This community service activity aims to improve the capacity and strengthen the digital literacy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Klambir Lima Kebun Village, Hamparan Perak District, in utilizing digital technology as a means of marketing their products. The main problems faced by MSME players in this village are a low understanding of digital marketing strategies, limited effective use of social media, and a lack of ability to manage digital content that is attractive and suitable for the target market. Through this community service activity, participants were equipped with basic knowledge and digital literacy, digital marketing strategies, the use of e-commerce platforms, and techniques for creating photo and video-based promotional content. The implementation methods included socialization, practical training, and mentoring for community service participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding and skills of MSME actors in managing digital business accounts and utilizing social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business as effective marketing tools. With this activity, it is hoped that MSME actors in Klambir Lima Kebun Village will be able to expand their market reach, increase sales, and adapt to the development of the digital economy in a sustainable manner.

Maternal reproductive health is a critical factor in reducing Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Data from Deli Tua Primary Health Center shows that K4 coverage reached only 78% with prenatal class participation at 40%, still below the national target. Low knowledge among pregnant women about reproductive health is one of the main causes. This Community Service Student Creativity Program (PKM-M) aims to improve reproductive health knowledge through innovative and interactive prenatal class improvement. The implementation method includes developing educational media (modules, posters, videos), conducting classes with participatory learning methods, and evaluation through pre-post tests. The program was conducted over 5 months targeting 30 pregnant women divided into 3 groups, each attending 6 sessions. Materials covered physiological changes during pregnancy, nutrition, reproductive hygiene, danger signs, childbirth preparation, and postpartum care. Results showed a knowledge score increase of 42.5% (from 58.3±12.4 to 83.1±8.7) with significance p<0.001. Participation reached 86.7% with satisfaction level of 4.3/5.0. The program proved effective in improving reproductive health knowledge and can be replicated in other primary health centers with local context adaptation.

The learning process that engages students greatly influences their interest in learning. The integration of technology in education can enhance students’ interest and motivation to learn, and technological advancements provide significant support in delivering education on Islamic religious knowledge. Various social media platforms can serve as learning resources. With technological assistance, it becomes easier to spread religious knowledge in innovative and creative ways. This technology can also capture students’ attention, as it enables the creation of animated videos to enhance students’ comprehension of religious knowledge. An example of such a platform that can serve as an educational resource is YouTube Kabi. YouTube Kabi is an interactive medium that offers engaging audio-visual content with animations that capture students’ interest. The delivery of Sirah Nabawiyah material can be accomplished easily because this application can be accessed on laptops or smartphones. The purpose of this study is to examine the utilization of YouTube Kabi in teaching Sirah Nabawiyah material. The method employed in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research is field-based, and the data collection process involves observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that YouTube Kabi serves as an example of an Islamic educational resource that can enhance students’ motivation to learn, especially in learning Sirah Nabawiyah material, because during the learning process, students demonstrate enthusiasm and engagement.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang rawan gempa bumi, seperti yang terjadi di Yogyakarta tahun 2006 yang menimbulkan banyak korban jiwa dan kerusakan besar. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya kesiapsiagaan bencana di perguruan tinggi. Mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan berperan penting dalam mitigasi bencana. Self efficacy atau keyakinan diri menjadi salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kesiapsiagaan mahasiswa. Penguatan self efficacy di kalangan mahasiswa sangat penting untuk membangun kesiapsiagaan bencana di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian mini video edukasi penanganan kegawatdaruratan gempa bumi terhadap self efficacy mahasiswa keperawatan anestesiologi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan pretest and postest design tanpa kelompok kontrol. Teknik sampling menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan instrumen berupa lembar angket kuisioner. Hasil bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon.  Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji wilcoxon menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara self efficacy sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi video yaitu didapatkan nilai signifikansi atau sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 <0.05. sehingga H0 ditolah dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh pemberian mini video edukasi penanganan kegawatdaruratan gempa bumi terhadap self efficacy mahasiswa keperawatan anestesiologi.

Developments in information technology have had a significant impact on business communication and negotiation processes in various industrial sectors. Technological advances such as email, video conferencing, instant messaging applications, cloud-based information systems, and other digital media have created new, faster, more efficient, and more documented communication models. This study uses a descriptive approach based on a literature review to analyze how information technology is transforming interaction patterns, strategies, and negotiation processes in the modern business environment. The results indicate that information technology plays a strategic role in increasing the effectiveness of business communication and accelerating the negotiation process. Advantages such as cost savings, time flexibility, global access, and automated documentation are the main reasons for the increasing use of digital media in the business world. However, digital negotiation also presents challenges such as the loss of non-verbal context, the risk of miscommunication, data security issues, and limitations in interpersonal relationships. The conclusion of this study confirms that successful negotiations in the digital era are greatly influenced by interpersonal communication skills, digital literacy, appropriate media selection, and the implementation of negotiation strategies that adapt to technological changes.

Adolescents are a vulnerable group to digital sexual violence, including sextortion, which involves sexual extortion through threats to distribute sexually explicit content. Low levels of self-control may increase adolescents’ vulnerability to such risks. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of psychoeducation in enhancing self-control understanding as a preventive effort against sextortion among adolescents. A quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pre-test–post-test design was employed. The participants consisted of 36 students aged 15–17 years from a public senior high school in Samarinda. The psychoeducational intervention was delivered through interactive lectures, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and educational video screenings. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results of the analysis showed a statistically significant difference (Z = −2.201; p = 0.028 (p < 0.05)). This indicates that there was a difference in adolescents’ self-control before and after the psychoeducation intervention. The post-test mean score (M = 8.39) was higher than the pre-test mean score (M = 8.00). These findings suggest that psychoeducation was effective in improving adolescents’ understanding of self-control as a preventive effort against sextortion. Self-control psychoeducation can therefore be considered a relevant preventive approach to be implemented in school settings.

This study examines sarcastic utterances by netizens on TikTok during the 2024 Gorontalo Regional Election, focusing on their forms, functions, and influencing factors. The research analyzed comments on TikTok videos related to the election, specifically those containing sarcasm, selected purposively. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study categorized sarcastic utterances into four forms: (1) action sarcasm, (2) trait sarcasm, (3) result-of-action sarcasm, and (4) advisory sarcasm. The functions of these utterances include expressing opinions, prohibition, information, emphasis, rejection, commands, and statements. The study also identified two main factors influencing the use of sarcasm: emotional outbursts and disappointment toward the candidate pairs. The findings suggest that sarcasm is employed as a medium for expressing attitudes, emotions, and political judgments in digital discourse. This research highlights the role of sarcastic speech acts in the political conversation on social media during election campaigns.

Choking is a dangerous thing for children, especially children with special needs who require proper handling, and parents as the closest people to the child must have first aid skills for choking. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ANSIVI (Animation and Simulation Video) Choking Management on parents' ability in first aid for choking. The research design was a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach without control. The purposive sampling technique obtained 36 respondents. The research instrument used an observation sheet for first aid for choking. The statistical test was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with α 0.05. The results of the study before being given the ANSIVI (Animation and Simulation Video) Choking Management intervention showed that all (100%) respondents had insufficient ability, and after the intervention the majority (52.8%) of respondents had sufficient ability. The results of the statistical analysis obtained a p-value of 0.013 < α 0.05, so there is an effect of ANSIVI (Animation and Simulation Video) choking management on parents' ability in first aid for choking. The ANSIVI method (Video Animation and Simulation) combines two methods so that it is more interesting, interactive, and effective because the video is captured by the eyes and ears and then will be detected and converted into signals to the optic nerve and auditory nerve and forwarded to the brain, program area, and frontal area to be associated so that it will affect the respondent's ability. The ANSIVI method can be used in education for all parents and school residents as a first aid effort for choking, especially for children with special needs.

Popularitas platform gim Roblox di Indonesia tercermin dari tingginya volume interaksi pengguna di media sosial TikTok. Namun, data komentar yang masif tersebut bersifat tidak terstruktur dan banyak menggunakan bahasa tidak baku (slang), sehingga menyulitkan pengembang untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi pemain secara spesifik terhadap genre tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen pengguna dan melakukan studi komparatif preferensi terhadap tiga kategori gim utama dalam ekosistem Roblox, yaitu Roleplay, RPG, dan Horror. Metodologi penelitian dimulai dengan pengumpulan 3.000 data komentar melalui teknik scraping pada video TikTok yang diunggah periode Juni hingga Desember 2025. Data tersebut melalui tahapan pra-pemrosesan yang komprehensif, meliputi pembersihan data, normalisasi teks berbasis kamus slang, dan ekstraksi fitur menggunakan TF-IDF. Klasifikasi dilakukan menggunakan algoritma Multinomial Naïve Bayes dengan penerapan teknik oversampling untuk menangani ketidakseimbangan kelas data. Hasil pengujian model menunjukkan performa yang baik dengan tingkat akurasi global sebesar 77,78% dan nilai Presisi pada kelas Negatif mencapai 91%. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa distribusi sentimen global didominasi oleh sentimen Netral (40%) dan Negatif (33%), sedangkan sentimen Positif hanya 26%. Analisis komparatif menunjukkan bahwa genre RPG memiliki rasio sentimen negatif tertinggi akibat keluhan teknis seperti lag, sedangkan genre Horror mencatat sentimen positif yang signifikan di mana respon emosional "takut" diinterpretasikan sebagai kepuasan. Kesimpulannya, stabilitas teknis dan pengalaman emosional menjadi faktor determinan utama dalam preferensi pemain.

The increasing demand for low latency and high-throughput multimedia applications has spurred significant advancements in hardware software co design. This study explores the integration of custom digital signal processing (DSP) hardware accelerators with optimized software frameworks to enhance deep learning accelerated DSP tasks. The proposed co design approach significantly reduces latency and improves throughput compared to traditional software-only DSP implementations. Through the development of custom hardware accelerators built with FPGA technology, the system achieves up to a 1.85x reduction in latency and a 1.5x improvement in throughput for real-time multimedia tasks such as image recognition, video decoding, and audio processing. The combination of hardware and software optimizations allows for better resource utilization, enabling the parallel processing of computationally intensive tasks while the software framework handles less demanding operations. Additionally, the co design system demonstrated improved energy efficiency, making it highly suitable for embedded systems. The results show that the hardware software co design approach offers substantial advantages in performance, latency reduction, and energy efficiency, positioning it as a viable solution for real-time multimedia applications. The findings have important implications for applications requiring fast data processing, such as autonomous driving, healthcare, and disaster management. Future research could explore alternative hardware accelerators, advanced software optimizations, and AI-based resource management to further improve the system’s efficiency and scalability for more complex multimedia tasks.

This study explores the integration of adaptive streaming models with edge computing to optimize multimedia delivery, particularly in real-time applications such as video conferencing, live streaming, and virtual reality. The proposed model leverages adaptive compression techniques, including scalable video coding (SVC) and hybrid adaptive compression (HAC), which adjust video quality based on real-time network conditions. The use of edge computing further enhances the model by processing and delivering content closer to the user, reducing latency and optimizing bandwidth usage. The research demonstrates that the edge computing-based adaptive streaming model significantly improves latency by up to 30%, reduces bandwidth consumption, and ensures higher visual quality during video playback, even under fluctuating network conditions. This model addresses key challenges in multimedia streaming, such as maintaining video quality in bandwidth-constrained environments and minimizing buffering times. Furthermore, it enhances the overall Quality of Experience (QoE) for users by providing smoother interactions and real-time responsiveness. The study highlights the potential impact of this model on various fields, including remote education, entertainment, and interactive applications, where low-latency content delivery and high-quality streaming are critical. The findings suggest that integrating AI algorithms for even more efficient compression and expanding edge computing infrastructures will further optimize multimedia streaming in the future, ensuring reliable and high-quality user experiences in increasingly connected environments.

This study explores the integration of deep learning based approaches in real time video content analysis for intelligent human computer interaction (HCI) in multimedia systems. Traditional video analysis techniques, such as rule-based methods and offline processing, struggle with real time performance and adaptability to complex video data. In contrast, the deep learning model used in this research, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), provides high accuracy in object detection, feature extraction, and real time processing. The integration of CNNs with interactive visualization modules enables dynamic adjustments to video content based on user interactions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. The system was benchmarked in terms of its processing speed, accuracy, and responsiveness, showing significant improvements over traditional approaches in real time video analysis. Moreover, the study demonstrates that combining deep learning with real time visualization enhances the efficiency of interactive multimedia applications, making it suitable for dynamic environments such as surveillance, security monitoring, and interactive media. Despite the system's strong performance, challenges such as computational demands in high-resolution video processing were identified, highlighting the need for further optimization. Future work will focus on optimizing the system for different hardware platforms, incorporating multimodal inputs, and refining deep learning models to address computational bottlenecks. This research contributes to advancing HCI by providing insights into the integration of deep learning for real time video content analysis, which is pivotal for enhancing the interactivity and adaptability of intelligent multimedia systems.

Technology-based learning media have now become a primary choice in supporting the learning process in elementary schools, in line with the development of the digital era and the growing demand for more innovative learning approaches. The utilization of technology in education is expected to enhance the quality of teaching and learning processes and encourage active student engagement. One technology-based learning medium considered effective and engaging is BrainPOP, a digital learning platform that presents educational content through interactive animated videos, quizzes, simulations, and various supporting activities designed to suit the characteristics of elementary school students. The selection of BrainPOP is based on its advantages in increasing students’ learning interest, facilitating the understanding of abstract concepts by making them more concrete, and enhancing students’ motivation and retention of learning materials. The visual, communicative, and interactive presentation of content enables students to learn in a more enjoyable and less monotonous manner. This medium is capable of creating an engaging, effective, and student-centered learning atmosphere, thereby fostering an active, creative, and enjoyable learning environment. Therefore, the use of BrainPOP in the learning process is expected not only to improve students’ learning outcomes but also to optimally and sustainably develop their interest, motivation, and engagement in learning.

Steganography is a method to hide confidential messages in digital media so that they are not detected by unauthorized parties. Unlike cryptography which protects the content of messages through encryption, steganography hides the message itself. One popular technique is the Least Significant Bit (LSB), which replaces the least important bit on the pixel with a secret message bit. However, conventional LSB methods such as 1-bit or 3-bit have limitations due to the compromise between insertion capacity and visual quality of the media. This study proposes an LSB-based video steganography method with an adaptive multi-bit embedding approach. This technique determines the number and position of bits that are dynamically inserted based on the local brightness and texture levels of each video frame, with Laplacian operators used to analyze both high and low textured areas. The process includes frame and audio extraction, frame-by-frame embedding, inserted video reconstruction, and decoding using video cover references. The evaluation was carried out quantitatively using the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) metrics, as well as qualitatively through visual comparison. The results showed that the adaptive multi-bit method was able to maintain visual quality with a PSNR of 45.23 dB and SSIM of 0.9424, and increased the insertion capacity by up to 2–3 times compared to the 1-bit adaptive method. Thus, this approach effectively balances imperceptibility and insertion capacity on dynamic video steganography systems.

The aim of this study is to analyze verbal and non-verbal communication in an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom by using the Sinclair and Coulthard (1975) model of classroom discourse. Although many studies have examined verbal interaction in EFL classrooms, few have discussed how verbal and non-verbal communication work together to support effective learning. To fill this gap, this research focuses on identifying the types and frequency of verbal and non-verbal communication used by the teacher and students during classroom interaction. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data were taken from an 80-minute video recording of an eleventh-grade English class at MAS Darul Quran. The recording was transcribed and analyzed based on Sinclair and Coulthard’s framework, which includes three main levels: Exchange (Informing, Directive, Question–Answer), Move (Initiation, Response, Feedback), and Act (Questioning, Explaining, Agreeing, Refusing, Revising, Appraising). The findings show that the classroom interaction was mainly teacher-centered. The teacher dominated the talk through Initiation moves, mostly in the form of questions, explanations, and instructions, while students gave short and simple responses. Feedback was used less often and mostly as short praise or confirmation. The teacher also used various non-verbal behaviors such as gestures, eye contact, movement, and changes in voice tone to direct attention and motivate students. The results suggest that combining verbal and non-verbal strategies can create a more interactive and engaging classroom atmosphere that supports student participation and understanding.

This study analyzes efforts to develop and foster the Indonesian language through the use of standard and nonstandard words at MTS Bahlul Ulum. The increasing use of nonstandard words among students, influenced by social media and cross-regional interactions, has led to a decline in the awareness of using standard language in academic contexts. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with teachers and students of Class VII H at MTS Bahlul Ulum during the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of Student Worksheet (LKPD) results containing 50 questions on standard and nonstandard words. The findings showed that before the language development program, students had an average score of 62.4 in understanding standard and nonstandard words, with errors in commonly used informal words like vidio (standard: video) and antri (standard: antre). After the program, which included class discussions, conversation simulations, and interactive worksheets, the average score increased to 78.6, with 82% of students scoring above 78. The error rate decreased from 45% to 18%, indicating that interactive and contextual language development is effective. Continuous training and curriculum integration are essential to strengthening the use of standard language in the digital era.

Steganography is a technique for hiding secret data within digital media such as images, audio, and video without causing noticeable visual changes. In video media, this technique offers advantages because each frame can be utilized dynamically, resulting in a larger data embedding capacity. However, conventional methods such as fixed-number Least Significant Bit (LSB) embedding still face limitations in balancing visual quality, embedding capacity, and resistance to compression or noise. To address these challenges, this study proposes an Adaptive Video Steganography Method based on Multi-Bit LSB that employs brightness, texture, and motion analysis for each frame to determine the number of embedding bits adaptively. The system adjusts the embedding capacity according to the local characteristics of the video: areas with high texture or rapid motion are assigned more bits, while static or low-texture areas use fewer bits to preserve visual quality. After the embedding process, the video quality is evaluated using PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio) and SSIM (Structural Similarity Index Measurement) to assess its similarity to the original video. Experimental results show a PSNR value of 45.86 dB and an SSIM value of 0.9441, Thus, the proposed adaptive method proves to be efficient, robust against disturbances, and capable of maintaining data security without compromising visual quality, making it highly suitable for implementation in multimedia-based information security systems.

This research aims to enhance the imperceptibility of secret messages in video steganography to prevent detection by third parties. Unlike cryptography, which focuses on securing the message content, this method seeks to conceal the very existence of the message by maintaining a visual quality nearly identical to the original video. The proposed approach utilizes an adaptive multi-bit scheme based on the Least Significant Bit (LSB) technique, which intelligently analyzes the local characteristics of each frame, including brightness, texture, and motion. This strategy allows for higher data insertion in areas with high visual tolerance while limiting bits in sensitive areas to prevent distortion. Evaluation results using PSNR and SSIM metrics indicate that while increasing message capacity (from 1-bit to 3-bit) reduces the PSNR from 51.80 dB to 39.44 dB, the method remains highly effective in preserving visual integrity. Overall, this technique proves to be more secure and superior to traditional LSB in balancing storage capacity with high-quality video output.

Video steganography faces fundamental challenges in balancing embedding capacity, imperceptibility, and robustness, where conventional Least Significant Bit (LSB) methods often produce visual artifacts such as flickering. To address this, this research proposes an advanced method named Adaptive Multi-layer LSB, which dynamically adjusts the number of embedded bits in each pixel based on a multi-factor analysis of the video's spatial and temporal characteristics. This adaptation mechanism is evaluated through three primary criteria: brightness level, local texture complexity, and inter-frame motion stability. Quantitative evaluation using Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Structural Similarity Index (SSIM), and Frame Difference Stability Index (FDSI) metrics demonstrates that the proposed method achieves high visual quality, with an average PSNR of 42.15 dB and SSIM of 0.985. These results significantly outperform the non-adaptive approach, which only recorded a PSNR of 38.5 dB. More importantly, the FDSI value of this method (1.25) is much lower compared to the non-adaptive approach (3.40), demonstrating its superiority in maintaining temporal stability. Thus, this approach provides a significant contribution to enhancing security and quality in video steganography practices. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness, challenges, and solutions of the application of the Indonesian teaching module of biographical text material in grade X students of SMK Negeri Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu in the Independent Curriculum. Teaching modules, which are essential for systematic planning, are often difficult for teachers to compile. This module focuses on the development of listening and speaking skills, as well as the cultivation of the Pancasila Student Profile (independent, critical, creative), supported by students' initial knowledge, various media, and a Creative-Productive learning model. With qualitative methods, the study found that although the teaching modules succeeded in creating planned learning (through activities such as goal negotiations, video exploration, and group discussions), there were major challenges in integrating all elements effectively, optimizing students' initial knowledge, developing independence/critical thinking, and overcoming media constraints and classroom dynamics. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for teacher innovation in compiling and implementing modules so that learning becomes even, interesting, and in accordance with the spirit of the Independent Curriculum.
