The uniaxial compressive strength value is one of the important parameters that is widely used in rock engineering projects in determining rock mass. The strength of rocks is greatly influenced by the water content and degree of saturation in the rock. Reduction of strength in rock is associated with an increase in water content, a slight increase in water content will cause a significant deviation in the compressive strength test value. This research is quantitative research, so to obtain accurate calculation data, testing methods are used in the form of compressive strength tests on rocks and physical properties tests in the treatment of samples of original rock, saturated rock and dry rock before testing. In this research, 2 types of rock were used, including limestone and sandstone in 2 rock formations, namely the Balikpapan formation and the Pulaubalang formation, so that the accuracy of the test result values could be obtained well. Based on the results of observations and calculations that have been carried out, the water content values of limestone in natural, saturated and dry conditions in the Balikpapan formation are obtained with average values of 1.709%, 2.262% and 0.961% respectively. The water content of sandstone in natural, saturated and dry conditions is the Pulaubalang formation with average values of 2.491%, 9.425% and 0.463% respectively. The UCS value of limestone in natural, saturated and dry conditions in the Balikpapan formation has an average value of 25.29 Mpa, 37.57 Mpa and 40.70 Mpa respectively. The UCS value of sandstone in natural, saturated and dry conditions in the Pulaubalang formation has an average value of 9,565 Mpa, 6,537 Mpa and 12,730 Mpa. It can be concluded that the correlation between uniaxial compressive strength values and water content values in limestone and sandstone shows a positive linear correlation, which means they have a strong relationship. The higher the compressive strength value of limestone and sandstone, the lower the water content value.

Body composition refers to the various components that make up a person's body weight, such as lean mass (muscle, water, bones, ligaments, and tendons) and fat mass. As we age, significant changes occur in body composition, including increased fat mass and decreased muscle and bone mass, which often leads to sarcopenic obesity. This condition, which is common in older adults, is associated with frailty, disability, metabolic syndrome, reduced survival rates in certain cancers, and osteopenia/osteoporosis. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method to measure the body composition of elderly participants at Hana Nursing Home, South Tangerang. A total of 40 participants underwent body composition examinations. The examination results showed that the average total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and skeletal muscle mass were 36.7% each; 8%; 27.6%; and 20.7%. We need to carry out routine body composition checks for early detection to provide timely management, ultimately improving long-term public health. Aging is associated with significant changes in body composition, specifically a decrease in lean body mass and an increase in fat mass. These changes contribute to the prevalence of obesity and sarcopenia in the elderly population, impacting quality of life, morbidity and mortality. A complex interaction between hormonal decline, chronic inflammation, nutritional deficiencies, and reduced physical activity underlies these changes. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to screen for obesity and sarcopenia in the elderly at St. Mary's Church, Francis of Assisi. We use Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure body composition, which includes total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and muscle mass. Among 32 participants, the average total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and muscle mass were 36.5% each; 9.6%; 9.68%; and 21.5%. Body composition assessment using BIA is very important in managing the elderly's health. Preventive strategies, including tailored exercise programmes, nutritional counselling, and lifestyle modifications, are essential to maintain muscle mass and prevent excessive fat deposition, thereby improving quality of life and reducing morbidity and mortality. Keywords: Body Composition, Obesity, Sarcopenia, Elderly, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis

A novel compound called 3-chloro-4-(4-(dimethylamino)phenyl)-1-(6-methoxybenzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)azetidin-2-one (3-CDBA), derived from beta-lactams, was investigated for its effects on human leukemia (HL-60) cells, pancreatic cancer (TCP-1026) cells, and healthy cells (WRL68) for comparison. The compound showed an inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 91.55 µg/ml on the leukemia cells, 141.3 µg/ml on the pancreatic cancer cells, and 353.8 µg/ml on the healthy cells. This indicates that the compound selectively kills cancer cells while having minimal effect on healthy cells, as higher concentrations are required to kill half of the healthy cells. These findings suggest that the compound has the potential to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. In comparison to conventional antioxidants like ascorbic acid (vitamin C), the beta-lactam derivative (3-CDBA) exhibited a higher percentage of inhibition at the highest concentration, with a value of 72.95% and an IC50 of 42.67 µg/ml. Furthermore, the compound's effects were studied on two types of pathogenic bacteria, specifically Staphylococcus aureus (positive) and Escherichia coli (negative), as well as various Penicillium species. The compound showed the greatest inhibitory effect at a concentration of 1000 µg/ml. In a theoretical examination, molecular docking was employed to design and synthesize a drug using the beta-lactam derivative and a target associated with cancer cells from a protein database. The compound demonstrated a strong and close interaction with amino acids and different sites within the active pocket, resulting in a higher binding energy. This indicates that the compound has the potential to inhibit the growth of cancer cells by disrupting their metabolic processes.  To determine the lethal dose (LD50), the beta-lactam derivative (3-CDBA) was administered to half of the animals in the study.

In everyday conversation the word “criticism” usually has an unfavorable or negative meaning.  This word is often associated with a negative or bad assessment of something. But this can also have a positive impact. For example, art, literature, music, etc. In this case, criticism is a type of interpretation that seeks to systematically emphasize the properties of something. When applied to the Bible, this approach is often understood as a passive effort.  However, this textual critical approach is a systematic effort to understand the Bible by examining its form, content, and context, studying it, explaining it, and exploiting the benefits of understanding it from everyone’s point of view. Regarding the Gospel of John, there are several things you need to know about his theology. Jesus had several titles that need to be looked at and studied to know their true meaning. The author uses qualitative methods to examine the history in which Jesus faced the Jews and the Roman empire. As well as the teachings that Jesus gave to His disciples.
