The current warming trend is a negative externality of human activities since the mid-1800s and is proceeding at a pace unprecedented over the past millennia, such as increased energy consumption leading to an increase in the concentration ofCO2 gas and other gases in the atmosphere. CO2 gas has the largest contribution to global warming at about 56%. Increased energy consumption that causes an increase inCO2 gas because the use of energy consumption in Indonesia is still dominated by fossil energy consumption produced from fossil fuels and often uses technology that is not environmentally friendly so that it can trigger an increase in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions which is the largest contributor to global warming. In response to this warming trend, Indonesia has ratified the Kyoto Protocol in 1997 into Law Number 17 of 2004 and the Paris Agreement into Law Number 16 of 2016 in an effort to reduce the temperature rise limit to 1.5°C above the earth's temperature in pre-industrial times. The objectives of this study are (1) To analyze the effect of electricity consumption and fossil fuel consumption simultaneously on the negative externalities of GHG emissions in Indonesia. (2) To analyze the effect of electricity consumption and fossil fuel consumption partially on the negative externalities of GHG emissions in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data, with multiple linear analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) Electricity consumption and fossil fuel consumption simultaneously affect the negative externalities of GHG emissions in Indonesia. (2) Electricity consumption partially has a positive and significant effect on the negative externalities of GHG emissions in Indonesia. (3) Fossil fuel consumption partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the negative externalities of GHG emissions in Indonesia. Keywords: Greenhouse Gas, Negative Externalities, Energy Consumption, Electricity Consumption, Fossil Fuel Consumption

Coal is an organic mineral from ancient plant remains that settles and goes through physical or chemical processes over a period of up to millions of years. Coal is used as a source of steam-powered electrical energy through combustion which produces fly ash waste. fly ash contains various chemical materials such as SiO2; Al2O3; Fe2O3. The potential chemical content makes fly ash which can be used as an adsorbent for heavy metals and dyes by forming silica xerogel. To increase the silica oxide content in fly ash, a washing process is carried out with various solvents. Research on the adsorption of methylene blue dye using silica xerogel from fly ash with variations in contact time. The results showed that silica xerogel from fly ash was able to adsorb methylene blue dye at a contact time of 90 minutes. Adsorption kinetics follows a pseudo second order model with an R2 value that is better than pseudo first order. It can be seen that the R2 value respectively shows a linear regression of 0.703 for pseudo first order and 1 for pseudo second order.

The incentive program for Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) teachers in Batam City is part of a regional policy aimed at supporting the role and function of Al-Qur'an teachers in fulfilling Al-Qur'an literacy certification and basic religious understanding for elementary and secondary school students. This program has been implemented since 2009 and has experienced a gradual increase in incentive values until 2024. However, in Nongsa District, the implementation of this program still faces several obstacles. Identified problems include delays in fund distribution, inaccurate data verification, and inaccurate targeting of incentive recipients. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the incentive program managed by the Al-Qur'an Teacher Consultative Body (BMGQ) of Nongsa District by the Batam City Government. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that this program has had a positive impact, especially in increasing teachers' teaching enthusiasm, helping their economy, and maintaining the sustainability of Al-Qur'an education in the region. However, the effectiveness of program implementation is not yet optimal. Obstacles identified include a lack of publicity regarding the program's objectives to the community and beneficiaries, limited incentive recipient quotas, the lack of a real-time data monitoring system, and delays in the document signing process (amprah), which has delayed incentive disbursement. Therefore, ongoing evaluation by the local government and the BMGQ (Regional Teachers' Association) is necessary to ensure that incentive distribution is more targeted, equitable, and in line with the program's initial objectives, so that all TPQ teachers in Nongsa District can experience maximum benefits.

Priapism is a urological emergency that can cause permanent disability so it requires fast and precise treatment by a doctor, we recently treated a man with intermittent idiopathic ischemic priapism with oral gabapentin 300 mg and dutasteride 0.5 mg, Before we decided on pharmacological therapy as an effort to prevent recurrent episodes of erection, we had planned invasive therapy as a first-line therapy option, namely aspiration, irrigation, inter cavernosal therapy with winter procedure, but before we had time to do the procedure the penis had detumescence so we canceled the procedure considering that massive bleeding occurred and there was no clinical benefit if the procedure was continued, the treatment immediately showed results after administration with a decrease in the frequency and duration of erections. In the second week the patient came back to our hospital emergency room, we planned the same action winter procedure but before we could do it the penis had detumescence, we gave additional pharmacological therapy Dutasteride 1x0.5 mg, After giving a combination of gabapentin and dutasteride for 2 weeks and we noted no reports of recurrent erectile episodes after and after stopping the drugs there were no reports of recurrent erectile episodes. Gabapentin and Dutasteride may be the main safe choice for the management of intermittent idiopathic ischemic priapism.

In this study, the population growth rate of Pematang Siantar City during the period 2022–2025 is discussed through an improper integral approach. Population growth patterns must be analyzed and predicted in the long term. Linear, geometric, and exponential growth models are used to analyze data taken from the Statistics Center. The calculation results show that the population growth rate changes every year, with an average change of 0.10% per year. The prediction for 2025–2026 shows a growth of 0.59%, indicating an increase in population. However, through an improper integral approach, it is found that a population that experiences a decrease in growth rate over time will reach a limited cumulative total population value, even if the population continues to increase. These results indicate that a long-term downward trend can lead to population shrinkage, uncontrolled growth can lead to population density. As a result, this study is expected to provide a scientific basis for population policies and sustainable development planning in Pematang Siantar City.
