The current work environment that is enacted is designed to have work interactions that have a positive impact on the personal life domain of employees and in particular they impact work-life balance. This research was conducted by examining the relationship between work life balance and project performance and emotional exhaustion as a mediation. The population in this study were software developer workers in Malang Raya with a total of 21 software houses. The sample technique uses non-probability, the number of respondents is 126 respondents. Data processing using SMART PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that emotional exhaustion had a significant negative effect on the project performance of professionals working in software development projects. Work-life balance has a significant negative effect on project emotional exhaustion of professionals working in software development projects. Work-life balance does not significantly affect the project performance of professionals working in software development projects. Emotional exhaustion perfectly mediates the effect of work life balance on the project performance.

The tourism potential in Carangwulung Village is very diverse and has the opportunity to be developed into a tourist attraction. There are eight tourist destinations that have been developed in Carangwulung village, one of which is the Grojogan Selo Gonggo (GSG ) nature tourism. This tourist attraction is natural attractions that come from mountain water and also pine forests. Opportunities for tourism activities at GSG are very good, if the local community and the management are able to work together to achieve the expected goals. However, the fact is that over time the people who participate in managing the GSG experience a decrease in tourism awareness. This will not affect the future development of GSG natural tourism as tourism that is of interest to tourists. Therefore, the awareness of the Carangwulung village tourism community needs to be increased again so that the development of the GSG nature tourism is not in vain and gets maximum benefits from tourism activities. The formation of POKDARWIS and improving the quality of human resources play an important role in developing GSG natural tourism, with the aim of making GSG a tourist destination that is of interest to many tourists.

The purpose of this research is to examine Mojokerto Regency's priority sector development plan. In this study, a qualitative, descriptive approach was used. Secondary data, collected by the researchers themselves from sources like websites, journals, bulletins (such as those found at the Statistics Agency), company or organizational documents, newspapers and magazines, and so on, are the basis for the analyses conducted in this study. Mojokerto Regency's agricultural industry is expanding at a quicker rate than most others right now. The tourist, agriculture, and industrial industries are the current focus of this leading sector development plan. Mojokerto Regency's rural setting, with all its potential assets like its natural resource assets, lends itself well to the growth of these two possible sectors or sub-sectors, which will ultimately boost the regional economy of Mojokerto Regency.

The objective offthis study is to assess the impact of the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) cooperativeelearning modelron the mathematical development of students. This method of investigation is quasi-experimental. This study included students from both seventh grades at SMP Negeri 4 Tabukan Utara. The data was obtained from a test designed to assess understanding of Algebraic Fractions. Class analysis results for the Think Pair ShareeCooperative learninggmodel class and the direct learning model class indicate that the average learninggoutcomes of studentsstaught utilizing the ThinkkPairrShare Cooperativeelearning modelaare greater than those of studentsstaught utilizing the direct learning model.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the development of cypress conservation in the coastal area of ​​Cemara Pancer Beach, Banyuwangi Regency. Spruce conservation itself aims to rebuild forests that have been damaged by the tsunami in 1994, so that the coast will no longer become arid, and minimize the impact caused by tidal floods and coastal abrasion. With the conservation of fir in the coastal area, the coastal area becomes cooler and shady, so that people from outside the city and within the city are interested in visiting and enjoying the beauty of the cypress beach. Then, from this, economic and tourism activities can be built in the surrounding area. So that this can improve the welfare of the community through ongoing economic activities.

Purchase intention is difficult to achieve because of the influence of someone buying a product. A product must have advantages over other products so that consumers are interested in the product. The development of the business world is inseparable from this kind of competition, and companies need to continue to innovate in order to survive.This study aims to determine the role of store image, perceived quality, and perceived value trust in consumer purchase intention at hasanah bakery & cakes Kerasaan branch.Research Questionnaires were distributed at the hasanah bakery & cakes store within 1 week. To achieve this, it is necessary to go to the respondents and analyze whether they meet the given criteria.a. Based on the tcount value obtained from each variable, it can be seen that the independent variables, namely those consisting of Store Image, Perceived Quality, Value Trust funds partially have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely Hasanah Bakery & Cakes Purchase Intention in Kerasaan. So that the hypothesis that the researcher proposes is proven to be true. b. Based on Fhitung Store Image, Perceived Quality, and Trust Niali simultaneously have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely Hasanah Bakery & Cakes Purchase Intention in Kerasaan. So that the hypothesis that the researcher proposes is proven to be true.

However, MSMEs often face challenges in dealing with increasingly fierce competition and changes in market trends. In the digital era that continues to develop, the development of digitalization of MSME businesses has become an urgent need to increase their competitiveness. The development of digitalization of MSME businesses opens up great opportunities for business growth and development. By using digital technology and online platforms, MSMEs can expand their market reach and reach potential consumers in various regions. Through digital marketing, MSMEs can promote their products or services more efficiently than traditional methods. In addition, by leveraging digital data and analytics, MSMEs can better understand consumer behavior and optimize their marketing strategies. However, the development of digitalization of MSME businesses also faces several challenges. One of them is limited access and understanding of digital technology. Many SMEs do not have sufficient knowledge or resources to utilize technology effectively. In addition, data security and privacy are important concerns for MSMEs in adopting digitization. MSMEs also have to face increasing competition from large companies that have greater resources to invest in digital technology.

Therefore, the state provides legal protection, namely Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower to provide protection for women workers.

The development of information technology is so fast, fast, and accurate. MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia is one of the business sectors that is mostly run by business actors. However, one of the challenges for MSMEs is to face digital competition in the business sector so that they can survive in the midst of competition. This study aims to provide information regarding MSME development strategies in utilizing the digital economy. The method used in this activity is to use a quality approach through outreach, implementation and mentoring. The result of this activity is to help digitize the marketing of MSME Es Coklatone Mamira products. So that this activity can help these MSMEs in expanding market share.

The war between Russia and Ukraine has recently been in the international spotlight. One of the things seen is the weapons technology used. The modernization of weapons technology has prolonged the war on both sides. This article will discuss Javelin and NLAW which are types of portable anti-tank missiles and their use in the Russia-Ukraine war. Man-Portable Anti-tank Systems are shoulder-fired missiles that are used to destroy opposing tanks. Weapons such as the Javelin and NLAW are the result of the development of earlier versions of the Anti-Tank Guided Missile. These "fire and forget" type missiles such as the Javelin belong to the third generation ATGM system. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data will be obtained through literature studies from secondary sources such as books, documents, online articles, and media online. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively. The results of this study show that Javelin and NLAW missiles are very effectively used by Ukraine in repelling Russian tanks.

In the current era of globalization, the progress of technology and information development occurs very quickly. Developments in the transportation sector have experienced significant changes with the presence of online transportation services in the form of an application. Online transportation service applications are very easy to use which has an impact on other transportation services. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is carried out in order to find out how business competition lies therein, including between online transportation service business actors and ordinary (conventional) transportation businesses. Some online transportation service providers in Indonesia include Uber, Grab, Go-jek, In-driver, and others. The services provided by online transportation services are not only in the form of transportation services, but offer food delivery services, online shopping services, and services to deliver packages. Business competition between online transportation services and (conventional) transportation services causes unfair business competition. In this research, the author uses a qualitative research type because the author discusses the business competition between the two by conducting an analysis. The research approach used by the author in this journal is to use a statutory approach.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses owned by individuals or groups that aim to grow and develop their business. ChaCha Kitchen is one of the MSMEs in Blitar that has been around for a long time. The problem faced by ChaCha Kitchen is the application of branding which is felt to be ineffective so they feel the need to be re-branded. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, including changing the logo, product design, creating a website, and registering on the marketplace. The purpose of this research is to help develop MSME businesses digitally and help develop products to make them more attractive. The method used in this service is by observing, interviewing, data analysis, re-branding, and evaluation. The results of this study are ChaCha Kitchen MSMEs, namely Instagram feed updates and also websites that can make it easier for MSMEs to market their products and can increase consumer interest so that income will increase rapidly.

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.

Christian religious education has become an integral part of the education system in many countries around the world. However, with the development of digital technology, new challenges arise in providing relevant and effective Christian religious education to the digital generation. This study aims to investigate the contribution of Christian religious education in facing the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Christian religious educators and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that Christian religious education can make a significant contribution in the digital era by utilizing technology as a learning and communication tool. Christian religious education approaches that are centered on Christian beliefs, values, and teachings remain relevant in the digital era. Technology can be used to access a wider range of Christian religious texts and materials, connect students to the Christian community virtually, and provide platforms for more interactive discussion and reflection. However, this study also identified several challenges in implementing Christian religious education in the digital era, such as the risk of misuse of technology, the tendency to use it passively, and the difficulty in integrating the spiritual dimension in a virtual environment. In order to optimize the contribution of Christian religious education in the digital era, this research recommends adequate training for Christian religious educators in the use of technology, developing relevant and meaningful digital content, and careful monitoring of the use of technology in Christian religious education.

This research uses bibliographical tables which consist of several references relevant to the topics discussed. The method used is qualitative research with a literature review design which includes a search strategy, selection of articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, finding the main themes, analysis, and synthesis. The findings from this study will provide a comprehensive understanding of the Catholic religious education model with a pluralistic perspective and its role in fostering religious tolerance in Indonesia. The conclusions from this literature analysis will provide recommendations for the development of religious education that is oriented towards the values ​​of religious tolerance

Information technology (IT) has been used by PT Tirta Investama (AQUA) Pandaan to support its business and operational activities. On a limited basis, this utilization is directly overseen by the Danone Information Systems (DAN'IS) division. All information technology provision and development for all Danone firms is handled by a sizable subsidiary called DAN'TS. On February 1st of this year, it was found that Danone already operates 20 different mineral water businesses throughout Indonesia. So it means that, this type of company is one of the biggest for now. Exchange of information is a natural part of every company activity. Information security is the protection of information technology equipment, both computer and non-computer from all threats and threats from outsiders. This makes information security indirectly guarantee business protection, reduce various risks that occur, and reduce investment returns.

This article examines the variables that influence the development of accounting information systems, including technological advances, manager knowledge, and user participation. It also includes literature on accounting information systems. The purpose of this article is to develop hypotheses about how different variables interact that can be applied to future research. The results of this article's literature review are: 1) technological advances have an effect on the development of accounting information systems; 2) the knowledge of managers influences the development of accounting information systems; and 3) user participation influences the development of accounting information systems.

This study aims to study communication in various languages in the social interactions of Theology students at the Theological College in Jakarta. The focus of this research is to explore how students can communicate in various languages, namely Indonesian, English, and regional languages (Javanese, Batak, Banjar, and Sundanese). In addition, this study also aims to identify how students and the community can establish active and comfortable communication in conveying ideas and ideas. Lastly, this research will study the views of the people in Jakarta, especially the people on the outskirts of Jakarta such as the borders of Bekasi, Depok, Tangerang, and Bogor Cities, towards the presence of Christian Theology students in contributing to society. This research method involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data obtained will be analyzed critically to gain a deep understanding of student's communication skills in various languages, their efforts to build active and comfortable communication, as well as public perceptions of the role and contribution of Christian Theology students in Jakarta. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights into the development of Theology education, cross-cultural understanding, and the social contribution of Theology students in society. Through a better understanding of the importance of communication in multiple languages in the social interactions of Theology students, steps can be taken to improve the quality of education, communication skills, and social contributions of future Theology students. In this context, cooperation between educational institutions, the community, and the government in Jakarta is very important to create a conducive environment for the development of theology students' communication skills in various languages and establish harmonious relations between students and the community.
