This research was conducted in order to participate in resolving the problems that occur in UMKM Processed Mina in the coastal areas of Central Java, especially the Sayung area. Many fish processing businesses in the area only pursue profits to help the household economy, considering that their business productivity has not developed/increased, which is likely due to a lack of attention to conscious efforts to carry out or comply with Occupational Health and Safety (K3), such as using personal protective equipment such as hand straps, boots, or in processing fish related to stoves, there are no manual extinguishers for home businesses. K3 attitudes and behaviors for those whose workers are mostly women, are not/may not yet aware of this. Efforts to foster K3 attitudes and behaviors are things that affect economic businesses, especially mina because productivity is increasing. Health is a basic right guaranteed by the Indonesian constitution, as stipulated in Article 28H of the 1945 Constitution and Article 34 paragraph (3), which states that the state is responsible for the provision of adequate health care facilities for all citizens. Nonetheless, challenges in the provision of health services in remote areas are still significant, especially related to the limitations of facilities, medical personnel, and service quality. The development of technology, particularly telemedicine, has opened up new opportunities in the delivery of health services, which can overcome geographical limitations and improve community access to medical services. The type of research in this study is normative juridical. The research results in this discussion are the protection of doctors and the regulation of telemedicine policies in Indonesia, by reviewing Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health regarding the implementation of telemedicine between health service facilities. Education plays an important role in the development of a nation, with the quality of education being the responsibility of all parties, especially teachers. In Elementary Schools (SD), teachers must utilize various open materials in learning to motivate students, help them explore basic abilities, and guide them to discover their potential. Teaching materials in learning, such as developing teaching materials using a project-based approach that has great potential to integrate local values and utilize the potential of the surrounding environment, so that learning becomes more meaningful for students. In SD Negeri 8 Dobo, it was found that many teachers were not yet skilled in creating open materials in learning and the learning process was still teacher-themed. To overcome this, community service activities were carried out by creating a Workshop on Developing Teaching Materials Based on Projects for Elementary School Teachers in Small Islands. This workshop aims to improve teacher competence, especially in small border island areas, in developing project-based teaching materials. Teachers will be trained to design learning projects that are interesting, challenging, and relevant to the local context, and support their implementation with appropriate open materials. The expected end results include improving teachers' pedagogical skills, the formation of collaborative networks between teachers, and the creation of learning project plans that can be implemented in their respective schools. In addition, this activity will also provide practical strategies to overcome the geographical and social challenges facing teachers in border areas. Thus, this workshop is expected to be a strategic step in improving the quality of education in the region.

Indonesia's micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) continue to encounter a range of obstacles, particularly in enhancing their productivity and competitiveness. The 2020 survey conducted by the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs indicates that Indonesia still has substantial challenges in terms of education quality, especially in rural and underdeveloped urban areas. Several factors, such as the availability of high-quality education, access to educational resources, and the level of teaching excellence, can significantly impact individuals' capacity to effectively manage their enterprises and promote innovation (Kemendikbud RI, 2020). This study investigates the link between knowledge sharing practices, innovation, and employee performance within Indonesian MSMEs. Through exploratory analysis, it offers fresh insights into how innovation and knowledge sharing behaviour can affect employee performance in Indonesian MSMEs. The main objective is to analyse and explore the impact of innovation and information sharing behaviours on employee performance in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Based on this research and its findings, several strategies have been identified. These strategies aim to explore the complex relationship between an employee's performance, their willingness to share knowledge, and their ability to demonstrate innovative behaviours in MSMEs. Future study could focus on improving the quality of human resources, specifically in areas such as knowledge, expertise, competence, and entrepreneurial attitude. Investing in the development of human resources yields benefits for both MSME business owners and the overall well-being of workers..

This study examines the ef ectiveness of the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMR) policies in alleviating poverty in Indonesia, using an in-depth literature study approach. Indonesia, as the fourth most populous country in the world and the largest economy in Southeast Asia, faces major challenges in reducing income inequality and poverty, especially after the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The UMP and UMR policies are designed to provide a decent standard of living for workers, but their impacts vary widely across provinces and economic sectors. This study finds that while the minimum wage policy can provide benefits for formal sector workers, its ef ectiveness in reducing poverty in the informal sector is limited, given that around 60% of Indonesia's workforce works in the informal sector that is not covered by this policy. In addition, this policy also has the potential to cause economic dislocation in areas with significant income inequality. Economic sectors that rely on cheap labor, such as manufacturing and agriculture, are vulnerable to the negative impacts of this policy. This study suggests adjusting the minimum wage policy to be more flexible and based on local economic conditions to maximize the impact of poverty alleviation.

Teenagers today are filled with a number of rapid technological changes and developments. From a financial perspective, teenagers at this stage have a growing ability to understand the principles of saving and spending money, not only the basics, but also long-term goals. The three main areas that parents should focus on are income, savings, and responsible spending (shopping or investment). Problems that often occur in society (including teenagers) are such as wasteful living (lifestyle), online loan debt, and being trapped in online gambling. The emergence of several entertainment venues, cafes, and angkringan makes spending difficult for teenagers to control. The methods used in this service are lectures, simulations, discussions and questions and answers regarding the usefulness and benefits of understanding financial literacy. The results of this service show the different nature and patterns of financial management of teenagers requiring presentation patterns that need to be adjusted. In the implementation of the activity, there were participants (some) who were more enthusiastic or serious about this series of training. Presenters (speakers) require the application of andragogy model learning. This model is intended so that the presenter (material provider) and participants are not bored, comfortable in communicating and feedback appears quickly. In the future, training or workshops will be more directed to more technical or specific, for example capital market investment, mutual funds or other investment models.

This study discusses the existence and interpretation of women's careers from the perspective of the Qur'an, with the aim of exploring the understanding of the role of women in the world of work according to Islamic teachings. Career women in the modern context often face challenges in combining their roles as mothers, wives, and professionals. However, in the Qur'an, there are principles that provide space for women to contribute in various areas of life, including work, as long as they do not conflict with Islamic moral and ethical values. This study uses an interpretation approach to analyze relevant verses, as well as examines the social and historical contexts that influence the understanding of career women. The results of the study indicate that the Qur'an provides freedom for women to pursue a career, on condition that they pay attention to the balance between domestic duties and social rights and maintain self-integrity in the work environment. Therefore, the interpretation of the role of career women in the Qur'an can be more relevant and contextual if viewed from a more flexible perspective, while still adhering to the values of justice and welfare in Islam.

This study aims to classify chicken eggs based on their physical size using the concept of computer vision and image segmentation techniques. Compared to the standard methods that have been used so far, this alternative technology is expected to help standardize measurements, cost efficiency, and work effectiveness. In this study, the classification of chicken eggs was carried out using image segmentation and regression analysis. Thus, it is expected that the classification of chicken eggs will have increasingly accurate values. After the image is taken using a webcam, the image segmentation process is used to divide the image into homogeneous areas based on the RGB (true color) color intensity similarity standard. Regression analysis is used to study and measure the relationship between the number of pixels and the weight of the object. The number of pixels indicating the area of the object is the result of image segmentation, which will be entered into the regression equation to calculate the weight (grams). The results showed that the color characteristics of chicken eggs have a normalization of R at least 0.41 and a normalization of G at least 0.3. In addition, the classification test has an accuracy of 100% (36/36) and a weight estimation accuracy of 42 percent (15/36).
