Penelitian pengembangan ini telah dilakukan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam materi koloid dengan menggunakan bahan ajar berupa E-LKPD bermuatan STEM terintegrasi etnosains. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas masih sangat konvensional menggunakan bahan ajar berupa buku pegangan siswa dengan metode pembelajaran yang diulang-ulang, juga penilaian hanya pada aspek pengetahuan dan sikap. Tantangan ekonomi global abad 21 membutuhkan sumber daya manusia dengan keterampilan yang menunjang fleksibilitas, adaptasi dan kemampuan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pelajaran yaitu STEM dan dikaitkan dengan kegiatan sehari-hari bermuatan budaya lokal atau etnosains. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu R&D dengan model 4D. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket, soal pretest dan posttest, serta dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini siswa mengalami peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang signifikan, yang dilihat dari peningkatan nilai pretest ke posttest. Perhitungan peningkatan tersebut menggunakan skor N-gain dan perhitungan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa per indikatornya. Rata-rata nilai pretest pada penelitian ini sebesar 50,30 sedangkan rata-rata nilai posttest sebesar 89,69. Berdasarkan penelitian penggunaan bahan ajar berupa E-LKPD bermuatan STEM terintegrasi etnosains dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam materi koloid.

Empowering MSMEs is crucial for boosting the national economy in the contemporary industrial revolution age. The methods for fostering invention and creativity among housewives in RW 02, Rungkut Kidul Village, are covered in this study. Housewives contribute to the family's financial stability. Women labor to obtain economic stability in the face of uncertain economic situations. And MSME performers make up the bulk of the female cast. By incorporating digital marketing into their product offerings, MSME actors based in RW 02 Rungkut Kidul are attempting to raise the caliber of their output. Furthermore, the bulk of business owners have implemented business legitimacy, MSME actors. But there's a problem: only a small percentage of MSMEs have.

Mount Merapi is one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia and is located in the Sleman Regency area of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province and the Magelang, Klaten and Boyolali Regencies in Central Java Province. There are tools to support the early warning system located at stations or posts around the Blongkeng River. This tool is still active and is needed to notify you if a rain lava flood disaster will occur with a water level sensor. Therefore, a warning system model is needed that can be utilized by the community around Blongkeng. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data obtained through FGD/Interviews, Observation and documentation studies. The subjects of this research were 15 residents living around the Blongkeng River. The research results show that the existing device developed can provide information to the people around Blongkeng if the water level is dangerous and has the potential for lava flooding. From the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies, it shows that the community needs tools and systems to receive early warnings when a rain lava flood disaster occurs. Furthermore, as a means of information for villages located on the top/slopes of Mount Merapi to be able to provide information to villages located below it when lava floods will occur. Existing devices can provide information to people living around the Blongkeng River if the water level is dangerous and has the potential for rain lava flooding, although there are still several obstacles because there are tools at the Salamsari Station/Post that need to be calibrated.

In helping the muzzaki tithe in daruut tauhiid care Jambi and make it easier for muzakki to tithe in amil zakat institutions. the amil zakat institution cares Jambi can develop educational programs with the aim that the participants of the education program who cannot afford to go to school with the help of donations given by the muzakki. With the educational program at Daruut Tauhiid, the Daruud Tauhiid institution can develop the interests of the participants and develop the talents they have with the aim that the participants will help develop programs that exist at Daruut Tauhiid Care Jambi. The results of the study show that: (1) The strategy for collecting zakat funds carried out by the Jambi Branch of the Amil Zakat Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Institute is to optimize collection through digital channels online and offline. (2) how the institution develops the assets that have been given by the muzakki to be developed in the programs that have been given by the muzakki. This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on android in physical education, sports and health subjects for class VII SMP Tamansiswa Malang with the help of Unity 3D software. This study used the Borg & Gall Research and Development method. The subjects used were all students of class VII SMP Tamansiswa Malang. For data collection instruments in the form of observation, by observing the process of learning activities directly on subjects of physical education, sports, and health on health material. This research was validated by physical education, sports and health learning experts, learning media experts, and physical education, sports and health teachers for class VII SMP Tamansiswa with a very decent category. Then the results of the overall product trial involving all VII grade students of Tamansiswa Malang Middle School were divided into two small group trials with a sample of 10 students obtaining 83.37% results and large group trials with all VII grade students obtaining 95.34% results so very worthy. Based on the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the android-based interactive learning media developed for class VII students of SMP Tamansiswa Malang is categorized as very feasible and can be used without revision.  

The aim of this research is to find out what media can improve the thinking abilities of slow learner ABK students. The method used in this research design is a literature review study. Literature study is a form of research used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results matched the required data, there were 7 national journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research are the discovery of media that are suitable and can support the success of slow learner ABK students in improving their thinking abilities, namely bussy box media, stamp game media, and puzzles.

One interesting approach is the development of opportunity card-based learning media. This research aims to develop and release opportunity card media as a mathematics learning aid that can increase students' understanding of concepts and interest in learning. This media development is carried out through the stages of requirements, design analysis, development and evaluation. The research method used is development research using the Kemp model which includes several stages, such as needs analysis, planning, development, implementation and evaluation. Each stage has specific steps that help process developers design and organize learning materials more effectively. The research subjects involved class XII students at SMA Negeri 62 Jakarta. The research results showed that the opportunity card media developed received a positive response from students and teachers. Understanding of mathematical concepts increased significantly, and students' interest in learning also increased. and also provide an interesting learning experience and can increase student involvement in learning.

Strategi bisnis merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam menjalankan suatu usaha atau usaha baik skala kecil maupun besar, termasuk UMKM, karena dengan memiliki strategi bisnis maka pengusaha atau pemilik dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bersaing dengan usaha yang dipimpinnya. Salah satu cara dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, yang mana pemangku kepentingan UMKM perlu mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari bisnis yang dijalankannya. UMKM adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yang mandiri, biasanya dijalankan oleh perseorangan atau badan hukum yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau afiliasi dari badan usaha yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung dimiliki, dikuasai, atau dimiliki sebagian. Pelaku ekonomi dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pelaku ekonomi dari desa Jayamukti yang tergabung dalam komunitas Milenial Bangkit Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang sesuai dan menerapkan strategi bisnis tersebut untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pemangku kepentingan UMKM terkait dengan ketidakmampuan mereka dalam mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Pemangku kepentingan UMKM mengaku kurang memiliki pengetahuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Dengan demikian, melalui kegiatan sosialisasi strategi bisnis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM, badan usaha dapat memberikan informasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menentukan strategi bisnis yang tepat dan dapat diterapkan langsung pada kegiatan usaha Anda

UPT SMPN 34 Gresik is one of the educational institutions that faces challenges in managing teacher attendance and salaries efficiently. Because UPT SMPN 34 Gresik currently still uses manual recording of teacher attendance, so it takes quite a long time. To overcome this problem, the researcher proposes creating a web-based Teacher Attendance System using the Waterfall design methodology with a MySQL database. The aim of establishing this web-based teacher attendance system is to assist teachers in carrying out attendance attendance efficiently and assist educators and teaching staff in managing teacher salaries based on attendance better. The need for an inclusive teacher attendance system, and the need for optimal salary calculations at UPT SMPN 34 Gresik are resolved through this research. From the conclusions obtained from the process of observation, interviews and literature study, this web-based teacher attendance system is expected to increase the efficiency of human resource management in the education sector. Researchers hope to provide comprehensive and sustainable answers to the needs of UPT SMPN 34 Gresik.

Understanding concepts is very important in learning mathematics, because with a thorough understanding, students can solve a problem and are able to apply this learning to the real world. This research aims to develop and test the validity of conceptual understanding ability questions on set question material in Class VIID MTsN 2 Kerinci. This type of research uses development research. The research subjects were class VII D students consisting of 26 students. The data collection techniques used were tests, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that students have a very good understanding of concepts. It can be seen from the results of the analysis of the test question data that it can be seen that there are 8 students (22.9%) included in the category of having the ability to understand concepts very well, 5 students (14.3%) included in the category of having the ability understanding of the concept was good, 7 students (20.0%) were in the sufficient category, and 5 students (14.3%) were in the poor category. This means that overall there are 8 students out of 25 students who have the ability to understand concepts in the very good category. This shows that set material questions have a potential effect on students' ability to understand concepts.

Pengembangan kawasan industri di Jawa Barat perlu pembangunan yang memperhatikan kesesuaian lahan agar tidak memberikan masalah bagi lingkungan dan keberlanjutan ekologi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis kesesuaian lahan untuk pengembangan kawasan industri dengan melihat Satuan Kemampuan Lahan (SKL). Hasil evaluasi SKL menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Jawa Barat bagian utara memiliki tingkat kesesuaian lahan yang paling baik untuk pengembangan kawasan industri untuk jenis SKL bencana alam, erosi, pembuangan limbah, morfologi, kestabilan pondasi, kestabilan lereng, dan kemudahan pengembangan. Sementara itu, hasil analisis kesesuaian kawasan industri menunjukkan bahwa 33,31% dari total luas wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat sesuai untuk pengembangan kawasan industri dengan sebaran spasial di bagian utara Provinsi Jawa Barat, 61,99% kurang sesuai, dan 1,70% masuk dalam kategori tidak sesuai. Perbandingan hasil analisis kesesuaian lahan dengan RTRW Jawa Barat juga menunjukkan rencana industri di utara pulau masuk dalam kategori sesuai untuk pengembangan industri, sedangkan rencana industri di tengah dan selatan pulau masuk dalam kategori kurang sesuai.

Kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam kehidupan kampus, disamping kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seluruh civitas academica. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi melalui Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat perlu mengelola dengan baik seluruh kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengelolaan secara manual mengakibatkan ketidak efisienan kinerja baik bagi pengelola, dosen, mitra dan pihak lain yang terlibat. Pengembangan sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis website diperlukan agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja seluruh stakeholder yang terlibat. Pengembangan sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode perancangan sistem Unified Modelling Language serta metode pengembangan sistem Prototipe. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model awal sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sesuai kebutuhan pengguna saat ini. Sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini nantinya dapat dikembangkan sesuai perkembangan kebutuhan pengguna dan peraturan yang berlaku.

Community Service activities are mandatory activities carried out by UIN North Sumatra students, especially at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. PMM-4 students carry out Community Service activities in Bandar Magodang Village, Bintang Bayu District. One of the series of activities planned by PMM-4 students is the Learning House which is attended by the children of Bandar Magodang Village. The existence of this learning house program aims to help the children of Bandar Magodang village in increasing their interest in reading and writing skills in the midst of the widespread use of gadgets. This program runs well, this service activity is carried out through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation.  The method used in the implementation of community service is a qualitative approach.  The research subjects of this study were Bandar Magodang village children who were actively learning when a learning house was held by PMM-4 students children are asked to read books and their questions are also asked to write questions and answer questions in their notebooks.  This learning house activity will be carried out on August 18-19, 2023 at 14.00 – 16.00 WIB in one of the yards of Bandar Bagodang Village residents, Bintang Bayu District.

This research focuses on qualitative analysis regarding the influence of Digital Product Management (DPM) on Gojek application development. Gojek, as an application-based service platform, relies on DPM to effectively manage and develop their digital products. This research approach involved in-depth interviews with product development team members at Gojek and content analysis of DPM-related documents. The analysis results show that DPM plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of Gojek application development. Key findings include DPM's success in designing product strategies focused on customer needs and ongoing market trends. Flexible management of changing customer and overall market needs was also found to be a key element in DPM effectiveness. In addition, synergy between the DPM team and the technical development team is the key to success, where effective communication and a deep understanding of the product's goals play a crucial role. Organizational factors such as collaborative culture and flexibility in decision making also influence the influence of DPM on application development. This research provides in-depth qualitative insight into how DPM can influence application development in the Gojek context. The practical implications can help similar companies to understand the importance of qualitative factors in managing their digital products and build strategies that are more adaptive to market changes. Additionally, these findings provide a basis for companies to improve collaboration between DPM teams and technical development teams to increase the success of application development in the future.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, and career development, on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at Pt. Hevea Indonesia's Dolok Masihul. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This study used a sample of 42 respondents. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was then processed with SPSS 25.00. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that competence has no effect on organizational commitment, career development does affect organizational commitment, competence affects job satisfaction, career development affects job satisfaction, organizational commitment does not affect job satisfaction, Based on the results of the indirect effect of 0.0236 < direct effect of 0.475, it can be said that the sixth hypothesis is rejected, which means organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between competence (X1) on job satisfaction , Based on the results of the indirect effect of 0.0361 < the direct effect of 0.427, it can be said that the seventh hypothesis is rejected, which means that organizational commitment  does not mediate career development  on job satisfaction .

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi Luas permukaan dan volume prisma segitiga telah memenuhi aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan, dan (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik setelah menggunakan LKPD berbasis liveworksheet. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini adalah ADDIE. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa: (1) LKPD berbasis liveworksheet untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan pada ahli materi sebesar 3,62 dan ahli media sebesar 3,68, (2 2. Hasil belajar pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diberi pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD liveworksheet memperoleh kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 29,79, dari tes kemampuan awal (pretest) dimana rata-rata siswa adalah 38,44 meningkat menjadi 84.23 pada tes kemampuan akhir (postest). Dan berdasarkan analisis Gain diperoleh rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis secara keseluruhan sebesar 0,75, dimana 24,12% mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori sedang dan 69 87% mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori tinggi.

Human life coexists with culture, this is because humans always try to maintain their existence in life that requires them to always be in contact with the surrounding environment. It is important for schools to reintroduce the values of local wisdom so that they can continue to strengthen local culture so that it is not lost and abandoned by the community. The purpose of this study was to produce posters of children's literature based on local wisdom sumenep for elementary school students. More specifically, the research will also explore local children's literature sources in Sumenep Regency such as legends, folklore, and fairy tales to be published in posters and then used as reading material for children's literary literacy. The method used in this study is developmental research. Development research focuses on developing systems, models, media, and products. This study used a 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, & Semmel (1974: 5). The development product in the form of children's literature posters based on local wisdom Sumenep aims to internalize the values of local wisdom to elementary school students through classroom learning. The test subjects in this study were grade IV students at SDN Ellak-Laok IV.

This research aims to produce Android-based mobile learning learning media on sequence and arithmetic series material for class VIII SMPN 07 Putussibau. This research uses the ADDIE development design model, which consists of five main stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this research were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 07 Putussibau. The instruments used in this research were validation sheets, questionnaires and tests in the form of essay questions. The results of the research showed that the validity of the Android-based mobile learning learning media on arithmetic sequences and series material was categorized as very valid, the practicality of the Android-based mobile learning learning media on the arithmetic sequences and series material was categorized as very practical, and the Android-based mobile learning learning media on the sequence and series material. arithmetic is categorized as effective.

Use of the Transect method as a participatory planning method in exploring potential and problems visually as well as practice in participatory development planning in the Village Poverty has been a phenomenal problem throughout Indonesia's history as a nation-state. This poverty causes areas to be neglected and isolated. Development inequality appears and has an impact on the increasingly left behind poor villages. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, explains that the Village Government and village communities work together to develop in a spirit of mutual cooperation in the context of utilizing natural resources to achieve improvements in the welfare of village communities and their quality of life through sustainable use of natural resources and the environment. These efforts start from planning, implementation, to monitoring and evaluation with the right approach and methods. The question is whether village government officials in Indonesia understand and master planning methods and identify potential and problems in their villages. This article discusses a technique for identifying village potential and problems that can be used in the planning process at the village level. One method that is quite relevant in assessing the conditions of rural areas is the Participatory Planning Method which is considered quite effective for identifying potential, problems and formulating appropriate alternative solutions in a participatory manner.
