This research aims to determine the impact of promotion and demotion mechanisms in teacher career development at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. This research uses a qualitative approach. The type of research used is interviews. The informant in this research was only one teacher. This research shows the mechanism of promotion and demotion in teacher career development at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. There are promotion and demotion indicators consisting of work performance, discipline, skills. Lastly, the demotion indicators consist of member incompetence, personal requests, and rationalization of numbers. The results of the discussion in this research are that in carrying out professional duties, teachers have the right to receive promotions in accordance with their duties and work performance, which includes promotion/increase in functional position. Furthermore, demotions are caused by the lack of performance of a teacher who is not good enough. Demoting a teacher does not happen directly, but there is a gradual evaluation, namely by evaluating several times with agreement with the other teachers. At SMA Labschool Unesa 1, there are no differences and there is a sense of family towards teachers who have just been demoted.

Sales of coffee drinks from opening stands at bazaars and through social media have fluctuated. In November the target was exceeded. However, from December to April the target was not met. Based on these obstacles, there is a need for sales innovation that will increase sales of Aroma Kahuripan coffee drinks. This research uses qualitative research. After processing the data using ISM Professional software, the results showed that the obstacles that occurred in Aroma Kahuripan sales were unfriendly customer service and unattractive marketing. Apart from that, there are main actors in the sales process, namely marketing staff and baristas.    

Field Experience Practice (PPL) is a medium for applying basic knowledge for students studying with a concentration majoring in Islamic Religious Education in the Postgraduate program. To apply basic knowledge as prospective lecturers, it is necessary to hold field experience practice (PPL) at universities that are in accordance with respective concentration or expertise. Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities include learning and educational management practices with the aim of increasing students' understanding and analysis of Al-Hadith as a source of knowledge in Islam. The theory obtained in learning can be implemented well and effectively in this Field Experience Practice activity. The deficiencies and obstacles that occur can be overcome with solutions that are considered to be easily implemented by lecturers and students so that this PPL activity has a positive impact on lecturers and students. The benefit of this PPL activity is apart from learning, it is also gaining experience in administration and management so that this PPL helps improve the quality and quality of Islamic Religious Education postgraduate students in developing students' abilities (competencies) pedagogically, professionally, personally and socially and lecturers will automatically be helped by the activity PPL in optimizing student learning activities.

Accountant has important role on supplying a reliablle finance information for all stakeolder. To support auditor success its very important for the auditor themself to has hight quality and reliable perfomance. To assess auditor performance in public accountant are based on the auditor performance. An auditor when implamanting their duty are requred to produce a good performance. A good audit quality can be generated if an auditor is able to pay attention to the factors that influence it. Professionalism, organizational commitment, locus of control (internal) and professional ethics are some factors that may affect audit performance. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of professionalism, organizational commitment, locus of control (internal) and professional ethics on audit performance.The location of this research was conducted at seven Public Accounting Firm in Bali Province with total sample of 66 auditors. The sample was chosen using saturated sampling technique. Data collection in this research using survey method with questionnaire technique. Data analysis technique used is Multi linear regression technique. This study show a valid result on instrument test and clasic asumtion test. Based on the analysis conducted, professionalism, organizational commitment, locus of control (internal) and professional ethics have significant and positive effect on audit performance. This study conclude that if the auditors are be able to increase their profesionalism, organizational commitment, locus of control (internal) and professional ethics their audit performance will increase al well.

This study conducts a comprehensive content analysis of the textbook titled "Everyday English for Hospitality Professionals". Through the lens of textbook evaluation, the research aims to assess the effectiveness and suitability of the content in meeting the learning needs of professionals in the hospitality industry. Utilizing established criteria, the analysis scrutinizes the relevance, clarity, and practicality of the material, particularly in facilitating language skill development tailored to the demands of the hospitality profession. The findings of this study offer valuable insights for curriculum development and instructional material selection, contributing to the enhancement of English language learning experiences for hospitality professionals.

The purpose of this study is to identify the role of students in protecting the constitution and the role of students in building socio-political awareness and optimism. The research method used in this study is theoretical research, using conceptual methods and legal methods. In preparing this article, the author used Google Schoolar to put library resources online. The conclusion of this study is that upholding the Constitution is not only the task of the Constitutional Court or a few special individuals and institutions, but also of students. Therefore, students must not only play the role of defenders of the Constitution, but also integrate the character of young intellectuals. This oversight may be accomplished in a variety of ways, including through student submission of judicial reports. How important it is for students to work to build public trust in politics. One of the most serious problems for our country and nation today is the issue of public trust in politics.

In the recent reform era, there has been no effective effort to eradicate corruption. This is particularly ironic, given that the goal of reform is to eradicate corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). It also shows that more democratic governments are not serious about eradicating corruption. The crime of corruption in Indonesia has been increasing year by year. Corruption has become an extraordinary crime. Thus, efforts to eradicate it can no longer be done in an ordinary way, but are required in an extraordinary way. Corruption can pose a danger to the life of mankind, because it has penetrated the world of education, health, provision of food for the people, religion, and other social service functions. The difficulty of overcoming corruption can be seen from the number of acquittals of defendants in corruption cases or the lack of punishment borne by defendants who are not proportional to what they have done. This is very detrimental to the State and hampers the development of the nation. In this case, corruption cases are also difficult to disclose because the perpetrators use sophisticated equipment and are usually committed by more than one person in a covert and organised situation. Overcoming corruption requires measures such as improving the system, including improving the applicable laws and regulations, improving the way government works, strictly separating state ownership and private ownership, enforcing professional ethics and institutional discipline, applying the principles of good governance and optimising the use of technology and improving human beings, including improving human morals as believers, improving legal awareness, increasing legal awareness, electing leaders who are clean, honest and anti-corruption.

The rapid development of information technology has penetrated into various sectors of life, including in the health sector, which has also had an impact on the development of computer-based medical record systems. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Electronic Medical Records at the Internal Medicine Clinic at Kembangan Hospital. The research method uses descriptive methods with qualitative analysis on 10 informants by means of observation and interviews which will provide an overview and see directly a situation when the use of electronic medical records is carried out. The results showed that the hospital already had an SOP for filling in electronic medical records, which was not implemented according to what the officers did. The use of Electronic Medical Records, especially in the Internal Medicine Polyclinic, has gone well. Constraints from 5M Factor, namely Man, there are still registration officers who are incomplete or incorrect in filling in patient identity data, PPA (Professional Caring Provider) is incomplete in filling in patient diagnoses, Internet network material is sometimes slow, and the server is sometimes down, user complaints include display is less efficient, when filling. It is suggested to the Medical Record Unit, IT team and hospital management to evaluate the SOP, revise and socialize it in order to reduce the human error factor. Kembangan Hospital needs to improve the appearance of SIMRS Khanza to make it more attractive so as to increase the enthusiasm of the officers in inputting medical record data at SIMRS. Kembangan Hospital should improve network quality in the hospital environment to improve the performance of SIMRS.

Competence of writing scientific articles is a requirement for teachers to apply for promotion. Lack of time to write scientific papers and the inability to express ideas in writing are obstacles for teachers in writing scientific papers. For those reasons, the program delivered by Community service of Dian Nuswantoro universe encourages and motivates teachers of the Dewantara teachers’ working group in Blora district, to produce articles in scientific journals. This activity aims to increase the professional competence of teachers who are members of the Dewantara teachers’ working group in Blora district by training in writing scientific articles in Indonesian. Training is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage, and service results reporting stage. The results show that during the training the participants showed high enthusiasm in writing scientific articles. The limited training time means further participant discussions and consultations can be carried out online or via e-mail.

This article reviews the factors that influence audit decisions, namely good corporate governance, professional ethics, and emotional intelligence, a study of sharia accounting literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of his research show that the prophetic leadership paradigm is a leadership paradigm that refers to the leadership concept of the prophets or Apostles of Allah SWT. Where this prophetic paradigm is a set of theories that not only describes and transforms social phenomena, and does not just change things for the sake of change, but more than that, it is hoped that it can direct change on the basis of ethical and prophetic ideals. From the description of the verses of the Koran, hadith, and theoretical views, which are relevant to the values ​​of the mission sent by the prophets, there are several indications or characteristics that could be seen as a prophetic leadership paradigm. Among these characteristics are: a) Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); b) Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; c) Gentleness and compassion; d) Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental). Then, other prophetic leadership values ​​or characteristics include: Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; Gentleness and compassion; Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental); have a progressive vision; Have moral responsibility; Have managerial abilities; Sincere and have a spirit of dedication and devotion; Trustworthy and fair; Carrying the mission of worship and monotheism; Zuhud, honest and good at socializing or interacting with others; Become a role model for subordinates; Wise, forgiving and tolerant; Optimistic, patient and moral al-Karimah; has a reforming spirit and professionalism. Apart from that, the prophetic leadership paradigm is a necessity to be implemented and at the same time becomes the spirit in the implementation of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. This research is a literature study for the investigative audit course which aims to develop hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research.  

This journal discusses the optimization of the performance of constitutional law through the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in an effort to reduce corruption, by analyzing the implementation of law enforcement strategies in Indonesia. This research aims to identify the role of the KPK in reducing the number of corruptions, examine the correlation between the integrity of public officials and corruption crimes, and highlight the challenges and obstacles faced by the KPK in carrying out its duties and obligations as a corruption eradication agency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which uses secondary data in the form of written literature such as journals, articles and laws that are collected, analyzed and concluded so as to get the final conclusion. The results showed that the KPK has an important role in reducing the number of corruption through various law enforcement strategies that have been implemented. In addition, the KPK needs strong political support to carry out its duties effectively. However, sometimes there is political uncertainty and even resistance from parties who have an interest in corruption.  Despite these challenges, the KPK must continue to strive to carry out its duties professionally and transparently in an effort to eradicate corruption in Indonesia. Therefore, steps are needed to improve the performance and effectiveness of the KPK in reducing corruption in Indonesia.

This article aims to determine the influence of competence, professionalism and audit experience in detecting fraud. This article was carried out by conducting a literature study from various research that has been carried out. This article reviews the factors that influence an auditor's ability to detect fraud, namely competence, professionalism and audit experience. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) competency influences the auditor's ability to detect fraud. 2) professionalism influences the auditor's ability to detect fraud and 3) audit experience influences the auditor's ability to detect fraud.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, research informants use purposive sampling, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, triangulation techniques using time triangulation. Oki Candra Mentari said that after the Covid-19 pandemic, Abrisam Tour Travel Bureau started using social media as a marketing strategy. However, due to the lack of post promotion on social media, this strategy has not been effective. Abrisam Tour uses a strategy that starts by trying to provide professional service to its customers so that they feel satisfied and enjoy their services. This strategy is used through social media, namely WhatsApp and WhatsApp Status and Instagram, to target Outing Class customers, both those who have used Abrisam Tour services before and those who have not. Abrisam Tour strives to provide the best experience to customers by offering high-quality tour packages, adequate facilities and professional services. In addition, Abrisam Tour seeks to increase brand awareness and attract more customers through advertising and branding on social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram.

The application of learning media in Arabic language subjects has become an important focus in contemporary education. With technological developments, learning media can become an effective tool in improving students' understanding of Arabic, as well as enriching their learning experience. In this introduction, we will discuss the significance of using learning media in the context of teaching Arabic, as well as the potential benefits that students can obtain through this approach. This research aims to explore effective learning media selection strategies in the context of Arabic language learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach through case studies in a secondary education institution These findings contribute to the development of more effective and innovative Arabic language learning strategies. This research also highlights the importance of understanding the cultural context and students' needs in choosing appropriate learning media, and emphasizes the need for training and developing teacher professionalism in implementing learning media effectively in Arabic language learning.

This study aims to determine the effect of Accountability, Professionalism, and Auditor Integrity on Auditor Quality. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and penomena of relationships or influences between variables. This article reviews the factors that affect Auditor quality, namely Auditor Accountability, Auditor Professionalism, and Auditor Integrity a study of tax accounting literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are:  1) Auditor Accountability affects Auditor Quality 2) Auditor Professionalism, and 3) Auditor Integrity have an effect on Auditor quality; and have an effect on Audit Quality.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the "English for Specific Purposes for Meetings" textbook authored by Kenneth Thompson, published by OXFORD University Press, through a descriptive analysis method. Drawing on Tomlinson's theoretical criteria, the evaluation highlights the textbook's alignment with learner needs and its efficacy in fostering engagement and confidence in professional communication settings. Findings indicate that the textbook effectively integrates contemporary topics and diverse learning activities to support authentic language use and active learning. However, a notable area for improvement is the need for outcome feedback opportunities. Overall, while the "English for Meetings" textbook demonstrates substantial effectiveness in addressing learner needs within professional contexts, areas for enhancement exist, suggesting avenues for future research to inform improved language teaching practices for ESP learners.
