In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

As many companies emerge, according to the law of Supply and Demand, competition will arise between similar and dissimilar industries to dominate the market using various methods and strategies. When these companies or industries are established, they certainly have a goal to be achieved. Of the many goals that a company wants to achieve, it is to gain profit or profit. The author's anxiety in facing increasingly tough competition makes the author try to examine whether the calculation of overhead costs is in accordance with the accounting process implemented, because companies are required to be able to make decisions quickly and precisely, because being careful in making decisions will affect the continuity and development of the company, wrong One decision that must be taken in the management of a company is decisions and policies regarding costs.      

Elderly can be said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle. Meanwhile, article 1 paragraph (1), (2), (3), (4) of Law no. 13 of 1998 concerning health states that an elderly person is someone who has reached the age of more than 60 years (Maryam, 2011). A decrease in muscle function and strength will result in a decrease in the ability to maintain postural balance or body balance in the elderly. Joint pain is an inflammation of the joints which is characterized by joint swelling, redness, heat, pain and movement pain. (Santoso, 2009). The type of data used is primary data taken directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The statistical test used is the chi-square test ∝= 0.481. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of elderly people with less experience experienced joint pain (43.5%). The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained p= 0.481, which means there is a relationship between knowledge and activeness of the elderly in doing elderly exercise with the incidence of joint pain in the elderly. Seeing the results of this research, the health workers on duty should provide education about exercise for the elderly and joint pain.    

This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.    

Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.

The innovation of the robot cars today is moving very fast. The robot car is capable of being driven without using manual remote controls. One form of technological development in robot car control is by using hand gestures. The microcontrolle placed in the palm of the hand will read the direction of movement of our hands, then the instructions are transmitted to the robot car.  The transmission system used in the microcontrolled circuit in the palm of the hand and the receiver circuit inside the robot car must be properly attached. This is influenced by the quality of programming language levels and the arduino mini pro and MPU-6050 circuits. Hand gesture directional readings are able to be easily readable and directly transmitted by the NRF24L01 module via radio waves. The response power of the robot car in receiving hand-move instructions can be received as far as 45 m. The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

Pandemi covid-19 telah memaksa pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan cara berbeda. Siswa harus belajar dari rumah, sementara Sekolah dan guru harus menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang efektif. Demikian pula orang tua harus berperan aktif melaksanakan pembelajaran dari rumah. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terdahap upaya sekolah dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika upaya TK Isa Almasih mewujudkan kegiatan belajar pada masa pandemi covid-19 adalah 1) Merancang pembelajaran yang menstimulus siswa belajar sesuai dengan tema belajar dan efisien secara ekonomi; 2) Bekerjasama dengan orang tua murid dengan mengadakan pertemuan terbatas membahas perkembangan siswa; 3) Menggunakan sosial media untuk  menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan bahan ajar dan pemberitahuan hasil belajar murid. Sementara bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran dari rumah yaitu 1) Menjadi penuntun anak dalam belajar dari rumah; 2) Orang tua berperan menjadi operator. AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has forced learning to be carried out in a different way. Students must learn from home, while schools and teachers must organize effective learning. Likewise, parents must play an active role in carrying out learning from home. For this reason, the authors conducted research on school efforts and the involvement of parents in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews. The results showed that the efforts of Isa Almasih Kindergarten to realize learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic were 1) Designing learning that stimulates students to learn according to the learning theme and is economically efficient; 2) Collaborating with the parents by holding a limited meeting to discuss student development; 3) Using social media to convey information related to teaching materials and notification of student learning outcomes. While the forms of parental involvement in learning from home are 1) Being a guide for children in learning from home; 2) Parents act as operators.

It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.

Buildings in Indonesia should be designed to withstand earthquakes. The resistance of buildings to earthquakes is highly dependent on their geometric configuration which is closely related to form and space. With the development of the era, it also affects the architectural 'trend' favored by architects and clients. But without realizing this trend can affect the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes. Design trends carried out by architects that can affect the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes are: 1). Architectural styles that are developing in the world, 2). Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

Fostering students’ creativity in learning is not effortless because the average learning activity is usually less challenging. Authentic problem-based learning is a learning model that is expected to foster students' creativity in education. This study aimed to examine expert and practitioner validation on authentic problem-based learning tasks prototype in promoting student creativity. The prototype product was displayed and simulated in virtual zoom and validated by 14 learning experts and 18 practitioners/teachers. The initial data were collected through self-evaluation using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of real experiences as a learning stimulus could foster creative solutions, which are marked by the emergence of new, unusual ideas, imaginative ideas, new creations that have an impact on the development of student creativity.

This study aims to determine the effect of Obedience Pressure, Independence, and Audit Expertise on Audit Judgment at Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. The population of this research is all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm in the East Surabaya Region which consists of 28 Public Accounting Firms that are registered in the Public Accounting Firm Information System at the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Secretariat General of the Center for Financial Professional Development. These are 40 auditors who work at 9 Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model to test the previously proposed hypotheses. PLS analysis was tested using SmartPLS version 2.0 for windows software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: that Obedience Pressure on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant negative effect. Independence from Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect. Audit expertise on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect.

Development is the process of changing the functional capacity or working ability of the body's organs towards a state that is increasingly organized and specialized according to the wishes of their respective functions. According to the 2015 United Nations Emergency Children's Fund (UNICEF) report, data was found that the incidence of growth and development disorders in children under five, especially motor development disorders, is still high, namely 27.5% or 3 million children. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the motor development of preschool children at TKIT Al Hikmah. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach which was carried out in February 2021. The research population was 40 preschool aged children. With a sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using a logistic regression test with a confidence level of 95%. The results of the research showed that there was an influence of the length of interaction and stimulation with children on the motor development of preschool aged children and there was no influence of age, education and mother's occupation on the motor development of children aged 3 - 4 years at TKIT Al Hikmah. It is hoped that mothers can increase developmental stimulation during interactions with children and make contact time with children a useful time for stimulation.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

The use of Fiber Optic as a light emitter in Cocktail Dress is expected to be a new innovation in the development of party fashion. The objectives of this study are: 1) To explain the process of making a cocktail dress using Fiber Optic as a light emitter. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R & D) method. The R&D method is a research method that tests a product to produce the best product by conducting direct trials. In addition to using the method (R&D), it also uses the method of literature, documentation, and experiments. The experiment of making Cocktail Dress using Fiber Optic as a light emitter was carried out at the Laboratory of the Fashion Design Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, st. Sultan Agung, No. 77 Gajah Mungkur Village, Semarang City. The percentage of additional ingredients in making Cocktail Dress, namely: 3 meters Bridal Satin Fabric, 1meter Furing, 2 meters Trikod, 1 seed thread, zipper size 50 cm 1 item, zippers size 25 cm 1 item, Fiber Optic in amount of 0.75 mm-400 m. The results of this study indicate that the Fiber Optic Cocktail Dress has the characteristic that the resulted cocktail dress can shine with the light emitting from the Fiber Optic. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an opportunity for innovation from Cocktail Dress by adding Fiber Optic.

Developing children's interests and talents in a religious context is crucial to shaping the character and morality of the younger generation. This study aims to explore the various methods used in religious activities in Heram District, Waena Kel. Jayapura City, and to measure their impact on the development of children's interests and talents. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, data was collected from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Results show that religious activities not only increase children's interest in spiritual aspects, but also contribute to their social and emotional development.
