This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.

Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.

Community service with counseling steps carried out by the Extension Team of the Department of History Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Ivet University in Purwoyoso Village, Ngaliyan District, Semarang City, has succeeded in increasing public awareness of the importance of a healthy environment and making absorption through Biopori. Human life, cannot be separated from the environment around the house where you live. Both the natural environment and the social environment. We breathe requires air from the environment. Eating, drinking, keeping healthy, everything involves the environment. From the environment, humans can take advantage of parts of the environment such as animals, plants, water, air, sunlight, salt, wood, mining products and so on for their daily needs. But it is not only humans who live like that. Other living things such as animals and microbial animals and plants can also live because of their environment. A healthy environment in the form of shady plants and trees can be a source of oxygen and become a shelter for residents. Apart from being a shelter for residents, it is also a place for residents to chat and play with children. The role of Biopores is also important, as water infiltration when it rains so that it can provide water for the plants around it, so that the plants around it become fertile.

Hypertension is nicknamed the silent killer because it is a disease without symptoms. This refers to a condition where blood pressure increases beyond normal limits, namely systolic pressure ≥140 mmHg and diastolic pressure <90 mmHg. Educational activities and detection of hypertension symptoms were carried out because the incidence rate was still high in the Maccini Sawah Health Center Working Area. This service is carried out with the target of people aged ≥ 40 years so that they can maintain a healthy lifestyle and have the knowledge, attitudes and skills to implement the principles of healthy living for every community. The aim of this service is to increase public awareness, understanding of prevention, lifestyle changes and increased participation in health decisions. The method for implementing this community service is education and blood pressure checks carried out simultaneously. There were 23 people who took part in this activity. The activity ran smoothly and well where the people who had been invited to take part in the education and detection of hypertension symptoms had followed it to completion with a total of 20 families participating. There are still many people who do not have their health checked at the health center. The community health center needs to carry out a door to door visit program to increase the coverage of the P2M program and reduce morbidity due to non-communicable diseases, especially hypertension.
