Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important stage in children's development that has a long-term impact on their future. Therefore, the quality of education at an early age must be a top priority. One way to improve the quality of PAUD is through strengthening the capacity of educators. Competent and empowered educators can create a conducive learning environment and support children's holistic development. This article examines the importance of strengthening the capacity of PAUD educators in realizing quality education in a holistic and integrative manner. Strengthening the capacity of PAUD educators involves providing the training, resources and support necessary to increase the competency and professionalism of educators. Educators equipped with the right knowledge and skills can better implement an integrative holistic approach. This means that educators are able to integrate various aspects of children's development, including physical, cognitive, emotional, social and moral, in daily learning activities. Children also get a more comprehensive and balanced learning experience, which supports their optimal development.  

This research discusses teacher professionalism competencies in teaching discipline. Teacher professional competence consists of four aspects: pedagogical, personality, professional and social. Professional teachers have the ability to manage learning, have positive personality strengths, have the ability to master learning material, and have the ability to communicate with students and the community. Teacher discipline includes the level of awareness and willingness of teachers to respect, submit and obey decisions, orders and regulations that apply in the school/madrasah environment. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 35 Medan. In this research the author used descriptive qualitative methods. The descriptive qualitative research method is a research approach that aims to understand and describe phenomena or events in detail and in depth.

This study is to investigate the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the Indonesian banking industry through a bibliometric approach. Through bibliometric analysis, this study explores trends, patterns and research focus related to GCG in the Indonesian banking context. This research utilizes bibliographic data from various academic and professional sources relevant to the topic. Bibliometric methods are used to analyse the number of publications, related journals, the most productive authors, and the keywords most commonly used in literature related to GCG in the Indonesian banking sector. The results of the analysis prove that the implementation of good corporate Governance in banking in Indonesia is not running optimally. There are several factors which encourages good corporate governance not to be implemented in banking in Indonesia maximally, such as implementing transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness and independence are not fully implemented in banking in Indonesia. The implications of these findings can provide guidance for practitioners, regulators and researchers to improve GCG practices and strengthen the stability and sustainability of the banking industry in Indonesia.    

Proficiency in English is vital for participation in the global knowledge economy, providing access to information, education, and technological advancements. Recognizing this, SMP Darul Ulum 1 Peterongan Jombang collaborated with Unipdu Jombang to organize an English training program for its teachers and staff. This program aimed to enhance participants' English competency to deliver effective instruction and foster a conducive learning environment. The month-long program employed interactive methodologies covering grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, teaching methodology, and technology integration. Results show significant improvement in participants' English skills, with implications for teaching effectiveness and student outcomes. The success of this program elevates the school's reputation and competitiveness in providing quality education. Ongoing professional development and a supportive English environment are recommended for sustained improvement.

This research investigates the role of teachers in creating transformative education, with the aim of shaping the Golden Generation. The study utilizes a qualitative approach to explore various aspects of this process, focusing on the contributions of teachers in reshaping the educational landscape to meet the needs of future generations. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, aiming to uncover new meanings, explain conditions, determine event frequencies, and categorize information. Data is collected through a literature review from various online sources such as books, journals, and relevant references. The findings of the research indicate that teachers are responsible not only for imparting knowledge but also for developing students' critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability skills. The study highlights the importance of innovative teaching methods, teacher professionalism, and educational ecosystem support in preparing students to face future challenges. As a preemptive step towards the Golden Generation, the research emphasizes continuous collaboration among educators, policymakers, and stakeholders to create an educational environment that fosters students' holistic development. The results of this research contribute to the discourse on educational transformation and provide guidance for pedagogical practices aligned with the aspirations of future generations.  

Principal communication is the process of conveying information to teachers and forwarded to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's communication, including: Teacher professionalism; Teacher discipline; and Teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method. In terms of data collection is through literature study, literature study is the initial step in the data collection method. Literature study is a data collection method that is directed at finding data and information through documents, both written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that can support the writing process. The subjects of the study were teachers, principals, and school committees at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. The results of the study found: Principal communication in improving teacher professionalism is conveying messages to teachers both verbally and in writing; Principal communication in improving teacher discipline is providing exemplary examples by attending school on time; Principal communication in improving teacher responsibility is interpersonal communication, communication in solving problems in learning by coordinating and finding solutions with the school committee and supervisor, and the relevant Education Office. It is expected that the committee and the principal can provide encouragement and guidance in teacher performance regarding professionalism, discipline and teacher responsibility effectively and efficiently so that it can improve teacher performance in schools.

This article explores the importance of ethics, religion and conscience as fundamental tools for citizens in efforts to fight corruption. With ethics, religion, and its implications for national and regional government. Ethics strengthens professional integrity, while religion provides moral guidance. Love for the profession, company, and community is also an important motivator for living a life of integrity. Through a combination of these factors, trust can become an effective agent of change in preventing corruption. Helping build a more just, transparent and integrity society by maintaining ethical, religious and loving values ​​in business and accounting practices. Thus, strengthening these values ​​in the accounting profession will have an important positive impact on the progress and prosperity of the nation and state.

With the increasing number of airlines, competition in passenger growth and retention has become increasingly tight. Citilink, one of the leading airlines, understands the importance of providing the best service to its passengers, especially during the check-in process before flights. This research aims to analyze the quality of service provided by check-in counter staff at Citilink, particularly at PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Lombok.Through qualitative research methods including observation, interviews, and documentation, this study aims to understand the level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the check-in counter service. Findings indicate that Citilink has implemented various strategies to enhance passenger experience, including the use of automated information systems and routine training programs for staff. The services provided adhere to established SOPs, demonstrating the airline's commitment to providing consistent, professional, and standards-compliant service.

That way the contractor service user company is not worried when entering into a cooperation agreement with the contractor service provider. Because the main focus is standards, empirical juridical research also investigates the empirical aspects. This research is used as descriptive research to show the effect of choosing a cooperation contract model, Types and Sources of Data, research data includes research data includes initial data secondary data. Primary data is data collected directly from respondents or informants, including experts and parties who have the competence to be interviewed. In this study, several legal regulations, including government, presidential, and regional regulations, serve as the legal umbrella for cooperation agreements between companies and contractors. It turns out that the various laws still suffer from norm vagueness, norm conflicts, and norm vacuums. This results in various interpretations of practice, which in turn affects various types of regulations. The quality of student learning is not yet optimal, this is in accordance with empirical data that the decline in achievements achieved by students in the academic and non-academic fields and the lack of professional teaching graduates means that planning management for developing teacher pedagogical competence is needed. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique, through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the research inform that (1) Planning for the development of pedagogical competence at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang was made based on the results of identifying needs and vision, mission and goals that had been determined, in its implementation the planning for developing teacher pedagogical competence was carried out in the form of meetings Work. (2) Implementation of pedagogical competency development at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang by participating in teaching, learning and administrative meetings, scientific forum programs held by local agencies in the form of education and training, making lesson plans, KKG, seminars or workshops . (3) evaluation Planning for the development of pedagogical competence focuses more on evaluating teacher performance through supervision activities with classroom action assessments. Apart from that, the principal also holds monthly work evaluations, one of which discusses the activities that have been carried out by teachers after participating in scientific forum activities outside the school. The monthly meeting is a control over the implementation of activities that will be carried out as well as an evaluation of activities that have been carried out previously. (4) Follow-up to the development of teacher pedagogical competence is to give awards to teachers who have met standards, provide coaching by holding meetings between school principals and teachers through face-to-face meetings and implementing the MGMP (Subject Teachers' Conference) program. ) (5) Supporting factors, namely teaching staff with a bachelor's degree, available funds, and complete infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that a handful of teachers who are approaching retirement have difficulty or are less interested in activities to develop the competence of teaching staff, in addition to having problems with timing at the same time as teaching schedules.

Case resolution is a legal process that involves legal evidence and appropriate legal interpretation. This decision regulates the settlement of agricultural land between parties managing agricultural land that has not been resolved by the government. The Supreme Court decided that the plaintiff had the right to acquire agricultural land which was considered state land, and other parties had no legal basis to acquire the agricultural land. This decision reflects the legal basis that applies to cultivated land. Land dispute resolution is a complex issue that requires careful and professional handling to avoid conflicts of interest. This study also highlights land ownership and land management issues that require further discussion.  

Healthcare professionals often face high levels of stress due to demanding job requirements, which can negatively impact their mental and physical health. Mobile health applications have emerged as potential tools to assist in stress management. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of mobile health applications in reducing stress among healthcare professionals. The study utilizes a literature review method by identifying, selecting, and analyzing 12 relevant research articles. The article search was conducted across several databases such as Science Direct, PubMed, Springer, Elsevier, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria encompass articles that discuss the use of mobile health applications for stress management among healthcare professionals, published within the last 10 years. Data were thematically analyzed to identify key findings related to the effectiveness of these applications. The literature review results indicate that mobile health applications are effective in reducing stress levels and improving the psychological well-being of healthcare professionals. Successful implementation requires attention to factors influencing adoption and usage, as well as strategies to overcome existing barriers. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term effects and develop practical recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of these applications.

Currently, education is a serious problem, where many factors influence the development of education. One of them is in the current era of digitalization of education, where some teachers still experience limitations in the use of technology, requiring them to rely on conventional pedagogical and professional skills. This study aims to analyze the professional competence of mathematics teachers in implementing meaningful learning without the support of digital technology in junior high schools. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations. The results of the study show that teachers who have strong professional competence, especially in mastering the material, contextual learning strategies, and building good interactions with students, are able to create meaningful learning even without using technology. Real project-based learning, the use of simple teaching aids, and interactive communication are the keys to the success of a teacher. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening teacher core competencies in presenting relevant mathematics learning that is free from technological limitations.

This study investigates how digital currencies are influencing international accounting practices, focusing on the challenges and opportunities posed by this disruptive technology. By analyzing case studies from major economies, the paper explores the potential for blockchain to enhance transparency, streamline cross-border payments, and ensure better tax compliance. The findings suggest that while digital currencies provide efficiency gains, they also introduce regulatory and volatility risks that must be managed by accounting professionals globally.

This training aims to improve Mardhiyah Middle School students' skills in using Canva as a tool to create interesting and informative presentation material. Canva was chosen because of its easy-to-use interface and various graphic design features that can be accessed online. The Service Team carries out training methods including an introduction to basic Canva features, such as using templates, manipulating text, setting layouts, and integrating graphic elements. In addition, this training will focus on developing students' creativity in designing presentations that are aesthetic and easy to understand, taking into account the principles of effective design. The training material also covers color management strategies, information hierarchy, and techniques for arranging content that suits the target audience. It is hoped that after attending this training, students will be more confident in creating quality presentations, using modern technology to express their ideas and information in a visual and professional way. It is hoped that this can also prepare them to face the demands of competence in the current digital era.

This study examines the influence of innovation in early childhood education on improving the professionalism of educators, because early childhood education is a critical stage in child development where educators have an important role in providing quality educational experiences, innovation in the context of early childhood education using technology, new learning methods and teaching strategies provided by educators creatively and also improvements to  The curriculum used because this study involves field research that collects data through interviews, surveys and data analysis through documents because the results of the study show that educational innovations in early childhood education can improve the professionalism of education personnel by using technology and more modern learning methods, education personnel can be more effective in managing the learning environment that occurs in children Early and also look at the cognitive and social development of children and also education staff in collaboration with the parents of each student. Being an effective way to improve the professionalism of early childhood education personnel which will ultimately contribute to improving the quality of early childhood education as a whole in an era that continues to change and also develop, so we can see that innovation is the first key to improving early childhood education and the professionalism of education personnel involved in early childhood education institutions.  

This study explores the influence of teachers' pedagogical beliefs on the integration of technology in language education. Teachers' beliefs significantly impact their technology adoption and how it is utilized in the classroom, shaping the learning experiences of students. The research uses a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with classroom observations to examine the relationship between teachers’ beliefs and their use of technology in language education settings. The findings reveal that teachers with constructivist beliefs, which emphasize active, student-centered learning, are more likely to integrate technology in ways that support engagement, collaboration, and critical thinking. In contrast, teachers with traditional, teacher-centered beliefs are more likely to use technology primarily for content delivery and repetition, limiting its potential to foster interactive and student-driven learning environments. The study also highlights the gap between teachers' positive beliefs about technology and their actual practices, which are often hindered by external barriers such as lack of training, resources, and institutional support. The research suggests that professional development programs should address both pedagogical beliefs and technological competencies to facilitate successful technology integration. Furthermore, the study calls for future research to explore how specific pedagogical models, like constructivism, can be further aligned with technology integration to improve learning outcomes. The research also emphasizes the need for longitudinal studies to understand the evolution of teachers' beliefs and their impact on technology use in language education.

This research is motivated by several problems that: There are several things that have been identified in relation to the implementation of the national health insurance policy on public health services, such as: In supporting the success of health services and reducing health costs for the community, the government in collaboration with PT. Health Insurance holds a Community Health Insurance (Jamkesmas) program. Social Health Insurance services include first-level outpatient care, advanced outpatient care, inpatient care, drug services, childbirth, advanced diagnostic support services, medical equipment and supplement services, operative and non-operative medical procedures, medical rehabilitation services, intensive care Intensive Care Unit (ICU), hemodialysis (dialysis), and emergency services. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that: Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that in the service process, both the Jamkesmas pattern and the JKN pattern, are carried out in accordance with the service procedures, namely: self-esteem, meeting expectations (exceed expectations), improvement and rediscovery, forward-looking (vision), continuous improvement (improving), full attention (care, empathy), finally always holding empowerment (empowerment). The obstacles faced by employees in implementing the Jamkesmas and JKN patterns in public health services in Pangandaran Regency are: (1) access to health center services is still limited to certain diseases; (2) the availability of expert personnel is still minimal, (3) the availability of nurses is still limited; (4) the availability of other professional personnel such as pharmacists is still lacking; (5) inpatient facilities are still lacking and so on, which results in less than optimal service. Efforts made by employees in overcoming obstacles when implementing the Jamkesmas and JKN patterns in public health services in Pangandaran Regency are (1) improving access to health center services; (2) adding expert personnel, (3) adding nurses; (4) adding professional personnel; (5) improving inpatient facilities.

Digital literacy is the ability to obtain, understand, and use information based on various digital sources. Information and communication technology development was increasing rapidly, and the Republic of Indonesia Constitution number 14 year 2005 demanded professional teachers be able to utilize digital technology and assess the validity of information from digital sources. Gilster said there are four aspects of digital literacy competence: internet searching, guidance of hypertext, evaluation of information content, and knowledge assembly. The researcher focuses on the problem of the digital literacy ability of Islamic education teachers and civil servants in Islamic education learning. The type of this research is field research with descriptive and qualitative approaches, which did not produce statistical analysis procedures or quantification methods. However, the research was analyzed through illustrations, narrative and interpretive words. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results showed that: First, based on the internet searching for Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah can search the information on the internet using search engines. Second, the ability to guide hypertext or hypertextual navigation of Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah still require a deeper understanding. Third, based on the ability to evaluate the information content of Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah, Islamic Education teachers still need to be more critical of the information that they find on the internet. Fourth, the ability to have a knowledge assembly for Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah also still needs deeper knowledge and understanding. Fifth, the ways implementation of digital literacy in the learning process of Islamic Education are using a computer laboratory, a laptop, and LCD to convey the information or material from the internet.
