Regulations on filling the position of village head in the event that there is a vacancy in a village head official in Article 47 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages states that the Regent/Mayor has the authority to appoint a Civil Servant from the Regency/City regional government as Acting Village Head in lieu of the vacant Village Head in order to continue to carry out government in the village, until a new village head is elected. The legal consequences if the position of village head is not filled by a definitive official will result in the village not functioning properly in accordance with the objectives of the government and the village community in particular, which will result in negative impacts such as instability in village conditions. A Village Head who can definitively carry out his position in accordance with existing laws and regulations, will revive the functions and carry out the village mission optimally which will bring the village he leads into a better village. So the Village Head has an important influence on the dynamics of village government administration

Hypnoteaching is a new learning method in Arabic learning. Start from the development of hypnoteraphy in a variety of functions and uses such as health, psychological to the field of education which is then called hypnoteaching. This method is a learning method that uses positive suggestions to reach students' subconscious. The innovation of learning methods with hypnoteaching can make Arabic learning more enjoyable. This research is a literature study that seeks to find the literatures that are in accordance with the theme of the discussion then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that hypnoteaching fulfilled the requirements as a new method in learning Arabic. This is one of the innovations in Arabic learning methods that can be used today. Because this method maximizes students' subconscious, so learning can achieve maximum results with fun learning.

This article discusses the role of zakat in alleviating poverty. Where zakat is something that is obligatory for the Muslim community. In the Qur'an it is explained that zakat is a responsibility for the Muslim community to help each other. So it can be interpreted that zakat is a moral element. social, educational and economic. In terms of morals, zakat wards off the greed and stinginess of some Muslims who have a sufficient economy. In education, the obligation to give zakat can be taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate and also give up some of the assets we own as a sign of our love for others. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out their obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable. As is the case with zakat, underprivileged people feel like they are part of society, or not even outcasts and are looked down upon. In economic terms, zakat can play a role in preventing the accumulation of wealth in the hands of just one person, and also requires rich people to redistribute the wealth they have to rich and poor family groups. So, zakat functions as a potential source of funds in terms of alleviating poverty. Zakat can also be working capital for poor people to open up employment opportunities, so that this group can earn income and also be able to meet their daily living needs. Taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate, and also give up some of one's wealth as a sign of compassion for fellow humans. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable.

Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar has violated GCG principles which have been carried out by Shareholders, Directors and Board of Commissioners. In this way, researchers provide a solution in the form of understanding the human resources at PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar, evaluates the company's SOPs or policies, and carries out evaluation activities on the duties, principals and functions of each company organ.

Deviant sexual orientation makes it difficult for gays to interact and communicate like a dominant society, it makes gays need an alternative media in order to interact and communicate with the aim of meeting their social and sexual needs. The result of this discussion is that in the digital era it is no longer a taboo for most teenagers to find out information about the whereabouts of gay men. Gay youth communication on social media is divided into two types, namely verbal and non-verbal. The existence of verbal and non-verbal communication in social media can support the realisation of meetings in real life.

Yogyakarta Special Region is widely known as a student, tourist, and cultural city. These conditions triggered Yogyakarta's development and growth to be very rapid. So environmental problems arise, which, if not immediately addressed, will worsen environmental conditions. The type of research carried out was descriptive-qualitative through observation and interviews. The research results showed that many developments violated legal and environmental rules. The environmental impacts that occur include a reduction in the amount of green open land, a reduction in water catchment areas, sanitation problems, groundwater availability, and river pollution. Disaster risks arising from development include landslides on river borders due to development, flooding, and land shifts. Efforts that need to be implemented to manage and prevent environmental damage include the implementation of environmental and social management systems, the implementation of institutional functions, and efforts to develop community capacity through training and community education. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to reduce disaster risk through physical mitigation, biological mitigation, and the mitigation of social, economic, and cultural impacts.

Al- Quran a part from its position as the main source of Islamic teachings, the Koran is also a significant one. Therefore, since the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and his companions until now, the ulama have produced various works of interpretation with a variety of methods and styles as their reflection on the Al-Quran. However, these interpretations are not an easy thing, because a person's understanding cannot be separated from several factors such as scientific background, experiences, socio-political conditions and so on. The problem regarding the view of death is that recently there has been no clear definition of death, as a result of increasingly sophisticated technology and also the existence of several deaths before entering the era of technological sophistication. Death in the world of modern medicine has the definition of the end of certain biological functions, the cessation of vital organs. such as breathing, heart rate, or blood pressure. However, advances in medical technology have given rise to controversy regarding what criteria should be used to determine whether a person is dead, because currently, in the world of modern medicine, the reference for determining death is the death of the brain stem (brain death).

Environmental care activities carried out in the form of reforestation in Negeri Kilang are also an implementation of the Pattimura University KKN student program, the first batch of Class L, aimed at increasing the knowledge of the Negeri Kilang community about the role and function of plants, as well as creating the character of the Negeri Kilang community who care about the environment. Carrying out activities is a form of assistance in the field as well as outreach to village communities regarding reforestation efforts as a form of protecting and preserving the environment. The results of this tree planting activity are the planting of clove, mahogany, ironwood and durian tree seedlings in reforestation locations and in hamlets/community gardens which can be utilized according to their intended purpose to make land use more efficient, apart from optimizing ecological functions, as well as providing economic value for the people of the Negeri Kilang.

The aims of this research are: to know and understand the juridical analysis of the cancellation of land certificates by judges in the city of Gorontalo and to know and understand the judge's considerations regarding the cancellation of land certificates from an administrative perspective. The method used in this research is normative legal research obtained through literature study and primary data obtained in the field. This research took place at the Gorontalo City District Court. The results obtained from this research are that land is a requirement to achieve legal certainty and legal protection of land rights. Conditions for achieving legal certainty and legal protection of land rights. Land registration not only functions to protect the owner, but also functions to find out the status of the land plot, who the owner is, what rights they have, how big it is, what it is used for and so on. In this different legal position, the legal assessment by the judge becomes different, where the sale and purchase deed has the position of assessing the law of the agreement and is subject to the terms of the validity of the agreement, and if it is made illegally the sale and purchase deed can be canceled by the district court. 

This study aims to determine the implementation of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land in Surakarta City and its obstacles. Research background, that the development of food security and sovereignty needs to be carried out through the provision and establishment of sustainable food agricultural land. But in urban areas, efforts to maintain the existence of agricultural land are quite complicated problems. The high demand for land due to the development of housing, trade, services, industry and others causes a large proportion of the agricultural area to continue to decline every year. The promulgation of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land is expected to reduce the high rate of conversion of rice fields and maintain their ecological functions. This type of research is an empirical legal research. The nature of the research is descriptive because it wants to describe the implementation of Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land in Surakarta City. The results of the study, that the implementation of Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Land Sustainable food agriculture in the City of Surakarta was only at the stage of inventorying paddy fields and had not yet arrived at the formation of a Regional Regulation. The reason is that paddy fields in the city of Surakarta are not productive because there is no technical irrigation network available, the majority of the livelihoods of the people of Surakarta are not as farmers, and the high demands of settlement needs as a consequence of the development of urban areas. This is in accordance with the results of identification by the Department of Agriculture, BPN and BAPPEDA that out of 111 hectares of agricultural land listed in the Regional Spatial Planning of Surakarta City No. 1 of 2012, the total area of agricultural land is less than 111 hectares and only 80-90 hectares of land. agriculture that is not cultivated and partly in the form of paddy fields surrounded by housing. The absence of a regional regulation that stipulates the protection of sustainable agricultural land causes in practice there is no clarity regarding protected land, sanctions for violations or incentives that will be accepted by the community if they do not carry out or protect the agricultural land they own.

This research aims to determine the impact of lack of transparency in regional financial management on local development and community welfare and accountability will remain a topic of concern in society. The public does not want acts of corruption to occur in government, because acts of corruption will not only be detrimental to state finances, they will also have an impact on hampering state development and reducing the level of social welfare. This type of research is a literature study. Library study activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing research materials. The results of the research inform that the phenomenon of non-transparency in the areas of budgeting, personnel, procurement of goods and services is certainly a fact that must be revealed based on the facts that can be observed and witnessed in various implementation of the main duties and functions of government employees. The cause of non-transparency in the various fields mentioned above is because there are factors that hinder the realization of transparency in the implementation of clean, authoritative and responsible regional government. This study aims to provide an explanation of management processes related to actions and activities related to communication management carried out within the organization. This method uses qualitative descriptive methodology. Literature research methods are used. With this method, authors collect data using note-taking techniques to check relevant information, such as books, literature, and other library materials. Elton Mayo's theory of human relations was used in this study. This research gives results that the management process is to carry out communication activities systematically and organized. Since organizational communication is the way all members interact with each other, the existence of an organization is determined by their interactions. As a result, communication management must be implemented to manage these interactions. However, the implementation of management in organizational communication means aligning management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, and supervising communication with communication within the organization. This function flows from top to bottom within the organization, in the form of tasks, orders, delegation, etc., to ensure that communication goes well and organizational goals are achieved.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder causing a decline in dopamine levels, impacting the peripheral nervous system and motor functions. Current detection methods often identify PD at advanced stages. This study addresses early-stage detection using handwriting analysis, specifically exploring the PaHaW dataset for pen pressure and stroke movement data. Evaluating online and offline features, the research employs pre-trained CNN models (VGG 19 and AlexNet) for offline datasets, achieving an overall accuracy of 0.53. For online datasets, velocity, and acceleration features are extracted and classified using Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and recurrent neural networks (RNN), with GRU yielding the highest accuracy at 0.57. Notably, the convolution-based model C-Bi-GRU surpasses other architectures with a remarkable 0.75 accuracy, emphasizing its efficacy in early PD detection. These findings underscore the potential of handwriting analysis as a diagnostic tool for PD, contributing valuable insights for further research and development in medical diagnostics.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

Educational institutions must be able to analyze the needs of the community. This study analyzes the management of digital public relations in building a positive image of madrasas implemented at MTs Az-Zainiyah I Randumerak. A qualitative approach and type of case study research used in this study. In collecting research data using several techniques, namely participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research data consists of primary and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from research informants consisting of the head of the madrasah, the head of public relations, the head of administration, teachers. Meanwhile, primary data consists of national and international journals. The data analysis used consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The management of digital public relations in building a positive image of madrasah is carried out by involving public relations management functions consisting of planning, implementation, and control. The implementation of digital public relations only uses the Facebook platform in communicating with the community. The madrasah strategy in building a positive image is carried out starting with building opinions to marketing education.

Problem-solving is so important that it makes mathematics teaching a common goal. It is estimated that students who are capable of solving these problems can contribute to the economic growth of their country. Therefore, researchers are interested in analyzing students' ability to solve mathematical problems. Data is taken using the essay test instrument and analyzed using a descriptive quantitative approach. The subject of this study is a student of class XI SMAN 3 Sungai Penuh of 29 people. This research found that students' abilities in composition functions material were well assessed. However, in the problem-solving capabilities measured based on problem-solving indicators, there is still an obstacle to the first indicator, which is to display what is known and what is asked. But for the other three indicators, there are only a few obstacles even no obstacles at all. It is hoped that the obstacles experienced by students in this research can also be the background for further research.

The holding of simultaneous regional elections in 2024 and the postponement of regional elections from 2022 due to the expiration of the term of office result in the threat of vacancies in positions, especially positions as regional heads in Indonesia. To fill the vacancy, an acting regional head is appointed until a definitive regional head is elected in the simultaneous regional elections in 2024. The problem is that those appointed as acting officers are apparently from active TNI elements, this is of course contrary to the spirit of reform which wants to eliminate dual functions as regulated in the TNI Law. The aim of the research is to find consistency in norms in the appointment of active TNI officers and their juridical implications. This research is normative using a statutory and conceptual approach. The research results show that consistency between these norms is needed in regulating these appointments, considering that civilian positions can only be filled by TNI soldiers who have resigned or retired from active military service, in accordance with the required competencies and through an open and competitive selection process. This step is important to ensure the maintenance of TNI neutrality and professionalism, compliance with the law, and respect for the principles of reform.

Teenagers whose daily lives are altered by excessive gadget use may face a variety of health and social issues as a result of their overindulgence in technology. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how teenage social function development is impacted by gadget use. This study employs descriptive approaches in a qualitative manner. Data were gathered by documenting, interviewing, and observation. Purposive sampling is the method used in this study to select informants. Additionally, this study triangulates its data in order to verify the information derived from the field findings.The study's findings show what adolescents go through in terms of social functions, including developing new, more mature relationships with both male and female peers, achieving male and female social roles, accepting and making use of their physical condition, seeking emotional independence from parents and other adults, achieving guaranteed economic freedom, making career and family-planning decisions, and developing intellectual concepts and skills that are critical for civic competence. Additionally, informants reported negative effects, such as excessive use of gadgets that waste money on everyday necessities and negatively impact teenage behavior.
