The many problems with subsidized fertilizers and the long-term effects of inorganic fertilizers on the environment mean that farmers have to think about other alternatives to overcome their agricultural problems. Therefore, it is important to carry out outreach and training activities on biosaka production involving farmers. Training activities were carried out in Banyior Village, Sepulu District, Bangkalan Regency on January 8 2024. The methods used were guidance and the learning by doing method. The process of implementing biosaka training is divided into 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, biosaka counseling stage, and biosaka making training. The result of this entire series of activities is that all participants in the extension and training on biosaka production were able to apply biosaka to their agricultural land. Farmers can also find out the tools and materials for making biosaka solutions. And farmers gain knowledge about the stages of making biosaka so that later they can make their own biosaka solution.

Initially, the organization was a bridge in forming a component that could be used as a member to solve a problem. The essence of a learning organization is the organization's ability to utilize the mental capacities of all its members to create the kind of process that will improve it.Organizations where people continually develop their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and evolving patterns of thinking are fostered, where group aspirations are given freedom, and where people are continually learning studying (learning to learn) something together, but in general organizations have become a discourse in activities that can be used as part of a group. Basically, this is because humans are social creatures, which in this context is homo socius. This fact is a natural characteristic. It is impossible for humans to live alone, apart from society, groups or living with their communities. Humans are creatures that think and can develop. Every human being has the instinct to live in society. To fulfill these various needs, humans must collaborate because they will not be able to fulfill their own needs. That is where the level of human limitations is a reflection that humans need cooperation and that forum is found in organizations.

One of the basic skill methods to begin learning or mastering a foreign language, especially in Arabic is listening skills (istima'). So for teaching and learning foreign languages, especially Arabic, it is very important to have the ability to hear or listen (istima'). This istima' proficiency can help learners to easily understand a word that is heard well and clearly. The success of istima' learning is highly dependent on 3 stages, namely the planning stage (intention), the implementation stage, and finally the evaluation stage. Tools are very important to improve istima' skills such as media, both audio and audio-visual media. In this very modern era, habituation of istima' is very easy to do, because students do not need to visit Arab countries to be able to hear Arabic directly from local residents there, but students only need to open gadgets or other electronic devices such as laptops, computers, etc. to access audios or videos containing Arabic to help students in the process of habituation of istima'. If students have done istima' habituation regularly, then of course it will be easier for students to learn Arabic, because they have previously been accustomed to hearing it.
