The Indonesian National Army Law (UU TNI) is a legal product that regulates the role, function and authority of the TNI in the Indonesian constitutional system. In the context of this policy, the power apparatus plays a role in the formation, implementation and supervision of regulations governing the TNI. The power apparatus includes the executive, legislative, and actors who have an interest in the state's defense and security structure. In policy formation, political actors and government institutions play a dominant role in formulating regulations that balance civilian and military interests. The implementation of the TNI Law is also greatly influenced by how power is exercised, both in the defense bureaucratic aspect and in the relationship between the military and the civilian government. The tendency for politicization of military institutions can occur if there is excessive intervention from political power in determining strategic defense policies. Apart from that, the power dynamics in the TNI Law policy are also related to how control and supervision mechanisms are implemented. Security sector reform requires a balance between civilian supremacy and military professionalism to ensure that the regulations made do not conflict with democratic principles. Therefore, understanding the power apparatus in the TNI Law policy is important in examining the extent of the role and influence of political actors on the regulations governing military institutions in Indonesia.

The beach is an ecosystem that has an important role in human life, both as a natural resource, tourist attraction, and habitat for various marine biota. However, in reality, beach cleanliness currently does not receive special attention, so there is still rubbish in the beach environment, which often disturbs the beauty of the beach at Budi Sun Resort.   This causes damage to the coastal environment and many coastal ecosystems even become extinct.  This community service has three objectives, namely, 1) making participants aware of the importance of keeping the beach environment clean as a step to save the coastal ecosystem, and 2) forming a beach guard unit 3) cleaning the beach environment with the participants. Looking at the culture that occurs in the environment where we live, most early education is handled by a mother, although there are some fathers who also pay great attention to children's education, but this is still relatively rare and most of the time it is the mother who educates them starting from being able to eat, walk, talk, bathe and etc. Due to the understanding in society that a mother only stays at home without needing to work, the job of earning a living is the father's duty, but in everyday life there are many households where the father's work cannot meet daily needs so the mother must help.In the end, many mothers have outside jobs, mothers are still required to educate their children and earn a living. For mothers, this is an obligation that they must carry out, apart from education in daily life, mothers must also think about psychological and spiritual development, Islamic religion, so that their children have a path that is blessed by Allah SWT.The method that career mothers usually use in educating their children is putting them in TPQ, Islamic boarding school, continuous habituation, parents providing examples. The results obtained from these various efforts are that children get used to praying 5 times a day from childhood, get used to reading the Al-Qur'an, are polite to their parents, behave well towards neighbors, older people or friends and so on.

Talking or chatting is an activity that humans do in their daily lives. In a conversation or discussion, everyone should apply polite language. Language politeness also has different applications, such as for interlocutors who are younger than us, older and on the same level as us. Apart from looking at age, language politeness is also usually related to a person's rank so that its application varies. So the aim is to analyze the politeness of language contained in Deddy Corbuzzier's podcast entitled "Gus Miftah is Angry! This clearly insults the Prophet Muhammad! ANW How about the Rohingya Gus!?”. The method used in this analysis is the literature study method. The theory used in this analysis uses pragmatic theory. Based on the results that have been obtained, the politeness of the language used in this content, in my opinion, is actually used more dominantly by Gus Miftah, starting from speaking words, conveying opinions, and making analogies with something he wants to convey. In this analysis the author found that the implication contained in it is that politeness in language is very important to use in everyday conversations, apart from minimizing misunderstandings that arise due to not paying attention to politeness in language, but politeness in language can also give the impression and assessment of other people regarding etiquette. and our politeness.

The quote "We Must Be Old" from Fourtwnty is not just a song, but a journey within oneself. Through rich and meaningful lyrics, we are invited to reflect on life and the process of growing old. Like poetry that is pleasant to listen to, but also makes us think deeply. His choice of words is topnotch. "White hair", "creased forehead", and "low energy" describe the aging process that we all experience. These straightforward and touching words make us look back, look at the journey of our lives, and think about how precious the passing of time is. Apart from word choice, these lyrics are also good at playing with language styles. There are similes like "steps that used to be nimble, now are limping" and personifications like "time keeps turning around." This style of language not only makes the lyrics cute, but also reminds us that aging is a natural thing and we must accept it gracefully. The lyrics are neatly arranged and the sentences vary in length. There are short sentences that are catchy, there are also long sentences that are full of meaning. This combination makes the song enjoyable to follow and the moral message is even more touching to the heart. "We Must Be Old" is more than just a song. This is Fourtwnty's invitation to make us reflect on the meaning of life, accept aging, and understand how precious time is. Every second is precious and will never come back again.

Licensing is an important factor for investors when making an investment. To speed up and simplify the licensing process, the government created the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. In South Tangerang, the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) plays an important role in the coffee shop business licensing process. To open a coffee shop, a location permit, environmental permit, NIB and business trading permit through OSS are required. Obstacles in the licensing process often cause delays and difficulties for business actors. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of applying for coffee shop business permits through Online Single Submission at the South Tangerang One Stop Integrated Services Investment Service. The method used in the research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. This research uses the theory of Thomas R. Dye (2013). The research results show that the indicators for setting clear goals have not been achieved optimally even though the goals of time efficiency and transparency of business permits through the OSS system are quite effective. In the results measurement indicators, positive results have been achieved, which can be seen from the success of OSS in increasing the number of NIBs by 10% from the previous year. Performance evaluation indicators are not optimal due to limited email, network and server constraints, apart from that the appearance and provisions of the OSS system also make it difficult for users to access the OSS system again. In the cost-benefit analysis indicator, it is quite efficient in reducing permit processing time and without any costs incurred. Contextual factor indicators provide a positive impact where the JOSS Program is a form of the South Tangerang government's commitment to assisting the community in licensing through the OSS system. The feedback and adjustment indicators have not been optimal in providing guidance and information to business actors, so there are still business actors who have not registered their business permits through this OSS system.

Consumer dispute resolution in Indonesia is an increasingly relevant issue, considering the high dynamics of transactions that occur in the goods and services sector, including in the property sector. Consumers, as the weaker party in business transactions, often face problems related to the quality of goods/services received, delays, unilateral cancellations, or even failure in property development. Therefore, resolving consumer disputes is very important and requires adequate legal protection. This type of research is normative juridical research. Normative research is literature research by examining theoretical approaches and concepts that examine consumer disputes. Normative juridical research is legal research that places law as a building system of norms. Problems arise when consumers in good faith have paid all Down Payment obligations, but the business actor actually takes a unilateral decision to cancel the apartment construction project. Consumers who have invested funds amounting to IDR 307,530,900 are trying to get a refund, but the business actor does not show responsiveness and good faith in the refund process. This situation finally forced consumers to take legal action by filing a lawsuit with BPSK Medan City on December 5 2022. This case is a clear example of the application of consumer protection and the importance of BPSK as an alternative for resolving disputes outside of court. This decision also reflects the principles of justice and legal certainty in consumer disputes, where agreed consumers can obtain their rights through an arbitration mechanism.
