The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.

The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. This research uses empirical law method. Both teachers and students must adjust to the new teaching strategy, despite all limitations and chances in remote learning during the pandemic. To accomplish the learning objectives, educators must create their courses by utilizing the advantages of technology. In order to optimize students' learning potential, several things had to be taken into account when designing such a remote course. In order to address the issue, this study aimed to demonstrate how the English for Academic Reading course in Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta was developed using the ASSURE (Analyze Learners; State Objectives; Select Method, Media, or Materials; Utilize Media or Materials; Require Learners' Participation; Evaluate and Revise) model in the form of fully-online flipped classroom. The data was gathered through observation and library study. The obstacles and opportunities addressed by both educators and students throughout the remote learning practice were analyzed using a qualitative methodology. The course was developed by mixing synchronous and asynchronous class activities after taking the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning into account. The design included independent learning, content explanations, quizzes, class discussion, and collecting student assessment. Students were shown to be more motivated to study when synchronous and asynchronous class activities were used, according to the evaluations.

The title of the counseling guidance teacher's efforts in dealing with delinquency in class XI students at SMA N 1 Batur, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, in this study has an educational background that is closely related to a strong character. Meanwhile, development in Indonesia is carried out as a whole, which requires quality human resources, various efforts for the formation of the nation's personality, especially in the younger generation. One of the efforts to improve quality resources is through education. However, every educational process, especially tackling delinquency, has an obstacle and obstacle, which occurs in SMA N 1 Batur, especially class XI, from this research it has a goal. 1) knowing the efforts of BK teachers in dealing with student delinquency; 2) knowing the method used; 3) knowing the inhibiting and supporting factors, by using qualitative methods that produce descriptive data, then data collection techniques through interview observations and documentation, in analyzing data systematically, organizing data, describing data into units and compiling into a pattern that produces a conclusion, namely learning that occurs at SMA N 1 Batur is in accordance with the objectives and procedures for learning, then in each lesson several factors, both supporting and inhibiting factors, are found from internal and external sources, and several efforts have been made by counseling teachers at SMA N 1 Batur Banjarnegara..

Gradually lead to the integrations that brings learning activities to be done in multimedia and used technology in education, because media in education has important role in communication. English is one of foreign language subject which has taught at schools.English lessons apply in all forms of social relations, both at school and in association community with the structure and function of each use education as media that will be tought and be the effectiveness lesson. So the objectives specified in the use of multimedia learning can be achieved in stimulating learning, students dare to ask questions, answer questions or comment on the content being delivered also increased teacher.

The prevalence of underweight in 2018 in Indonesia is 17.7%, consisting of 3.9% malnutrition and 13.8% malnutrition. Banten is one of the sixteen provinces in Indonesia showing a prevalence of underweight, where in 2016 the number of malnutrition in toddlers reached 1051 toddlers spread in 8 cities / regencies in Tangerang, Banten, in 2017 the number of malnutrition in toddlers was 74 toddlers. The Research Objectives is To find out the factors that are related to underweight status in children under five at Gunung Kaler Health Center, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. Descriptive correlative study with case control approach. The sample in this study were toddlers at Gunung Kaler Health Center as many as 58 under five malnourished children and 58 under-fives with good nutrition taken by purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and measuring nutritional status. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The Results is There is a relationship between maternal knowledge (Value = 0,000; OR = 5,884), family income (Pvalue = 0.002; OR = 3,709), parenting style (Pvalue = 0,000; OR = 6,331), infectious disease (Pvalue = 0,000; OR = 4,222) with nutritional status of toddlers. Conclusions and Suggestions of this research are Mother's knowledge, family income, upbringing and infectious diseases are associated with poor nutritional status in toddlers. Puskesmas increase the frequency of counseling for mothers who have toddlers in particular. Besides that, there was a knock on door program by following up toddlers with under-nutrition status.

Analysis of the performance of the device requires a measure of performance based on results that are balanced to measure success in meeting goals and objectives. Performance measurement is based on the function of the work area and allowances is a useful tool in the effort to achieve the goal. Through the assessment process work areas and allowances can provide objective assessment in the achievement of the performance of the device, so it helps in management decision making. This type of research is quantitative by using a sample of 91 devices in Jetis Mojokerto. This source of research data obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first hypothesis is empirically proven that working areas and allowances simultaneously significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. Further testing in partial work area has no significant effect on the performance of the device, but the office allowances significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. This has some consequences allowances have a dominant influence on the device performance than variable working area.

The objectives of this community service program are 1) to increase public knowledge and provide correct information on how to prevent and handle Covid-19, 2) to help realize government programs so that they can run the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and Healthy Living Community Movement (PHBS) program. GERMAS) which is programmed by the government such as washing hands in running water, using hand sanitizer, using mouth masks, maintaining distance, 3) assisting the government in disseminating correct information about how to prevent and handle COVID-19 through mass media, both print media such as brochures. / leaflets and electronically through social media, 4) increase the sense of security and comfort for the community to carry out activities outside the home such as worshiping in public places and other activities, because disinfectants have been sprayed regularly in certain places, 5) assisting the government in implement a vaccination program mass by providing correct information and knowledge about the vaccination program as a preventive effort to prevent and handle covid-19 and 6) the realization of people who are aware of the importance of maintaining health. The method of activities carried out is using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, Observation, Focus group discussion (FGD) approach, counseling, mentoring/monitoring, providing follow-up and program evaluation. The results of this activity showed a very positive response from the residents of the Linggasirna Community, Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency with this activity, we even received a report from the village head that more than 60% of residents who had vaccinated so far had only 15% of the total population. inhabitant. The outputs of this activity are: 1) publication in local print mass media, and 2) producing scientific publication articles published in accredited National Journals with ISSN.

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation.The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.

The main problem of this research, discusses "Knowledge of Religious Moderation Class VI at Ats Tsaqofiy Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Morawa". The main problems of the research are divided into two sub-problems, namely: 1) What is the Meaning of Religious Moderation in Indonesia, 2) How is Knowledge of Religious Moderation among Santri Class VI Pesantren Ats Tsaqofiy Tanjung Morawa. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out the Purpose of Religious Moderation in Indonesia, 2) To find out the Level of Knowledge of Religious Moderation among Pesantren Ats Tsaqofiy Tanjung Morawa. This type of research is quantitative, with a normative theological approach. The sources of research data are primary data, data obtained using questionnaires, and several other community leaders. Second, from several books, journals, magazines, newspapers or online news. Supporting data are not taken directly from informants but through documents and research results that are relevant to this research problem to complete the information needed in the study. The results of this study can be seen that most of the respondents have a "sufficient" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 15 people (48.4%) and respondents have a "less" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 12 people (38.7%), and respondents have a "good" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 4 people (12.9%). So, according to Ari Kunto, the measurement of the level of knowledge about religious moderation in class VI students is categorized as "less" because the percentage of research results above is less than 55% (<55%).

The farm feed industry center is expected to be a solution to increase the quantity and quality of livestock, especially ruminants in Getasan Subdistrict and Semarang Regency. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the opportunity for the establishment of an animal feed industrial center in Getasan Subdistrict, Semarang Regency is seen from the existing potential and limitations. To see the potential and limitations of the study area in the development of animal feed centers, a qualitative approach was used in this study. A phenomenological descriptive methods was used for this study. Collecting data by compared theories with field condition observations and some interviews. Analysis of potential competitive advantage, location analysis and analysis of stages of business development capabilities are carried out to support the achievement of the writing objectives. From the results of the analysis of competitive potential, there are four factors that support the feasibility of developing animal feed industrial centers, namely the level of large regional economic potential; utilization efficiency of regional economic potential; the attractiveness of the region for a large population, especially in agriculture and animal husbandry; attractiveness of areas for businesses that are supported by tourism and accommodation destinations, but the level of innovation in the regional economy is still lacking so it needs the support of third parties and academics. Based on Weber's location theory, Getasan Subdistrict meets the potentials by the factors of raw materials, labor and potential local consumers. It is necessary to divide the analysis of the stages of business development for the animal feed industry center which is divided into four stages, namely: piloting, main business development, network expansion, and business diversification. The gift of nature, the availability of raw materials and a large local market potential are the main strengths.

"Quality of service refers to judgments of customers about the core of this service and the service provider itself or the entire service organization, most people are now beginning to show demand towards service excellence, they are no longer just need a quality product, but they prefer to enjoy the convenience of service " The method used in  this  research is  descriptive quantitative method in  accordance with  the  purpose of  the  research presented in advance outlining the nature of the nature and looking for a systematic description of the facts under investigation From the discussion above results show that the performance of the services provided by the service provider is very influential on consumer satisfaction, the strategy adopted by a Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara , especially in the service sector should be implemented properly. 

Girilayu Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency is one of the villages for hand-drawn batik craftsmen who still adhere to the heritage tradition. Girilayu written batik is rich in culture, which then contributes to the language treasury. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the form of the lingual unit of Girilayu written batik in Karanganyar Regency; (2) identify the lexical meaning and cultural meaning in Girilayu batik in Karanganyar Regency. The theoretical approach used is ethnolinguistic studies and methodologically uses qualitative descriptive. Data collection uses listen and speak method. The data were analyzed using the agih method and the matching method. The results of data analysis are presented with formal and informal methods. From the results of this study, it was found that there were 68 findings of lingual units which were classified into 2 forms, namely word forms and phrase forms. The lingual units found in the form of words amounted to 34 data which were then divided into two forms, namely monomorphemic with 22 data and polymorphemic with 12 data. The form of phrases found a number of 33 lingual units.

Interest rates have a partial effect on profitability (ROA). 2. Inflation also partially influences profitability (ROA). 3. Inflation and interest rates simultaneously have an influence, namely simultaneously on profitability (ROA).
