Universitas Maritim AMNI carried out community service activities at Tambak Lorok  to support the government of Semarang program. It is not only students/cadets and lecturers who carry out community service activities but also the surrounding community. They are very enthusiastic in participating in implementing various program activities carried out at Tambak Lorok  . The method of implementing this activity uses a direct socialization and training approach , observation, interviews and literature studies. Socialization and training materials on efforts to increase fishing yields to increase fishing family income. The observation was held in Tambak Lorok  . The data collection was carried out through interview methods and as a reference for implementing community service activities was using the literature study method. The success of these program was  indicated by improve the healthy lifestyles and increase the income of the Tambak Lorok  Community.

An integrated service post or often called posyandu is a health effort that is sourced from community resources, managed and organized from, for, by and with the community. The aim of the research is the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on visits by toddlers to the posyandu in Alaa Wanggudu Village, Asera District, North Konawe Regency. The type of research used is a Cross Sectional Study. The samples in the research were all mothers with toddlers who came to the Alaa Wanggudu Village Posyandu, totaling 32 toddlers. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on visits by toddlers at the posyandu in Alaa Wanggudu Village, Asera District, North Konawe Regency (p value = 0.039 < ? value = 0.05,) there is an influence of education on visits by toddlers to the posyandu in Alaa Wanggudu Village, District Asera, North Konawe Regency (p value = 0.031 < ? value = 0.05), there is an influence of anxiety level on toddler visits at the posyandu in Alaa Wanggudu Village, Asera District, North Konawe Regency (0.032 < ? value = 0.05), there is an influence of work on toddler visits at the posyandu in Alaa Wanggudu Village, Asera District, North Konawe Regency (p value = 0.027 < ? value = 0.05). The conclusion is that there is an influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, anxiety levels, work, education on visits by toddlers at the posyandu in Alaa Wanggudu Village, Asera District, North Konawe Regency. Suggestion: Mothers should continue to regularly take their children to the posyandu while still implementing health protocols.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. The impact of Covid 19 occurs in all aspects of life, even 80% of the impact occurs in the non-health sector. Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.  

Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. The purpose of this thesis is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in controlling electrical appliances, including turning on or off lights at home and controlling other electrical appliances. The method used in making the Design of Control System for Electrical Equipment Using Bluetooth Based on the Atmega 328 Microcontroller is a prototype. This research method consists of several stages, library research, analytical methods, design and implementation methods. The results achieved are reducing the number of fires due to electrical short circuits and increasing aspects of comfort and convenience for users as well as people with disabilities and the elderly, who find it difficult to stand or to reach lights and the implementation of infrastructure devices, where a series of these tools can work after bluetooth devices are available in the community. android smartphones. connected to the bluetooth module connected to the arduino microcontroller. Basically, using the principle of this tool, the user must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion is that this equipment has been tested and can be used as a controller of power tools with a lightweight android smartphone via a Bluetooth connection without having to press the switch button.

The capital market is one of the alternative sources of long-term funding among various other alternatives for companies that need funds for the sustainability of the company. The capital market has an important role for the economy of a country because the capital market performs a function, namely as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to obtain funds from the investor community.   For this reason, it is necessary to expand research that is supported by a basic theory, so the problem of factors capable of predicting changes in stock prices is proposed, where there are two variables that are thought to have an effect on changes in stock prices in this study. The two variables are asset structure and firm size. In addition, based on various previous research results, it was found that there were gaps or inconsistencies in the research results (gap research) conducted by researchers. On this basis, the title adopted from this research is "The Effect of Asset Structure and Company Size on Share Prices in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange".

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

PKM is one part of the learning process that is applied directly in the community. Which focuses on "Agricultural/Fisheries Technology Management" (Manufacture of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC)). Lembang Mappa' is one of Lembang whose economy lies in the agricultural and plantation sectors. Almost all residents in Lembang Mappa' work as farmers. There is one problem that has not been resolved, namely how to make organic fertilizer whose ingredients are easily available in Lembang Mappa'. The activity of socializing and making liquid organic fertilizer from gamal leaves, rice washing water, brown sugar or granulated sugar, EM4 was carried out three times with socialization to the public about how to make liquid organic fertilizer and its application to plants. After this activity, it is hoped that farmers will be able to make their own liquid organic fertilizer at home, so they can save money on purchasing fertilizer.

This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

Nada Surya Tunggal is the lack of knowledge of local and foreign people about the types of products produced by the company due to the lack of maximum promotional media used so that the marketing department is required to have many relationships so that the marketing process is slower. People find it difficult to know about several things such as the shape or visual of the product, product design, and the materials or materials used for production. This causes confusion in the community about product specifications which results in a lack of public interest in buying.This research is a type of development research that uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Meanwhile, for making your own website design using the programming languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript. With the new website design owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal can expand its marketing reach without incurring higher costs, the promotion process is faster, the public is more interested and comfortable to access, as well as the products owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal is becoming better known by the wider community.

Earth, water and space as well as the natural resources contained therein under the control of the State are gifts from God Almighty whose functions and uses are for the prosperity of the people. Land for the Indonesian Nation is a source of livelihood and is regulated in the provisions of the Law. The Basic Agrarian Law No. 5 of 1990 lays the foundation on providing legal certainty for land rights for the Indonesian people. Legal certainty is obtained after the land registration process. Land rights that have legal certainty can be transferred or transferred. however, in the process, disputes over land rights still occur in the community. Blocking of Land Rights Certificates is taken as an administrative step in the dispute resolution process, but there is a period of only 30 days to record the blocking of Peru, it is known how the factors of land blocking, how to know the position of the holder of the Land Rights certificate when the block is being blocked and when the period is 30 blocking day is over but the dispute has not been resolved. The type of research used by the writer is juridical normative and descriptive analytical research specification by collecting data by means of literature study and interviews which are presented in a descriptive manner and analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results of the research and data analysis carried out show the factors that cause the blocking of Land Rights Certificates, namely: a. Gono-Gini distribution of assets, b. Land Rights Holders do not have good faith, c. Distribution of Inheritance, d. Lost Certificate, e. There is an investigation by the Police, f. Land rights confiscated by the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN) in connection with the settlement of State Receivables. Legal protection & the position of the Land Rights Certificate Holder when the blockage is carried out is that the right holder cannot take legal action against the blocked land for 30 days after the block registration was carried out, article 19 UUUPA / PP 241997 regarding registration will not be lost The legal certainty of the rights holder remains attached to it as long as there has been no transfer of rights to the land they own. The mindset as a Job Seeker and not as a Job Creature after completing college is a problem that must be solved by all parties, both the government, educational institutions, the business world, and the community. One of them is planning a business as an individual business career choice in the future after graduating from college. This study aims to map the intentions of students majoring in Islamic Economics at STAI Denpasar in entrepreneurship so that its development can be accepted in society. The population in this study were STAI Denpasar students. The research was conducted using qualitative techniques, with the purposive sampling method as a sampling method. The results of the research are STAI Denpasar students have negative intentions in starting a business. Negative means that there are still many students who think that it is very difficult to open their own business. To become successful entrepreneurs, intentions must also be supported by concrete actions, the real actions they take are sure to start a business, learn from entrepreneurs who have been successful and dare to start a business with existing limitations.

Legal knowledge is very necessary for the creation of legal understanding and awareness of legal awareness for the community. There are several factors that can affect public legal awareness. This community service is expected to provide knowledge and understanding to the community, especially students. With knowledge and understanding of the prevailing legal rules, they will maintain their legal awareness to a higher level.

This is a mandate from the existence of Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Meanwhile, if you look at the conditions in the community, it turns out that domestic violence is taboo for others to know and it is a shame for the head of the family that he is considered unable to take care of his household affairs properly until he has to commit domestic violence to his family members. In addition, there are also Kelurahan officials who do not know that this is also a collective responsibility in order to minimize the increase in cases of domestic violence in Indonesia. Pondok Pesantren is a non-formal institution that is engaged in religious education. Pesantren is one of the places of education and preaching that is required to be able to provide information about Islam to the wider community. Promotion using video profiles, brochures and banners has not been able to provide as much information as possible to the public, causing the pesantren to be less well known to the public. This research, in general, aims to promote and provide the widest possible information about Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 and its activities to the public through the website. In particular, it makes it easy for the public to access information and communicate intensively with administrators of the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school. The research method in this study is based on the suitability and type of research, using the Research and Development (R&D) method. R&D in education is often called research-based development. As a result of this research, the implementation of the website as a media of promotion and information in the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school, can provide a lot of information to the public, and as a means of communication between the general public and administrators of Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Semarang.

Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious. With the consideration of the community specifically tofu entrepreneurs, and with the thought of solutions based on existing theories and research results, the first priority that needs to be done is to improve the management of solid waste management in tofu. Improvements to the tofu mill's solid waste management methods, by providing an understanding of how to manage tofu's basic waste into food products. Utilization of tofu waste can be done by drying and made with a variety of processed products that can be consumed by the community, for example, processed into tempe gembus, beef food, fish feed sources, nata de soya production, tofu waste as organic fertilizer, tofu waste, tofu waste to poultry feed and tofu pulp into processed crackers.Tofu, Gebang, Masaran, Sragen waste

All members of the Kelapa-Mas community work as palm-sugar-maker in Kliwonan, Banjarharjo, Kalibawang District, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The community has been producing palm sugar for generations and selling it to traditional markets around the village. There is a possibility that the community product could be developed to get a wider market and would give a better economic impact on the community. Through the UKDW Service Learning program in 2019, the community has been assisted to increase the value of their palm-sugar product. This assistance is carried out in 4 stages, First: counseling of good and hygienic production processes according to P-IRT standards, Second: assistance to product branding and packaging, Third: counseling and initiation of product marketing through online/digital and offline media, in collaboration with retail stores, and Fourth:  assistance and initiation of an organization, in order to continuing the palm-sugar-maker community to operating and growth independently. The results obtained during the full one-month intensive mentoring period were: the better sugar products with clear & catchy branding, a wider offline marketing network through modern retail and online media, a business license for P-IRT, and a well-structured-organization for management of the Kelapa-Mas palm-sugar household industry community organization
