Character education is a key element in the formation of morals and ethics in adolescents. In the midst of the challenges of globalization and increasingly rapid technological developments, teenagers are often faced with various negative influences, including promiscuity which can lead to deviant behavior. Strengthening character education for teenagers in Rejosari village and the family environment is very important to equip teenagers with moral values, independence and social responsibility. This research aims to examine the role of character education in preventing promiscuity among teenagers. This activity was carried out in Rejosari Village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency with 30 participants. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that teenagers who receive strong character education are better able to avoid negative influences and have resistance to promiscuity. Effective implementation of character education requires collaboration between schools, families and communities to create an environment that supports positive character development in adolescents.

Curriculum management is a systematic, cooperative, comprehensive and organized effort in achieving educational goals. As an important element in the management of educational institutions, curriculum management involves curriculum planning, development, implementation and evaluation. This process aims to improve the quality of teaching-learning interactions and support the achievement of the vision and mission of educational institutions while adhering to national policies. With effective curriculum management, educational institutions can create an optimal learning process to achieve educational goals.

This research aims to analyze the comparison of character education in Japan and Indonesia, including understanding, character education systems, problems and implementation. A qualitative approach using literature study methods was used to explore policies, curricula and character education practices in both countries. The research results show that Japan emphasizes the values ​​of togetherness, discipline and responsibility through integration in daily life at school, while Indonesia focuses more on strengthening religious values, nationalism and morality through special subjects. Differences in cultural context and education systems are the main factors influencing each country's approach. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more effective character education model in Indonesia by adopting best practices from Japan.

Leadership based on the values of Islamic culture and local culture is a leadership concept that integrates universal values from Islamic teachings with local wisdom present in society. In this context, leadership emphasizes not only managerial skills but also moral aspects, ethics, and social responsibility aligned with religious teachings and local customs. This article aims to explore the concept and implementation of leadership based on Islamic and local cultural values, as well as the challenges faced in its application. Leadership in Islam stresses the principles of justice, wisdom, and simplicity, which are reflected in the behavior of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and his companions, while local culture provides a context that strengthens social relations and solidarity within the community. Through a literature study, it is found that the application of leadership based on these cultural values can enhance interpersonal relationships, strengthen moral integrity, and create a harmonious work environment in various organizations, both in education and government sectors. However, effective implementation requires a deep understanding of the balance between religious teachings and local wisdom in the changing social context. Therefore, it is essential to adapt these leadership principles according to the dynamics of society without disregarding the core values inherent in both cultures.

The education systems in Japan and Indonesia have significant differences in structure, philosophy and educational practices. Japan is known for its highly structured education system, high discipline, and an emphasis on academic excellence and hard work. The education system in Indonesia and in Japan has its own advantages and disadvantages. Currently, the education system in Indonesia needs more attention because it is ranked 72 out of 77 countries. In Indonesia, many educational experts have been born who are able to bring the education system in Indonesia to a better direction. One way to bring Indonesia's education system to a better direction is to compare it with a country with a good education system like Japan. In Japan, from the age of 0-4 years, children are more instilled with moral values, manners and discipline. When children in Japan have entered the 4th grade of elementary school, these children take exams that are not too burdensome for students at school. Indonesia can learn a lot with the education system in Japan.

This study aims to design an innovative and relevant Christian Religious Education (PAK) curriculum for catechism at HKBP Palmarum. This curriculum is designed by integrating local wisdom values ​​to strengthen students' faith. The research method used is a quantitative method. The results of the study indicate that local wisdom is relevant to Christian teachings, PAK material is adjusted to effective learning methods. The curriculum developed is expected to improve students' understanding of Christian teachings, strengthen their relationship with God, and encourage them to apply Christian values ​​in everyday life, while preserving local wisdom values. "The results of the study indicate that the design of the PAK curriculum based on local wisdom has great potential in increasing learning motivation, deep understanding of Christian teachings, and appreciation of moral values. In addition, this curriculum can also strengthen the relationship between the church and the surrounding community.

The findings offer insights into how Germany has utilized education as a fundamental asset for building an independent and globally competitive nation. 

Integration between Islamic economy and green economy in the context of sustainable development. In this modern era, environmental challenges are increasingly pressing, and a holistic approach is needed to overcome these problems. The concept of maqashid sharia, which includes the protection of religion, life, reason, property and descendants, provides a comprehensive framework for integrating social, economic and environmental aspects in development. Education and environmental awareness based on Islamic values ​​are one of the important pillars in creating a society that cares about the environment. Several mosques in Indonesia have implemented environmentally friendly principles by optimizing the use of renewable energy and managing waste effectively. This shows that religious institutions can play an active role in supporting the green economy. However, there are still many challenges faced in implementing a green economy in Indonesia, including a lack of environmental literacy in society and human exploitation of other humans. Therefore, this paper aims to find strategies and recommendations that can be implemented to integrate Islamic economics within a sustainable development framework, so as to create synergy between economic growth, social welfare and environmental preservation. Therefore, it is hoped that this paper can contribute to the moral and material development of Islamic society and encourage active participation in environmental conservation efforts. Criticism and suggestions from readers are highly welcomed for future improvements.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between private property rights and social solidarity as reflected in the encyclical Quadragesimo Anno published by Pope Pius, The method used in this research is qualitative analysis of the text Quadragesimo Anno, highlighting Pope Pius XI's thoughts on the role of property rights in promoting social welfare. The findings of this research emphasize the importance of social solidarity and the moral obligation of property owners to share for the common good. The implication of this research is the importance of applying principles in the contemporary economic system to reduce social inequality and improve the welfare of society as a whole  

Surah Al-Hujurat in the Qur'an offers important guidance on social ethics, morals, and ways of interacting that are highly relevant for da'wah in multicultural societies. This study aims to explore da'wah methods based on the principles contained in Surat Al-Hujurat in fostering harmony, respecting differences, and strengthening social cohesion in a diverse society. This study uses qualitative methods and exegetical analysis, analyzing related verses on effective communication, respect for the identity of other groups, as well as prohibitions against negative behaviors such as gossip and prejudice. The results of this study indicate that the Surat Al-Hujurat-based da'wah approach can be a practical solution for creating harmonious relationships in a multicultural society through values that promote tolerance, civility, and peace.

Granting Justice Collaborator (JC) status to perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption is one of the law enforcement strategies aimed at uncovering a wider network of corruption crimes. However, its implementation raises various problems, both in terms of law, morals and justice. This research aims to analyze the regulations underlying the granting of JC status, the criteria for its application, and the challenges that arise in practice. This study uses a juridical-normative method with an analytical approach to statutory regulations, court decisions and legal literature. The research results show that the granting of JC status is often not transparent, giving rise to controversy regarding the integrity of its implementation. Apart from that, there is a discrepancy between the ideal JC criteria as regulated in the Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 4 of 2011 and the practice of granting JC status. This has an impact on public trust in the criminal justice system. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen regulations and tighter supervision so that granting JC status is in accordance with the principles of justice, transparency and accountability.  

Digital technology has had a big impact on the world of education today. Some of the positive and negative impacts of digital technology on education are: 1) Making it easier to find information. Negative impacts: 1) Digital divide, The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the digital divide that exists in access to technology among students. Many students do not have access to the devices and internet necessary for distance learning. 2) Lack of focus. The amount of interesting information through digital technology makes students less focused on learning. 3) Education without character. Students prefer to explore cyberspace with various interesting information presented, so they pay less attention to the character and values ​​taught at school. 4) Spread of pornography: Technological advances also have negative impacts such as the spread of pornography among students which will damage the morals of the current generation of teenagers.

This research aims to analyze Bobby Nasution’s campaign speech using Aristotle’s rhetorical proofs and Griffin’s Theory of Strategic Communication. The study investigates rhetorical proofs of logos, ethos, and pathos and explores their application in political communication. This qualitative research utilized content analysis with data derived from the transcript and video of Bobby Nasution’s speech, titled "Bobby Nasution Janji Prioritaskan Kesehatan dan Penanganan Hukum jika Menang Pilgub Sumut," uploaded on the YouTube channel Official iNews. The findings reveal that Bobby Nasution employed rhetorical proofs with a distribution of logos (37%), ethos (42%), and pathos (21%). Ethos was further demonstrated through practical wisdom (phronesis), moral virtue (arete), and goodwill (eunoia). Additionally, the speech balanced emotional appeals such as anger versus calmness and fear versus confidence to connect with the audience. This research contributes to the study of rhetoric by highlighting the importance of strategic communication in political campaigns and its relevance to audience engagement.

This study aims to analyze language errors at the semantic level in the film Negeri 5 Menara "Man Jadda Wajada" by Ahmad Fuadi. In this film, language is used as a medium to convey moral messages related to education and life motivation. However, there are several language errors that affect the clarity of the meaning communicated to the audience. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with semantic analysis, focusing on errors in word usage, both denotative and connotative meanings. Data were collected through observation of the dialogues in the film, which were then analyzed based on the semantic errors found. The results show that there are 20 language errors, including inappropriate word choices, ambiguous sentence structures, and the use of non-standard words. The correction of these errors is expected to improve communication clarity in the film and contribute to a deeper understanding of the application of proper language norms in audiovisual works. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the analysis of language errors in semantics and enhance the quality of communication in film media.

In facing the digital era, Muhammadiyah adopts modern technology through online learning, innovation programs such as Edutabmu, and digital training for teachers. A curriculum that integrates Islamic values with technology-based learning supports the creation of a young generation that is smart, characterized, and responsive to the challenges of the times. The success of Muhammadiyah character education is reflected in the formation of individuals with high integrity, have noble personalities, and are able to contribute positively to society..

In the era of artificial intelligence (AI), technology is growing rapidly and changing the way businesses are run. AI enables automation, big data analysis, and increased operational efficiency. However, this development also raises various ethical issues that companies need to pay attention to so as not to harm consumers, society, and the environment. This study explores the paradigm of artificial intelligence in the context of business ethics, focusing on its impacts, challenges, and potential benefits in the business world. This study uses a systematic literature review approach from various reputable sources. The article criteria include literature published from 2019 to 2024 with the theme of business ethics in the AI era, and other articles relevant to this study. Based on the search, 15 articles were determined that were relevant to the predetermined criteria. The results of the study found that in this study, AI is not only a technical tool to improve operational efficiency, but is also able to redefine business ethics in the modern era. AI offers great potential to overcome traditional ethical challenges and create new paradigms in business decision making. However, this opportunity is also accompanied by significant challenges, such as algorithmic bias, data privacy, and lack of regulation. This discussion will review the role of AI in business ethics, the benefits it brings, the challenges it faces, and the steps that can be taken to optimize the ethical use of AI.

This study examines sharia business ethics with a focus on the principles of amanah and justice through a literature review approach. This article aims to understand the role of both principles in building business ethics that are in accordance with sharia values. The results of the study indicate that amanah and justice are not only moral foundations, but also important pillars in sharia business practices, both theoretically and applicatively. This study provides in-depth insight into the relevance of these principles in facing contemporary business challenges.
