Modern Islamic philosopher and commentator Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri helped advance the study of Quranic interpretation today. His critical thinking of Arabic reason made him famous among academics. Abid Al Jabiri's "revivalism" spirit motivated his criticism. In this case, the concept is related to the revival of Islam and efforts to change society. Abid Al Jabiri considered the current Islamic revival to be unsuccessful or even considered a failure. Based on this, Abid Al Jabiri wrote the next trilogy. This trilogy begins with his concern about the modern Arab discourse that cannot solve the problem of Islamic revival. The inaccuracy of Arabs in handling traditions (turats) is a factor that causes the Islamic revival to fail. Based on the perception of differences, the dialectic of understanding of contemporary Arab backwardness versus the dialectic of modern Western progress, the urgency of the Islamic revival does not depend on the orientation of development or its facts. According to al-Jabiri, formulating "the revival of Islamic civilization" is not easy, even unable to achieve progress, either in scientific planning or proportional utopian vision. After that, Al-Jabiri focused on turats (Islamic traditions), studying them and understanding them objectively to gain new insights. The main goal of Al-Jabiri's thinking on the whole turats is to realize socially transformative knowledge while maintaining the sustainability of the Islamic civilization revival program. This article examines Al-Jabiri's rational critique through the perspective of the bayani, irfani, and burhani epistemological trilogy and its implications for the development of modern Islamic economics. The main focus of this study is how the concept of rational critique can be applied to support the progress of Islam, especially in the context of Islamic economic theory and practice. This study highlights the relevance of Al-Jabiri's approach in formulating a more critical and progressive framework for Islamic economic thinking, while also responding to the challenges of modernization. This article also analyzes the contribution of the epistemological trilogy to strengthening Islamic financial practices in a global context. The research findings show that this integrative approach is not only relevant to the development of Islamic economics but also offers a solid foundation for innovation in facing the dynamics of the modern economy.

The rampant corruption that continues to be demonstrated by public officials makes it seem as if the law has run out of ways to overcome it. And corruption is a type of crime that is only committed by people who have high intellectual capacity and ability. They continue to try how to avoid corruption crimes, so one of the methods they use is the pattern of giving gifts which is actually intended as a form of bribery. This study analyzes the concept of bribery and gratification and the parameters that differentiate between the two as regulated in several Articles of the Corruption Eradication Law. This involves the application of normative legal research supported by court decisions to clarify the differences. The results of this study indicate that bribery requires a meeting of minds between the bribe giver and the bribe recipient which is not found in the decision . The reporting mechanism and reversal of the burden of proof do not apply to bribery while the sting operation does not apply to gratification because it cannot meet the provisions of Article 1 number 19 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Criminal sanctions are also imposed on both the giver and the recipient of the bribe, while the act of the giver of gratification is not a criminal act. Keywords: reversal of burden of proof, caught red-handed, reporting mechanism .

This study aims to examine the illegal land ownership of the Pusong Reservoir in Banda Sakti Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City by the local community, viewed from the perspective of Islamic law, specifically the concept of milk al-daulah, and national legislation, particularly Law No. 17 of 2019 on Water Resources. The phenomenon of land ownership in the reservoir has resulted in various impacts, including ecosystem damage and the potential for conflicts between the community and the government. This research uses a juridical-sociological approach with a descriptive-analytical qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings show that the community’s ownership of the reservoir land, which is used for business and residential purposes, is in conflict with the principle of milk al-daulah and Law No. 17 of 2019, which stipulates that water resources are controlled by the state and must be used for public interest. The weak implementation of government oversight in managing this land has led to an imbalance between the interests of the community and the state. Drones are a new technology that can pose a threat to the sovereignty of many countries. Therefore, preventive efforts are necessary for a government to safeguard its interests. In this context, Indonesia needs to establish a legal framework from an international legal perspective, supported by national positive law, to mitigate the use of drones. The research, conducted through a normative-judicial analysis approach, concludes that a considerable number of legal instruments are aimed at protecting Indonesia from drone threats. However, Indonesia's military capability is not yet fully equipped to enforce the mandates of these laws. Consequently, the approach that can be taken is to prohibit drones altogether because they violate human rights and harm society.

Then how is the contextualization of the hadith about the rukhsah prayer for the sick viewed from the current situation and conditions. This study is a library research study using the maudhu`i method in order to find out the understanding by collecting hadiths that have the same theme through their source books and then examining the understanding through the explanation of the hadith. Next, we use a contextual approach to find out the reasons for the emergence of the hadith by referring to its various aspects in detail. The results of this research are that the hadiths are agreed to be of authentic quality by the ulama. From understanding the sharia, there are criteria for illness that allow and prevent someone from carrying out prayers. Certain circumstances have been found that make it possible for someone to pray when they are sick. It has become common for everyone to judge Islamic Religious Education learning as unsuccessful. Either from themselves or when measuring others. There is a lot of evidence such as various criminal acts, criminality or serious violations both seen directly or through digital media. When viewed from the perspective of education or Islamic religion, and also Islamic religious education. One of the statements is that the learning method or system is not optimal and does not or is lacking in the use of existing digital technology media, so that learning becomes boring.
