Cooperative learning is an approach that has been proven effective in increasing student engagement and collaboration skills. Although it offers many advantages, its implementation often faces various challenges faced by both teachers and students. These challenges include differences in ability between students in a group, lack of active participation from some students, dominance of certain students in discussions, and difficulties in evaluating learning outcomes fairly. In addition, low student motivation and limited time and technology are also obstacles in implementing cooperative learning. To overcome these problems, it is important for teachers to manage groups well, develop leadership skills among students, and implement fair assessments both individually and in groups. Effective use of technology and ongoing training for teachers are also essential to support the success of cooperative learning.

The large number of hospitals in Sukoharjo City makes the people of Sukoharjo City have many choices to determine where they will use health services. The community is very selective about services in hospitals, so that aspects in the Marketing Mix become a benchmark for determining whether or not patients will use health services at the hospital. Marketing Mix is a series of marketing tools used by companies or hospitals continuously to achieve their marketing goals in the target market. This study aims to explore and find obstacles in the implementation of the marketing mix at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Sukoharjo. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with key informants and specialist informants at the hospital. The results of the study showed that marketing mix components such as products, people, and promotions have been implemented well, although there are still some challenges. Excellent services such as ERACS and stitch-free eye surgery have succeeded in attracting patient interest, but promotion through social media has not been optimal, based on a comparison between the number of patients each month and interactions on social media, it was concluded that social media promotion is still not optimal because the number of interactions is still ≥50% of the number of patients. In addition, hospitals face obstacles in implementing telemedicine and homecare services. Recommendations provided include improving digital promotion strategies and developing innovative services to improve hospital competitiveness and hospitals must also consider the suitability between educational background and the work assigned.

Hypertension is one of the main cardiovascular risk factors which is the main cause of death in the world, especially in the elderly. Maximizing the utilization of elderly health posts is one strategy in controlling hypertension in the elderly, but the limited knowledge and skills of elderly health cadres, especially in managing hypertension, make the implementation of elderly health posts less than optimal. Sumur Gunung Elderly Health Post is one of the elderly health posts that routinely runs in Sumurejo Village, but services are still limited to measuring blood pressure, weight, and height, educational services still depend on the health center, there is no exercise, and there are no special provisions for the PMT menu. This is due to the limited knowledge and skills of the cadres. The results of BP examinations on 20 elderly people registered at the Sumur Gunung Elderly Posyandu showed that 35% (7 out of 20 elderly people) had blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg. The questionnaire results showed that 46% of elderly people had not regulated their diet, 75% of elderly people had a habit of drinking coffee, 80% of elderly people had not limited the amount of salt consumed, 50% of elderly people smoked, 60% of elderly people did not know how to treat hypertension. This study examines community participation in the development of cultural tourism in Kampung Batik Laweyan, Solo, as well as the factors that support and hinder such involvement. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation methods. The informants in this study include batik business actors, local community administrators, community leaders, government representatives, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) active in the field of cultural preservation and tourism. The results of the study show that community participation is divided into three main dimensions, namely economic, socio-cultural, and institutional. In the economic aspect, the community is involved through batik businesses, homestays, and tourism services. In the socio-cultural aspect, involvement can be seen from the preservation of local traditions and the implementation of cultural activities. Meanwhile, in the institutional aspect, participation can be seen from the active role of residents in decision-making forums related to tourism management. Factors driving participation include collective awareness of the importance of cultural preservation, the economic potential of the tourism sector, and support from the government, NGOs, and educational institutions. However, community participation still faces several obstacles such as lack of education on the concept of sustainable tourism, limited access to capital, and lack of coordination between interested institutions. Cross-sectoral collaboration efforts are needed between the community, government, the private sector, and educational institutions in realizing inclusive and sustainable cultural tourism management. Thus, Laweyan Batik Village can become a model for the development of cultural tourism destinations based on active community participation. The implications of these findings suggest that cultural tourism development policies should not only focus on increasing the number of tourist visits, but also on strengthening the capacity of local communities as key actors.

This study explores how the theory of Multiple Intelligence proposed by Howard Gardner can be effectively integrated into the teaching and learning process and the challenges faced in its implementation in various educational contexts. This study analyzes existing literature through a literature review approach to find common patterns, research gaps, and best practices in applying Multiple intelligence theory in the classroom. The literature analyzed includes journal articles, academic books, and research reports focusing on teachers' understanding of multiple intelligences, learning methods based on dual Intelligence, student responses to applying these methods, and varied and inclusive assessment systems. The study results show that although the theory of multiple intelligences has been widely recognized in education, its application still faces various challenges. Teachers' understanding of this theory is often limited, and many have been unable to adapt teaching methods to accommodate students' diverse intelligences optimally. In addition, more infrastructure and resources in schools are also needed to support kinesthetic, musical, and visual-spatial Intelligence. Nonetheless, previous research has shown that students respond positively when the learning methods used match their dominant Intelligence, which can improve their motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. This literature review concludes that a more varied and inclusive learning approach must accommodate all student intelligences. In addition, Assessment and evaluation in education must be more flexible, considering non-cognitive intelligences that have been ignored in standardized tests. This study recommends increasing teacher training, providing supporting infrastructure, and developing a curriculum more adaptive to the diversity of students' Intelligence. The results of this study make an essential contribution to enriching the understanding of applying the theory of multiple intelligences and offering solutions to the challenges faced in modern education.
