Restitution for child victims of serious criminal abuse is a human right guaranteed under the legislation. Indonesia Child Protection Law explicitly contains provisions regarding special protection for children who are victims of physical violence, established through several measures such as treatment and rehabilitation, psychosocial assistance as well as providing protection and assistance in every judicial process. In line with that, the victimology perspective developed in Indonesia's criminal law system also recognizes the vulnerable position of victims in the law enforcement process, thus requiring further action in the form of restitution for criminal victimization. However, in its implementation, inconsistencies in law application by law enforcers and societal factors often hinder the fulfillment of holistic restitution, which creates injustice for child victims whose rights are only partially fulfilled. Therefore, this research aims to examine the fulfillment of restitution for child victims of serious criminal abuse through the victimology perspective. This study employs a normative juridical methodology with a statutory approach and study case on South Jakarta District Court Decision number 297/Pid.B/2023/PN Jkt.Sel.. The data used in this study is secondary data and analyzed descriptively to provide a concise overview following the progressivity of children's rights protection who are victims of serious criminal abuse under Indonesian law. The findings of this study convey that the implementation of legal protection for child victims of serious criminal offense in South Jakarta District Court Decision number 297/Pid.B/2023/PN Jkt.Sel. by law enforcers has not been fully maximized and complies with the related laws as the main legal basis for the fulfillment of the right to restitution.

Bullying is any form of bullying or violence that is intentionally perpetrated by a stronger individual or group of people with the aim of inflicting physical, emotional, or psychological harm on others. Bullying can occur anywhere, including at school, and can be carried out by teachers, students, or adults in the school environment. Many cases of bullying today attract the attention of practitioners to intervene with victims of bullying. One of them is MR, a junior high school student who is a victim of bullying at his school. He often received treatment that indicated bullying from classmates. Through this activity, practitioners are interested in intervening with MR (client) regarding the bullying case he experienced. The purpose of this activity is to examine the causes of bullying against clients and help make behavioral changes in clients such as communication skills and increased self-confidence. The method used is casework intervention in identifying client problems. The results showed that the client became more confident when communicating with others and speaking in front of people and began to dare to defend himself if he received treatment that indicated bullying.

Bacteria are microorganisms that require adequate media and nutrients to grow and develop. The media commonly used to grow bacteria is Nutrient agar media, but the price of Nutrient agar media is quite expensive. Corn cobs are lignocellulosic wastes that contain nutrients that can meet the nutritional requirements of bacterial growth media. This study aims to investigate the viability of corn cobs as a cost-effective alternative to Nutrient agar media. Specifically, we explore the variance in bacterial colony growth when utilizing corn cobs as a growth medium for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Employing a true experimental design with a posttest-only control structure, we analyze the treatment's effects using the One Way ANOVA test and Independent Sample T-test. These statistical methods enable us to discern differences between groups utilizing corncob media with and without added sugar. Our findings reveal noteworthy insights into bacterial colony growth. For Escherichia coli, the average number of colonies on corncob media with sugar was 222 CFU/ml, on corncob media without sugar, it was 164 CFU/ml, and on Nutrient agar media, it reached 361 CFU/ml. In the case of Staphylococcus aureus, colonies on corncob media with sugar averaged 871 CFU/ml, on corncob media without sugar, they averaged 657 CFU/ml, and on Nutrient agar media, they reached 942 CFU/ml.Statistical analysis using the One Way ANOVA test for both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus demonstrated p-values <0.05, signifying significant differences in their growth on corncob media with sugar, corncob media without sugar, and Nutrient agar media. Furthermore, the Independent Sample T-test results for both bacterial strains yielded p-values <0.05, indicating dissimilar growth patterns on corncob media with sugar compared to corncob media without sugar. In conclusion, our study underscores significant disparities in the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria among Nutrient agar media, corncob media with sugar, and corncob media without sugar. Notably, we observed a marked increase in bacterial colony counts on corncob media with sugar and corncob media without sugar.

Confinement still often occurs until now, especially to people with mental disorders (ODGJ), but ODGJ have the same rights as normal people in general. Some of their rights are the right to be free from torture or cruel treatment, free from exploitation and free from violence. Therefore, the act of shackling is not in accordance with our positive law. The main problems of this research are: (1) How is the juridical review of sanctions against perpetrators of shackling people with mental disorders (ODGJ)? (2) How is the ideal arrangement related to legal protection of victims of shackling people with mental disorders (ODGJ)? This research is a normative research using library research techniques and the results of this research are analyzed qualitatively. This research found several things: (1) The juridical review of the provisions of criminal sanctions for perpetrators of shackling people with mental disorders (ODGJ) has not been regulated in detail in Law Number 18/2014 on Mental Health. However, it is related to Article 333 of the Criminal Code on Deprivation of Independence, where individuals who act to confine or perpetrators of shackling can be subject to criminal sanctions in the form of 8 years imprisonment with the element of intentionally depriving someone of their freedom or acting unlawfully, a maximum of 9 years imprisonment if the action causes serious injury, and 12 years imprisonment if the victim dies. (2) The ideal arrangement related to the legal protection of victims of ODGJ confinement has been regulated in Law Number 18 Year 2014 on Mental Health which ensures that everyone has a high quality of life, mental health, free from stress, and other conditions that exacerbate mental problems. In Article 4 paragraph 1 of the Mental Health Law, legal protection of ODGJ as victims of confinement in stocks is carried out through several actions, namely: promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative.
