Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai halal dalam rantai nilai industri penggilingan daging bakso pada usaha industri Penggilingan Daging Bakso Mas Pur di Pasar Angso Duo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait proses produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penggilingan daging bakso di Home Industri Mas Pur telah diatur sesuai prinsip-prinsip halal yang ditetapkan dalam standar industri halal. Analisis nilai halal mencakup seluruh tahapan mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi, hingga distribusi produk. Proses pemotongan dan penggilingan daging dilakukan dengan memperhatikan tata cara yang sesuai dengan ajaran halal, termasuk penggunaan peralatan yang telah dibersihkan dan disucikan sesuai aturan agama. Pemantauan dan pengendalian kualitas dilakukan secara ketat untuk memastikan kebersihan dan kehalalan produk. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan peningkatan dalam sistem rantai nilai halal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan industri penggilingan daging bakso rumahan yang lebih berkualitas dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip halal.

This article aims to produce a webtoon-based online comic that can increase students' understanding of religious moderation implemented at SMA 17 Batam. The type of research used is development research with the ADDIE design (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). The research instruments used in this research were validation sheets, teacher assessment sheets, student assessment sheets, and tests of students' understanding of religious moderation abilities. The techniques used were questionnaires, observations and interviews using descriptive and inferential analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of the research show that the use of webtoon-based online comics can increase high school students' understanding of religious moderation. In this research, the author uses a development approach which includes several stages, such as preliminary study, planning, development and evaluation. The evaluation results show that webtoon-based online comics can increase the understanding of religious moderation of SMA 17 Batam students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang valid, praktis, dan efektif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada sub materi volume balok dan kubus. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Lembar validasi LKPD, lembar angket respon siswa dan lembar angket respon guru. Setelah instrumen dinyatakan valid oleh validator, kemudian dilakukan uji terbatas dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian dari pengembangan LKPD dengan pengembangan saintifik yaitu : (1) (a)  LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid dari penilaian validator, dengan nilai sebesar 3,55.  (b) LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria melalui hasil angket respon guru terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan menunjukkan nilai kepraktisan 3 dengan kategori baik, hasil angket respon siswa terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan menunjukkan nilai kepraktisan 3,3 dengan kategori baik . sehingga LKPD yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan saintifik telah memenuhi kriteria praktis. (c ) LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria efektif dengan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal tercapai sebanyak 87%. Waktu pembelajaran sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan dan mendapat respon baik dari siswa.  (2) setelah LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik dikembangkan dan di uji coba lapangan kepada siswa, terlihat kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa meningkat dari skor pretest 42,6% menjadi skor posttest 78,3%. Kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 35,7%.

This research aims to develop and plan an effective business network for the lumpia beef business, especially in building a business network so that the lumpia beef business can continue to grow. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The source of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection is done through observation and documentation. Observation in this study was carried out by observing consumer tastes and documentation was carried out by collecting data on effective business networks. The subject of this research is business development through business networks and the object is the Harumaki Beef business. Based on the results of research on the development of effective business networks for Harumaki Beef, it can be concluded that the development of Harumaki Beef can be done effectively if Harumaki Beef can be marketed online so that it can be more widely known by the public by strengthening its business network.

The development of educational science accompanied by technological developments has brought about rapid evolution and competition in various groups such as in various aspects such as organizations or companies and even in the world of education itself. Meeting needs is also a challenge that requires human resources (HR) who are able to learn various technologies well, adapt easily, and respond to significant changes. Of course, in the world of education, teachers are educational personnel. Educators are important stakeholders in educational development and are the most influential factor in producing quality educational activities and results. Therefore, teachers must obtain sufficient education, training, development and experience to improve their qualifications in order to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Responsibility is carried out with the help of skills that bring success, which determines the quality of education. Therefore, training and development is a basic need which is expected to influence increasing teacher competence and performance.

One of the primary school subjects that is compulsory for students to study is Natural Sciences (IPA). In conducting the learning process a teacher needs to prepare models and methods as well as what media is chosen to help the teacher deliver the material. So that students can receive the material well and work the matter properly and improve the student's learning outcomes from before learning to after learning. This research is to find out what models and media can be applied in IPA learning on simple aircraft material. This article is written using the research method of a library review. This research includes the study of libraries to gather information and analyze literature. Of the eight articles scanned with one or two using similar learning models and other learning media showed positive results for students and teachers. Improved student learning about simple aircraft material became better. Some models and learning media on simple aircraft material are a reference to teachers in implementing the IPA learning process well and achieving the entire learning plan.

 Tulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan bagaimana pengertian perencanaan, alas an perlunya perencanaan, proses perencanaan, hubungan perencanaan, dengan fungsi manajemen lainnya, cara mendapatkan keunggulan bersaing, jenis-jenis perencanaan dan manfaat perencanaan dalam ilmu pengantar manajemen. Perencanaan merupakan suatu proses yang tidak berakhir bila rencana tersebut telah ditetapkan, rencana harus dilaksanakan dan perencanaan harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan fleksibilitas, agar mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi dan kondisi baru secepat mungkin dan salah satu aspek penting perencanaan adalah membuat keputusan (decision making). Perencanaan dalam arti formal merupakan suatu proses yang melibatkan penentuan sasaran atau tujuan organisasi, menyusun strategi menyeluruh untuk mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan dan mengembangkan hirarki rencana secara menyeluruh untuk mengintegrasikan dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan. Kebutuhan perencanaan berlaku pada semua tingkat manajemen dan semakin tinggi tingkatannya, perencanaan mempunyai kemungkinan dampak paling besar atas keberhasilan organisasi. Para manjer tingkat atas sebagian besar waktunya digunakan untuk perencanaan masa depan dan strategis organisasi secara keseluruhan untuk mrekrut personalia, pengembangan teknik produksi, inovasi produk dan lain sebagainya. Manajer yang lebih rendah merencanakan untuk unitnya sendiri dan untuk jangka yang pendek. Oleh karena itu para manajer perlu memahami peran perencanaan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dalam pola perencanaan secara keseluruhan. Jadi manajer puncak umumnya berkonsentrasi pada perencanaan jangka panjang dan setrategi organisasi, sedangkan manajer tingkat bawah berkonsentrasi pada rencana-rencana jangka pendek.

This study was aimed to develop mobile learning media for students' learning interests at SMP Negeri 18 Medan which meet valid, practical and effective criteria. The research method used is the ADDIE development model which has 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects of this study were 35 students of class IX-2 at SMP Negeri 18 Medan. The results showed that: (1) the development of mobile learning media for students' interest in learning mathematics met very valid criteria with an average percentage of 86.91% based on validation by media experts and an average percentage for material of 83.25% based on validation by material experts; (2) the development of mobile learning media for students' interest in learning mathematics meets practical criteria with an average percentage of 80.47% based on student response questionnaires to learning media; (3) the development of mobile learning media for students' interest in learning mathematics meets the criteria of being effective with an average percentage of 74.68% based on a questionnaire on students' interest in learning mathematics. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the developed mobile learning media for students' interest in learning mathematics is feasible to use.

Pengembangan sistem informasi Entry Work Order pada PT. Hi-lex Indonesia ini merupakan sistem input data Work Order. Work Order merupakan sebuah perintah suatu pekerjaan dalam internal suatu lembaga, departemen maupun perusahaan berupa dokumen atau lembar kertas secara tertulis kepada pelaksana aktivitas pemeliharaan atau pekerja untuk diselesaikan. Bukan hanya perintah Work Order juga dapat digunakan untuk melaporkan pekerjaan yang sudah ataupun belum selesai dikerjakan. Tujuan sistem informasi Entry Work Order adalah untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data Work Order dan untuk menghindari data double pada Work Order. Pengembangan sistem ini meliputi beberapa tahapan proses yaitu tahap perencanaan sistem, tahap analisis sistem, tahap perancangan sistem, tahap penerapan sistem dan tahap evaluasi sistem. Sistem informasi Entry Work Order diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses input tanpa adanya data double sehingga dapat menghasilkan data yang akurat.

Learning media is an important learning tool to consider in the learning process. The presence of learning media can make learning more interesting and active, so that the use of media can help increase student achievement and learning motivation. The presence of learning media in citizenship learning content is considered very important to reduce the verbality of citizenship learning material. The aim of this research is to develop wordwall-based citizenship learninglearning media that can be used by teachers to transfer material and carry out learning evaluations. The type of research used in this research is development research (Research and Development). Research and development is research that aims to produce a product that comes from research and testing the product that has been developed. The development research model is the ADDIE model which consists of five stages of development research. The five stages are analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. In this research, the development stage will be discussed up to the ADD stage. The subjects in this research were media experts, material experts, and three 6th grade elementary school students to test the level of appropriateness of the media. Based on the validation test, it can be seen that through the two stages of validation by experts, the wordwall media was declared very suitable for use in learning. This is because wordwall media can have a positive influence on the classroom climate and student learning outcomes.

The talking stick learning system involves the use of a talking stick as a means of facilitating dialogue in groups. This learning media helps students' involvement and responsiveness and increases social interaction in the learning process. By utilizing this innovative approach, the research aims to increase the interaction and involvement of students and teachers in the language learning process and its correlation with Islam. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The research results show that the use of talking sticks significantly increases students' active participation and learning motivation and contributes to the development of more interactive and effective language learning strategies.

Abstrak. Artificial intelligence (AI) adalah istilah dari industrial society yang merupakan sebuah "program komputer, pembelajaran mesin, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak". Artificial intelligence ini menggunakan sebuah ilmu dari perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang terinspirasi oleh rekayasa terbalik dari pola neokognitron yang bekerja diotak manusia. Produk industri ini banyak digunakan dalam pengembangan dan aplikasi sehari-hari di berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperjelas peran artificial intelligence dalam pendidikan, dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode media informasi, seperti poster yang pasang di majalah dinding sekolah. poster tersebut ini mengenai edukasi pentingnya artificial intelligence dalam membantu dan membuat profil pembelajaran untuk setiap siswa dan memungkinkan materi pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan kemampuan, gaya belajar, dan pengalaman setiap siswa. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang ingin mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat, dan mudah, kebutuhan akan akses internet sangat tinggi. dengan demikian, kita harus terus mencari dan mengupayakan kualitas. Terdapat keterlambatan dalam komunikasi serta belum adanya pemfilteran terhadap perangkat yang terhubung dalam jaringan internet kantor lurah air Selemba. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada untuk mengatur hak ases setiap perangkat yang ada dalam jaringan tersebut,oleh karena itu diperlukan penerapan metode Access Control List(ACL) pada jaringan komputer dengan tujuan agar para staff atau pegawai lebih stabil saat bekerja. Dalam mendapatkan akses internet yang pengembangan yang digunakan adalah NDLC terdiri dari Analysis, Design, Simulasi Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring dan Management. Metode pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. This research aims to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment, training and career development functions, as well as assessing the performance of PT's human resources (HR). Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the functions of recruitment, training and career development, as well as employee performance assessment at PT. Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch has been running effectively and efficiently. Based on the audit findings, several recommendations for PT. Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch as input material that can be used in improving recruitment, training and development functions, as well as performance appraisals, among which companies must document work agreements, company regulations and policies in writing to provide legal certainty for employees and the company, evaluation employee training and career development programs are carried out regularly, companies should add more diverse performance assessment methods to provide a more comprehensive picture of employee performance.

This literacy and numeracy training and mentoring service activity is to prepare the nation's next generation to face challenges in the global era, where to produce selective education requires quality human resources, including the development of literacy and numeracy in learning at SDN Sri Mukti 01, North Tambun, use digital-based technology at SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara and knowledge for teachers and parents and guardians regarding the use of digital-based technology in learning. Training and development methods are carried out offline or face-to-face by students through lecturer assistance which includes introducing the scope of literacy and numeracy learning, as well as supporting teachers in developing literacy and numeracy by utilizing digital-based technology in learning and teaching activities. It is hoped that with this training, SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara students and teachers can develop digital-based learning and teaching activities for numeracy literacy

This study aims to examine the development of Ijarah products as an alternative financing in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, with a focus on its implementation in meeting customer financing needs. Ijarah, as a lease agreement in the Islamic financial system, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles and has great potential in the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from several LKS that have implemented Ijarah products. The research findings show that Ijarah products have advantages in providing financing flexibility, especially in fixed asset sectors such as property and vehicles. However, challenges faced in developing this product include a lack of customer understanding and regulatory complexity. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening socialization and increasing the operational capacity of LKS in offering Ijarah products is very important to increase the competitiveness and inclusion of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

The development of coastal and marine ecotourism must consider two aspects, namely the tourist destination aspect and the market aspect. Even though in its development it adheres to the concept of products and markets, the development of tourism products still ensures the preservation of natural and cultural resources of coastal and marine communities. Nowadays, ecotourism in mangrove forests is seen as being able to synergize with real conservation measures for the mangrove forest ecosystem. The potential of mangroves can be used as a tourist attraction as well as an effort to rehabilitate and conserve mangrove areas. The aim of writing this article is to find out the strategy for developing ecotourism, especially mangrove ecotourism, which is based on previous case study research. From the three case studies, it can be concluded that the ecotourism development strategy is determined by analyzing the conditions and feasibility of ecotourism.  

The role of cooperatives in supporting the economy is reflected in their contribution to GDP, which experiences a positive trend every year. The potential of each region is different, resulting in a classification of the types of cooperative businesses that exist in order to realize regional growth in accordance with the resources it has. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and BPS West Java. The results of the Location Qoutient (LQ) method analysis show that two types of business are categorized as potential bases, namely the consumer cooperative and producer cooperative sectors, because they have an LQ value> 1. Meanwhile, the cooperative, service, marketing cooperative and savings and loan cooperative sectors are in a non-base position, because they have an LQ value <1.
