 is obtained. Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Return On Assets has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Return On Assets simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination it is known that the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Return On Assets affect the stock prices of companies in the food and beverage sector by 72.4%, while the remaining 27.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

This study aims to determine whether the village government of Rambahan is economical, and to build infrastructure for community economic empowerment. This research method uses a qualitative method which is sourced from the village office of the Rambahan village government, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi. The results of the research carried out concluded that (1) The planning stage of the Village Fund Allocation in the village of Rambahan was in accordance with what was planned by the village government and in accordance with the needs of the community to improve the standard of living of the community. However, the lack of participation of the Rambahan village community in the deliberations on the Determination of the Use of the Village Fund Budget so that there are some parties who have different opinions. (2) The application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) for the empowerment of rural communities is appropriate in the view of Islamic economics, because it has implemented quite well the principles of ta'awun and the principle of shura according to the principles of an Islamic perspective. (3) The use of the village fund budget in Rambahan Village, Muara Bulian District can be seen from the success of the financial performance of the village fund budget in Rambahan Village in 2019-2021 in the category like this based on the category and percentage of each statement on average being in the good category andpercentage above 60% until it reaches below 80% success.

This study aims to determine the analysis of working capital ratios in the village unit cooperative bahar satria. The method used is a qualitative postpositivism approach. The object of this study is the ratio of working capital in the Bahar Satria village unit cooperative. Based on the results of the study, data was obtained that the working capital ratio at the Bahar Satria Village Unit Cooperative seen from 4 ratios is that the Current Ratio has fluctuated from 2018 – 2021. Then the Quick Ratio has fluctuated from 2018 – 2021. And the Cash Ratio has fluctuated from 2018 – 2021. Then the Inventory Ratio has fluctuated from 2018 – 2021. The standard ratio for the Working Capital Ratio in the Bahar Satria Village Unit Cooperative based on the Current Ratio can be said to be very good because it reaches 229.08%, then on the Quick Ratio it can be said to be good because it reaches 152 .99%, then the Cash Ratio can be said to be sufficient because it reaches 25.40%. And the ratio of Inventory to Net Working Capital can be said to be very good because it reaches 42.66%.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Finance (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with data collection techniques, documentation studies and library research. The number of samples used as many as 12 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 10 software and Microsoft Excel 365. The results of this research indicate that the CAR has an insignificant positive effect on Profitability, NPF has a significant negative effect on Profitability, FDR has an insignificant negative effect on Profitability, and (BOPO) has a significant negative effect on profitability. 

Manajemen laba merupakan praktik penipuan pada laporan keuangan sebuah perusahaan atau lembaga yang memiliki beragam bentuk. Pendeteksian tindakan fraud pada laporan keuangan berusaha dianalisis melalui teori Fraud Triangle pada praktik manajemen laba dengan pengujian pada lima variabel independen. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji regresi berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial kelima variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan pada praktik manajemen laba perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menunjukkan signifikansi antara deteksi fraud pada laporan keuangan dengan manajemen laba, memandang semua tindak kejahatan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor pertama dalam triangle fraud yaitu tekanan melainkan juga peluang dan aktivitas rasionalisasi pelaku fraud.

To meet the needs of life, there is a relationship between business actors and consumers. The relationship between business actors and consumers is interdependence. To protect the interests of consumers, the Consumer Protection Act is urgently needed due to the weak position of consumers towards business actors. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of legal protection for consumers in obtaining 3 kilograms of LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) at a price according to the HET (Highest Retail Price). The research method used in this study was a normative juridical research method with data collection through library research and interviews in order to collect and study library materials or secondary data. The result of the research is that regulations regarding consumer legal protection and consumer disputes in Indonesia have been regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. In addition, socialization is needed from the government and related institutions regarding the rights of 3 kg lpg consumers, such as the right to obtain information about the price of 3 kg lpg, information about the availability of 3 kg lpg gas at bases and so on, especially in the city of Surabaya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas IX pada mata pelajaran matematika di SMPN 1 Enam Lingkung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Narasumber wawancara terdiri atas 9 orang dengan 3 orang siswa kelas IX yang nilai matematikanya rendah sekaligus bertindak sebagai objek penelitian, 3 orang tua siswa, 2 guru wali kelas dan 1 orang guru BK. Dalam pengambilan data peneliti melakukan observasi langsung dan wawancara. Setelah mendapatkan hasil dari wawancara, peneliti mendapatkan bahwa faktor rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas IX pada mata pelajaran matematika, diantaranya: (1) tidak cukupnya waktu istirahat siswa, (2) kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa, (3) siswa tidak tertarik terhadap matematika, (4) adanya 2 kegiatan sekaligus yaitu sekolah dan pesantren, (5) adanya pengaruh dari efek pasca covid-19 atau pembelajaran daring.

Tulisan ini mengenai deskripsi tentang bimbingan dan konseling panti asuhan dalam menerapkan perilaku anak panti asuhan Muhammadiyah Rantiang Cingkariang. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk penulis yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif  dalam mengenal salah perilaku anak-anak yang ada di panti asuhan tersebut. Metode pengumpulan dan mencantumkan wawancara dan obeservasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan program tersebut terdiri 5 hal yang berkaitan dengan Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Rantiang Cingkariang.

Ice breaking merupakan salah satu teknik yang dapat dilakukan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. ice breaking sendiri merupakan permainan atau kegiatan yang nantinya dapat berfungsu sebagai pengubah suasana keheningan dalam proses pembelajaran, yang mana ice breaking sendiri nantinya dapat bersifat spontan atau tanpa persiapan dalam memecahkan kebekuan dalam suatu proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini sendiri nantinya yaitu untuk melihat apakah ice breaking berpengaruh atau tidak terhadap hasil belajar TIK siswa di MTsN Al Wasliyah. Penelitian ini sendiri merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dibatasi pada siswa kelas 7 dengan sampel sebanyak 29 orang pada siswa kelas 7.1 dengan teknik total sampling, Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dokumentasi dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini sendiri yaitu terdapat pengaruh ice breaking terhadap hasil belajar TIK siswa, yang mana hasil belajar TIK siswa sendiri meningkat atau lebih tinggi setelah menggunakan teknik ice breaking.

Sekolah pada hakikatnya mempunyai perasaan yang cukup penting dalam membentuk kepribadian dan tingkah laku dan berakhlak karimah. Sekolah juga mempunyai peranan penting untuk memberikan pemahaman dan benteng pertahanan agar terhindar dari jeratan negative perkembangan arus globalisasi. Setiap orang juga memilki persepsi dan perilaku ketika interaksi dengan suatu objek tertentu dan mental kita juga ikut menentuka kecendrungan seseorang. Sekolah ini cukup menarik untuk diteliti karena masalah yang peneliti angkat tentang sikap dan perilaku siswa terdapat terdapat disekolah ini. Seperti berkelahi merokok pacaran, tetapi masih banyak pula siswa yang berkelakuan baik. melalui penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui apa factor yang mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku siswa serta apa saja upaya mengatasinya. Sikap terbentuk melalui hasil belajar dari interaksi dan pengalaman seseorang dan bukan factor bawaan ( factor intren) seseorang. Sikap terbentuk oleh adanya interaksi social tang dialami oleh individu. Pada intinya seks bebas tersebut bisa terjadi nya karena lemahnya kontrol dari perilaku seks bebas tersebut dan juga lemahnya control yang berada di masyarakat setempat karena ada pergeseran nilai dan noorma yang ada dimasyarakat sekitar. Seks bebas itu sifatnya negative karena melanggar norma yang ada di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat. Hasil yang dilakukan peneliti melihat perkembangan siswa terhadap lingkungan disekolah dan peneliti melakukan kegiatan sudah sebanyak beberapa kali dalam kondisi lingkungan serta proses pembelajaran hasil yang didapat siswa semangkin hari   semangkin baik dan mulai terjaga yang namanya jauh dari penyimpangan seks bebas dan peningkatan terhadap siswa semangkin terjaga namun yang belum bisa di perbaiki tentang sikap dan etika siswa di SMA SWASTA TUNAS BANGSA. Tujuan dari kegiatan tersebut agar peneliti mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan siswa apakah mereka tahu penyimpangan itu sangat bahaya untuk mereka maka dari itu peneliti mengambil lokasi tersebut untuk dijadikan penelitian.

Pendidikan luar sekolah merupakan mekanisme yang menjadi peluang bagi masyarakat untuk memperkaya pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Pendidikan luar sekolah berperan dalam membantu sekolah dan masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah pendidikan. Pendidikan luar sekolah (PLS) melengkapi pendidikan sekolah. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam sejarah pendidikan bahwasana jalur pendidikan di Indonesia terbagi menjadi tiga bidang yaitu pendidikan formal, pendidikan informal dan pembelajaran informal. Pendidikan luar sekolah sudah ada di Indonesia sebelum masa kemerdekaan, pendidikan luar sekolah dipraktikkan dan diintegrasikan ke dalam kehidupan setiap orang dalam masyarakat jauh sebelum muncul dan memasyarakatnya sistem sekolah. Pendidikan luar sekolah cakupannya sangat luas dimana setiap aktivitas pendidikan di luar sekolah yang melayani target didik guna mencapai tujuan belajar yang diselenggarakan oleh siapapun yang mampu dan untuk siapapun yang mau tanpa aturan rumit.

Arab society before Islam was a society that lived in the Jahiliyah era. Jahiliyyah which means ignorance and in Islamic law Jahiliyyah means "ignorance of divine guidance" or "condition of ignorance of God's guidance". This paper aims to get to know the natural conditions, social conditions and culture of Arab society before Islam. The results of the study: The Arabian Peninsula is a desert region located in the southwestern part of Asia. The Arabian Peninsula was a strategic area on ancient world maps, when the Australian and American continents were unknown to people, because it was located at the meeting point of three continents, namely Asia, Europe and Africa. The northern region challenges Arabia with the Syrian desert valley, the east is bordered by the Persian plateau, while the west is bordered by the Red Sea. The Arab region consists of deserts where the air is very hot and windy, this area is the Tihamah area, while the area that is in the form of valleys in the mountains is the Hijaz area. The social condition of Pre-Islamic Arab society was based on ethnicities that continued to maintain the teachings of their ancestors, by continuing to maintain traditions such as humiliation, killing female babies, worshiping idols, gambling, stealing, drinking intoxicants, robbing and justifying any means to make wishes come true. The most prominent pre-Islamic Arab cultural community is the field of Arabic literature, especially Arabic poetry. The country of Yemen is a very important cultural growth place that once developed in the Arabian Peninsula before Islam came. The Arab nation is a nation that has a high sense of art.

Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, sektor ini telah dipengaruhi oleh tren baru yang berbeda, dari kelahiran supermarket hingga munculnya e-commerce, hingga pengenalan cashierless store. Dalam dekade terakhir, kami telah mengamati tren yang berkembang yang melibatkan teknologi baru dan peningkatan otomatisasi layanan, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan, konektivitas, dan ketersediaan penggunaan. Meskipun bidang aplikasinya bervariasi, ada kecenderungan untuk mengurangi kebutuhan kontrol manusia dalam melakukan berbagai operasi. Yang terakhir mewakili kategori baru toko yang sepenuhnya berbasis komputer dan digital, di mana penggunaan kamera, sensor, dan rak otomatis meminimalkan interaksi manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengetahuan customer tentang cashierless store, dan relevansi berbagai faktor yang terkait dengan jenis toko baru ini. Kuesioner dikirim ke 30 customer untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi situasi aktual dan pengetahuan tentang topik ini. Analisis statistik, mengenai pengetahuan mereka tentang cashierless store dan pengalaman customer, disediakan untuk membahas faktor-faktor paling relevan yang memengaruhi persepsi dan sikap customer, dengan perbandingan per jenis kelamin dan jenis pengguna. Hasil analisis yang diberikan mengungkapkan bahwa mereka mengetahui tentang cashierless store sebelumnya.

The highest of indonesian musician to develop Indonesia’s song force them to recycle a popular song into two version (Javanese and indonesia). This paper focused in analysing how the process of transalation is and what ideology that was used in transalting these songs. Qualitative is the method that was used in this research. The data of this research is dangdut songs entitile “layang sworo” and ”oplosan”. In gathering the data, researcher used observation and questioner and in analyzing the data researcher used analysing and clasifiying. The result of the analsis shows that the translator used foreignisation ideology in translating these songs. It goes to that conclusion because the characteristic and the use of method in translating the songs. The characteristics are the translator put some word in source language in the target language, the target language text is like a translation text, and the translator almost did not add or reduce the source language text in the target language text. Then the methods were used are word for word, literal translation and semantic translation.

One of the service provided by the Hospital is by providing fast service, so give satisfaction to secoety. Service provided by the Hospital in increasing customer satisfactions whit using technology the SIMRS application. Contitution Republic of Indonesian No. 44 year 2019 about Hospital in chapter 1 paragraph 3 every Hospital must organize SIMRS application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of knowledge and motivation of nurses on the use of the SIMRS application at RSUD Sumbawa. Population in this research were 149 respondents. The sampling technique in quantitative research with a sample of 109 respondent and the sampling technique in qualitative research with a sample of 10 respondent. The method on this research is a mix method with cross sectional and generic quality approach. The results of the study obtained a p-value 0,001 < 0,05% which means that there is an effect on level of knowledge nurses on the use of  the SIMRS application and there is an influence on the motivation of nurses in using the SIMRS application at RSUD Sumbawa.

Perusahaan multinasional memiliki keterlibatan dalam sector perekonomian suatu negara karena memiliki entitas yang penting dalam menyerap tenaga kerja hingga meningkatkan pendapatan per kapita suatu negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peranan secara rinci dari perusahaan multinasional yang dapat memunculkan dampak tertentu bagi perekonomian di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka melalui beberapa referensi serta informasi dari lembaga terkait dengan perekonomian di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan perusahaan multinasional menimbulkan efek positif serta efek negative. Dari sisi positif, peranan perusahaan multinasional dapat memberikan kesempatan yang tepat bagi Indonesia untuk mengembangkan sector perekonomian negara dengan adanya sumbangsih devisa negara. Selain itu, Indonesia akan makin dikenal oleh negara lain karena negara lain percaya bahwa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan investasi asing karena latar belakang potensi sumber daya Indonesia yang melimpah dan penekanan pada upah pekerja di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Di sisi negative, apabila pemerintah Indonesia tidak memberikan penekanan pada perusahaan multinasional mengenai regulasi internal perdagangan dan industri di Indonesia maka akan mempersempit peluang perusahaan domestic dalam bersaing di negara sendiri.

The goal of this study is to describe the focus of the research that consists of the characters in the film “The Pursuit of Happyness “by Gabriella Muccino. The data were taken based on the quotations that focus on the characters found in the film script and time sequence “The Story of My Life”. The research is analyzed by using the qualitative approach. The kind of characters is based on eight instruments, they are major, minor, protagonist, antagonist, flat, round, static, and dynamic. This study is conducted based on literature reviews by observing documents from the film. The film consists of 1 hour 57 minutes duration and 103 pages of the original script. The findings that are found based on the observation from this film were significant. The character instruments consist of Minor by 30% % at the highest position, then Protagonist by 20 %, static by 10 %, antagonist by 10 %, Dynamic by 10 %, Round by 10 %, and Major by 7 %. and flat by 3%. The conclusions showed that the character that emerged as the minor character that consists in this film makes this film more interesting. After analyzing this film, the writer concluded that this element emerged from the major character’s hard work and self-empowerment strength that builds the personal competence involving personal journey and process of understanding as the effect of many problems in his life.
