This study aims to analyse the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture, and employee performance in the context of modern organisations. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study reveals that ethical leadership and a positive organisational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Ethical leadership, characterised by leaders' concrete actions in implementing moral values, creates a work environment that supports ethical and innovative behaviour. A strong organisational culture, which reflects the shared values and norms adopted by members of the organisation, also plays an important role in shaping employee behaviour and improving performance. In addition, employee engagement and employee commitment are important factors that mediate the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture and employee performance. The findings of this study conclude that investment in ethical leadership development and the establishment of a positive organisational culture are strategic steps for organisations to achieve superior and sustainable performance.

This study discusses the existence and interpretation of women's careers from the perspective of the Qur'an, with the aim of exploring the understanding of the role of women in the world of work according to Islamic teachings. Career women in the modern context often face challenges in combining their roles as mothers, wives, and professionals. However, in the Qur'an, there are principles that provide space for women to contribute in various areas of life, including work, as long as they do not conflict with Islamic moral and ethical values. This study uses an interpretation approach to analyze relevant verses, as well as examines the social and historical contexts that influence the understanding of career women. The results of the study indicate that the Qur'an provides freedom for women to pursue a career, on condition that they pay attention to the balance between domestic duties and social rights and maintain self-integrity in the work environment. Therefore, the interpretation of the role of career women in the Qur'an can be more relevant and contextual if viewed from a more flexible perspective, while still adhering to the values ​​of justice and welfare in Islam.

This study aims to know the form and form of moral values contained in the novel of the love of ayu utami in her daily life. the method used is qualitative. The object of research in the novel love story of entrico, this study will focus on analyzing moral values in the novel. Data collection techniques are reading and notes. The reading technique is carried out by reading the story novel of enriek repeatedly and as a whole to clearly understand the contents of the story novel Enico by Utami's love story. Then the next step is to look for moral values in the novel langakah the next is to record the moral values contained in the novel Enico love story. This recording technique is to determine and analyze moral values in the novel of Enico's love story. The results of the study showed that the novel of the love story of Enico by ayu Utami includes, moral, religious, and education values. The moral value that we learn in Enrico love story is, as humans should have a clear life goal so that in the future we get life and kebahagin. The religious value is seen from his parents who are one religious Muslim and others are Christians, then Enrico himself does not choose a religion and belief. The value of education, namely Enrico, continues his education at a university in one of the universities in Bandung which is known as ITB, majoring in mining.

Education plays a vital role in shaping the character and quality of human resources, with teachers as key figures who serve as educators, mentors, and role models for students. One crucial factor that significantly impacts a teacher's success is the application of the professional code of ethics, which serves as a moral and professional guide in carrying out their duties. This code of ethics governs the attitudes, behaviors, and responsibilities of teachers toward students, the community, and colleagues. The implementation of the code of ethics not only ensures the integrity and professionalism of teachers but also influences the teacher-student relationship, ultimately fostering a conducive learning environment.The teacher's code of ethics functions as a moral guideline that regulates the behavior, attitudes, and responsibilities of teachers toward students, society, and fellow colleagues. The application of this code of ethics greatly impacts the relationship between teachers and students in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the application of the teacher's code of ethics and its effects on interactions that occur in the classroom. A qualitative approach was used in this research to explore the experiences and perspectives of both teachers and students regarding the implementation of the code of ethics in teaching. The results indicate that the application of the code of ethics strengthens the professional relationship between teachers and students, creates a fair, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. The teacher's code of ethics encourages teachers to act with fairness, maintain integrity, and uphold confidentiality, which positively affects the quality of learning. However, challenges in its implementation, such as balancing emotional closeness and professionalism and ensuring objectivity in assessment, must still be addressed. Overall, consistent implementation of the code of ethics can foster healthy, productive relationships and support the creation of a more effective and dignified learning process.

Companies face new challenges in maintaining compliance with business ethics in the digital era which is characterized by technological advancements and globalization. It is essential to implement business laws to ensure that the company's practices not only comply with applicable regulations but also follow high moral standards. The study looks at how business law can help with ethical compliance in the digital environment, including data protection, transparency, and social responsibility. Using case studies from various industries, this study shows that consistent application of business laws and ongoing ethical counseling can create a strong culture of compliance. As a result, the company can not only reduce legal risks but also build a good reputation in the eyes of the public and consumers.

The learning of the Qur'an and Hadith plays an important role in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation, especially at the Elementary School level. The learning of the Qur'an and Hadith is expected to instill values of faith, diversity, as well as foster attitudes of tolerance and social concern among students. This study aims to describe the learning of Surah An-Nas using the drill method, the steps of its implementation, and its execution at SDN 1 Slaharwotan Ngimbang Lamongan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving Islamic Education teachers and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that learning through the drill method is effective in improving students' ability to read and memorize the Qur'an, especially Surah An-Nas, with correct pronunciation (tartil) and fluency. The learning model is technology-based or a multimedia learning model, where teaching takes place using tools and media such as LCD projectors, active speakers, notebooks, and interactive learning CDs, demonstrating the application of technology to support the teaching and learning process, as well as increasing interactivity and effectiveness. The learning method uses repetition (drill), so it is hoped that the material being taught will be retained in students' memory. This study provides insights into the importance of teacher competence in developing teaching materials that suit the developmental needs of students, as well as the importance of adjusting teaching methods to the curriculum and the characteristics of children in Elementary Schools.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the teacher's code of ethics on the student learning process. The research used quantitative research methods with a sample of 100 secondary school teachers and 200 students. The research results show that a teacher's code of ethics has a significant impact on the learning process, especially on improving the quality of teaching, developing students' self-confidence, and creating a positive learning environment. A teacher's code of ethics also influences students' learning motivation and academic achievement. Therefore, there is a need to increase awareness and practice of teachers' codes of ethics in the learning process. The Teacher Code of Ethics provides guidelines for teachers in carrying out their duties as educators, community members and citizens. This Code of Ethics is designed to ensure that teachers act and behave in accordance with high moral and professional standards. The influence of a teacher's code of ethics on the learning process can be studied from various aspects, such as: B. Teacher behavior in the classroom, teacher-student relationships, and teacher professional development efforts. The Teacher Code of Ethics emphasizes the importance of developing positive professional relationships with students. Teachers who adhere to a code of ethics tend to care more about students' welfare, respect differences, and create an inclusive learning environment. Additionally, students' personal data will be treated as confidential and data breaches will be prevented.

Christian teachers have an important responsibility in guiding students to know God's word and build a close relationship with God. This research aims to identify the role of Christian teachers in helping students face life's challenges through teaching based on spiritual and biblical values. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a case study approach in one Christian school. The research results show that Christian religious teachers act as spiritual guides, role models and motivators for students to strengthen their faith, as well as provide solutions based on God's word in facing various life challenges. Thus, the role of Christian religious teachers is very strategic in forming students' characters who are spiritually and morally strong.

This study aims to analyze children's religious and moral values during activities involving watching Islamic animated films at TK Al-Huda Kindergarten, South City District, Gorontalo City. The research employed a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were five educators and students, while the object focused on observing how children's religious and moral values were reflected during the activity. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study indicated that the inculcation of religious and moral values in children through the activity of watching Islamic animated films at Al-Huda Kindergarten had been implemented effectively. This was evident in children's improved understanding of religious and moral concepts, such as in the religious aspect, where children became accustomed to greeting and responding to greetings, praying before and after activities, practicing prayer every Friday, and memorizing short surahs. Additionally, behaviors such as honesty, social care, responsibility, mutual assistance, and other positive attitudes also developed well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pesan moral yang terdapat dalam film Dua Garis Biru menggunakan teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Film ini mengisahkan tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh sepasang remaja yang hamil di luar nikah, yang memunculkan konflik antara harapan, tanggung jawab, dan dampak sosial. Dengan menggunakan teori semiotika Barthes, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana tanda-tanda dalam film, baik verbal maupun visual, membentuk makna yang lebih dalam terkait dengan moralitas, norma sosial, dan tekanan budaya. Melalui dua tahap semiotika Barthes, yaitu denotasi dan konotasi, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi makna langsung dari elemen-elemen film serta interpretasi yang lebih kompleks yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai moral dalam masyarakat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa film ini menyampaikan pesan moral tentang pentingnya tanggung jawab pribadi dan sosial dalam menghadapi konsekuensi dari tindakan, serta bagaimana masyarakat memberikan penilaian terhadap pilihan hidup individu. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana media film dapat menjadi sarana penyampaian pesan moral yang kuat melalui penggunaan tanda-tanda yang sarat makna.

Education in the digital era faces big challenges in forming students' character due to the influence of technology and social media which influence the way of thinking and understanding moral values. This article discusses the contribution of educational philosophy in developing student character by emphasizing the importance of moral and ethical values in education. The study was carried out using the literature study method with descriptive-analytic analysis. Educational theories, such as Ki Hadjar Dewantara's views, are the main basis for designing holistic educational strategies to shape student character. Implementing an educational philosophy in the digital era requires innovation, such as wise use of technology and strategies to overcome the negative influence of social media. This research concludes that the integration of educational philosophy values in learning practices can help create students who are not only academically intelligent, but also moral, responsible, and sensitive to social and technological change.   Pendidikan di era digital menghadapi tantangan besar dalam pembentukan karakter siswa akibat pengaruh teknologi dan media sosial yang mempengaruhi cara berpikir, serta memahami nilai-nilai moral. Artikel ini membahas kontribusi filsafat pendidikan dalam mengembangkan karakter siswa dengan menekanakan pentingnya nilai-nilai moral dan etika dalam pendidikan. Kajian dilakukan memalui Metode studi pustaka dengan analisi deskriptif-analitik. Teori-teori pendidikan, seperti pandangan Ki Hadjar Dewantara, menjadi landasan utama dalam merancang strategi pendidikan yang holistic untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Implementasi filsafat pendidikan di era digital memerlukan inovasi, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi secara bijak dan strategi untuk mengatasi pengaruh negative media sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrase nilai-nilai filsafat pendidikan dalam praktik pembelajaran dapat membantu menciptakan siswa tidak hanya cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga bermoral, bertanggung jawab, dan peka terhadap perubahan sosial dan teknologi.

This study explores the moral values embedded in the plays "Harut dan Marut" by Ali Ahmad Bakatsir and "Malaikat Tersesat dan Termos Ajaib" by R.J. Mardjuki through a semiotic analysis based on Roland Barthes' theory. The research aims to uncover the moral messages conveyed in both scripts, emphasizing the contrasting portrayals of angels and human experiences. The findings indicate that "Harut dan Marut" focuses on the repercussions of disobedience to divine commands, illustrating the gravity of sin and repentance. In contrast, "Malaikat Tersesat" adopts a satirical tone, highlighting the absurdities of human existence and the challenges faced by Adam and Eva. By employing a comparative literature framework, this study enhances the understanding of the moral implications present in these works, demonstrating the role of literature in imparting ethical lessons and fostering moral awareness within society.

This research examines the influence of learning moral beliefs on student behavior at MAN 1 Gorontalo Regency. Due to the increase in juvenile delinquency due to changes in social norms. So this research wants to identify the extent to which learning aqidah morals contributes to student behavior. The research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 83 students taken using the Slovin method. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results of the research show that the calculated F value is 0.997, which is smaller than the F table of 3.96 and the significance level is 0.321 which is above 0.05, that there is no influence of learning moral beliefs on student behavior. External factors such as family environment, peers and the media are more influential in shaping their behavior.

This article discusses Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross as evidence of human atonement and its relevance to believers today. From the perspective of Christian faith, this event is considered a central point in the history of salvation, demonstrating divine grace and justice. Through a search of the meaning of Christ's sacrifice, this article provides a broad understanding of the meaning of Christ's suffering for man's atonement and explains how Christ's sacrifice is concrete evidence of unconditional love and the divine will to blot out human sin. Through the analysis of the meaning of redemption worked out by Jesus Christ, which will expand the theoretical basis of the purpose of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. This article also provides a theory of the importance of understanding Christ's sacrifice on the cross, thus becoming a reference for believers in terms of faith and belief that through Christ's sacrifice brings redemption to believers. Meanwhile, the relevance of Christ's sacrifice on the cross will also affect several aspects of the believer's life, namely in terms of faith, confession, and holy living. In writing this article, a qualitative approach method is used with a literature study method. The search for the meaning of Christ's sacrifice can be studied from several perspectives, namely the theological perspective, the moral perspective and the psychologist's perspective. From a theological perspective, Christ's sacrifice is a form of God's love for man, so He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrifice to redeem believers. So that the work of salvation done by Jesus Christ leads to a victory for believers because they have been redeemed and freed from the power of death, and also becomes a means of improving the relationship between man and God. From a moral perspective, it can be understood that Christ's sacrifice on the cross is an example of sacrifice and an example of love for believers. Thus, this article contributes to the understanding of Christ's sacrifice on the cross as a form of human atonement, and enriches the spiritual life of believers and strengthens faith, motivates spiritual life, and clarifies the moral principles underlying the Christian life.

This study discusses the importance of ethics in the process of seeking knowledge according to Islamic perspective, in a psychological and sociological approach. In Islam, seeking knowledge is an obligation for a human being, because in seeking knowledge it has high spiritual and moral values ​​where knowledge is not only able to elevate the individual's status but also contributes to social welfare. By using literature studies, this study analyzes the principles of ethics in learning and seeking knowledge including sincere intentions, patience, respect for teachers and fellow seekers of knowledge. These principles have a positive impact on the formation of individual character with morals and a harmonious society. The ethics of seeking knowledge in Islam emphasizes the importance of knowledge as a tool to achieve common welfare and build a just civilization.

Al-Quran Surah Al-Baqarah 285: this research aims to apply the values ​​of faith in the daily lives of Muslims. "The Obligation of Faith in Allah, and the Messengers, Angels, and His Book" explains the concept of i'jaz (human inability to compete with the Koran) contained in this verse. This research examines the obligation to believe as the core teachings of Islam, including faith in Allah, the messengers, angels, and His books. Through a textual analysis and interpretation approach, this journal shows how this verse emphasizes the importance of faith in a Muslim's life and its implications for morals and behavior I'jaz in Surah Al-Baqarah provides deep insight into the importance of faith in Islam and the challenge for believers to follow these teachings consistently.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in shaping students' character and morals, especially amidst the increasingly complex flow of globalization. PAI is not just a theoretical teaching, but also a place to instill moral and ethical values ​​contained in Islamic teachings. In this approach, students not only act as recipients of information, but also as explorers, discussants, and implementers of the material being studied. This research employs a qualitative literature approach to explore the meaning and significance of honoring parents in contemporary contexts. An analysis of theological, sociological, and Christian ethical literature demonstrates that honoring parents is not only a religious obligation but also contributes positively to the well-being of families and communities. This value helps maintain intergenerational relationships, strengthens family bonds, and supports social stability. In the modern era, challenges such as individualism, globalization, and technological advancement often affect the interactions between children and parents. Nevertheless, the essence of respect as a moral and social responsibility remains significant. This study also highlights how the principle of honoring can be adapted to modern conditions without losing its original meaning. Such respect encompasses care, attention, and appreciation, which continue to be relevant in contemporary contexts.
