Corruption remains a major challenge in Indonesia. Education plays a crucial role in instilling anti-corruption values from an early age to shape individuals with integrity. One of the core values in anti-corruption education is hard work, which contributes to developing children’s character, fostering independence, discipline, and perseverance. This study aims to analyze how instilling anti-corruption values through hard work can shape children's character in elementary schools. This socialization activities employs a direct socialization method involving students at SDN 023 Samarinda Utara through various activities, such as counseling, simulations, and educational games. The findings indicate that students experience an increased understanding of the importance of integrity and hard work in daily life. Participants demonstrated positive changes in attitude and behavior, such as increased motivation to complete school assignments honestly and responsibly. Thus, instilling anti-corruption values through hard work proves effective in shaping children’s character with integrity. Therefore, the continuation of anti-corruption education programs in schools is essential, involving teachers, parents, and the educational community to create a corruption-free generation.

Laziness is a behavior that is often experienced by almost everyone, including students. As the next generation of the nation, students should have high enthusiasm in pursuing knowledge. Education is not only limited to the classroom; knowledge can be found anywhere and anytime. Therefore, it is important for students to try to overcome their lazy habits, because laziness can have detrimental effects. For example, if a student is lazy to study, he will lose the opportunity to gain useful knowledge. On the other hand, if the student is diligent in studying and is able to overcome laziness, they will gain broader knowledge and insight. Problems that often arise are the lack of enthusiasm from students in the learning process, non-compliance in completing assignments and taking notes, and the tendency to fall asleep or leave the classroom during the lesson. To overcome this problem, the method of implementing group guidance is carried out in three stages: First, starting with the introduction and delivery of material on the theme of "Learning", which aims to introduce the concept of effective learning and foster student interest. Second, an explanation of the material regarding "Learning Motivation" to encourage students to study hard for a brighter future. Third, the presentation of material on the theme "Why do we have to go to school?" which provides students with an understanding of the importance of education and the reasons to continue learning. Through this group guidance process, it is hoped that it can foster an effective learning spirit and encourage students to participate more actively in learning activities in the classroom.

The study aims to analyze the effect of e-learning, knowledge sharing and job rotation on the performance of generation Z employees in Semarang City mediated by self-development. This research is quantitative type using PLS-SEM data analysis technique with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study prove that: (1) E-learning affects employee performance; (2) Knowledge sharing has no effect on employee performance; (3) Job rotation has no effect on employee performance; (4) Self-development affects employee performance; (5) E-learning affects self-development; (6) Knowledge sharing has no effect on self-development; (7) Job rotation affects self-development; (8) Self-development mediates e-learning on employee performance; (9) Self-development does not mediate knowledge sharing on employee performance; (10) Self-development does not mediate job rotation on employee performance.

The title of this study is the meaning of Oko Mama in the Sono Village Community, North Amanatun District, Sout Centeral Timor Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the meaning of Oko Mama in the Sono Village Community. The theory used ini this research is using qualitative research method in analyzing data obtained in the field. In determining the informants who were interviewed, three people were used, consisting of the head of Sono Village, Traditional Elders and the Community. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of Oko Mama in the Sono Village Community, Oko Mama is a tradition inherited from ancestors that must be preserved and applied in everyday life. And in any activity, the community uses Oko Mama as the main media to open the activity. Based on the results of the study above, the author explains several things as follows: Through research, it is hoped that the people of Sono Village will love local culture more because culture has the identity of a region. And it is hoped that the community can provide knowledge for the next generation about the importance of preserving the Oko Mama culture.

Learning planning in Christian religious education has a significant role in shaping student character based on Christian values. Christian religious education teachers provide guidance for students in understanding the values ​​of faith such as love, justice, humility, forgiveness, and service to others, apart from just being teachers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by carrying out a literature review to find the role played by Christian religious education teachers in developing the learning process. From the research results, it was revealed that effective learning planning is able to provide support for students in understanding and applying religious values ​​in their daily activities. However, teachers face several challenges, such as limited resources, lack of adequate training, resistance to change, and difficulties in implementing online learning. Improving teacher skills, utilizing technology, creating relevant modules, and collaboration between schools are key elements in the proposed solution. By applying the latest appropriate strategies, Christian religious education teachers can create effective learning experiences to guide a generation with good morals in accordance with Christian principles and ready to face the dynamics of ever-changing times.

Slang is an informal language that is the result of individual or group creativity that is accepted and used by the wider community. Slang language among Generation Alpha emerged as a result of interactions on social media with the previous generation, namely Generation Z. Data collection methods were carried out by reading, taking notes and recording (screenshots). Researchers also counted how many times the slang language appeared on social media from the most frequently to the least frequently used in October 2024. In that period, 3,728 mewing words, 3,410 sigma words, 3,038 sus words, 2,666 skibidi words, 2,275 slay words, 1,705 flexing words, 152 fanum tax words, and 90 words looksmaxing in posts and comments columns on X's social media in Indonesia. Slang is divided into four forms, namely abbreviations, interjections, funny mispronunciations, and shortened forms.

Violence against children is a serious problem that affects their physical, mental, and emotional development. In an effort to protect children from violence, a comprehensive and integrated strategy is needed. This article discusses various approaches that can be applied, including education and increasing public awareness of children's rights, strengthening protection policies, and providing psychosocial support for victims. In addition, the importance of training for parents and educators in positive parenting, as well as community involvement in violence prevention, is also outlined. Cross-sector collaboration between government, non-governmental organizations, and communities is key to creating a safe and supportive environment for children. By implementing technology to facilitate reporting and handling of cases, it is hoped that this strategy can reduce the prevalence of violence against children and ensure a safer future for future generations.

Results from research This shows that the program is not only successful in improving the ability Reading or memorizing Al-Quran, but also greatly contributes to the formation of morals And santri character. Interactive and fun teaching methods, as well as support from Competent teachers, become a determining factor in the success of the program. Other than that, there is Challenges in maintaining student motivation, especially in the long term. This research recommends the need for a more varied curriculum development and Training for teachers to overcome these challenges. Thus, the Hafiz program Quran in TPQ is expected to continue to contribute positively in the formation of a generation that Loves Al-Quran and has a good character.

The importance of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah is a teaching in Islam that follows the traditions and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as well as the early generations of Muslims. The application of these values in PAI learning can help students understand religious teachings more authentically. Especially in the principles that exist in the teachings of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah which include Tawasut, I'tidal, Tasamuh, Tawazun and Amr Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar. This study aims to determine how the application of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah values and the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah in MA Roudhotul Mujawwidin. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation. This data analysis uses triangulation of sources, time, and place. This research was conducted at Madrasah aliyah Raudhotul Mujawwidin Rimbo Bujang Jambi. The results of this study are in the application of Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama'ah values at MA Roudlotul Mujawwidin there are 3 tasks of the teacher in realizing it. 1) Teacher as a conservator in instilling Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama'ah values, 2) Teachers as student innovators so that students can understand the values of Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama'ah, and 3) Teachers as transmitters are realized by teachers having a teaching mission that is sustainable. There are five values of Ahlusunnah Wal Jama'ah in PAI learning at MA Roudhotul Mujawwidin. 1) Students have a spirit of tolerance with mutual respect, 2) Students are moderate and fair in dealing with cases, 3) Students have a spirit of love for peace and harmony, 4) Students help each other, and 5) Students have a spirit of love for the country.

The formation of religious character is a habit that is carried out to shape the student's personality so that they have morals and character that are embedded in the student as a guide for life in the future. To make this happen, schools are trying to find new programs that can grow student character and improve the quality of education at school. One of the efforts made by MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin to shape the religious character of these students is by implementing regular Yasin reading activities together. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study methods and field practice which is directly followed by researchers at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya City starting from July to November 2024. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the activity of implementing Yasin reading together regularly, which is carried out every Saturday morning at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin, Palangka Raya City, which is attended by all students, teachers and students of MBKM IAIN Palangka Raya, is able to shape the students' religious character through refraction which is carried out every morning through activities and positive things from the routine of implementing Yasin reading together to create a generation that has good morals and behavior in line with the teachings of the Islamic religion.

Political education has a strategic role in increasing the participation of the younger generation, especially Generation Z (Gen Z), in the democratic process. This service activity aims to increase the awareness and understanding of Gen Z politics in Merauke Regency ahead of the 2024 Regional Head General Election (Pemilukada). The methods used include interactive lectures based on the results of the Gen Z political participation survey and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which is divided into six discussion groups. The lecture aims to provide an overview of the conditions of political participation, while the FGD encourages participants to delve into local political issues and formulate strategic recommendations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the democratic process, the mechanism of Pemilukada, and the importance of active participation in voting. Participants were also able to identify challenges to political participation, such as the influence of misinformation and apathy, as well as provide innovative proposals, such as the use of social media as a political education tool. This active participation-based approach is in line with the theory of political participation and deliberative democracy, which emphasizes the importance of rational discussion to strengthen the legitimacy of democracy. This activity concluded that political education designed contextually and interactively is effective in preparing Gen Z to play an active role in Pemilukada. Similar programs need to be continued on an ongoing basis to strengthen the political awareness of the younger generation and improve the quality of democracy at the local level. By harnessing the potential of digital technology and participatory approaches, political education can be a catalyst in building a generation of critical, intelligent, and responsible voters.

Digitalization in the payment system has brought significant changes in people's behavior, including among generation Z (Gen-Z). One of the most prominent innovations is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which offers convenience, speed, and accessibility in transactions. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing QRIS payments on the financial planning culture of Gen-Z, known as the digital native generation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on a number of respondents from Gen-Z. The results of the study show that the use of QRIS has positive and negative impacts on their financial planning habits. On the one hand, QRIS makes it easier to manage daily financial transactions, such as automatic recording and easy cashless payments. On the other hand, this convenience also has the potential to increase consumptive behavior due to too fast access and minimal direct control over spending. This study highlights the importance of financial education to increase Gen-Z's awareness in using technology wisely to support better financial planning.  

The purpose of the study was to determine whether there is an effect of Reputation, E- recruitment, and Work Environment on Interest in Applying for Jobs by the Millennial Generation in North Toraja Regency. The data collection procedure of this research is Quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS This research was conducted around North Toraja, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of the calculation with the t test on the Reputation variable t count> t table with a value of (2.947) > (1.98498), on the E-recruitment variable t count> t table with a value of (4.014) > (1.98498), and on the Work Environment variable t count> t table with a value of (3.624) > (1.98498). The conclusion of this study is that Reputation, E-recruitment, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Job Application Interest in the millennial generation in North Toraja Regency.

The revitalization of ancient buildings has an important role in preserving cultural heritage and also in developing the potential of art and architecture in Indonesia. In this research, the case study in this context will be the Dr. Saleh is in the city of Probolinggo, East Java. This museum was built in the 20th century and has high historical and architectural value. This research uses a qualitative approach in order to analyze the aesthetic, historical and social aspects of the building. By showing research results that the revitalization of museums can optimize their function as public spaces, increase the preservation of cultural heritage, and attract the interest of tourists. Through several art and educational programs, the Dr. Saleh was able to transform into a center of creativity that connects past and present generations. From the results of this analysis, it is recommended that revitalization be carried out while maintaining the original elements of the building, while adding several modern facilities that can support interaction with visitors. With this approach, the museum not only functions as a collection storage center but can also be used as an education and arts center that contributes to the development of local communities as well as tourism. It is also hoped that this research will be able to provide guidance for the revitalization of other historical buildings in Indonesia.

Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) has a strategic role in building democratic character among the younger generation as an important capital in the life of society, nation and state. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of PPKn education in schools can be an effective means of internalizing democratic values, such as tolerance, justice, respect for human rights, and deliberation. Civics learning requires good preparation, especially through preparing material that not only provides knowledge but is also able to bring about changes in the character of students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, which includes critical analysis of various sources, such as national and international journal articles, books, e-books, dissertations, theses, as well as print and online media which can provide a comprehensive picture of the role of PPKn in form students' democratic character. The research results show that PPKn education based on Pancasila values ​​has proven to be effective in developing individuals who have strong character and are able to face the challenges of the era of globalization. By combining the values ​​of Pancasila and democratic principles, this education plays a role in forming a highly civilized, competitive and globally superior nation.

Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thoughts on contributions to education in Indonesia, with a special emphasis on educational goals and curriculum. According to Ki Hadjar Dewantara, the purpose of education is to develop each person's potential in terms of intellectual, moral, and social aspects. He emphasized the importance of education rooted in culture, principles, and society. The proposed curriculum integrates character development and academic elements as a whole. The results of this study show that education based on the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara can produce a generation that is not only intellectually smart but also possesses high morality and social responsibility. This article discusses the latest trends in the use of intelligent multimedia and related technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Virtual Reality (VR), which have transformed the way we learn and interact with the world around us. In the context of education, intelligent multimedia enables a more personalized and adaptive approach to students' needs, enhancing educational accessibility, and reducing the educational gap between urban and rural areas. This technology also contributes greatly to creating a more interactive and engaging learning environment. On the other hand, the use of intelligent multimedia in social and cultural fields opens up opportunities to enrich local identities in the face of globalization, by incorporating traditional cultural elements into technology-based product designs. However, despite its many benefits, the implementation of intelligent multimedia technologies faces various challenges, such as infrastructure issues, limited budgets, and resistance from some educators who are not yet familiar with new technologies. Therefore, it is essential to ensure adequate digital literacy so that future generations can fully utilize this technology responsibly. In conclusion, intelligent multimedia has great potential to improve the quality of life, but its application must be carried out wisely, taking into account long-term impacts on society and culture.

The purpose of this study is to determine the literature review on Influencer marketing and product quality on the purchase intention of generation Z consumers. Advances in internet technology have led to shifts in human lifestyles, especially in purchasing patterns. In writing this article, literature review plays an important role in formulating research ideas, understanding previous findings related to the topic, and identifying gaps in existing knowledge.A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted in two well-known databases, ScienceDirect and Scopus. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 1,498 out of 2,036 articles were assessed as relevant, after which these papers were carefully examined to produce an in-depth analysis of the subject. Ultimately, 13 papers were selected for in-depth examination in the study. Based on SLR data, the articles were written between 2021 and 2024.
