Appendicitis ranks highest among emergency cases in the abdomen if not treated immediately will cause severe infection until the intestinal lumen can rupture. Pain will appear as a nursing problem for patients who have undergone appendectomy surgery because it is an act of removing the infected appendix through surgery. Pain can be minimized, one of which is with autogenic relaxation training. Activities start from measuring vital signs, pain scale, assessing anxious expressions, then autogenic relaxation training. Education is carried out to assess the knowledge of the community with a history of post-appendectomy surgery about autogenic relaxation and is carried out in collaboration with local village officials. The method used in this activity is counseling about autogenic relaxation training from a team of nursing lecturers and nursing students as many as 36 respondents. The results obtained from respondents before being given education were 36 people who stated that they did not know about autogenic relaxation training and the pain scale felt was above 6 after appendectomy surgery. The output of the PkM that has been implemented is expected to increase knowledge about autogenic relaxation training after autogenic relaxation training is implemented in the community.

Pasuruan City has an economic dynamic driven by the informal sector, especially street vendors (PKL), which play a crucial role in supporting the community's economy. One of the locations that is the center of street vendor activities is the Pasuruan City Square area. Despite its strategic value, the presence of street vendors in the area has caused problems related to order, cleanliness, and public space management. In response, the Pasuruan City Government has enacted Local Regulation No. 2/2013 on the Arrangement and Empowerment of Street Vendors. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy and identify factors that support and hinder its implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by referring to Van Meter and Van Horn's policy implementation theory, which includes six main indicators. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results show that policy implementation is quite effective, as seen from the addition of official locations, assistance with facilities such as carts, and entrepreneurship training. However, challenges remain, mainly related to limited human resources and low compliance of street vendors with zoning regulations.

The focus of this study is to assess the effectiveness of curriculum implementation in shaping a flexible, participatory, and contextual learning experience. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires of school principals, vice principals for curriculum and student affairs, and grade XI science and social studies students. The results of the study showed that all respondents from school management gave an assessment of the "Very Good" category to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Meanwhile, students in grade XI Science gave 92% of responses in the "Very Good" category, and students in grade XI Social Studies recorded 74% in the same category, with a small percentage being in the "Poor" category. These findings indicate that the Independent Curriculum approach that emphasizes project-based learning, learning differentiation, and formative assessment has been successfully adapted effectively by teachers and students. Teacher training support, availability of facilities, and adaptation to the local context have all contributed to this success. The implications of this study show that the Independent Curriculum can be effectively implemented in the archipelago if supported by visionary school leadership and continuous training. This study makes an empirical contribution to the national education reform literature and opens further research opportunities on curriculum adaptation in the 3T region.

Village infrastructure is an important foundation for local economic development and improving the welfare of the community in the area. However, the obstacles often encountered include ineffective budget planning, lack of community participation, and weak supervision in budget implementation. Nevertheless, there is potential for improvement through the implementation of an integrated village financial information system and active community involvement in the village development planning deliberation process (Musrenbangdes). This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data from journal sources and previous research. The results of this study indicate that village infrastructure development through the APBDes begins with the participatory preparation of the RKP, involving RT, RW, and BPD. Funding comes from the APBDes, PAD, and community self-help. The focus of development has now shifted to community empowerment, especially women, through skills training. APBDes management faces challenges in meeting sudden needs and relies on deliberation for solutions. Transparency is maintained through budget publication, and project implementation considers environmental aspects. Evaluations are conducted by the Inspectorate and District Office, while the community also monitors and critiques implementation. Regarding the food security program, there will be a shift in management to BUMDes starting in 2025, pending new regulations. The APBDes covers revenue, expenditures, and financing, with village deliberations as the highest forum for approval. Village funds are considered insufficient, so assistance from the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) also plays an important role.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the drivers of the Indonesian economy that have great potential to improve the economy and community welfare. The development of MSMEs, which has so far taken the form of training, technical guidance and entrepreneurship workshops attended by ASIPA members and general MSMEs in the ASIPA Community of South Tangerang City, has had a positive effect on several actors, although not all of them have been able to implement what has been given during the training. This research aims to discuss how the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Policy is implemented in the ASIPA South Tangerang Community, using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research analysis uses the theory put forward by Edward III (1980) with four indicators, namely: (1) Communication, (2) Resources, (3) Disposition, (4) Bureaucratic Structure. The data analyzed is the result of interviews, observations and documentation in the ASIPA South Tangerang Community. The results of research on the Implementation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Policy in the South Tangerang ASIPA Community from four indicators are that (1) Lack of understanding in promotion to improve the business of MSME actors (2) In providing services, guidance and security for MSME actors in terms of quality, there are still administrators and members who lack competence. Apart from that, in terms of quantity, the number of administrators and members is still minimal to carry out improvement activities in innovation (3) There is still a lack of facilities and training activities as well as proposals for security equipment and others, not all of which can be fulfilled because limited budget resources (4) The administrators and members have carried out their duties in accordance with the SOP that has been regulated, however the performance of the administrators and members has not been optimal because there are still administrators and members who carry out concurrent work in other fields.

The purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to improve the understanding and ability of business owners and crew members (ABK) in conducting simple and applicable financial analysis. This activity will be carried out in Laha Village, Ambon City, in May 2025 with the main target of the Arumbae ship fishing business actors and their crews. This PKM is carried out in three main stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. In the preparation stage, an initial approach is made to ship owners and crew members to establish communication and identify specific needs related to understanding and skills in financial analysis. The implementation phase includes training activities that are designed in a participatory and applicable manner, using Microsoft Excel software as the main tool in calculating and analyzing the feasibility of the business. The training material includes business feasibility analysis techniques, cash management, simple financial recording, and profit and loss projections. The benefits felt by the participants were very significant. Business owners now have a better understanding of the importance of financial management, and can prepare a business feasibility analysis independently. They also show an improvement in the ability to prepare simple financial statements, as well as being motivated to develop fishing ventures to a larger and more sustainable scale. Monitoring shows a noticeable increase in understanding and skills after training. This activity also has a positive impact on building an orderly and disciplined financial recording culture, which has not previously been a habit among fishermen. In the future, it is hoped that this training can be replicated to other fishermen groups in the coastal area of Maluku to expand the impact. The conclusion of this activity shows that an educational and practical approach is able to encourage the increase of fishermen's capacity in the financial aspect of business. This activity also opens up opportunities for the development of fishing businesses professionally and oriented towards the sustainability of the local economy.

Cooperatives play a crucial role as business entities in enhancing the people's economy in Indonesia. Rooted in the principles of kinship and mutual cooperation, cooperatives aim to improve the welfare of their members and society at large, rather than merely pursuing profit. This study employs a descriptive analysis method to examine the role of cooperatives as a pillar of the people's economy, focusing on their contributions to microeconomic empowerment, job creation, and strengthening community purchasing power. The findings indicate that cooperatives significantly contribute to local economic growth, particularly through synergy with MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), as well as by providing members with access to capital and training. However, challenges such as weak management, low financial literacy, and inadequate technological adaptation still hinder the optimization of cooperatives' roles. On the other hand, sharia cooperatives also emphasize social functions based on principles of justice and social responsibility. To enhance the contribution of cooperatives, institutional strengthening, professional management, and regulatory support from the government are required. Thus, cooperatives remain relevant as instruments for inclusive and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

This study aims to uncover teachers' views on the impact of certification on the quality of teaching and their welfare. Teacher certification is a government program that aims to improve the quality of education through professional recognition of teachers who have met certain competency standards. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through a literature review of various journals and relevantiliteratureisources. Theiresultsiof theianalysis show that a number of teachers experienced an increase in pedagogical competence, self-confidence, and teaching enthusiasm after obtaining certification. However, some others felt that the impact of certification had not been felt too much, especially due to the increasing administrative burden and the lack of further training. On the other hand, certification also provides benefits to teacher welfare through the provision of professional allowances, although there is still inequality in its distribution. This study highlights the importance of continuous evaluation of certification policies, accompanied by reducing administrative burdens and strengthening post-certification training to support teacher professionalism and welfare as a whole.

This study aims to describe the implementation of kapalo samek embroidery training in Nagari Simpuruik as an effort to promote economic empowerment and preserve local culture. Based on interviews with village officials and women participating in the training, it was found that most participants had already acquired embroidery skills through self-taught methods prior to the training. They were accustomed to working on embroidery either based on custom orders or in cooperation with "fabric bosses" who provided pre-designed cloth and threads. Embroidery has become a productive activity in Jorong Sijangek, mainly practiced by housewives. Although the training was conducted smoothly, the main challenge was gathering participants due to their limited availability. The market potential for kapalo samek embroidery is significant, especially during cultural or ceremonial events, but a major obstacle lies in marketing capabilities, particularly in digital platforms. Therefore, the training also served as a medium to introduce basic marketing strategies for craft products. In addition to enhancing economic capacity, the activity encourages cultural preservation by regenerating embroidery skills among the younger generation. This embroidery training highlights the importance of local initiatives in safeguarding cultural heritage and improving community welfare.
