An information system is used to manage and present data so that it benefits an organization. Effective financial management is crucial for government agencies, including the Medan City Transportation Department, to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial records. However, the manual method still used has weaknesses, such as recording errors and reporting delays. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based financial information system to address these issues. The system features transaction recording, financial reporting, real-time data processing, and more efficient budget management. This study uses the waterfall software development approach, which includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that this system can improve work efficiency, reduce errors in financial management, and support data-driven decision-making.

WebGIS is a web-based Geographic Information System consisting of several interrelated components. WebGIS is a combination of graphic mapping design, digital maps with geographic analysis, computer programming, and a database that are interconnected into one part of web design and mapping web. WebGIS is a GIS application distributed in a computer network to integrate and disseminate geographic information visually on the world wide web. The objectives achieved in this study are to identify the types of tourism distribution on Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency and to design and build a tourism object information system on Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency based on webGIS. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that based on the survey results, there are 22 points. Waterfall tourism consists of 7 tours, cultural tourism consists of 2, beach tourism consists of 8 and marine tourism consists of 5. Where the tourism is spread across 2 sub-districts. Where in the North Sipora sub-district there are 15 points and South Sipora 7 points. Design and Build a tourism information system for Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency using Quantum GIS as initial data processing. Along with the advancement of time, technology in the era of globalization demands that humans work more professionally, and it is required in various fields or public institutions and organizations that use computers to support operational activities and internet networks across different levels of society. SMP Negeri 4 Mauliru is one of the Junior High Schools located in Mauliru Village, Kambera District, East Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This school has a mission to improve the quality of education and always strives to provide quality guidance to its students. The payment of the Committee Fund is an agreement among the parents or guardians of students to support the school's needs that are not covered by the BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds. One of the school's operational activities that is essential for supporting the Committee Fund payment system still uses a conventional system, particularly in the preparation and payment of the committee fund, where a ledger book is still used for recording payments. This results in a long process and frequent errors in ledger book entries. The Committee Fund is a recurring payment that students must pay to the school once a month. The purpose of this research is to create a Web-Based Committee Fund Payment Information System at SMP Negeri 4 Mauliru to facilitate the school treasurer in recording committee fund payments in the ledger book. This research uses the waterfall development method. Waterfall is the most commonly used software development model. Several stages in the waterfall model include: Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. Based on the results obtained, the average value of 70% falls within the "acceptable" range with a grade scale of "C" and adjective ratings in the "OK" category. Thus, the developed payment information system is suitable for simplifying the committee payment process for students.

Madrasah Ta'hiliyah Ibrahimy, part of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School, is a semi-formal educational institution founded in 1986 by KH. Saifuddin Maksum. This institution focuses on student education and is under the coordination of the Ibrahimy Islamic Institute (IAII). One of the main problems faced by Madrasah Ta'hiliyah is the inaccuracy in the teacher and staff payroll system, which is caused by the lack of a standardized and transparent system. Errors in calculating salaries and determining reward criteria often result in injustice, where teachers with higher experience and qualifications receive disproportionate salaries, thus reducing motivation and affecting the quality of teaching. The system method uses the waterfall model and system modeling uses use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. And the results of this study are in the form of an e-barokah application design.

This final report aims to design a website-based electronic archiving system using PHP and MyAdmin. The data collection method used by the author in this research is the field research method through interviews, observation, library research, and descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques using the waterfall method, namely the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system, which is used to develop information systems in the website creation process. This method uses a systematic and gradual approach. This electronic filing system can help companies overcome various obstacles when recording and rediscovering documents. Automating processes in the system in systematic recording and storage can save time and help provide information quickly so that the administrative process is smooth. Reduces the use of paper (less paper) because documents are stored in digital format, so documents will not pile up and can reduce the use of archive storage space. In electronic archiving, there is no longer a need to manually record the agenda for incoming and outgoing letters, because when recording transactions, incoming or outgoing letters will be automatically recorded on the agenda for incoming or outgoing letters. For the system to continue running optimally, it is recommended that companies carry out employee training, routine system maintenance, continuous development, implementation of information security policies, and regular system performance monitoring.  Implementing these recommendations is expected to increase operational efficiency and accessibility of company information

Tea plantations are an important sector in Indonesia's agricultural industry that contributes significantly to the country's economy. The success of tea cultivation is highly dependent on the quality of the seedlings, making data collection and management of tea seedlings a crucial element. However, the manual data collection process still used at PTPN4 faces various challenges such as recording errors, data loss, and information delays, which will have an impact on operational efficiency and decision making. This study analyzes the application of a web-based information system for data collection of tea seedlings in PTPN4 plantations, with a focus on the provision or stocking of seedlings. The results show that a web-based system using the waterfall method can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of data management, while facilitating integration between units in the organization.
