This research conducted aims to explore the important aspects of office layout in a motorcycle dealer company which includes the objectives: (1) Identifying effective office layout strategies in motorcycle dealer companies, (2) Analyzing the effect of office layout on customer satisfaction, (3) Finding ways to optimize customer satisfaction of motorcycle dealer companies through office layout. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach based on the results of direct observation at the Honda Naga Mas Motor Bandung office Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 529, as well as observing customer reviews on Google regarding the layout of the company. The results showed that Honda Naga Mas Motor Bandung implements an efficient office layout strategy, because the applied office layout can optimize customer satisfaction through positive reviews related to the existing office layout in the company with evidenced of customers who feel more comfortable and easy to get service at the office because of the good office layout. These findings can provide insight and awareness to other motorcycle dealer companies regarding the importance of the right office layout strategy for optimal customer satisfaction.    

This article discusses the integration of business information systems with machine learning technology to enhance decision-making efficiency and accuracy. The objective of this research is to implement machine learning algorithms into business information systems to automatically process and analyze data, predict business trends, and provide more intelligent recommendations. The methods involve collecting historical data from business information systems, applying machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, or clustering, and integrating the analysis results into the BI platform. The outcome is an enhanced capability of business information systems to optimize supply chains, identify consumer behavior patterns, and optimize marketing strategies based on more accurate predictions. Integrating machine learning technology with business information systems proves to be an effective strategy for improving a company's competitiveness in the current digital era.  

This study analyzes the impact of the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) Program on the property investment sector in Medan City. The PTSL program aims to provide legal certainty over land ownership rights, which leads to an increase in property value and attracts investors. This research employs a qualitative approach through direct observation during an internship at the Medan City Land Office. The findings indicate that PTSL positively contributes to the growth of property investments by enhancing legal certainty, improving bureaucratic efficiency, and increasing regional tax revenues. However, challenges such as low public awareness and limited human resources remain. Therefore, more intensive public outreach and improved staff competence are necessary to optimize the program’s implementation.

Currently, social media is considered a convenient tool for facilitating product transactions. However, not all marketers possess effective strategies for promoting their products on social media. This study aims to analyze the relationship between promotion and tourists’ purchase intention toward processed carica products in the Dieng Highlands. The research was conducted from February to March 2024, involving 100 respondents and analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings reveal a significant relationship between promotion and tourists’ purchase intention toward processed carica products in the Dieng Highlands. Promotion contributed 30.5% to purchase intention, while the remaining 69.5% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Carica-based MSMEs in the Dieng Highlands optimize their promotion strategies through tourist recommendations and digital marketing. They actively use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and market their products through e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. These efforts aim to enhance accessibility, attract consumer interest, and expand market reach.

In a business environment, a company will definitely look for ways to improve employee performance and productivity. To increase employee productivity, of course, companies must optimize facilities and infrastructure to support employee productivity. The use of facilities and infrastructure such as office automation system technology is used to facilitate activities in office processes, increase efficiency in work, reduce errors caused by humans. This research examines the use of office automation systems at PT X in supporting office operational work. The research process uses a qualitative approach with literature studies through previous research in the form of relevant journals and theories to obtain secondary data. This research took place for 1 month from April 2024 to May 2024.  The results showed that the integration of automation systems at PT X had an impact on a significant increase in employee productivity and performance. The results of this study are expected to be an impetus for other organizations to adopt the use of automation technology in an effort to improve the productivity and performance of their employees, and produce a positive impact on the entire organization.  

This community service article aims to optimize and revitalize the various tourism potentials of Mojogebang village, especially the potential for community-based tourism to improve the economy of village residents. The efforts made are through formal outreach as well as ongoing direct approaches and guidance to village residents in realizing Mojogebang village as a community-based tourism village. Our findings in the field are that there are several tourism potentials that have not been explored and have not received optimal attention from policy makers, namely the local government. By involving Bumdes and Pokdarwis as well as the private sector and the wider community who are concerned about tourism potential, we are trying to involve active community participation to jointly realize the optimization and revitalization of village potential that has not been explored and touched by community creativity. The result of this community service is the emergence of awareness from all parties about the importance of exploring tourism potential in the village, and realizing it in concrete form regarding various superior village tourism which is able to make Mojogebang village one of the tourist village destinations.  

This study aims to analyze the role of private equity in resolving failed banks following the 2008 financial crisis and its impact on financial stability. Using a qualitative literature review method, this research examines 30 related studies covering restructuring efficiency, capital stability, operational innovation, and market concentration risks. The findings indicate that private equity can expedite the resolution of failed banks through effective restructuring and improved operational efficiency. However, challenges such as moral hazard risks and market concentration require strict regulatory oversight. The contribution of private equity to financial stability is contextual, depending on market structures and local regulations. This research provides strategic insights for policymakers to optimize the benefits of private equity in the financial sector.

Real-time data management plays a crucial role in Internet of Things (IoT) applications that require fast and efficient data processing and analysis. This article aims to explore various methods of real- time data management used in the context of IoT. These methods encompass data collection, transmission, storage, and real-time analytics. The primary focus is on enhancing the efficiency of IoT data management and minimizing delays in decision-making based on incoming data. The outcomes of this approach are expected to optimize the performance of IoT applications by providing rapid responsiveness to continuously flowing data. Thus, the article summarizes the objectives, methods, and outcomes of implementing real-time data management for high-performance and optimal responsiveness in IoT applications.

Literature analysis indicates that learning techniques involving various sensory modalities and educational technology can stimulate new neural pathways, strengthening language comprehension and memory. Studies focused on Arabic language learning highlight that traditional approaches are less effective compared to more interactive and communicative methods. The use of technology such as mobile applications and augmented reality provides a dynamic and engaging learning experience for students. Practical recommendations include developing more interactive curricula, utilizing educational technology, and training educators in neurolinguistic techniques. This research emphasizes the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to enhance the effectiveness of Arabic language learning, providing insights and strategies to optimize language learning through a better understanding of brain plasticity and neurolinguistics.

This research examines the need for correspondence management training for administrative staff through a literature review from various related literature sources. Correspondence management is an important activity in office administration, but often does not receive adequate attention. This can cause problems such as mail flow jams, loss of important documents, and slow administration processes. To overcome this problem, appropriate training is needed for administrative staff so that they can manage correspondence effectively and efficiently. Through searching various journals, books and other literary sources, information was obtained about the importance of correspondence management, the obstacles faced by administrative staff, as well as best practices in managing correspondence. From the literature review, relevant training needs for administrative staff were identified, such as digital archiving, handling confidential letters, and the use of information technology-based correspondence management information systems. The results of this literature research provide a comprehensive picture of the needs for correspondence management training for administrative staff. These findings are the basis for designing training programs that suit the real needs of administrative staff, so that they can optimize correspondence management and support the smooth running of administrative processes in the organization.

Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases are neurodegenerative conditions that affect the brain, with Alzheimer's causing cognitive and behavioral decline, while Parkinson's leads to motor and non-motor impairments. Both diseases have significant impacts on the health and quality of life of patients, with prevalence increasing in recent years. Although the exact causes of these diseases are still unknown, MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is widely used to detect brain activity and serves as one of the diagnostic methods. With technological advancements, intelligent systems in image processing for image classification have been extensively used and have become a popular field due to their ability to replicate human visual capabilities. Image classification is performed using various supervised learning machine learning algorithms based on the shape, texture, and color of the images. This study employs two Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures, ResNet50 and GoogLeNet, to compare the performance of these models in classifying MRI scans of patients with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. The results show that the ResNet50 model outperforms the GoogLeNet model, with parameters set to 100 epochs, a batch size of 128, a learning rate of 0.0001, and the Adam optimizer, achieving an accuracy rate of 90%.

Traditional wellness,which is an integral part of every society’s cultural heritage,offers a holistic approach to maintaining balance in the boddy,mind and spirit.This article reviews various traditional practices such as herbal medicine,acupunture,and yoga that have become and intergral part of the health care sistem in many countries.Through and understanding of energi balance,the use of medicinal plants and healing techniquesthat have beein passet down trough generations,people maintain their health while preserving the richness of their culture.The importance of maintaining sustaina bility and recoknizing traditinal health prachtices in a modern context is also discussed.By integrating traditional knowledge with contemporary medical practices,we can optimize the overall health and well-being of sociaty.  

This research describes the application of collaborative learning in Indonesian language courses at universities, identifies its benefits, and identifies the challenges faced in its implementation. This research also aims to formulate solutions that can overcome these challenges, thereby strengthening the effectiveness and success of collaborative learning in the context of teaching Indonesian in higher education. Based on the results and discussion, the conclusion that can be drawn is that collaborative learning has a strong theoretical basis from social constructivism, constructivism, social learning, and cooperative theory (Vygotsky, Piaget, Bandura, Johnson & Johnson). The implementation of collaborative learning provides significant benefits for students and lecturers, including increased motivation, material knowledge, engagement, and better interpersonal relationships. Effective implementation strategies include clarifying learning objectives, forming effective groups, providing structured assignments, facilitating interaction, and providing fair assessments. Further training and provision is needed for students and lecturers in implementing collaborative learning effectively. The development of assessment instruments that are more detailed and sensitive to individual contributions in the group can increase the objectivity of the assessment. Further research is needed to identify more efficient strategies for overcoming challenges in collaborative learning. Stronger support from universities in providing the training and resources needed to optimize the implementation of collaborative learning models  

The digital era has significantly transformed the face of education. The integration of technology in learning through digital devices, online platforms, and multimedia resources has created a dynamic learning environment and enriched the learning experience for students. However, its implementation faces challenges such as technology access gaps, lack of technology skills among educators, data privacy issues, curriculum alignment, and negative internet content. Collaboration among stakeholders is needed to address these challenges. Technology-based education offers opportunities for improving accessibility, flexibility, personalized learning, and innovative teaching methods. Interpreting the results of technology use in education is important to optimize its benefits and formulate effective implementation strategies according to diverse educational contexts.  

The focus of the discussion in this research regarding the role of literature in learning Indonesian and the importance of reading literary works in developing language skills can provide a deep understanding of how literature influences students' learning processes. The integration of literature in Indonesian language learning is still less than optimal. Therefore, efforts need to be made to optimize the role of literature. By optimizing the role of literature, it is hoped that learning Indonesian can provide maximum benefits for students. In this research, the author used a qualitative method through literature study. Literature has a significant role in learning Indonesian. Literary works can be used as a medium to develop language skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking), enrich vocabulary, understand grammar, and increase appreciation of literary works. Apart from that, literary learning also plays a role in instilling life values, building character, encouraging creativity, and increasing awareness of culture and diversity. Literature also encourages students' creativity and critical thinking, literature learning allows students to express their feelings about beautiful things.

One of the characteristics of the oil and gas sector, especially drilling activities, is High Cost, namely high operational costs. Therefore, efficient and effective use of time is necessary to reduce operational costs. Evaluation of the influence of ILT and NPT on drilling activities was carried out to find the factors that made drilling time so long. Identifying KPIs for each activity is necessary to find out what activities can be optimized. From the analysis results it was found that the Invisible Lost Time value was 33.12% (198.75 hours) and Non-Productive Time was 18.37% (110.25 hours) caused by less than optimal performance and equipment failure. The author believes that the factors causing the relatively high ILT and NPT can still be optimized so that the costs required during drilling activities are in accordance with the desired planning.    

Retail business is a business that sells a variety of products, such as daily necessities, household needs, fashion products, beauty, and electronics. One of the important factors that retailers must pay attention to in order to attract buyers to come to the store is layout management. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the layout of space in one of the retail stores located in Bogor, namely Minimarket Malabar so that its operational activities are optimal. This research was conducted using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods. ARC and TCR analysis shows that the display room becomes the highest space value of 168, meaning that the room is the most important and influential on Minimarket Malabar, so it must be in a strategic place. And the toilet becomes the lowest value of 6 which means that the toilet does not have an important influence on the layout of the Malabar Minimarket space to optimize operational activities.

In this summary, we discuss the challenges and benefits of AI in office data protection, focusing on enhancing information security.The first challenge is the increasing complexity of cyber attacks. Attackers are constantly looking for new vulnerabilities and using more sophisticated attack techniques to breach security systems. Adequate data protection is needed to address this challenge and prevent unauthorized access to critical company information. Additionally, a lack of knowledge about managing and monitoring security systems is a major challenge for many businesses.However, the use of AI to protect office data offers several advantages. First, AI's ability to quickly and accurately detect security threats aids in early detection of cyber attacks. Predictive analysis supported by AI can also detect dangerous patterns and prevent attacks before they occur. Furthermore, using AI to automate security processes can optimize operational efficiency and accountability for events that occur. AI-based security can significantly reduce the risk of data breaches and cyber attacks.The use of AI technology in office data protection is not only a supportive tool but also an innovative and efficient solution to address increasingly complex challenges in information security. We hope this overview provides a deeper understanding of the challenges and benefits of AI in protecting office data, as well as efforts to optimize information security in this digital era.  

Effective and efficient workshop management is a crucial element in the shipbuilding industry to ensure smooth production processes and quality final results. In an effort to increase efficiency and productivity, this research optimizes workshop management from equipment to monitoring project work on this system. Especially in the HO (Hull Outfitting) system at PT. PAL INDONESIA. The case study method was used to collect data from field observations, interviews with relevant personnel and analysis of documentation related to application implementation. This application facilitates more detailed real-time monitoring of workshop activities, allowing managers to quickly identify and resolve operational problems and take necessary corrective actions. The use of this application also aims to improve equipment and material management with more efficient scheduling and better integration between various departments. Implementing the HO (Hull Outfitting) system in applications also provides additional benefits, such as more integrated and comprehensive project management, better monitoring of the condition of workshop equipment, and reduced risk of errors and delays. With a web-based application, the equipment calibration and maintenance process is more structured, transparent and responsive to changes. These findings underline the importance of information technology in supporting the optimization of workshop management and increasing productivity in the shipbuilding industry.
