Hasil Riskesdas 2007 menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan IPKM (Indeks Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat) antar provinsi termasuk Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kesehatan ibu hamil dan balita merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam IPKM. Dusun wagir merupakan bagian dari Desa Gantar dengan pencapaian posyandu yang tercatat dengan kategori rendah karena kehadiran yang mencakup balita di timbang hanya 65% dengan ketetapan dua puskesmas yang dilakukan di Melur 1 sedangkan target WHO adalah 80% Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengimlementasian posyandu di dusun Wagir 1 dan 2 dengan cara menganalisis Implementasi Program Posyandu Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gantar Dusun Wagir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan disain observasi partisipatif. Terdapat dua wilayah terpilih sebagai lokasi penelitian yang dilaksanakan di satu tempat posyandu. Pengetahuan menjadi aspek penting terhadap kesadaran dan kemauan ibu balita untuk datang ke Posyandu.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh antara Enterprise Risk Management, Good Corporate Governance, dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Firm Value. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji data menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu laporan Keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan dengan sampel perusahaan LQ 45, dan sampel data diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Enterprise Risk Management tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Firm Value.(2)Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap Firm Value. (3) Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif terhadap Firm Value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation of learning media as message distributors. The study in this paper uses a descriptive method with literature study, namely by presenting an overview and analysis of the meaning, rationale for using media, rationale for using media, learning media in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith and the benefits of using media. The results of this literature review indicate that learning media in general are tools for teaching and learning processes. Everything that can be used to stimulate the thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities or skills of the learner so that it can encourage the learning process. This limitation is quite broad and in-depth covering the understanding of resources, environment, people and methods used for learning/training purposes.

With this technique, students can measure their abilities by answering questions correctly and quickly. Generating students' interest in learning through a game approach is more effective in fostering curiosity and experience in playing smartly in an effective and motivating learning environment than not in the form of games. Nationalism is a deep understanding, loving the Nation and the state with a conscious sense of its citizens who jointly achieve to maintain, and devote the identity, integrity, prosperity, and strength of the Nation. 

The purpose of writing on the study was to know and analyze the carried out of the teaching activities performed by the student keat in the wagir village ward. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study method using a two-form teaching technique - the teaching at school and outside the school guidance of the home-study system. As for research obtained on school teaching activities during 3 meetings, student motivation in learning increases. While in home study programs, the evaluations made at each meeting are obtained that an increased level of student motivation is generated from a change of behavior in the realm of affective senses. As for the increase in attendance attendance at any meeting of the home learning program also indicates a student's enthusiasm in following the learning process.

The problems of this research are (1) How is the reception of students of SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi regarding the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola?, (2) How is the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola?. The objectives of this study are (1) Describe the reception of students of SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi regarding the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola, (2) Describe the content of the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola. The research population was 32 students. Data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaires, and researcher notes. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the reception of female gender and male gender has similarities and differences. This is because the female gender carries her feelings while the male gender focuses on the impact of an event on the plot. In line with that, Yudhi Herwibowo's novel Sang Penggesek Biola has an ideology of heroism that can be seen through the thoughts of the main characters

Consumer behavior is the study of how individuals, groups, and organizations select, purchase, use, and use goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. In Islamic economics, the goal of consumption is to maximize maslahah. Maslahah includes the integration of physical benefits and elements of blessing. In consumption, Islam positions it as part of economic activity that aims to collect rewards towards falah (happiness in the world and the hereafter). The motive for consumption in Islam is basically maslahah (public interest or general human good) for needs and obligations. In Islam, consumption cannot be separated from the role of faith. The role of faith is an important benchmark because faith provides a perspective that tends to influence human behavior and personality. Therefore, consumption is important because it fulfills the needs of human life. Without consumption, humans will not survive. What's more, consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic is in violation of the rules and other consumer rights.

Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.

Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.

Character education in elementary schools requires special attention to apply it in the lives of students in order to form a strong noble character foundation attitude, environmental problems often occur in Indonesia and the lack of environmental awareness by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Siasem 04, thus students can carry out any of the following: one character value, namely caring for the environment in daily life, in developing efforts to improve the surrounding environment. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education caring for the social and non-social environment, and various kinds of obstacles that exist in SD Negeri Siasem 04. Using qualitative research types. The primary data of the study were students, while the secondary data were the principal and teachers, as well as other supporting documents. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources. The results showed that 1) The implementation of environmental care character education in SD Negeri Siasem 04 was carried out through, a) Environmentally friendly school policies, b) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum, c) Participatory-based environmental activities, d) Management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities, 2) Obstacles in implementing environmental care character education at SD Negeri Siasem 04, namely, a) Not including Adiwiyata schools. Lack of awareness of students and lack of understanding of students about the vision, mission and goals of the school, b) The curriculum is not independent and students lack understanding of the environment c) Lack of awareness of school residents to protect the environment. d) Students lack awareness to buy healthy food and damaged supporting facilities.

This research was conducted at the SDN Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the learning achievement of students. 2) To determine the factors that influence student learning achievement. 3) To find out efforts to minimize online game play on learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the data collection uses the interview method, observation method and documentation method. The results of this study are 1) Learning achievement in Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes elementary school is quite good, where the velue is taken based on the attitude of the students themselves, daily by the teacher, mid – semester exam score and end of semester scores ehere the score is used as reference in knowing achievement learn students. 2) Factors that affect student learning achievement come from the family environment. Where family is the main and most important factor in shaping the character of students and a supportive social environment will affect the growth and development of students well by directing positive things that will affect the achievement og learning achievement in school. 3) Efforts that must be made in minimizing online game play are to to provide direction and understanding of the impact that is caused in online games that are done excessively, making the game on of the alternative rewards for student who get good ahievements so that they can motivate students to keep learning.

The background of this research is that there are teachers who rarely use lesson plans in the learning process. Having a priori beliefs about how to teach is good enough that it does not develop the various skills that are important to be mastered and used in class. This study aims to analyze teacher awareness of lesson plans in the learning process at MI Miftahul Alim Habau which includes: analysis of teacher awareness of lesson plans and professionalism, teacher understanding in preparing lesson plans, and implementation of the learning process. This study used a quantitative survey method by collecting data by filling out a questionnaire/questionnaire and using a non-test instrument. The object of research is teachers who teach at MI Miftahul Alim Habau. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between teacher awareness of lesson plans in the learning process. From the data generated it is also stated that there is a need to increase awareness of using lesson plans in the learning process which is prepared in advance with other learning tools before teaching activities begin. The ability to compile and develop lesson plans is only close to a good correlation value.

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Hubungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif berjenis Deskriptif dan Asosiatif. Populasi sebanyak 90 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 90 pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan teknik sampel jenuh (tidak sampai 100). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Untuk menguji model dan hipotesis, digunakan program SPSS Versi 22. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Hubungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai, hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa thitung 6,449 > 1,662 ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Beban Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja Pegawai, hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa thitung 9,663 > 1,662 ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukan bawah Fhitung 112,897 > 3,10 Ftabel dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Hubungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture (X1) and direct financial compensation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). This research is a quantitative approach by performing parametric statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 207 employees and a sample of 52 respondents using the Nonprobability Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistics of Package for the Social Sciences) version 22 for window. The results showed that partially variable X1 and Variable X2 had significant effect on variable Y. Meanwhile, simultaneously, organizational culture and financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and the determinant coefficient was 69.6%.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy Ratio on stock prices. In this study using stock prices as the dependent variable, and with three types of independent variables, namely Return on assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy. The population in this study are all conventional banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and as many as 24 companies were selected as samples. This research model uses a causal design and multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data types. The program used in this study uses the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25 software in processing data. From these results it can be concluded that Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy simultaneously affect stock prices. Partially, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and negative effect on stock prices, and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect on stock prices. Further researcher are expected to consider other variable related to stock prices or other sector and update research period for future period.

The capital market is an investment vehicle for those who have excess funds. People invest in the capital market with the aim of earning income or return on investment. Investment can be defined as an activity of placing funds in one or more assets during a certain period in the hope of obtaining income and or increasing the value of the investment. The main purpose of the company to invest is the rate of return. The main purpose of investors investing their funds in securities is, among others, to get the maximum rate of return through policies, for example, dividends at a certain risk will get certain results with minimal risk. From the results of the research, it is found that there is a negative influence of Ownership Structure, a positive influence of Dispersion of Ownership, and a negative influence of Capital Structure on the Dividend Policy of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2011.

The development of technology in the current digital era is very fast and rapid. Various technological advances can be obtained easily. Along with the times and the rapid development of technology, information and communication between humans can be done with various tools or facilities, one of which is a means for refreshment, such as playing online games.

One of the appropriate methods to improve students' abilities is the role play learning method. In improving students' ability to understand students' narrative texts, appropriate learning methods are needed. One of the appropriate methods to improve students' abilities is the role play learning method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' ability in understanding narrative texts using the Role Play Learning Method in Class XI IBB Students in the Even Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The method used to conduct the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection procedure is the test method. From the test method obtained data in the form of student learning scores which are then used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the application of the role play learning method can improve students' ability to understand narrative texts for Class XI IBB students, this can be seen from the students' test scores in the initial test activity from 73.07 increased to 78.20 in cycle 1, and in cycle II increased again to 85. Thus, the role play learning method applied to students can improve students' ability to understand narrative texts for students in Class XI IBB Even Semester in the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

The company's performance can be seen from the profitability and sustainability in maintaining its business, especially retail companies. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of factors that affect the performance of retail companies, such as DER, NPM and TATO. The population of this research is 25 companies and the research sample is 8 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The research method uses Normality Test, t test, Anova test, Coefficient of Determinants, Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software version 22. The results of the research Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), while the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect. However, simultaneously the three independent variables (DER, NPM and TATO) have a significant effect on Return on Assets with the equation Y = -0.015 - 0.001X1 + 1.549X2 + 0.011X3.

Penelitian ini mengkhususkan pada menganalisis cerpen Bangkit karya Alfred Pandie menggunakan pendekatan objektif untuk mendapatkan struktur dalam cerpen berupa unsur intrinsik yakni tema, sudut pandang, alur, latar, tokoh, penokohan, gaya bahasa, dan amanat dalam cerpen tersebut dan untuk mendapatkan nilai-nilai moral berupa tentang kehidupan yang ada dalam cerpen tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun deskriptif kualitatif adalah sebuah penelitian yang dikhususkan untuk meneliti secara menyeluruh, luas, dan mendalam. Yang hasilnya ada pada kualitas kata, kalimat dan maknanya tanpa membandingkan hasil penelitian ini dengan hasil penelitian yang lain. Sumber data yang diperoleh yakni dengan membaca secara teliti, kritis cerpen Bangkit karya Alfred Pandie. Berdasarkan hasil tema yang digunakan dalam cerpen yakni tentang kehidupan, bahwasanya dalam kehidupan kita tidak boleh untuk menyerah dan putus asa. Itu selaras dengan tokoh dalam cerpen yakni (Aku) yang mempunyai watak mudah putus asa, kurang bersyukur dan sering mengeluh.
