One of the changes experienced by humans is communication technology. Along with the development of the era, communication technology has also developed massively until it reached the digital era like today. However, this development does not always have a positive impact. One of the negative impacts that arises is the violation of the right to privacy. The right to privacy that will be discussed is in the form of personal data. Legal problems related to personal data are one of them shown in the rampant buying and selling of personal data that occurred in Indonesia. The incident was suspected of being to attract the interest of marketing personnel. Through international instruments, the constitution, and its legislation, Indonesia has had a number of regulations related to the protection of the right to privacy in the form of personal data. However, of course, in its implementation there are still challenges and obstacles. The research method used in compiling this scientific article is the literature study method (normative juridical). Although Indonesia has many laws that regulate the protection of the right to privacy, regulations related to this matter have not yet fully succeeded in securing individual personal data properly.

The phenomenon of buying and selling photocards is growing among music fans, with X social media widely chosen as a platform for buying and selling due to its ease of access and wide reach. However, this practice often raises legal issues, especially regarding the occurrence of fraud by the seller through the provision of false evidence of goods or the sale of non-original goods. This study aims to analyze the legal implications of photocard sale and purchase agreements that contain elements of fraud. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the agreement containing elements of fraud does not fulfill the subjective aspects in the validity of the agreement as stipulated in the Civil Code (KUHPerdata), thus causing a defect of will. As a result, the agreement can be canceled through the mechanism of requesting cancellation in court.

The partners for this community service activity are UMKM which are engaged in goat slaughtering. One of the problems faced is that the process of removing goat skin is still manual, that is, it still uses human labor, where using human power for the goat skinning process requires less efficient time. Therefore, these UMKM really need a touch of technology related to the goat skin removal method to overcome the problems of UMKM engaged in the business of slaughtering goats and selling goat meat. Therefore, in community service activities, goat skin pulling machines will be handed over to partner entrepreneurs, namely MSMEs. This research aims to develop an interactive web dashboard to support data analysis for vending machine sales. The dashboard is designed to facilitate the management of large datasets through intuitive visualizations and interactive features such as filtering, searching, and pagination. The development process involves several stages, including data collection, data cleaning, analysis, visualization, web design, implementation, and deployment using GitHub Pages. Technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chart.js, and Grid.js are utilized to ensure efficiency and accessibility. The results of the research show that the dashboard effectively presents key information, such as sales trends, best-selling products, and payment method preferences, thereby supporting more accurate and data-driven strategic decision-making. However, the research has limitations in integrating predictive analytics. Future development is recommended to include predictive algorithms and test system performance on large-scale data. This solution is expected to contribute significantly to optimizing vending machine management and serve as a development model for similar applications in other business sectors.

This research aims to address the challenges in sales data management and limited market reach faced by the Inegena Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in North Bajawa District, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The BUMDes produces and sells candlenut oil, a superior local product, but currently uses a manual sales and recording system (B2B and B2C), which leads to fluctuating demand, difficulties in sales data analysis, and decision-making that lacks valid data. To address these issues, a web-based e-commerce system was implemented. This system was designed using Agile methods, involving planning, implementation, software testing (black box testing), documentation, deployment, and maintenance. Furthermore, the Naïve Bayes algorithm was applied to visualize sales data and support better decision-making by classifying best-selling products, popular payment methods, and sales levels. The results of this research are expected to assist Inegena BUMDes in improving sales efficiency, expanding the market reach of candlenut oil products nationally. This system uses supporting software such as Xampp, PHP, and MySQL.

The increase in online buying and selling due to government appeals during the Covid-19 pandemic has created a new habit in society, which also serves to reduce physical contact and prevent the spread of the virus. However, with the increase in delivery of goods, challenges arise in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of received packages. To address this, a smart package receiving system was developed that features automatic sterilization using ultraviolet (UV) lights and disinfectant spraying on incoming packages. This system aims to prevent the transmission of viruses that may be attached to the package. In addition, the system helps monitor and secure packages, especially when the owner is not at home. The system uses a microcontroller as the control center, equipped with an ESP32-CAM camera to document photos of the sender, as well as an ultrasonic sensor to detect whether the package is in the box or not. The process starts when the courier presses the “there is a package” button, which sends an OTP code to the receiver's Telegram. The courier enters the OTP code, places the package in the box, and closes it. After that, the UV lamp turns on for sterilization, the ESP32-CAM photographs the package, and the ultrasonic sensor detects the package status. If the package is detected, a photo notification of the sender is sent to Telegram, informing the recipient that the package is ready for pickup.

This study compares the legal protection of pre-project selling property contracts in Indonesia and Singapore, focusing on the regulation of the position of PPJB, consumer protection, and the mechanism of transfer of ownership and payment. The approach used is normative with legislative and comparative methods, relying on primary and secondary legal materials through literature studies. Descriptive and comparative analysis reveal significant differences in the legal arrangements of the two countries. In Indonesia, Law No. 8 of 1999 and Law No. 1 of 2011 regulate pre-project selling through PPJB, but supervision is weak so that it often harms consumers, such as in the case of Meikarta. In contrast, Singapore has more detailed regulations, such as the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act, which requires escrow accounts for consumer funds and strict payment schemes. Supervision and law enforcement in Singapore are more effective with strict sanctions against violations, reinforced by jurisprudence such as the Jurisprudence of Tan Eck Hong v Maxz Universal Development Group Pte Limited (2012) SGHC 240. This study concludes that legal protection in Singapore is more advanced than Indonesia, providing important recommendations for property law reform in Indonesia to prevent disputes and abuse in property transactions.

The online buying and selling system makes it easier for people to make transactions and creates business opportunities for business people to develop business transactions in collaboration with resellers without having to meet face to face, such as online buying and selling transactions for Namastudios bags. Online buying and selling transactions between suppliers and resellers are carried out by mutual agreement where the rights and obligations of the parties are regulated to avoid risks. However, there was a default in 2018 by the supplier that the goods sent did not match what was agreed. So resellers suffer quite a lot of losses. For these losses, the reseller filed a lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court. The aim of the research is to provide legal protection and to find out the application of judges in court decision no. 629/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Jkt.Sel. The research method uses normative juridical research with a case approach which uses data collection methods through secondary data which is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research are legal protection for resellers for default, based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code, where the agreement made is not in accordance with the agreement, it is null and void, where the supplier is obliged to compensate the reseller for losses. The application of the judge's law in the decision is that the judge granted part of the decision and stated that the Defendant had committed an act of breach of contract based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code which did not fulfill one of the conditions for the validity of the agreement, namely the agreement contained in the notarial deed.
