Web-Based Application for Archiving Letters at the Nabire Sea Port TKBM Cooperative Office is an information technology solution designed to assist in the management and archiving of correspondence in the Nabire Sea Port TKBM Cooperative office environment. By using a web-based approach, this application aims to increase efficiency, speed and accuracy in the process of archiving and searching for letters, as well as allowing easy access from various locations. This application is equipped with important features such as search for letters based on certain criteria, electronic storage of letters with grouping by category and date, as well as the ability to delete, update and access mail archives easily. In addition, this application can also provide notifications for new incoming mail and provide user activity history for auditing and monitoring purposes. With the adoption of web-based technology, employees of the Nabire Sea Port TKBM Cooperative office can access this system via various devices, including desktop computers, laptops and mobile devices, providing flexibility in use. The implementation of this application is expected to increase office productivity, reduce errors in filing, and optimize overall correspondence management.

This research aims to find out and examine the implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra to realize E-Government. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques carried out through triangulation which includes interviews, observation and documentation studies, then the data is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model where the data is reduced, presented and conclusions are drawn. The results of this research are that the application of SIMPEG has been implemented according to its function to develop electronic-based government administration in improving the quality of personnel services optimally, as well as as a medium for making personnel decisions. Efforts made to optimize the implementation of SIMPEG are to carry out routine monitoring of each individual's performance behavior by their direct superior, then there is integrated socialization as a form of support from internal and external sources by maximizing the potential of existing resources.

This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data presentation in the form of Fish Bone diagrams with observation, documentation, and interview methods. The results of this study show that there are problems that occur in the process of extending the safety certificate of tugboats at KSOP Class I Balikpapan, namely in the lack of accuracy, less efficient, and less optimal in the process of extending the safety certificate of tugboats, in the results of the inspection report there is a lack of equipment on the royal tb 7 ship, lack of maintenance of equipment on board. The solution to improve performance in the process of tugboat safety certificate extension at KSOP Class I Balikpapan is by providing evaluation, training to develop skills, in the manual system it is recommended to be changed into an electronic system in order to optimize and streamline time in the payment process, and on the shortcomings on board are given evaluation and training on the importance of sailing safety to reduce the risk of accidents at sea, checking equipment that is almost expired, and conducting regular maintenance.

Despite being rich in protein, fat, and water content, the utilization of tofu dregs remains limited, with entrepreneurs predominantly using it as animal feed, material for making "gembos" tempe, and crackers, which have not significantly contributed to the community's economic welfare. In the Lewirato district, tofu dregs are solely utilized as cattle feed, although its potential to be processed into value-added food products remains largely untapped. Therefore, the objective of this community service initiative is to provide training to the locals on how to process tofu dregs into products such as sponge cakes, okara sticks, and tofu dregs bread with improved packaging and branding. The implementation method encompasses initial surveys, program socialization, training sessions, and evaluation, with the aim of empowering the community to optimize the utilization of tofu dregs as trendy snacks that offer economic value addition.

This study aims to analyze the effect of multi-level marketing strategy, prices, and product knowledge on purchasing decisions. This research used causal associative research with a quantitative approach. This study used observation and questionnaires as the data collection techniques. The questionnaires were distributed to 70 respondents, namely all consumers of Herbalife products at Bless Fit Club Jombang. The data analysis used descriptive_analysis, questionnaire test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The test results show that multi-level marketing strategy and product knowledge have a positive.effect on purchasing decisions, while price does not affect purchasing decisions. The results of this study can be concluded that multi-level marketing strategy, prices, and product knowledge together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Herbalife needed to improve communication with consumers. One of them is about the compatibility of price with product quality so that consumers are interested in purchasing Herbalife products. In addition, Herbalife needs to optimize the multi-level marketing and product knowledge strategies that have been implemented so as to influence consumer purchasing decisions.

High school students spend a lot of time at school in daily activities covering ± 6 hours with teaching and learning activities that dominate in the classroom. In the learning process students are more in a sitting position, as well as those experienced by SMA N 4 Takengon students. In this activity, the increase in knowledge in students increased by 74%.

WB Kitchen is a culinary business located in Batusangkar, West Sumatra. WB Kitchen has 3 subsidiaries, namely WB Cake, WB Rendang, and WB Catering.WB itself is taken from the initials of Mrs. Rahmiwati Bur's nickname, namely "Wati Bur" as the owner. WB kitchen and other subsidiaries still do not have an optimal logo or visual identity, making it difficult to be remembered and recognized by the target audience.  This design uses the Design Thinking method with an approach through empathy as the first step, then supported by the SWOT analysis method, namely, Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity and threath. The design of visual brand architecture is done to optimize and give characteristics to WB Kitchen. Therefore, a visual identity guid line book was made as the main media and supported by other supporting media such as Greeting Cards, Aprons, Posters, Chef Shirts, Polo Shirts, Cake Packaging and so on.

Information Technology is very important in driving progress and change in various fields. This forces every company to optimize all company assets, especially human resources. To get good human resources, recruitment and work discipline must be implemented well too. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of recruitment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Independent Dimension of Technology. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with primary data methods obtained from questionnaire data which is measured using a Likert scale. The population used in this research is employees of PT. Mandiri Technology Dimensions in the personnel division. The sample in this study used a saturated sample where all members of the population were sampled, namely 30 samples. Data collection uses questionnaires that are distributed directly. Data analysis techniques were processed using the IBM SPSS 25 for window application. Based on this research, it shows that recruitment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work discipline (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y), then simultaneously recruitment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

The majority of MSME players in Simodong village have not optimized the use of digital technology in managing their business. Their understanding is also very limited regarding the digital economy and the benefits of technology in their business development. Therefore, community service activities in the form of socialization were held to MSME players in Simodong village, Sei Suka sub-district, Batu Bara district. This socialization activity aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of MSME actors about the digital economy. The socialization activity was attended by 20 participants. The methods used in this service activity are lectures and interactive discussions. The stages of service activities include the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. After participating in the service activities, the understanding and knowledge of MSME actors about the digital economy increased. The majority of service activity participants have understood the concepts and benefits of the digital economy. Likewise, E-Commerce and online marketplaces and their benefits in increasing MSME sales have also been understood by the majority of participants. This activity has a significant impact in increasing the understanding and knowledge of participants.

This research aims to investigate teachers' skills in recognizing children's learning preferences as a support for the diverse learning process in early childhood. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and analysis of documentation related to early childhood learning. Teachers who are sensitive to differences in learning preferences can optimize the learning process and increase children's participation and understanding. Teaching strategies that are inclusive and support the diversity of children's learning are the key to achieving effective learning goals.

The occurrence of a multi-dimensional crisis, the mentality of the nation's children is bad, the decline in dignity is one of the importance of religious character education. To internalize the values of religious character to students, it is necessary to optimize education, one of which is character building through tahfidzul qur'an. character according to the Qur'an. This study aims to describe the program, methods and characters born from the tahfidz program. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used were the results of observations, interviews and documentation. Several results were obtained related to several Tahfidz programs implemented, namely daily, weekly, mid-semester and semester programs.  Then the Qur'an Intensive (IQ) and at the end of the semester a Tasmi 'Akbar was held. Finally, the Mukhayyam Al-Qur'an program is held for two days after students return from school holidays with the aim of reviving children's memorization. To facilitate the memorization of the Qur'an, various methods were applied, namely: the Tiqrar, Talaqqi, Tasmi 'Tsuna'i, and Rabath methods. The religious characters that are implemented from tahfidzu that can be seen are honest, disciplined, patient, diligent, spontaneous without being asked, independent, and istiqomah in carrying out religious orders. The conclusion is that memorizing the Qur'an with a good and measurable program, then using the right method, will be able to shape the religious character of the students or the perpetrators.

Problem/Background (GAP): Building Construction Permit is a permit granted by the City/Regency Government to building owners to modify, build new, reduce and maintain buildings in accordance with administrative requirements and technical requirements. In its implementation, the aim of the IMB is to create an orderly layout and layout that is in accordance with the land use designation so that it will create harmony and balance between the environment and the building. To optimize public services to the community in the licensing sector which utilizes advances in information technology, the Boyolali Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service has used a regionally managed online service system known as PTSP Online. This online service system was only implemented in 2020, where previously the Construction Building Permit (IMB) processing service was still carried out manually or offline. With this site, it is hoped that the quality of IMB licensing services can be improved more quickly and effectively. Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the implementation of online-based Building Permit service policies and to determine the obstacles that occur in online-based Building Permit services. Method: The research design used in this research is qualitative research using descriptive methods and a deductive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. Then the data collected was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results/Findings: The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the online building permit service policy in Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province has not been optimal because there are still obstacles in implementing the policy such as lack of socialization and information about online IMB regulations, the technology used is not optimal, lack of a technical team In the field, there are still brokers in online IMB processing. Conclusion: Based on the research conducted, the author suggests to DPMPTSP Boyolali Regency to carry out scheduled socialization so that the community is able to understand existing policies, increase supervision so that brokering practices are minimized, carry out repairs and maintenance of network systems, and recruit a team of technical employees.

Nagari Tuo Pariangan is a tourist village in Indonesia which is one of the supporting factors and drivers of the welfare of the people who live in it and is also a solution to accelerate village development which can have a positive effect in the form of improving the quality of the environment and the preservation of the culture contained therein. The purpose of this design is to produce a Destination Branding design for Nagari Tuo Pariangan as the oldest village in Minangkabau in order to optimize awareness and visitor interaction in Nagari Tuo Pariangan. The method used in this design is the 4D method, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. By using the SWOT data analysis method. This branding design will produce the main media in the form of Brand Guidline Book, and supporting media in the form of DL Envelope, letterhead, business card, landyard, id card, Brochure, Instagram feed, Infographic, Wayfinding System, Signage, Billboard, Expo Booth, banner, Merchandise, Totebag, T-shirt, and umbrella.

This study evaluates the accounting system at a packaging printing service company, Putra Jaya Kemasan. Jaya Kemasan. This study aims to analyze the application of the cash sales, cash receipts, payroll, purchase of raw materials, and inventory of trade goods accounting system at STEIGEN Company. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the accounting system at STEIGEN Company is inadequate and not in line with generally accepted accounting principles. Based on the study's results, it is recommended that STEIGEN Company makes improvements to the accounting system to optimize operational processes. An in-depth analysis of the cash sales system, cash receipts, payroll, purchase of raw materials, and inventory of trade goods forms the basis for a better understanding of designing, implementing, and maintaining an effective and efficient accounting system in the dynamic business environment.

Rubber is the main commodity developed in Parsarmaan Village, and to optimize their production results, as well as increase the sustainability of the rubber industry, a better understanding of the market is very important. Market segmentation is a strategy that can help rubber farmers understand the characteristics and needs of their diverse customers. This article outlines the reasons why market segmentation is necessary and how rubber farmers can implement it effectively. Through demographic, geographic analysis and the use of technology, rubber farmers can collect data about their customers. With this data, they can customize their products, services and their marketing strategies to achieve greater success. The benefits of introducing market segmentation for rubber farmers include increased sales, business sustainability, innovation, economic prosperity, and verified. With a better understanding of different market segments, rubber farmers can increase their income, strengthen the rubber industry, and improve their own quality of life. With a continued commitment to understanding their customers and following the right approach, rubber farmers in Parsarmaan Village have a great opportunity to achieve long-term success in their rubber industry. Market segmentation is an important tool that can help them achieve their goals.Materials and Methods. To achieve the expected goals, the Parsarmaan Village KKN program was carried out using the PAR method. PAR is an abbreviation for Participatory Action Research. Basically, PAR is research that involves all relevant parties in actively researching together current actions (which they experience as problems) in order to change and improve them. In this service, a participatory approach is used to involve local communities in the outreach process. Results. The result of this service for the community is that the community understands market segmentation better, rubber farmers can increase sales and increase the economic welfare of the community. Apart from that, the introduction of market segmentation not only provides more insight into customers, but also opens up opportunities for growth and development of the rubber industry. Conclusion. The introduction of market segmentation is a crucial step in efforts to increase the insight of rubber farmers in Parsarmaan Village. Renewable energy microgrids integrated with smart control systems are emerging as a sustainable solution for electrifying rural industrial zones, offering substantial improvements in energy efficiency and reductions in carbon emissions. This study explores the implementation of hybrid renewable energy systems, combining solar and wind energy, and the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to optimize energy consumption in real-time. The findings highlight that the combination of solar and wind energy in microgrids leads to up to a 30% increase in energy efficiency, with a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions, reaching up to 50% compared to traditional grid systems. IoT sensors play a crucial role in load forecasting, optimization, and system stability, enabling real-time monitoring and proactive adjustments to energy distribution. Additionally, the implementation of these systems in rural industrial zones not only provides reliable, clean energy but also reduces reliance on fossil fuels, making them economically viable and environmentally sustainable. However, challenges such as high initial investment costs, integration complexities, and the need for skilled technicians remain. Despite these barriers, the long-term benefits of reduced energy costs, improved energy security, and lower carbon footprints make renewable energy microgrids a promising solution. The study suggests that these systems can be scaled to other rural regions facing similar challenges in energy access and carbon emissions, offering a path to sustainable development. Further research is recommended to explore alternative renewable energy combinations and advancements in IoT applications to improve system scalability and efficiency.

This study explores the development of low-carbon concrete by integrating industrial waste materials and CO₂-absorbing minerals to reduce carbon emissions in the construction industry. The research investigates various mix ratios involving fly ash, slag, and CO₂-absorbing minerals, aiming to optimize both performance and sustainability. Experimental methods included compressive strength testing, carbon emission measurement, and durability evaluation. The results indicate that low-carbon concrete formulations achieve up to 45% reduction in carbon emissions compared to conventional concrete, which uses Portland cement. Despite a slight decrease in compressive strength, the optimal mix reached 34 MPa, which is sufficient for structural applications. Durability testing revealed that concrete with CO₂-absorbing minerals showed improved long-term performance compared to other formulations. The findings highlight the potential of using industrial waste materials and carbon capture technologies to create more environmentally sustainable concrete while maintaining necessary structural properties. This study contributes to the growing demand for eco-friendly construction materials and supports the implementation of low-carbon concrete in large-scale industrial applications. Further optimization of mix ratios and long-term performance studies are recommended for broader adoption in the construction industry.

The increasing complexity of modern software systems and the growing demand for real-time data processing have significantly contributed to higher energy consumption in computing infrastructures. This challenge is particularly evident in systems that rely on continuous monitoring, analytics, and adaptive decision-making. Addressing energy efficiency without compromising system performance has therefore become a critical concern in sustainable software engineering. This study proposes an energy-aware software approach that integrates real-time analytics with adaptive feedback mechanisms to optimize energy consumption while maintaining operational performance. The research adopts a design science oriented methodology, encompassing system design, implementation, and experimental evaluation. The proposed system architecture consists of real-time data acquisition, intelligent analytics, and an adaptive control layer based on the MAPE-K (Monitor, Analyze, Plan, Execute, Knowledge) feedback loop. Experimental evaluations were conducted under dynamic workload scenarios to compare the proposed adaptive system with a baseline non-adaptive system. Key performance indicators included energy consumption, response time, throughput, and adaptation latency. The results demonstrate that the proposed system achieves a substantial reduction in energy consumption while maintaining, and in some cases improving, system performance metrics. The adaptive feedback mechanism enables the system to respond effectively to workload fluctuations, reducing unnecessary energy usage during low-demand periods and ensuring stable performance during peak loads. These findings provide empirical evidence that real-time analytics and adaptive control can effectively support energy-efficient and sustainable software systems. This research contributes to the field of energy-aware software engineering by demonstrating that intelligent real-time adaptation is a viable strategy for achieving sustainability objectives in dynamic and performance-critical environments.
