This study was conducted to address contamination risks in Refill Drinking Water Depot (DAMIU) operations when sanitation, equipment maintenance, and quality control are not consistently implemented. This emphasizes the critical importance of systematic risk monitoring and review processes to ensure water quality and safety. The research aims to analyze the implementation of risk monitoring procedures, identify operational risks at each processing stage, and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies at Depot Isi Ulang Air Galon Barokah. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct field observations, and documentation analysis. The findings reveal that monitoring and risk review processes are conducted routinely, encompassing raw water quality checks, equipment sanitation protocols, and customer gallon container inspections. No significant risks were identified during the study period, as potential hazards such as microbiological contamination and equipment malfunction were effectively prevented through timely filter replacement and daily equipment cleaning procedures. Overall, the depot's risk management system operates effectively and consistently maintains water quality standards, ensuring product safety for consumers.

Flooding is one of the most recurrent natural disasters in Central Java Province, particularly during the rainy season. Diverse geographical characteristics, high rainfall intensity, and rapid urban development contribute to the region’s high vulnerability to flood hazards. According to the Central Java Statistics Agency, a total of 414 flood events and 407,784 affected victims were recorded between 2019 and 2021. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) capable of mapping the spatial distribution and impact levels of floods across Central Java. The methodology includes collecting flood event data from the Central Java Statistics Agency, processing spatial data such as administrative boundary shapefiles, performing attribute integration between spatial and non-spatial datasets, and creating thematic maps using QGIS. The visualization outputs were exported into an interactive web format using the qgis2web plugin and subsequently integrated into a website developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The results show that the GIS system successfully visualizes flood-prone areas, identifies regions with high flood intensity, and enables users to explore detailed information through interactive digital maps. Additional website features—such as historical flood data, statistical summaries, and descriptive impact indicators—enhance the system's usefulness for disaster analysis. This study demonstrates the crucial role of GIS in supporting disaster mitigation, spatial planning, and policy evaluation related to flood management. Future research is recommended to incorporate more recent datasets and additional non-spatial variables such as rainfall intensity and floodwater depth to improve the system’s analytical accuracy and comprehensiveness.

This study examines the implementation of RoRo ship services in Indonesia, highlighting the implementation of RoRo ships and the current national logistics framework potential strategies, particularly in the 3T region. This research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology that includes a literature review. It utilizes secondary data from previous studies, comprising books and original scientific reports published in articles or journals. The findings indicated 1) The use of RoRo ships has gone through progressive developments, like the government's initiative on “Sea Toll” designed to support the logistics sector, particularly in 3T regions. 2) Enhancing the logistics framework through the integration of National Logistic EcosIstem (NLE) alongside the Internet of Things (IoT) to increase logistics efficiency that is rapid, effective, and clear. Nevertheless, these initiatives faces challenges. Consequently. The proposed strategies focus on improving growth center development through logistics integration (shipping, port management, and intermodal) and implementing digitalization in logistics document processing.

The Information System registration module for the Regional Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWPD) was developed using the Laravel framework and implemented by the Taxpayer Identification Agency (BPPKAD) at Kediri City. The system was designed to digitize the NPWPD registration process, which was previously done manually. This traditional approach often led to long queues, extended processing times, and, at times, errors in data entry. The new system offers several key advantages, including an online registration form that allows taxpayers to upload required documents such as photos of ID cards, business locations, and other necessary paperwork. Data validation is performed by officers to ensure accuracy, and automatic notifications are sent to taxpayers, informing them of the status of their applications. The implementation of this system has had several positive impacts, such as significantly improving the efficiency of administrative processes, reducing the manual workload for officers, and increasing transparency and accountability in public services. Moreover, it has improved customer satisfaction by providing faster, more accurate, and more responsive services. This system supports the creation of a streamlined, user-friendly, and effective method for taxpayers to register for NPWPD online, enhancing the overall quality of public sector service delivery.

The attendance recording system at PLN ULP Tanjungbalai still relies on manual, paper-based methods, resulting in delays in data recap, reduced efficiency, and a high potential for recording errors. This condition affects the accuracy of employee attendance information, which is essential for administrative activities and managerial decision-making. Based on these issues, this practical work aims to design and develop a web-based e-attendance application as a solution to enhance efficiency, processing speed, and the accuracy of attendance recapitulation. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system, following several stages including requirement analysis, system design using UML, and implementation of a web-based user interface. The application provides essential features such as user login, daily attendance recording, employee data management, attendance notes (permission, sickness, etc.), and automatic attendance report generation. The system is designed for two types of users—Admin and Employees—each with specific access rights. The implementation results indicate that the e-attendance application significantly improves the efficiency of attendance administration at PLN ULP Tanjungbalai. Data collection and recapitulation become faster, more structured, and less prone to errors, while also enabling administrators to monitor employee attendance in real time. Therefore, this web-based e-attendance application serves as an effective solution to support operational activities and enhance the quality of employee attendance management.

This study investigates the strategic strengthening of the rambak cracker industry as an instrument for local economic development in Penanggulan Village, Pegandon District, Kendal Regency. Rural agro-processing enterprises have increasingly been recognized as territorially embedded production units capable of generating value-added outputs and absorbing surplus labor within localized economic systems. Field-based empirical observations reveal that rambak production in the village operates through household-managed processing systems characterized by traditional production techniques, informal managerial practices, and limited digital marketing adoption despite contributing significantly to community income generation. Data obtained from expert respondents were analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process to identify strategic priority determinants influencing industrial competitiveness and sustainability. The results indicate that product innovation and quality improvement constitute the primary strategic priority, followed by digital marketing development and institutional partnership strengthening, while production capacity expansion remains comparatively less influential in enhancing market competitiveness. These findings suggest that adaptive innovation and digitally enabled commercialization pathways function as critical mechanisms for improving value-chain integration and expanding market accessibility among rural food-processing industries. Strengthening innovation ecosystems within the rambak sector may therefore contribute to employment creation, income diversification, and sustainable community-based economic transformation in rural production clusters.

The incidence of degenerative diseases, which are part of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), remains a major cause of death worldwide and in many regions of Indonesia. Meanwhile, efforts to prevent degenerative diseases affecting the adolescent age group are still rare, such as the establishment of a Youth Posyandu, including in Sungai Duren Village. There is no health post that provides youth care services in Sungai Duren Village, while there are many teenagers living there (students under 21 years old) with various lifestyles that are at risk of degenerative diseases. This study aims to analyze the increase in adolescent knowledge about CERDIK between before and after the establishment of the Youth Posyandu in order to prevent degenerative diseases early. This study is a quasi-experimental study involving 30 adolescents by measuring the dependent variable of knowledge. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Computerized data processing and analysis were conducted through descriptive statistical analysis and T-test analysis. The results showed a significant difference in respondents' knowledge of CERDIK before and after the establishment of the Youth Posyandu in Sungai Duren Village (p=0.000). This study indicates that structured health education can improve adolescents' understanding of CERDIK and can be used as an effective promotive and preventive strategy.

The rapid development of information technology encourages companies to optimize administrative sistems, including employee payroll processes, to ensure greater operational effectiveness and data accuracy. PT Infokom Internusa still utilizes manual and semi-computerized methods in payroll management, which may lead to calculation errors, data duplication, data inconsistency, and delays in report generation. These issues can affect overall organizational performance and decision-making efficiency. This study aims to design and develop a Java-based Employee Payroll Information Sistem to improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and security in payroll processing. The research employs the Waterfall software development model, which consists of requirement analysis, sistem design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation using the Java programming language and MySQL database, and comprehensive sistem testing. The results indicate that the developed sistem is capable of automating salary calculations, allowances, deductions, tax computations, and report generation in an integrated and structured manner. The sistem also reduces manual errors, minimizes redundancy, and accelerates payroll administration processes. Therefore, the proposed information sistem can significantly enhance the performance, productivity, and service quality of the HR and finance departments at PT Infokom Internusa.

Background: The increasing complexity of industrial production systems requires machine condition monitoring solutions that are capable of operating in real time with high accuracy and responsiveness to support predictive maintenance strategies. Conventional cloud based monitoring systems often experience limitations such as high latency and dependence on stable network connectivity, which can delay decision making processes in critical industrial operations. Objective: This study aims to design and evaluate an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) architecture based on edge computing to improve the efficiency of industrial sensor data processing and accelerate anomaly detection in industrial machines. Method: The research adopts an experimental approach by designing a system architecture consisting of a sensor layer, edge computing layer, and cloud layer. Industrial sensors, including vibration, temperature, and current sensors, continuously collect machine operational data, which are then processed locally at the edge node using a machine learning based anomaly detection algorithm. System testing is conducted in a simulated manufacturing environment to evaluate performance based on latency, reliability, and detection accuracy. Results: The results indicate that edge based data processing significantly reduces latency compared with cloud-based processing and enables faster responses to machine condition changes. Additionally, the implemented anomaly detection algorithm achieves high accuracy in identifying abnormal sensor data patterns.

The peeling of melinjo skin is an essential process in melinjo processing to produce higher-value processed products, such as melinjo chips and other food ingredients. Melinjo is a plant commonly found in Indonesia and is used in traditional cuisine and snack production. This study examines the effect of variations in roll distance and soaking time on melinjo fruit. The roll distance variations used were 0.9 cm, 1 cm, and 1.1 cm, while the soaking times were 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and 2 hours. In this study, friction force and compression force from the roll drive played a crucial role in achieving optimal peeling. The friction force is influenced by the roll distance, where a 0.9 cm roll distance generates a high friction force, which can damage the seeds. Conversely, a 1.1 cm roll distance reduces the friction force, making the peeling process less effective. Based on force calculations, the required compression force of the roll drive was 39.22 N. Additionally, the highest friction force was recorded at a 0.9 cm roll distance, reaching 84.76 N, while at a 1 cm roll distance, the result was greater than or equal to the compression force of the roll drive 54,16 N. Meanwhile, at a 1.1 cm roll distance, the friction force was lower than the compression force of the roll drive 23,54 N. The soaking process affects the texture of the melinjo skin. With a 1-hour soaking time, the melinjo seed skin remained relatively hard. At 1.5 hours of soaking, the skin started to soften but still required a significant friction force for peeling. After 2 hours of soaking, the skin became soft, allowing it to be peeled off completely. Based on the data obtained, the best peeling results were achieved at a roll distance of 1 cm with a soaking time of 2 hours, as the skin could be easily removed due to the applied friction and compression forces from the roll drive.

The Great Indonesian Children's Seven Habits Movement (7 KAIH) comprises seven daily habits that children should practice to cultivate a culture and to shape the nation’s main character. The implementation of the 7 KAIH Movement requires support from parents and educational units. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 7 KAIH Movement among students of Junior High School Pringapus. Data processing in this study employed a quantitative method that analyzes the numerical responses from respondents’ questionnaires. Overall, the 7 KAIH aspects have been implemented well by the students. The aspect of community-involvement habits has the highest measurement index, at 87.89%. Students of Junior High School Pringapus have well habituated involvement in social activities. The sports habit aspect has the lowest measurement index, at 70.51%. The role of parents in providing home sports facilities needs to be enhanced. Furthermore, schools need to optimize sports habituation programs to ensure they are accessible to all students. Collaboration between schools, parents, and the community is crucial to creating an environment that supports the optimal implementation of the 7 KAIH.

Industrialization is an economic development process characterized by the growth of the industrial sector as a key driver of economic progress in Indonesia. Beyond its role in creating added value and enhancing national competitiveness, industrialization is closely interconnected with other strategic sectors, including agriculture, services, infrastructure, and employment. Strong linkages between industry and these sectors are essential to ensure that economic growth is inclusive and sustainable. This study aims to analyze industrialization strategies that integrate and strengthen relationships with other sectors in the development process. The research employs a literature review method using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data are derived from secondary sources, including scientific journals, research articles, policy reports, and official publications relevant to industrial and sectoral development. The findings indicate that industrialization strategies aligned with agriculture can increase productivity and value-added processing, while linkages with the service sector and infrastructure development can improve efficiency, distribution networks, and market access. Furthermore, integrated industrialization contributes significantly to employment creation and regional development, reducing economic disparities between areas. Therefore, the formulation of an industrialization strategy that is well-coordinated with other sectors is crucial to achieving balanced economic growth, strengthening structural transformation, and supporting sustainable development in Indonesia.

Flower disease detection is a common challenge in modern agriculture. Various factors, such as changes in leaf color, shape, petal structure, and environmental conditions, make it difficult to achieve high accuracy with conventional models. Transfer learning is an effective solution to improve model performance in image detection, especially when available data is limited. This study used several pre-trained models, namely VGG16, ResNet50, and EfficientNet-B0, to detect three types of flower diseases: black spot on roses, white powdery mildew, and leaf rust. The process included data processing, increasing the data volume, model training, and result verification. The results showed that the EfficientNet-B0 model provided the highest accuracy of 97.2%, significantly better than the CNN model created from scratch with an accuracy of 85.1%. This study proves that the transfer learning method is very effective in improving the accuracy of flower disease detection. These results confirm that transfer learning is effective for detecting plant diseases with higher accuracy, especially when the dataset is limited.

Halal tourism has continued to grow as a highly attractive segment for Muslim travelers, particularly in the provision of Sharia-compliant accommodation such as Islamic hotels. This study aims to examine consumer perceptions of halal food-and-beverage facilities and Sharia-based operational standards in Islamic hotels across the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 150 respondents who had stayed in Sharia hotels. Data were collected through closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using the Weighted Mean Score (WMS) technique to evaluate respondents’ assessments of each indicator. The results indicate that consumer perception of halal food-and-beverage facilities falls into the very high category, with average scores exceeding 4.838. Consumers acknowledged that Sharia hotels maintain halal assurance, hygiene, and food safety through proper processing and the availability of halal certification. Regarding operational aspects, consumer perception is also classified as very good, with an average score of 4.606, particularly for policies prohibiting unmarried couples from sharing a room and banning entertainment deemed inappropriate or immoral. However, the use of Sharia-compliant financial institutions still requires improvement. Overall, the findings affirm that Sharia hotels in Jabodetabek have successfully implemented most Sharia principles, although further enhancement of internal operational practices is needed to achieve more comprehensive Sharia compliance.

This study aims to design and build a population distribution application in Demak Regency in 2025 using a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. The study focuses on three main variables: population, population density, and population growth rate per sub-district. The author used the research method of collecting data and references that can later strengthen the results of this study and the application design using the waterfall model. Non-spatial data, namely data in the form of population information, was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Demak Regency, while spatial data is data related to regional administrative boundaries. Data processing was carried out using QGIS 2.18 through the stages of joining attributes, classification using the Natural Breaks (Jenks) method, and thematic map creation. The results show that population distribution is uneven. Demak Kota, Karangtengah, and Sayung sub-districts have the highest number and density, while coastal sub-districts such as Wedung and Bonang have low densities. The highest population growth rate is in Karangtengah sub-district at 0.8%. The application of GIS has proven effective in visualizing population distribution and supporting spatial-based regional development planning.

Sentiment analysis is a technique in Natural Language Processing (NLP) used to identify user opinion tendencies based on textual reviews. This study analyzer user reviews of the Maxim application on the Google Play Store and compares three Machine Learning algoritmhs-Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and CatBoost-in classifying sentiment. The research stages include data collection, text preprocessing, feature extraction using TF-IDF and Chi-Square, class balancing using SMOTE, and performance evaluation through Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score. ANOVA is used to examine the influence of feature selection on model performance. The results show that each model exhibits different performance level across the tested feature combinations. The CatBoost achieved the highest accuracy of 99,26% and demonstrating the most stable performance. Meanwhile, the Naïve Bayes and SVM models experienced performance decreases experiments, especially after applying SMOTE. These findings indicate that the choise of algorithm, feature extraction method, and class balancing technique significantly affects classification outcomes. Overall, CatBoost is identified as the best-performing model, providing more consistenst classification result in accordance with the characteristics of the user reviews.

This research aims to deeply analyze the process mechanism for the management and issuance of the National Pollution Prevention Certificate (SNPP) by PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan at the Port Authority and Harbormaster’s Office (KSOP) Belawan. The SNPP is a crucial document that certifies a vessel’s compliance with technical and administrative requirements regulated by national laws and international conventions, specifically concerning the prevention of marine environmental pollution. The research methodology employed is a qualitative descriptive case study, focusing on direct observation of the procedural stages and interviews with relevant parties within the shipping agency and the KSOP institution. Data were collected through field observation during the fieldwork period and literature study relevant to ship certification procedures. The findings indicate that the SNPP issuance process involves a series of structured stages, beginning with the application submission, verification of supporting document completeness, followed by a physical vessel inspection by KSOP inspection officers to ensure that all pollution prevention installations and systems function according to the required standards. The final stage involves issuing the certificate once all requirements are met. Despite the established procedures, this study identified several key challenges, including: (1) Administrative Delays, which can interfere with the processing schedule; (2) Lack of Understanding among business actors regarding the latest detailed procedures, often resulting in incomplete documentation; and (3) Limited Technical Support, encompassing digital information systems or other supporting facilities. The optimization of SNPP issuance heavily relies on solid coordination between the shipping agency, ship’s crew, and the regulator (KSOP). The implications of these findings highlight the importance of regular dissemination and socialization of the latest regulations and procedures, as well as enhancing the efficiency of digital administration systems to minimize waiting times and ensure vessel compliance with marine pollution prevention standards.

The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has led to an increase in product reviews, including for beauty products on Tokopedia and Shopee. These reviews serve as important sources of information to assess consumer satisfaction; however, manually analyzing thousands of reviews daily is impractical. This study applies Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Naive Bayes, C4.5, XGBoost algorithms to classify sentiment in Indonesian-language reviews. The dataset used consists of 76,256 reviews labeled as positive, negative, and neutral. The research stages include text preprocessing, feature representation using BoW and TF-IDF, data balancing through SMOTE, and model performance evaluation based on accuracy, precision, and recall. Differences in results among the algorithms were analyzed using ANOVA. The results show that Naive Bayes achieved the highest accuracy at 67.71%, followed by XGBoost at 65.91%, and C4.5 at 58.39%, with Naive Bayes performing best in identifying positive and negative sentiments, while XGBoost and C4.5 handled more complex data patterns effectively. These findings provide guidance for sentiment analysis in Indonesian and support businesses in obtaining automated insights from customer reviews to improve product quality and services.

WPS Office stands for Writer, Presentation, and Spreadsheets—a software suite offering diverse office functions, including document processing, spreadsheet creation, and presentation tools. This study analyzes user satisfaction levels and the influence of the variables Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness on WPS Office application users in Jambi City, using the End User Computing Satisfaction method. Data were gathered through an online questionnaire distributed to students in Jambi City who had used the application; created via Google Forms, it garnered 385 responses. Post-collection, analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling in SmartPLS software version 4. Of the five hypotheses tested, four were accepted. The results reveal that accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness positively and significantly influence user satisfaction, while content shows no significant effect.

SMP Negeri 5 Merlung is a public junior high school in Merlung Subdistrict that has utilized the DAPODIK system for online data processing management, enabling efficient sending and receiving of information to the government. This research analyzes IT governance on the DAPODIK system using the COBIT 5 framework, specifically the MEA01 domain (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Performance and Conformance), which focuses on monitoring and evaluating performance and conformance. The research background is based on the need to maximize the utilization of the system at the school level. The main objectives are to determine the current and expected capability levels, as well as to provide improvement recommendations to achieve higher process maturity. The research method applies Assessment Process Activities, covering observation, interviews, identification of findings, gap analysis, and recommendations. The results show that the current capability level is at level 3 (established process), while the expected capability level is directed toward level 4 (predictable process).
