The focus of this study is to understand the Book of Canon Law as the internal legal basis of the Catholic Church which regulates ecclesiastical governance and discipline. In the context of its place, the Book of Canon Law has a central role as an instrument that regulates various aspects of ecclesiastical life, from hierarchical organization to liturgy. Its role extends beyond administrative boundaries, making it an important guide in carrying out pastoral duties and maintaining ecclesiastical discipline. The role of the Book of Canon Law is not only limited to internal ecclesiastical aspects, but also influences the church's relationship with wider society. This book reflects the role of the church in regulating the spiritual and moral life of Catholics and maintaining doctrinal integrity. The function of the Code of Canon Law is also to facilitate conflict resolution and uphold justice among church members. The author uses descriptive analysis methods and the Book of Canon Law as a scalpel to explain the contents of the article that will be discussed. In the midst of dynamic social and cultural change, the Code of Canon Law becomes relevant in interpreting and applying moral and ethical principles, which are appropriate in the contemporary context. The harmony between these principles and the challenges of modern times is an integral part of the role and function of the Code of Canon Law in maintaining the identity and mission of the Catholic Church.

The Book of Job is a work of sacred Hebrew literature that highlights the theme of inappropriate suffering. In prose narratives and poetic debates, Job attempts to understand the suffering that befell him. This article explains how Job reacts to the tests given by God, as well as the concept of God's Theology of Justice which is reflected in the dialogue between Job and God. God's justice shown to Job illustrates His authority as a just God, as well as the close relationship between truth and justice in directing humans on the right path. The implementation of the Theology of God's Justice in human suffering today emphasizes the importance of awareness of God's will and obedience to Him, as well as strengthening an intimate relationship with God in every life situation. By understanding and applying the concept of God's justice as depicted in the Book of Job, humans can uphold morality and spirituality in everyday life.

This research discusses intentions when seeking knowledge, where in seeking knowledge a person is obliged to intend, because intention is a condition for receiving knowledge and getting the blessing of knowledge, for this reason one is required to know the procedure for having good intentions and good intentions, namely intending to seek Allah's approval. Almighty Allah, intend for the happiness of the hereafter, fight ignorance in oneself and the ignorant (increase knowledge and provide benefits to oneself and society), develop and preserve Islam, be grateful for the blessings of the mind and body, and do not intend to get praise from humans, the pleasures of the world , or to get praise and closeness from leaders and so on. This research is a type of library research which takes references from books, journals and other sources that are relevant to the topic being studied.                                                     

This research examines Pastor GPP Siaro's views on defending the faith in the congregation, with a special focus on the interpretation of Romans 10:14. This verse highlights the importance of preaching the Gospel and the vital role of preachers in strengthening the congregation's faith. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores how Pastor GPP Siaro applies the principles of Romans 10:14 in his pastoral context. Research findings show that Pastor GPP Siaro emphasizes the importance of in-depth teaching, conveying God's word that is relevant to the context of the congregation, as well as empowering the congregation to be active in evangelistic missions. Pastor GPP Siaro also views that defending the faith is not only the task of church leaders, but is the responsibility of every member of the congregation. This research provides valuable insight into effective pastoral strategies in defending and strengthening faith in congregations, as well as the contribution of Bible verses in shaping theological and pastoral practice.

A person or legal entity that acquires rights to land must register their land ownership. However, land ownership can also lead to disputes, such as the dispute over former eigendom verponding land numbers 3740, 3741, and 3742 in Dago Elos. The Defendants have occupied the land for years without issues, and some have certificates of land ownership or building rights. In the verdict of Judicial Review Case Number 109 PK/Pdt/2022, the Defendants' actions in occupying the disputed land were deemed illegal. Therefore, the author is interested in analyzing whether the Defendants' actions meet the elements of illegal actions according to Article 1365 of the Civil Code and related regulations, and to what extent the Defendants are protected by the verdict. The research was conducted using a normative juridical method, with literature review generating descriptive notes and data, and utilizing a statutory approach. The results show that the Defendants' actions in occupying the disputed land do not constitute illegal actions under Article 1365 of the Civil Code due to the lack of elements. No legal protection can be provided because the verdict is final. The judge did not provide legal reasoning based on the juridical alignment between legal facts, evidence, and the legal basis of statutory regulations.

Adab is a behavior that is considered good and this kindness is carried out continuously which makes it a habit in daily life. In fact, the ethical behavior of students today is very concerning, this is certainly influenced by the lack of understanding of the Qur'an and the book. This study aims to: 1) know the existence of disciples in the book of Taysir al-Khalaq; 2) knowing the existence of disciples in the book of Taysir al-Khalaq and its relevance to education today. This research uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is library research. The results of this study show that: 1) the discipleship of Taysir al-Khalaq is divided into three: towards himself, towards his teacher and towards his brother. In addition, a student must also have good behavior, namely: tawadhu', understanding the rules of association in Islam, and brotherhood in Islam. 2) the relevance of the book of Taysir al-Khalaq to Islamic education today is very sustainable, because both in terms of material and content in the book, the value in moral education and the purpose of Islamic education in Indonesia is very suitable for use by Islamic educational institutions. Especially in non-formal educational institutions, especially in the cultivation of ethics and morality among students. So that the creation of an Islamic generation that is in accordance with the purpose of Islamic education.

Quantitative research methods were used to collect data from reliable literature studies, with the aim of strengthening the concept of fidelity in the context of marriage and emphasizing the spiritual values contained in the marriage relationship. The story of the marriage of Hosea and Gomer in the Book of Hosea is considered a symbol of Israel's unfaithfulness to God, which teaches the importance of maintaining purity and holiness in Christian marriage, and emphasizes the role of love in building a husband and wife relationship that is pleasing to God. This research provides in-depth insight into marital relationships in theological and historical contexts, as well as underscoring spiritual values that can be applied in everyday life to glorify God through a loving and faithful marital relationship.

Cybercrime is a criminal act using computer technology which will increase in 2022 based on data from the National Police Bareskim, namely around 8,831 cases. The crime of fraud online or via electronic media, namely fraud at online social gatherings. Fraud is generally regulated in Article 378 Book II Chapter XXV of KUHP which has changed with the enactment of Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (or known as the KUHP Nasional) in Article 492 Chapter XXVII concerning Criminal Acts of Fraud and specifically in Article 28 paragraph (1) of concerning Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik regarding electronic transaction fraud. This research uses normative legal research methods with a statutory approach and case studies on online social gathering fraud cases. The research results show that criminal liability in cases of online social gathering fraud according to the Information and Electronic Transactions Law must fulfill the elements of the article: setiap orang; dengan sengaja; mentransmisikan Informasi Elektronik dan/ atau Dokumen Elektronik; berisi pemberitahuan bohong atau informasi menyesatkan; yang mengakibatkan kerugian materiel bagi konsumen dalam Transaksi Elektronik. The aim of criminal law is to make the defendant realize his mistake and prevent him from repeating the crime he committed.

The book Taisir Al-Khallaq Fi 'Ilmi Al-Akhlaq by Sheikh Hafidz Hasan Al-Mas'udi is a yellow book which contains guidelines for Muslims in living their daily lives. Even though it is famous for its moral studies, it contains Islamic educational values ​​and its relevance to today's moral education. This research aims to determine the concept of Islamic and moral education, the values ​​of Islamic education in the book Taisir Al-Khallaq Fi 'Ilmi Al-Akhlaq and its relevance to today's moral education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, where the type of research is literature. The data collection technique uses the documentation method. Then, data sources were obtained from primary data sources, namely the book Taisir Al-Khallaq and secondary (books, journals and other sources). The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results of this research show that; 1) the concept of Islamic education includes three main aspects, namely al-tarbiyah, al-ta'lim, and al-ta'dib which means the teaching process. Meanwhile, the concept of moral education is based on Islamic education itself. 2) the values ​​of Islamic education contained in this book are in the form of aqidah values, worship values ​​and moral values. 3) the values ​​of Islamic education in this book are very relevant to today's moral education, because they both aim to form human beings who are moral, have noble character, and make them obedient and obedient servants of Allah SWT.

Therefore, Christians are called to practice kindness and social justice in their daily lives, providing care and support to those who require carelessness from the circumstances or conditions they have achieved but this view also challenges the attitudes and feelings of superiority that can arise among Christiansı the teachings of Jesus emphasize that the Kingdom of heaven does not depend on human concepts of justice but on God's mercy that goes beyond the limits of human ability. This is why Christians abandon their selfish attitudes and develop a broader development of God's liberating love because of religious understanding. Modern Christians based on Matthew 20:1-16 emphasize the importance of grace, faithfulness and justice in society while they recognize the habit of seeking egoism and develop a broader understanding of God's infinite love   

The purpose of this research is to know Job’s faith in the suffering of the Book of Job 1-2 and the efforts to strengthen the Christian faith based on Job’s faith in suffering. The research method of this paper is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The research was conducted by observing various literature texts according to the topic of discussion in the research. The results of the study show that there are various steps that can be implemented in an effort to strengthen Christian faith based on the book of Job 1-2, namely: living in fear of God, recognizing God’s sovereignty in life and having the right perspective on God’s actions and decisions in life.    

Education is closely related to knowledge and science. Therefore, it is important to understand education from the concept of knowledge. In that context, in order to understand the concept of education in Islam, we must examine the verses of the Qur’an which talk about knowledge and knowledge. The aim of this research is to reveal the educational values contained in verses related to science based on verse interpretations. The method of writing this article is to collect verses from the Qur’an thematically on certain topics and arrange them based on the period of revelation. The results of this research show that science is a process that is carried out using methods and produces new knowledge that is systematic and structured and used as direction for humans. There are three laws regarding studying various types of science: obligatory, sunnah and haram. The application of science can be practiced as early as possible in formal education in harmony with the verses of the Qur’an.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the pig production sharing agreement between the Village Head and the community according to the Civil Code in Loborai Village, East Sabu District, Sabu Raijua Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In the process of this research, the author uses empirical research methods with the aim of research to find out and describe various matters related to the implementation of the pig production sharing agreement in Loborai Village, East Sabu District which will provide benefits in the form of rational thinking in an effort to answer various problems related to the pig production sharing agreement in Loborai Village, East Sabu District. The results of the research show that the form of pig profit-sharing agreement carried out by the village head with the community is carried out in written and unwritten (oral) forms. The written agreement is carried out by the community in the form of an agreement in the division of profit sharing for pigs. Whereas in the oral form, the village head and the community make an agreement to raise pigs and the results of the livestock if they breed and have results from the pigs will be shared with the community to maintain the results of the pigs that have been given. If there is a problem in the pig profit-sharing agreement between the village head and the community in raising pigs, for example, in this case the community is negligent so that the pigs die, then the village head as the owner does not sue but is resolved properly.  However, another thing that is absolute to note is that the agreement made and carried out must be in good faith. 

This article aims to find out the validity of the Civil Code smart contact.  It is hoped that the results of this research can be used by parties, especially people who have started carrying out transaction and contract activities using blockchain technology in the form of smart contracts.  This research method uses normative law, the use of legal materials includes primary and secondary legal materials, through data collection techniques in the form of literature studies.  A conceptual approach and a statutory approach were used in this research.  The data analysis technique used is a deductive data analysis technique using the syllogism method.  The validity of an agreement is assessed based on an understanding of article 1313 and the main elements of the validity of an agreement based on article 1320 along with the principle of freedom of contract in article 1338 of the Civil Code.  It is necessary to understand that smart contracts are required to fulfill the terms of the agreement in their implementation

This research aims to find out how the Synoptic book views SLOLA learning media. To answer this problem, it is necessary to conduct research using topical methods after exploring information from the Synopsis book which is used to gain knowledge about learning media. The results of this research revealed that Jesus used this media as a learning tool which aimed to concretize abstract things in physical form, namely: symbols, symbols, signs, paintings/drawings and original tools which were able to streamline and activate a series of learning processes. Learning media is a tool used to channel messages or content of learning material that can stimulate thinking, influence the attention of people who are learning so that the learning process can be made more effective. The urgency of SLOLA learning media is very central in order to master a number of learning objectives. For this reason, this media is a learning tool for Christian Religious Education

The Indonesian Bible Institute can be abbreviated as LAI. LAI has taken part in all Christian congregations by collaborating with the Bible. Which struggles to translate the entire Bible into the archipelago according to its regional language. Furthermore, LAI over time published after being translated and distributed to remote areas. With various developments in the journey of Bible translation, it involves a lot of history and covers various languages, cultures, and social contexts, making the Bible central in the lives of Christians around the world. This study uses qualitative research with direct observation at the LAI headquarters in Jakarta. The headquarters shows the preservation and dissemination of the Bible that has been hundreds of years from old events to new events. In conclusion, LAI has many strategies for development in preserving manuscripts so that they can still be read and available for future generations.

this study aims to find out about how the legal liability of football competition organizers in the case of unlawful acts in the tragedy of Kanjuruhan Malang in 2022 based on the Civil Code. The method used in this study is normative with legislation and case approach. Legal materials are collected through library studies, then analyzed prescriptively. The results of the study show that the Kanjuruhan tragedy at the Kanjuruhan Stadium in Malang in 2022 has brought losses to many victims so that there is a need for a form of legal accountability regarding unlawful acts committed by the defendant. For this reason, in civil law, the form of liability is in the form of compensation for damages in unlawful acts under Articles 1365, 1367, 1370 and 1371 of the Civil Code committed by the defendant to the victim.

Parish is a term used within the Catholic Church to refer to a particular community of believers. The community of faith is entrusted to a specific priest appointed by the diocesan bishop. The parish priest is the shepherd for the people in the parish. Parish priests are given duties and responsibilities, which are regulated in the legal provisions of the Catholic Church.A good and in-depth understanding of the community of believers in the parish and of the duties and responsibilities entrusted to the parish priest is expected to help priests to be able to carry out their pastoral duties properly and correctly. In this way, the faithful will grow well. This article provides several important notes regarding the parish priest and his duties or responsibilities according to the provisions of the Code of Canon Law 1983.
