This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The Talun District Government of Cirebon Regency plans the construction of the "Wisata Talun Ngangeni" to improve the welfare of rural communities and stimulate the regional economy. In addition to promotion through digital tourism, the participation of local communities is needed to maintain and develop innovations in the area. However, it is only possible to have a positive impact on branding tourism culture with digital tourism. Several forms of digital tourism promote tourism using inappropriate and deviant nuances. Usually, children and adolescents often receive such adverse effects.

Bullying is an aggressive behavior that threatens and intimidates someone, often driven by an individual's sense of superiority. Research indicates that verbal bullying, especially among teenage girls, is associated with factors such as lack of family attention, social pressure, and exposure to violence through social media. The impact of bullying includes mental health disorders, disruptions in interpersonal relationships, and negative influences on education. Children who are victims of bullying face social challenges, fear of attending school, high absenteeism rates, and academic difficulties. The current era's developments have given rise to cyberbullying, resulting in serious implications for mental and physical health, as well as potential dangers to an individual's safety. Despite experiencing negative effects, some bullying victims still achieve satisfactory academic performance, demonstrating resilience. Solutions involve multi-party interventions, with roles for teachers, counselors, students, and parents. Teachers need to manage interactions in the classroom, counselors provide psychological support, and class discussions create an open environment. Parental involvement is crucial in providing support to students experiencing ostracism. All aim to create an inclusive classroom environment, minimize bullying, and promote positive behavior among young people.

Reciting the Qur’an is the activity of reading the Al-Qur’an, which has been one of the main forms of worship since the beginning of the development of Islam in the archipelago. Maghrib recitation is one of the programs to cultivate reading the Al-Qur’an after carrying out the evening prayer for children in Batu Tambun Village. This is also in accordance with the Real Work Lecture work program from group 43, namely Maghrib reciting the Al-Qur’an. The culture of reading the Qur’an has recently disappeared in Batu Tambun Village. One of the causes is the influence of the very rapid development of information technology. Children are more interested in watching television and using cellphones than reading the Al-Qur’an. This activity carried out by STAIN MADINA Community Service Students group 43 is to increase or regrow interest in reading the Qur'an after the evening prayer for children. With this program, it is hoped that the children of Batu Tambun Village can take advantage of the time to get closer to the creator, namely Allah SWT

Self-confidence is a very important indicator of success in a person's activities. However, what cannot be avoided is the level of self-confidence that each child has. Because their backgrounds are so different from other children, they are less likely to feel like they are in an orphanage. In general, the family must play an important role in the development of the child's personality, one of which is building the child's independence. However, not all children are lucky to have a complete family for life, due to loss of a family member, lack of money, financial problems, and so on. Based on interviews with adoptive mothers and adoptive fathers, it is known that it is very difficult to increase a child's self-confidence because the child's personality is not yet harmonious. Not all children are able to express their opinions and feel embarrassed or anxious during activities. Observations also show that children's self-confidence is still relatively low, but children in orphanages still feel anxious about expressing their opinions because they are afraid of answering incorrectly. Therefore, they often remain silent when asking questions because they are afraid of being laughed at by their friends. The aim of this research is to increase the self-confidence of children at the Muhammadiyah Koto Baru Orphanage, Solok Regency in expressing opinions and answering questions without feeling embarrassed or suspicious. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method.

This article aims to describe the role of foster parents in educating values and morals regarding children's behavior in the orphanage. Education is not obtained by individuals only at school, but from many places, namely the family and also the environment. The role of the family is very large, considering that the family is the child's closest environment, for this reason there needs to be special attention for the family, especially parents, in educating the child's character, as a basis for the child's behavior. Some things that parents need to pay attention to instill in their children from an early age are, the existence of clarity in instilling the values taught to children, the existence of role models or providing good examples from parents, the existence of consequences for rules that have been applied consistently.

The behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children causes children to experience problems concentrating in learning, because the disorders they experience cannot be controlled properly. Therefore, children experience difficulties when learning takes place and this has an impact on social relationships which influence their behavior when interacting with other people or their peers. So the researcher raised the problem in his research, namely the behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children with special needs who experienced concentration problems in learning at the Raudhatul Athfal Al-Hidayah school. This research aims to determine developmental aspects of children's behavior and emotions as well as indicators related to hyperactivity and disturbances in concentration. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data through a process of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children is all excessive behavior and actions seen when children express their emotions when they are happy, sad, angry, disappointed, anxious and afraid. Children's emotional development impacts children's behavior, such as being aggressive, running around, shouting, being rude, talking a lot, being nosy and endangering people around them. This can happen because there are many factors that underlie a child becoming a hyperactive child, namely genetics, slow development of the child's brain, parenting patterns, emotional intelligence and the influence of the surrounding environment.
