The research was conducted to determine students' ability to solve problems with matrix material. This study used descriptive qualitative research and took 20 class XI students of SMK Bina Bangsa as research objects. The techniques used to collect research data are 3 instruments in the form of question descriptions and questionnaire forms. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As a result of this study, students of class XI at SMK Bina Bangsa did not do well in mastering the matrix material and understanding the concepts. The reason students find it difficult to master matrix concepts is because students do not have the necessary material such as fraction operations and negative number operations. The lack of practice questions is also a factor in students' lack of understanding of the determinants of matrices.

Corona virus disease 2019 or Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) is a respiratory tract infection caused by a type of corona virus. Another name for this disease is Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-COV2). In just a few months, the spread of this disease has spread to various countries, both in Asia, America, Europe, and the Middle East and Africa. The increase in the number of Covid-19 cases is increasing because it spreads so quickly, Covid-19 spreads and can infect a person regardless of age, therefore a communication strategy is needed to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 by the central government, regional governments and the government village. The importance of this communication strategy in tackling the corona virus is to minimize and prevent the spread of the virus in affected areas.Panjeng Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency, is one of the areas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In communicating with the Panjeng village community, the Covid-19 Task Force has an effective communication strategy in carrying out the process of handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy of the Covid-19 task force in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in Panjeng Village. In this study, researchers used communication strategy theory according to Mintzberg and Waters, regarding the stages of communication strategy, namely communication strategy planning, communication strategy implementation, and communication strategy evaluation. The research method used in writing this thesis is using a descriptive qualitative research method and the type of research in the field, namely the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the researcher analyzed the data using the reduction method, data presentation, and verification (conclusion) to obtain the expected data.

Communication becomes very important in people's lives, because with indirect communication we can understand the attitudes, behaviors and actions of the environment around us. Communication that occurs between the Batak and Javanese tribes that occurs is called intercultural communication which involves two or more people with different cultural backgrounds. Communication and interaction between Batak and Javanese tribes in Environment II Untemanis is intertwined with the process of understanding each other's differences. This study is intended to determine the pattern of intercultural communication between Batak and Javanese tribes in Environment II Untemanis, Losung Batu Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan Regency, North Sumatra. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study amounted to 14 informants determined purposively, consisting of the head of ligkungan II Untemanis, traditional leaders / hatobangon, and Batak and Javanese people who were at least domiciled for 3-4 years. In 2013, 4.6 million babies died worldwide before their first birthday, with 50% dying on the first day and nearly 75% within the first week. Most stillbirths and premature newborn deaths are attributable to birth complications that are preventable. The maternal profile in neonatal mortality cases plays an important role in understanding the factors that contribute to this high mortality rate. This cross-sectional study aims to determine the maternal profile of neonatal death cases at Ciawi Hospital, which were selected according to the criteria by total sampling based on medical record data from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020. The variables utilized in this study include maternal factors such as gestational age, type of delivery, twin pregnancy, presentation of pregnancy, medical condition of the mother, and obstetric problems. The data is presented in a descriptive format. Among the 58 respondents, the average age was 30.26 years, with a higher prevalence of preterm births (55.2%). The most frequently encountered medical condition in the maternal profile of neonatal deaths at Ciawi General Hospital is chronic hypertension. Conversely, the most common obstetric problems are premature rupture of membranes and oligohydramnios. Efforts to address medical issues in mothers can contribute to the reduction of neonatal mortality cases.

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.

This study aims to describe students' ability to solve open-ended problems based on aspects of fluency, flexibility, and novelty. This type of research is qualitative. The subject taking technique in this study was purposive. The instruments that the researchers used were open-ended tests and interview guides. The research subjects were 3 students of SMP Negeri 2 Puring class VIII for the 2021/2022 academic year who had high abilities. The data collection technique used is in the form of test sheets in the form of circle questions, field notes, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the analytical technique from Miles & Huberman which includes three activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students with high abilities have a level of creative thinking 3 (creative). Students with high abilities in solving circle problems can fulfill two of the three indicators that the researcher used. The indicators are fluency and flexibility. Fluency indicators are shown by students being able to answer questions fluently and correctly. The indicator of flexibility (flexibility) is shown by students being able to answer questions with more than one way of solving.
