public health is an important issue that requires serious attention from business people, especially in the food sector. This study aims to explore healthy product development strategies in the context of food entrepreneur business as an innovative approach to improve people's nutritional status. Through a qualitative approach with case studies of several successful food entrepreneurs, this study analyzes the strategies used in the development of healthy products and their implications for improving the nutritional status of the community. The results showed that the selection of high-quality raw materials, the use of modern production technology, creative promotion, and cooperation with related parties are some of the effective strategies in the development of healthy products in the food entrepreneurial business.

In this age of globalization there is much competition between the work world and organizations for change to be more innovative and competitive. So some organizations must have great leaders who can motivate their subordinates and be able to oversee employee performance. This study has a purpose to explain a leader's transformational leadership style and work motivation. The research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening attentively and recording important information to do data analysis through data reduction, data display, and deduction through previous literature and study discoveries.    

The purpose of this writing is to increase the spirituality of Sunday School Children (ASM) by applying the Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning (PAIKEM) method in attending Sunday school services. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive library approach. By collecting data through books, nationally indexed articles, even interviews, which are then analyzed so that results are found and conclusions are drawn. Sunday school is a very important part of church life which is devoted to children. Sunday school children are the future generation of Christian congregations who must be taught the Word of God. The parties involved in teaching the Word of God to Sunday school children are the church board and especially the Sunday school teachers.

Socialization of strengthening creative and innovative entrepreneurship is carried out with the target of Rutong Village MSME actors. This socialization led MSME actors to be able to broaden their knowledge and increase their skills in running a business. There are problems faced such as human resources, limited administrative capacity, limited speculative capital and working capital, ability to grow and enter the market. This socialization was also carried out to answer and provide solutions that were faced by MSME in Rutong Village.

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of blended learning in the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) at SMAN 2 Sukabumi. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with PPKn teachers and students, observation of the learning process, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of blended learning at the school. The results show that the implementation of blended learning in PPKn at SMAN 2 Sukabumi has been meticulous and well-coordinated. PPKn teachers integrate various digital media and e-learning platforms to present learning materials and assignments. Interaction between teachers and students is enhanced through online discussion forums and video conference meetings. Blended learning provides flexibility for students, allowing them to access materials independently and learn at their own pace. However, challenges faced in the implementation include limited internet access in certain areas and adjustments for students new to online learning. This research offers valuable insights into blended learning in PPKn at SMAN 2 Sukabumi and provides implications and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of blended learning in citizenship education. By leveraging technology and innovative teaching methods, blended learning can empower students to become more independent and engaged learners, even in challenging circumstances.

This study aims to provide insights and understanding of the importance of the relationship between leaders and members in creating a healthy and productive work environment, as well as assisting organizations in designing more effective leadership development programs. The study utilizes a literature review method to compile research frameworks based on relevant previous studies. The findings of the study indicate that the quality of the relationship between leaders and members significantly influences organizational performance. A better relationship between leaders and members has positive impacts on employee performance, innovative attitudes, work ethics, employee loyalty, job engagement, employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior, effective communication, job satisfaction, and significant reduction in turnover intention. This highlights the importance for organizations to pay attention to the quality of the relationship between leaders and members in creating a healthy and productive work environment. Additionally, organizations should also focus on leadership development that enhances the quality of the relationship between leaders and members.    

This article aims to describe the concept of transformative leadership in organizations or companies. This article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a library research method. The results of this article explain overall about transformational leadership which includes understanding, principles, styles, various factors, characteristics, steps, advantages and disadvantages of transformational leadership. The conclusion obtained in this article is that leadership with a new approach is an inevitable need in facing the demands of the times that are so fast. One of them is the need for a transformative leadership model that is able to develop the potential of themselves and their subordinates innovatively, empowering staff and organizations with changes in thinking, developing vision, understanding and understanding of organizational goals, and bringing the organization towardssustainable change.    

Teaching Campus is a learning channel that provides opportunities for students to study off-campus for one semester in order to practice their ability to solve complex problems by becoming partners with teachers to innovate in learning, develop strategies and learning models that are creative, innovative and fun. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching and learning process, technology adaptation, and school administration. In addition, students have the responsibility to improve students' literacy and numeracy as well as increase students' interest in learning. The results of this program are expected to foster students' social sensitivity to help the surrounding community, hone thinking skills in working with groups and teachers, develop character insights and student soft skills.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

In 2020 Indonesia is facing a pandemic situation due to the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak which has a deep impact on various economic sectors, especially on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Digital marketing is currently one of the marketing strategies needed by business people in order to increase sales. Digital marketing is increasingly showing its fangs and as one of the best solutions that can be used by business people to expand their business circle. The purpose of this article is to improve the ability or skills of MSME players in marketing products through online media. This method uses a descriptive approach with observative and by identifying trends in current consumers and consumer preferences for alternative foods. The result of this article is that in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, tempeh producers need to adopt innovative marketing strategies and use social media as the main tool to promote tempeh products. The conclusion is that by utilizing the power of social media, tempeh producers can expand their market reach, strengthen their brand, and increase consumer loyalty. The implication of the industrial visit is the importance of understanding and using social media as an effective marketing tool in the food industry, especially in promoting tempeh products.

Language has four skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The lack of advanced writing skills in high grades in MI/SD is due to the lack of use of innovative learning methods which are still not optimal. So in this case the teacher must change the learning situation so that it is more active by choosing the right method. This study aims to determine; (1) What are the problems that affect low advanced writing skills in high grades, (2) What are the methods to improve aspects of advanced writing skills in high grades. The research uses the library research method, namely by examining scientific sources such as related books and journals. The research results are; (1) Knowing what are the problems that affect low advanced writing skills in high grades (2) Knowing the methods used by teachers to improve aspects of advanced writing skills in high grades.

Videography training is one of the steps to increase knowledge about videography because it cannot be denied, the need for videography is currently increasing in society. This videography training was held at Wonosalam State Vocational School with an audience of grade 10 students. The purpose of this videography training is as a forum for developing hard skills, giving students opportunities to be more creative, innovative, and expressive in making videography, and is expected to be able to develop skills in branding major. The method used in this activity was training by providing material on video shooting and video editing techniques as well as holding a videography competition for Wonosalam State Vocational High School students with the theme "Beautiful Wonosalam". The impact obtained is an increase in the knowledge of Wonosalam State Vocational School students regarding videography, and videography competitions are expected to be used as a way to explore the existing tourism potential in Wonosalam Village so that it is better known to the wider community.

Public services related to Population Administration are something that the Government must pay attention to its development considering that effective and efficient public services are one of the driving factors for governance, so that innovation is needed in improving the quality of public services. In this study, an analysis of the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the use of KNG as a form of improving public services, especially in the Gayungan Village, Surabaya City, was carried out from the many requests submitted and an analysis of the performance of public services was also carried out based on the use of e-government. Using qualitative methods and direct observation based on existing services in the Gayungan Village within a period of four months. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The results obtained that training activities on the use of information communication technology for PAI teachers have been carried out at SD Negeri Sugiraya. This information and communication technology has become an important need in the PAI learning process. Teachers are given the opportunity to learn to develop information and communication technology skills that are beneficial in their learning process and in their daily lives as well as learning programs in educational institutions need to implement information system-based learning. Integrating information and communication technology into learning, among others, to improve teacher competence in teaching and improve the quality of learner learning. Problems of learning often happen, especially when implementing it in class. The problem in spesific is lack of learning time for practical material in arts and culture-based subjects. This makes the skills that students have cannot be identified and perceived well by the teachers. Students are required to be able to understand theoretical material and practice their abilities as psychomotor values ​​within 3 hours of lessons. The amount of time was too short to sharpen their skills. So video media-based group vocals are a solution that is able to overcome obstacles that occur in the learning process during the co-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using the experimental method type One – Shoot Case Study) in class IX SMP, the test results were analyzed by the t-test and the percentage illustrated in the form of a pie chart. The process of compiling these learning media is able to help students understand the material provided, re-study the material while at home, and sharpen their skills with their colleagues. The material was prepared by involving the local cultures of Aceh for students of Javanese, Batak and Chinese ethnicity via online, it proves that students are more creative and innovative, not only able to sing in a vocal group but also dance and performing theater talents in one group task as well, so that the covid-19 pandemic 19 does not hinder students’ learning process.

This research method is a qualitative research conducted on October 23, 2022 to October 26, 2022. The place of this research is at the taisiriyah school of Sukabumi. The object of research is class VIII at smpit at taisiriyah Sukabumi. The results of the collaborative thinking learning and puzzles themselves can increase student learning creativity, this can be seen from the achievement of very high indicators of creativity. For students who have advantages or tend to learn more easily by means of audio less portion because this learning character focuses more on pictures or illustrations. The material is appropriate for learning other general subjects. Conclusion Collaborative thinking learning and puzzles can help students better understand various concepts, improve memory, and simply make learning more interesting. This study aims to explore the effect of innovative mathematics learning in the Merdeka curriculum at MIN Kedungwuni.  Using a literature study and interview approach, this research examines the perceptions and experiences of stakeholders, such as teachers, students and parents, related to the implementation of these innovations.  The findings of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of mathematics learning innovations in increasing students' interest, conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, collaboration, and mathematics achievement.  The results of this study can provide a basis for further development in innovative mathematics learning in elementary schools
