This article reveals the analysis of prophetic values in the learning of Al-Qur'an Hadith of students in class viii MTSN 1 Wonosobo, using descriptive qualitative research, and analyzed interactively. The results showed that the analysis of prophetic values in the learning of Al-Qur'an Hadith of students in class viii MTSN 1 Wonosobo was carried out by observing and analyzing the object of research directly, especially the behavior of students at school, which was carried out through three ways: understanding (knowledge), habituation, and exemplary. The analysis of the Prophetic Values is evident through four indicators: honesty (shiddiq), intelligence (fathonah), responsibility (amanah) and the courage to express opinions loudly (tabligh). Research implications: the importance of teacher supervision and innovation in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith in correlation with the success of prophetic values analysis can be maximized, interpreted and implemented. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic educational institutions to be in accordance with prophetic values.

Supervision in Education continues to be a concern for stakeholders. Moreover, with the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, all regulations related to education have undergone changes or adjustments. This writing aims to examine the laws and regulations governing supervisors and the theories that support them. The method used in writing this research is a qualitative method using library research. The results showed that educational supervision according to the latest laws and regulations was carried out by heads of education units, school/madrasah committees, central government and regional governments.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

The Madrasah Principal is the school personnel responsible for all activities at school. He has the authority and responsibility to Manages all educational activities in the school he leads. Supervision is a coaching activity planned to help teachers and staff other schools so they can do their jobs effectively. Objective This research is to find out the academic supervision strategies carried out by madrasa heads to improve teacher academic performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Jambi City.Results of academic supervision. . This research method is qualitative phenomenology with a study research design case. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Technique data analysis using flow, data reduction, presentation of data at the verification stage. Testing Data validity was carried out using a triangulation approach. The two teachers' planning stages were included in the good category with recap scores of 86% and 89%. In the implementation stage, class 1 teachers obtained a score of 86% in the good category, a score of 91% obtained by the class 4 teacher in the very good category. In the evaluation stage, both teachers were also included in the category both with recap scores of 86% and 85%. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the SD/MI level prioritizes project-based learning in order to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. This is also very relevant to 21st century learning which equips students with the 4C skills needed to answer the challenges of the times. There are 3 (three) options in implementing or implementing the independent curriculum (IKM) at the SD/MI level, namely: Independent Learning Category, independent change category and independent sharing category at class I and class IV SD/MI levels starting in the 2022/2023 school year .

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the school principal as a leader in enhancing the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the school principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research describe the role of the school principal as a leader in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The roles of the school principal as a leader involve providing guidance and supervision to all educators by holding joint meetings, enhancing the willingness and capabilities of educational staff through specific evaluations conducted three times a year to enhance the professional competence of teachers, establishing two-way communication by engaging in regular communication with all educators almost every day, and delegating tasks to all educators and educational staff, such as carrying out learning evaluations for all teachers, students, and all personnel serving at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong with the aim of enhancing the professional competence of teachers.

This research is a type of qualitative field research. To collect data, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation were used. The results of the research are: The leadership of the Madrasah Head in carrying out educational program innovations is going well because in the process he has implemented four educational management functions which are emphasized in the field of infrastructure, namely by carrying out planning (planning), organizing (deliberation and evaluation) carrying out motivating (mobilization). /action) and carrying out control (supervision). The planning, evaluation, motivation and supervision carried out by the head of the madrasah resulted in very significant changes and progress in improving the quality of education at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan, this was due to the process of innovating good education programs. This research is a qualitative research and the subject of this research is the principal and students. Data are obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) The principal's strategy in disciplining students in state junior high schools 2 Plandaan, carried out by planning in creating empathic behavior, organizing by prioritizing good communication, implementing learning discipline activities; coaching and supervision of teacher performance, providing motivation, awarding and evaluating learning discipline activities. (2) obstacles in the principal's strategy in disciplining students at SMP Negeri 2 Plandaan are accompanied by the lack of parental attention and the lack of awareness of students accepted by students, Different student backgrounds. Student management is an arrangement or regulation of all activities related to students from entry to graduation. Student management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students develop through the channeling of aspirations, hopes and fulfillment of needs. One of the student management services is extracurricular activities, namely curricular activities carried out by students outside of class hours. This activity aims to develop and actualize the potential of students optimally, strengthen the personality of students to avoid negative influences, and prepare students to become citizens who are noble, democratic, respect human rights in order to create civil society. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In data collection. The author uses interview, observation, and documentary methods, and data analysis techniques use triangulation techniques, diligent and objective observation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed: (1) Student Management at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang was carried out as much as possible to facilitate and serve students so that they could produce students who were in accordance with educational goals and in accordance with what was expected by their environment; 2. Developing the potential of students is carried out by providing space for potential development and facilities for students to develop hard-skills and soft-skills through extracurricular activities: 3. Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. (Abdurahmat Fathoni, thing: 01 of 2014). Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya in carrying out her duties as a nurse the supporting factors in carrying out her duties and functions as an employee in the field are basically relatively the same and also greatly affect the performance of the employees.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which Workload, Training, and Principal Supervision influence the improvement of teacher performance in the online learning process. The population and samples taken in this study amounted to 26 teachers at SDN Sukasari 6 Kota Tangerang with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses primary data through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive, internal data analysis technique through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 application. The results of the study show that workload and training have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Likewise, the same thing with the Principal's Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SDN Sukasari 6 Tangerang City. This research provides input to all elementary schools to take into consideration regarding online learning which has an impact on increasing the ability of teachers to apply it so that educational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.

Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools are people who have great influence in a boarding school. As a manager the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The school principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of the school principal is needed to improve teacher competence. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal as a manager in implementing strategies through collaboration and communication at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District in terms of Planning, Organizing, Actuating aspects. , Controlling (Supervision), as well as the efforts made by the principal in improving the competence of teachers at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which includes; school principals' support for teacher competency improvement programs; and facilities provided in an effort to increase teacher competence. The results of this study are that the leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has carried out its role as a manager by carrying out management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Planning (Planning) is carried out by the principal by drafting a school program based on the foundation's policy. Organizing is done by dividing the tasks to each school personnel to jointly run the program that has been made. Actuating (Motivating) is the principal's activity to move each personnel to consciously support the program being run. While Controlling (Supervision) is an activity carried out by the principal to determine the success of the program that has been implemented. The leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has provided full support for the teacher competency improvement program by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies and involving teachers in various trainings, workshops, and also training. The school principal facilitates the needs of teachers in an effort to increase teacher competence by providing scholarships to teachers to carry out further studies, allowances and other educational facilities.

Education is very important for all humans. Education can be successful if there is good management. The role of education management is very important in an educational institution. Management is basically nothing new in human life, as well as in a management education is needed. Education management can cover a variety of things, one of which is financial management. Because, with good financial management in institutions will increase the efficiency of education so that the achievement of educational goals will soon be realized. Urgency School financial management is very important to classify school needs. Then there is an urgency for financial management and a clear and appropriate budgeting model that will affect school operations and education in these schools. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Urgency of Financial Management and the Education Budgeting Model are applied to find out how supervision is in financial management. Data collection is in the form of observations from various existing sources. The method used is a review article. The results of this study show that the results of the urgency and budgeting model carried out by managing school finances in carrying out the budget plan have been going very well. This is indicated by several activity plans that are realized in accordance with expectations, namely transparent, accountable, effective and efficient.

Teacher professional competence is very important because it is something that every teacher must have to make quality and carry out the duties of an educator properly. One way to make the competence of a teacher or an educator is by coaching. The development of this competency is very important and needs to be done for a teacher or an educator to make it more effective and efficient in the application of teaching. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the teacher professional competence development program at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School was quite good including: MGMP, Taftisy I'dad, Kamisan, Ta'hil, In House Training and Khutbatul 'Arsy, Teacher Supervision (Supervision) and Appreciation (Motivation). From the results of this study, the authors recommend that Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School educational institutions should further improve teacher professional competency development. Through Community Service this lecturer can provide educational motivation for the children of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya Lemukutan Islands to continue their education in pursuing and achieving dreams. The focus on education is the main thing that children need to hold fast to develop a region, but to be able to always be in the corridor of education is not easy. Every generation has its own kind of challenges. In today's era, online games are a challenge that has mushroomed everywhere, games are not just a hobby, but more towards professions and needs. It will be very dangerous when there is a lack of parental supervision and students' lack of control over themselves in playing games. Reminding them of the dangers of playing online games is one way to keep directing them on the right educational path.
