The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that career development and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.039 + 0.445 X1 + 0.298 X2. Partial hypothesis testing shows that partial career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table or 5.767 > 1.996, thus H0 is rejected and H1. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table or 2.642 > 1.996, thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Simultaneously testing the hypothesis showed that the calculated F value > F table or 32.257 > 3.13 means that career development and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The coefficient of determination value is 49.1%, this gives the conclusion that career development and work discipline have an influence of 49.1% on employee performance, while the rest is influenced by variables not discussed in this research.

This article deals with our plural and global society of today which impede the validity of ethical values. In this sense, the values of Christian ethics are needed to approach contemporary social issue. We must respond to the current situation of humanity by using library resources and observations of ethical issue in our society and how they can develop their normative effects under the conditions of freedom, plurality, demographic and digital change, as well as the complex economic and financial systems and, last but not least, under the fragile approval of the institutions of international politics. The argument then moves to the meta-theory of Christian ethics, namely the revelation of God as it is expressed in the ‘book of nature’, the written word, and the incarnate Word, Jesus Christ. The article concludes that as long as the values of Christian ethics remains faithful to this meta-theory, understands the modern macro-ethical questions and maintains a deep social focus, it will remain relevant in a plural and global society.

A witness is a person who can provide information for the purposes of investigation, prosecution and justice regarding a criminal case that he himself heard, saw for himself and experienced for himself. The rules regarding the procedures for how a person can be presented as a defendant and then whether he will then be sentenced or not are regulated in a series of writings called the Criminal Procedure Law. In handing down a criminal decision, according to article 183 of the Criminal Procedure Code, a judge may not impose a crime on someone unless there are at least two pieces of evidence. One of the pieces of evidence that can be used by a judge is witness testimony. Children can be witnesses in a criminal trial. However, the validity of children's testimony is often still in doubt and further investigation is needed regarding the validity of children as witnesses in court. In Indonesia itself, the definition of child is regulated in various statutory regulations, including Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. A child is defined as someone who is not yet 18 (eighteen) years old, including children who are still in the womb. This article will explain more specifically the involvement of children as children in conflict with the law in the case of children who are witnesses to criminal acts, the position of children as witnesses in criminal trials, and the strength of the evidence of child witnesses' statements in criminal trials.

Football requires players to master the basic techniques of playing football, one of which is the Throw-In. Football players can improve throw-ins through Core Muscle Training with plank variations and squat variations. The Arema FC U16 Academy has a specific training program to improve Throw-In abilities. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method with a "two group pretest posttest design" design. The research population is 38 Arema FC U16 Academy players and a sample of 30 players with a sampling technique using random sampling. This research was carried out in the ITN 2 Malang field and was carried out over 16 meetings. The instrument in this research used a throw in test with a reliability value of 0.73 and a validity of 0.78. The results of this study showed that both groups had a normal distribution with a significance value of 0.938 in the plank group pretest, 0.647 in the plank group posttest, while the squat group pretest had a significance value of 0.465 and the squat group posttest had a significance value of 0.084. The homogeneity test for the two groups has a significance value of 0.391. The hypothesis test of the paired sample t test for the plank group has a significance value of 0.001 and the paired sample t test for the squat group has a significance value of 0.001. while the independent t test between the two groups has a significant difference with a sig value of 0.000, it is known that the plank group has a more significant influence with the difference in the value of the plank group. Based on the results of the paired sample t test and independent t test, it is known that the plank group has a significant difference in influencing the increase in throw-in results for Arema FC U16 Academy players.
