Human resource management supports companies to gain competitive advantage through business strategy. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of human resource management (HRM) in establishing competitive advantage in companies and to find out which employee recruitment and training are best used to increase competitive advantage. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature review data collection techniques. Based on the results of the review, it is known that competitive advantage is achieved through the company's internal environment, namely human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the company's internal environment through employee recruitment as well as employee training and development.

The differences that the Indonesian state has are often used as the basis for conflicts that occur within this country. The diversity of religions, ethnicities, races, cultures and traditions that exist often differentiates Indonesian society. These differences often become the root of a problem and ultimately result in unrest and lack of harmony in social life. In this regard, in maintaining the values ​​of diversity, the Ministry of Religion provides religious moderation to handle any differences that occur. The Ministry of Religion never tires of promoting Religious Moderation, because with this, peace, tranquility and an attitude of tolerance between communities can be realized. Maintaining the value of diversity is not an easy thing, nowadays there are often divisions between communities, discrimination between communities, groupings between tribes, this is what is trying to be resolved with the existence of Religious Moderation. Maintaining diversity is not only the task of government institutions, but all members of society play a role and are responsible for this. Therefore, by promoting religious moderation, this will be the most effective way to overcome the widespread intolerance. Religious moderation will also make people aware of the importance of the value of togetherness among differences. This will look for the most appropriate way to cultivate existing diversity, making it a wealth that cannot be valued.  

This research aims to investigate the impact of students' knowledge levels in the Library and Information Science program on their talent management as future job seekers. In an increasingly information-driven era, students' knowledge and competencies play a pivotal role in preparing them for success in the job market. The research methodology employed is a case study involving students in the Library and Information Science program as the sample. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with students and faculty to understand how their knowledge influences the talent management process. Data analysis was conducted using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the study indicate that the knowledge acquired by students in the Library and Information Science program significantly influences their talent management process. Students with broader and deeper knowledge tend to be better prepared and more confident in managing their talents. Interviews also revealed the pivotal role of faculty in assisting students in developing their knowledge and talents.

In life in the world of work there are bound to be things that contradict employees' performance of their work. Of course, there are still odd things found while working that do not immediately support the values ​​of a job, with this, human resources have a very important role and need to be given serious attention. Employees or employees are human resources who are very vital in improving the performance or even progress of an organization. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the extent of the influence of human resource development on employee performance in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch. The results of research carried out in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, which used an interview method with office employees, the researchers obtained results, which turned out to be by all means and development of human resources in this office such as training, evaluating and improving performance makes human resources in this office better. By using qualitative methods through interview techniques with employees in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, it is hoped that the data received will be data that can be trusted and has good value. Apart from that, the researcher also refined it by looking for several references from previous studies so that the content of the results produced would be even better.

Trade is an activity of exchanging goods and services based on mutual agreement without any element of coercion. Import and export activities are economic activities that cannot be separated from trade and are a unity that can encourage the improvement and growth of the economy in a country. The purpose of this research is to focus on the effect of import-export on economic growth, the evaluation of the contribution of Customs, and the role of international trade supervision. Customs or customs authorities in Indonesia, known as Customs and Excise, are the gateway to international trade. Customs manages state finances and implements state revenue through import duties and excise. The results of this study show that Indonesia's economic growth is influenced by global economic growth. In the first quarter of 2023, export activity weakened with the moderation of international commodity prices which supported the exports of North Sumatra Province. Export performance in North Sumatra grew 2.45% (yoy), lower than the previous quarter which amounted to 9.77% (yoy). Export activities in Indonesia are one of the efforts made by the government to follow the development of industrialization every year. Competition between products in foreign markets depends on price, quality, and quality of goods are important factors in competing in export activities.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of legal counsel in upholding the legal rights and obligations of clients in the criminal justice process as well as the obstacles faced in Atambua District Court, Belu Regency. The research method used in this research is Empirical research. The result of this research is that the role of Legal Counsel in upholding the rights and legal obligations of clients in the criminal justice process at the Atambua District Court of Belu Regency is to provide legal assistance, uphold the human rights of suspects or defendants in court. The obstacles faced by counsel in upholding the rights and legal obligations of clients are that the BAP made by investigators is often denied and denied its truth and legality. The effort of legal counsel in facing the obstacles of assisting suspects or defendants in the Atambua District Court of Belu Regency is to escort the case until the verdict at the court level.

Maros is one of the districst that has interesting tourist attractions known as waterfalls, so that for the sake of sustainability the role of the local government of Maros regency is needed. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, with a sample of 15 people consisting of employees, officers, and the community. Base on the results of the research, it showns that the government’s role as a regulator is always balancing, between the wishes of tourists and tourist objects in bantimurung Nasional Park. A side from being a regulator, the government is also a facilitator, motivator, and dynamicator.

Directors have a crucial role in the company, with the potential for actions that are not in accordance with corporate governance that can be detrimental and cause conflicts of interest, threatening the company's growth. In this context, Good Corporate Governance becomes crucial as a supervision to prevent detrimental actions. This article discusses Directors' Transactions involving Conflicts of Interest and legal certainty of director actions. The research uses normative juridical methods, with a statutory regulatory approach as the basis. Actions or transactions with a conflict of interest are considered not to be a legal problem if they are carried out in good faith, in accordance with KEP-412/BL/2009. However, a different view emerges from the principles of good corporate governance which suggest avoiding transactions with conflicts of interest. The research conclusion confirms that directors, as holders of trust, cannot be held responsible for losses if they act in good faith. Although the law allows transactions with conflicts of interest, the principles of good corporate governance emphasize the importance of avoiding actions that involve conflicts of interest in order to maintain the principles of good corporate governance.

This research aims to provide information about Corn Maintenance Strategies in Bahal Batu III. Corn is a staple food along with rice, and can be used in various dishes as a side dish or snack. Corn not only contains carbohydrates, but also contains enough nutrients and crude fiber as a staple food which has a positive impact on health. Corn is also a substitute food or supplement for humans. Using the right amount of fertilizer will make corn plants grow more optimally. Measuring the growth of productive corn plants by applying various types of compound fertilizer to land in Bahal Batu III village and determining the most suitable type of compound fertilizer for the growth and yield of corn plants on the land. The survey was carried out on the land of Bahal Batu III village. Apart from that, corn can also be used as food for the community and has increased the price of corn consumption in society as a whole. Phosphorus is important for plant growth and yield, playing important roles such as encouraging flower and grain formation and strengthening thatch to prevent dropping and improve quality. The research results showed that even with different complex fertilizer compositions, all the parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, ear length, ear diameter, number of seeds per row, seed weight per ear, and yield potential.

This research discusses public information in the Pademangan Sector Police. Public information is an important part of public administration. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. This research aims to analyze and document the application of customary criminal law in dealing with criminal acts in the Marind Tribe of Merauke. The Marind tribe of Merauke, as a community group that maintains traditional values and local wisdom, has a unique customary criminal law system that is deeply rooted in their traditions. The research results show that the customary criminal law system in this tribe plays an important role in maintaining social order and maintaining harmony among community members. The application of customary criminal law in the Marind Tribe of Merauke involves a process of deliberation, consensus, and the formation of collective decisions by traditional stakeholders. The decision includes traditional sanctions that reflect social norms and local wisdom values. Apart from that, this research also identifies the challenges and obstacles faced in implementing customary criminal law, especially in facing rapid changes in the social and economic environment. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the dynamics of the application of customary criminal law in modern society. This research offers promise for criminal justice by providing findings that can help create a more effective and balanced approach to addressing criminal behavior. Combining traditional criminal law with a formal legal system can lead to a better and more efficient system for handling criminal activity.

Good corporate governance is considered important in supporting company growth and sustainability. The method used is the normative legal research method, which is a research approach that focuses on the analysis and interpretation of existing legal norms. This research uses secondary data, such as statutory regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and the opinions of scholars as the main source of information. It is hoped that the results of this research can identify the role of the Board of Commissioners in improving good corporate governance. The legal perspective will provide an understanding of the regulatory framework that governs corporate governance, while implementation will evaluate the effectiveness of practices carried out by the Board of Commissioners. In this research, it is hoped that challenges and obstacles faced by the Board of Commissioners will be discovered in carrying out their role as well as recommendations for increasing their effectiveness. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to understanding the importance of the role of the Board of Commissioners in creating good corporate governance in a legal context.

Gay youth communication on social media is divided into two types, namely verbal and non-verbal. The aim of this study is to examine the interconnection between financial distress, audit tenure, and profitability concerning the endorsement of the going concern audit opinion, with earnings persistence serving in a moderating role. The method applied in this study is descriptive statistical analysis with a numerical methodology. The findings of the research suggest that the duration of audit tenure and the level of profitability negatively exert an impact on approval of the going concern audit opinion. Conversely, financial distress has been demonstrated to possess a substantial impact on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions. Furthermore, the persistence of earnings intensifies the impact of financial distress and profitability on the approval of the audit opinion regarding the entity's ability to continue its operations, whereas it diminishes the impact of audit tenure on the approval of the going concern audit opinion.

Drug abuse is a serious problem that threatens the security and welfare of people around the world, including in Indonesia. The Bandar Lampung region, being one of the major cities in Lampung Province, is not immune to the negative impact of drug trafficking. The importance of handling drug cases has become a central issue in the context of national security and social welfare. To overcome this problem, the role and authority of the police as law enforcers is crucial. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive analysis. This research aims to find out about the duties and authority of the police in facing drug challenges. The result of this research is that police synergy efforts between various law enforcement agencies and the government, such as those in the Bandar Lampung area, can provide many benefits and help improve the effectiveness of drug handling.
