The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and the role of chaperones on satisfaction with the delivery of PKH assistance in Sidamulya village. For research sampling, researchers used the Slovin technique, so the sample used was 76 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment correlation and reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha. The classic assumption test consists of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and multiple linear regression tests.The service quality variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on community satisfaction (Y). This is indicated by the significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value of  2,224 > the t-table value of 1,665. The Chaperone's Role variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. the results of the analysis are proven by a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 and a t-count value of 5,077 > a t-table value of 1,665. Variables Influence of Public Service Quality and Companion Role have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. 15.810 while the F table value is 3.97, it can be seen that the calculated F value > F table, with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Scarlett Whitening Products among Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The sample used was 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear analysis tests, hypothesis tests, determinant coefficient tests. The results of this research show that the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variable that most dominantly influences purchasing decisions is the Celebrity Endorser variable and the one that has the least influence is the Brand Image variable. The dependent variable for purchasing decisions can be explained by the Celebrity Endorser variable and the remaining Brand Image is explained by other variables that were not examined in this research.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch.

This study aims to find out: (1) The Effect of Perceived Brand Value on Brand Loyalty in Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. (2) The influence of Consumer Involvement on increasing Brand loyalty for Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. This study adopts a quantitative methodology; to collect data, it makes use of observation, literature review, and questionnaire distribution. All riders of Suzuki Brand Motorcycles in Kolaka Regency make up the study's population. whereas 120 persons made up the study's sample. Testing With SPSS 25.0, this research tool does validity and reliability tests. This study employed data analysis methods, specifically, the evaluation of the measurement model (outer model) and the examination of the structural model (inner model) using Smart PLS 4.0. A t-statistic value of 6,545 with a P-Value of 0.000 and a t-statistic value of 2,375 with a P-Value of 0.019, respectively, show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable perceived brand value and brand loyalty, and between the variable consumer involvement and brand loyalty.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and professional competence on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. The population in this study were teachers with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test it is processed to produce the regression equation as follows Y = 10.114 + 0.272X1 + 0.457X2 + e. The test results show that work discipline and professional competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. Partially Work Discipline and Professional Competence have a significant effect on Teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya with 70 employees. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The work environment partially has a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. Partial compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT Reksagriya Antam, South Jakarta.  The method used by the author in this study is statistical quantitative method. Data collection used in this study included the distribution of questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data processing techniques use validity test analysis, reliability test, data feasibility test (classical assumption), multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test using t and f tests.  Based on the results of simultaneous test F test of (20.336) > Ftable (3.27) proved that leadership and motivation variables together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with multiple regression equations Y = 13,660 + 0.215X1 + 0.481X2 and the value of the coefficient of determination At 0.537, it can be concluded that leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) together have an influence contribution of 53.7% on employee performance (Y).

Employee performance is crucial to the success of an organization. To improve and optimize performance, factors such as work motivation and work environment play a crucial role. The study used a total sampling technique or a saturated sample, with a total sample of 38 people from a total population of 60 people. These data were analyzed by the authors using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application program, Version 22. Based on the results of the research, it is partially and simultaneously known that motivation and working environment have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Margonda Depok.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production of Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were production employees at Lemona Cake & Bakery with a survey approach and technical data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test, it is processed to produce a regression equation as follows. The test results show that simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee performance Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya.

This study explains the effect of word motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung. The analysis technique in this study used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test and the samples used in this study were 46 employees at PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung. From the results of the analysis that has been done, it shows that work motivation has no partial and significant effect on employee performance, but organizational culture has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphones through purchase intention as an intervening variable. The sample used was 85 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique consists of Outer Model (Measurement Model) which consists of Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity and Composite Reliability, then Structural Model (Inner Model) and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results showed that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a parameter coefficient of 0.192, a t-count value of 2.030, and a p-value of 0.043 <0.05. Lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a parameter coefficient of 0.338, t-count value of 3.353 and p-value is 0.001 <0.05. product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on purchase intention with a parameter coefficient of 0.129, t-count value of 1.142 and p-value is 0.254>0.05. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on buying interest with a parameter coefficient of 0.558, a t-count value of 6.485 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. buying interest has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a parameter coefficient of 0.558, a t-count value of 6.485 and a p-value of 0.000<0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on the Decision to Use the Services of a Wedding Organizer Ratu Rias. This type of research uses quantative. Data collection methods with direct observation, interviews or interviews, questionnaire data through google forms and data collection with documentation. The population is consumers who have used services, with a research sample of 64 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. The tests of this research are Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test such as Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test using T Test and F Test.The results of the data analysis obtained that: 1) price has no effect and is not significant on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias Sidate. It is known that the significance value for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.215 > 0.05. And the calculated t value is 1.254 < t table is 1.670. 2) While the Quality of Service has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias. It is known that the significance value of X2 to Y is 0.000 < 0.05. And the calculated t value is 4.903 > t table is 1.670. 3) simultaneously the Price and Quality of Service significantly and positively affect the Decision to Use Services. It is known that the significance value for the effect of price and service quality simultaneously on the decision to use services is 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated f value is 12.629 > f table 3.15.

ISAI LIMBONG BAMBA. 2023. The Influence of Occupational Health and Safety on Employee Performance at the Kondosapata Regional General Hospital, Mamasa Regency. Thesis Management Study Program STIM-LPI Makassar (supervised by Dr. Milka Pasulu, S.E., M.Si and Mrs. Jumaidah, S.Sos., M.Sc). The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on the performance of employees at Kondosapata' Regional General Hospital, Mamasa Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach, which includes descriptive and inferential aspects. The sample consists of 80 employees, selected by the saturated sample method. The main data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by respondents at the Kondosapata Regional General Hospital. The analysis of the results includes a number of techniques, such as validity testing, reliability testing, hypothesis testing (T test and F test), the coefficients of determination, and the application of linear multiple tests which are carried out by utilizing SPSS version 23.0 software. The results of the analysis reveal that Occupational Health and Safety (K3) factors have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in hospitals.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an effect of the Internal Control System, the Application of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109, Human Resource Competencies and the Use of Information Technology on the Quality of Financial Statements of Zakat Management Organisations (OPZ) in DKI Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods using primary data. This study uses a population of members of the DKI Jakarta zakat forum consisting of 1 BAZNAS and 7 LAZNAS with a total of 191 employees being the population with a resulting sample of 52 people. The data quality test used is validity test, reliability test. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, f test and coefficient of determination test) using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate a significant joint influence of the variables of the Internal Control System, Implementation of PSAK 109, HR Competence and Utilisation of Information Technology on the Quality of OPZ Financial Statements in DKI Jakarta.

The world of the food and beverage industry is developing very rapidly. In Indonesia, this is characterized by the variety of culinary delights available with regional and modern flavors. "The rapid development of culinary arts in Indonesia means that entrepreneurs have to think hard to remain creative in order to be able to fight new, innovative competitors. The current phenomenon means that old entrepreneurs must have new innovations to be able to maintain their business. Because it is known that many young entrepreneurs have created food and beverage products that offer delicious flavors at economical prices. This kind of competition is difficult to avoid. This research examines menu diversity, service quality and prices at Hakui Coffee Tulungagung. These three interrelated variables seem interesting if used as research objects. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive quantitative. The analysis techniques used are validity test instruments, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, t tests, F tests, coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that the first hypothesis proposed states that menu diversity has a significant effect on buying interest. Partially, according to the t test of 2.986 with a significance level of 0.060 > 0.05, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, where the research results show that diversity The menu has a significant effect on buying interest as evidenced by the results obtained in the form of a correlation coefficient of 0.231 and a partial significance test which produces a t-count of 2.096.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the village office in Tommo District, Mamuju Regency. The method used in this study was quantitative with a total of 80 employees who were used as samples with the sampling technique using saturated samples. The data used in this study were primary data obtained directly from data sources using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, validation test, reliability, hypothesis test (T test). The results of testing leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

As an effort to improve the learning process, this study aims to describe the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model with Fun Mind Mapping media on learning outcomes (cognitive, affective, psychomotor). The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is a type of experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VIII UPT SMP Negeri 3 Srengat. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instruments used to measure learning outcomes are test questions and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data instrument test with the validity test and reliability test, the prerequisite test with the normality test and homogeneity test, and the hypothesis test with the t-test. The objectives of this research are (1) To determine whether there is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bima City Industrial and Trade Cooperative Service office, (2) To determine whether or not there is an influence of Workload on Employee Performance at the Bima City Industrial and Trade Cooperative Service office. (3) To determine whether there is an influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service office. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Cooperative Industry and Trade of the City of Bima, totaling 60 people. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique with 40 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, analysis of correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination, T test, and f test, using the SPSS v20 program. Based on the results of data processing using the T test and F test methods, it is known that the Work Discipline and Work Load variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Cooperative Industry and Trade Office. Partially, the results of this research show that the Work Discipline variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Bima City Cooperative Industry and Trade Office. Meanwhile, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance at the Bima City Cooperative Industry and Trade office.
