Diabetes Mellitus is a disease characterized by blood glucose levels above 90-120 mg/dl. A person suffering from Diabetes Mellitus must carry out routine control for the rest of his life to control blood sugar and prevent complications. Family support is important during the treatment period. One form of support is giving motivation to comply with routine controls. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to routine control of DM sufferers at the Kalibagor Health Center. The research method is descriptive correlation (cross sectional) and uses a non-probability sampling technique (total sampling) with 45 respondents participating in prolanis activities. This study used a questionnaire in the form of family support. Using the Spearman rank test, the results of the study included good family support of 88.9%  and adherence to routine control of 88.9%. Spearman rank test results with a p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05) with a moderate level of closeness (R = 0.550), which means that there is a significant relationship between family support and compliance with routine control of diabetes mellitus patients at the Kalibagor Health Center. So, it is suggested that respondents adhere to routine control with the help of family support to avoid complications caused by diabetes mellitus. The better the family support, the more obedient the patient is to carry out routine controls.

Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimates that the number of diabetes sufferers in Indonesia could reach 28.57 million in 2045. This number is 47% greater than the number of 19.47 million in 2021. This research was conducted on patients who had been diagnosed with type 2 DM who were members of the Prolanis group. Prolanis is a health service system that aims to improve the quality of life of participants with chronic diseases, one of which is Diabetes Mellitus type 2. HbA1c is a substance formed from the reaction between glucose and hemoglobin. HbA1c is one of the parameters for assessing glycemic control (patient compliance). The research entitled Analysis of HbA1c Levels in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Sufferers in the Prolanis Group at the Juhar Community Health Center aims to analyze and measure HbA1c levels in Type 2 Diabetes Sufferers. The research method used was Descriptive Cross-sectional. The examination material used is median cubital vein blood with EDTA anticoagulant. From the results of the examination, 25 samples were obtained, of which 12 patients had HbA1c levels >8% with criteria for poor DM control, 6 patients had HbA1c levels of 6.5-8% with criteria for moderate DM control, and there were 7 patients with HbA1c levels <6.5%. with the criteria for good DM control. From the results of this study, it was found that controlling DM at the Juhar Community Health Center there were 14 patients who had HbA1c values above 6.5 and after follow-up for the next 6 months, some had HbA1c levels that decreased and others that increased. To obtain good DM control, it is best for people with diabetes to have an HbA1c check every 3 months as part of diabetes management and this management is very important to carry out in health services, including primary level health services.

This study investigates the contribution of Islamic banks in supporting green economy initiatives and promoting sustainable financial growth. Employing a quantitative research design, the study utilizes secondary data collected from annual reports, sustainability disclosures, and carbon emission reports of Islamic banks for the period 2018–2024. The research aims to examine the relationship between green financing portfolios and key financial performance indicators Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) while evaluating the environmental impact through carbon emission reduction. Descriptive statistics provide an overview of green financing activities and financial ratios, while multiple regression analysis assesses the effect of green financing on sustainable financial performance, controlling for bank size, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth, and inflation. An independent sample t-test compares Islamic and conventional banks in terms of ethical compliance, environmental contribution, and profitability. The findings reveal that Islamic banks allocate a higher proportion of financing to green projects, achieving significant carbon emission reductions without compromising financial performance. The green financing portfolio exhibits a positive and significant effect on sustainable financial growth, and larger banks demonstrate a greater capacity to implement sustainability initiatives. The comparative analysis confirms that Islamic banks outperform conventional counterparts in environmental and ethical dimensions while maintaining comparable profitability. These results underscore the potential of Sharia-compliant banking to integrate ethical, environmental, and economic objectives, positioning Islamic financial institutions as key actors in advancing a sustainable, low-carbon financial system.

The Village Spatial Plan (RTRW) is a follow-up interpretation of the District RTRW. These provisions have been stated separately in the Village Law. However, in practice, standardization of village spatial policy implementation has not been fully implemented. The concept of village development needs to pay attention to village spatial planning to ensure the benefits and compliance of existing regulations. The method applied in this study is the normative juridical method through qualitative review. Normative juridical review is a stage of legal review carried out through the review of library sources or secondary information as the main material by conducting research related to the problem under study. The results of this study show that to implement policies related to village spatial planning, there are two possible factors, namely supporting and inhibiting factors. To develop clarity on the objectives of policy implementation, legal certainty is needed that can accommodate the needs of village structuring and control.

The lack of public knowledge about hypertension and information about drugs is an obstacle to success in the healing process. In line with this, Gebriet et al. (2017) explained that the level of knowledge and understanding of hypertensive patients regarding their disease can support the success of therapy so that the patient's blood pressure can be well controlled. The more patients understand their disease, the more aware patients will be in maintaining a lifestyle, regularly taking medication, and the level of patient compliance will also increase. Before conducting counseling, participants were given a pre-test to find out how much knowledge the community had about hypertension. During the implementation of the activity, participants paid attention enthusiastically and actively. This can be seen from the many questions from the participants and the right answers to questions from the community service team. At the end of the activity, participants conducted an evaluation. The results of the evaluation conducted from 10 participants showed that the pre-test results were 45% good, 55% fair value, the post-test results showed that 85% good 15% fair. So there has been an increase in knowledge from before and after counseling.
