This final project aims to examine how cinematographic techniques are applied by the Director of Photography (DoP) to enhance the delivery of visual messages in the feature video "Ibu untuk Bumi", which highlights the role of mothers in shaping sustainable lifestyle habits within the family. This research employs a qualitative approach using a production study method. The author was directly involved as the DoP, designing the visual concept from pre-production to post-production. The analyzed elements include composition arrangement, camera angle selection, shot type, camera movement, and lighting. Shots such as medium shots and close-ups were used to build emotional closeness between the subject and the audience. The lighting system combined key light, fill light, and back light to create a natural atmosphere that supports the narrative. The results show that consciously designed cinematographic techniques can reinforce the message of a feature video, especially when the visual narrative focuses on everyday life relatable to the audience. This work demonstrates that the DoP plays a vital role in delivering social messages and shaping a reflective and empathetic viewing experience.

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style and work environment have on employee performance at Company X. In this study, the method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires measured with a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, where the entire employee population is sampled in this study. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests such as linearity tests, hypothesis tests, and multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of 4.753 which is greater than the t table of 1.663, indicating a partial influence of leadership style on employee performance. Likewise, the work environment variable also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value of 3.619 which is greater than the t table of 1.663. Analysis using the F-test shows that leadership style and work environment together have a significant influence on employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 12.823, which is greater than the F-table of 3.108, and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance at Company X. Therefore, the company needs to pay attention to both factors to improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Home Industry Ice Cream El Fariz. The background of this research highlights the importance of adaptive human resource management in small business environments, where interpersonal relationships and informal organizational structures significantly impact work effectiveness. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, in which data were collected through questionnaires from 30 employees as respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on employee performance. The findings indicate that neither leadership style nor work environment has a statistically significant effect on employee performance, as both variables showed p-values greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, the model was also found to be insignificant, with the F-statistic falling below the critical value. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.199, suggesting that only 19.9% of the variation in employee performance could be explained by the model, while the remaining 80.1% is influenced by other factors outside the study. These results imply that in the context of a home industry, informal factors such as intrinsic motivation, social bonds, and organizational culture play a more dominant role in shaping employee performance than the formal variables examined. This research provides practical insights for small business owners to adopt more contextual and relationship-based managerial approaches in enhancing workforce productivity.

This research aims to examine the influence of the command teaching style on students' long service skills in badminton games at SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. The study employed an experimental design with a randomized control group using pre-test and post-test assessments. The participants consisted of 22 students divided into experimental and control groups, each comprising 11 students. Data were gathered using a long service skill test. The results of the t-test analysis showed a significant difference, with tcount = 8.28 exceeding ttable = 2.086. These findings indicate that the command teaching style effectively enhances students' long service abilities in badminton.

This quantitative study seeks to ascertain the impact of organizational culture and leadership style on the work motivation of the “Melati Muda” mosque youth group in Suryowijayan, Yogyakarta.  The research had 46 active participants chosen through purposive sampling.  Data were gathered via questionnaires employing a Likert scale.  “The data were examined with multiple linear regression through IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The t-test results indicated that leadership style has a considerable impact on work motivation, although organizational culture does not have a meaningful partial influence.  The F-test demonstrates that both factors collectively exert a considerable influence on work motivation.  The Adjusted R Square value of 0.215 signifies that the independent variables account for 21.5% of the variance in work motivation, whilst the remaining 78.5% is affected by factors not analyzed in this study.  These findings underscore the significance of proficient leadership in augmenting motivation within faith-based youth groups.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, leadership style, and work environment on employee performance at Bale Ayu Resto. Using a quantitative approach with a survey involving 41 respondents, the results of the analysis show that work motivation and work environment have a significant positive influence on employee performance, with significance values ​​of 0.003 and 0.008, respectively. On the other hand, leadership style does not show a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.507. Overall, the three independent variables together affect employee performance, as reflected in the F value of 6.679 and the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.761. These results indicate that work motivation and work environment are the main factors that affect performance, while leadership style needs further attention to improve employee work results.

Penyakit tidak menular (PTM), termasuk diabetes mellitus, menjadi masalah kesehatan utama yang membutuhkan deteksi dini. Pemeriksaan kadar gula darah merupakan metode screening yang efektif untuk mendeteksi risiko diabetes. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Lapangan Pemuda Kutacane, Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara, pada Mei 2025. Sebanyak 102 orang yang aktif berolahraga diperiksa kadar gula darahnya menggunakan glucometer standar. Hasilnya menunjukkan 17 orang (16,7%) memiliki kadar gula darah > 200 mg/dL, mengindikasikan risiko diabetes, sementara 85 orang (83,3%) dalam batas normal. Edukasi tentang gaya hidup sehat juga diberikan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya screening dan edukasi berkelanjutan untuk mencegah PTM.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta. The population and sample in this study were Pamela Tiga Yogyakarta employees totaling 45 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey method and data analysis using SmartPLS with Concurrent Validity test, Loading Factor, Average Variane Extracked (AVE), Discriminant Validity, Fornel Larcker, Cross Loading, Reliability, Cronbach Alpha, Composite Reliability, R Square and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that there was no positive and significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on employee performance (Y) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, there was a positive and significant effect of Compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, there was a positive and significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on Work Motivation (Z) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, There is a positive and significant effect of Compensation (X2) on Work Motivation (Z) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, There is a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation (Z) on employee performance (Y) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, There is no positive and significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on employee performance (Y) mediated by Work Motivation (Z) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, There is no positive and significant effect of Compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) mediated by Work Motivation (Z) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta.

An unhealthy lifestyle can increase the risk of blood vessel damage, heart disease, and hypertension, as well as increase Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP). Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between lifestyle and Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) in elderly hypertensive patients based on transcultural nursing at the Rawalele Community Health Center. Method: This study is a correlational analytic study using the Spearman Rank research design. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The total sample size was 157 respondents. The research instruments used were a lifestyle questionnaire and a digital sphygmomanometer. The Spearman Rank test results obtained a p-value of 0.000. Results: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between lifestyle and Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) in elderly hypertensive patients based on transcultural nursing at the Rawalele Community Health Center. With a p-value <0.05, it can be said that the variables are significantly correlated or related. This study is expected to provide a comparison for future researchers in educating and understanding lifestyle factors that can influence Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) in elderly hypertensive patients.

Songs as a way to channel emotions, feelings and a message, where the emotions, feelings and messages conveyed can sound more beautiful with the use of linguistic styles in it. Just like Nadin Amizah with her song “Berpayung Tuhan” which uses a lot of linguistic styles that make the song so beautiful and has a deep meaning. This study aims to interpret the language style and meaning contained in Nadin Amizah's song “Berpayung Tuhan” using qualitative research methods. The results of this study found that the song “Berpayung Tuhan” means about a strong relationship between two individuals both physically and emotionally so that the presence of one of them can provide a sense of security, comfort and bring happiness and also the protection of God, hope, trust and even love that describes the life journey of someone who is loved even though there is a lot of distance between them goodness, happiness and peace will continue to remain and grow wherever they are. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the demonstration method in improving the understanding of the concept of force in grade 1 elementary school students. The approach used is a literature study by reviewing various current scientific sources from 2021 to 2025. The results of the study show that the demonstration method is able to transform abstract concepts into concrete experiences that are easy for students to understand. Through demonstrations, students can see firsthand the application of force in everyday life, making it easier to understand. This method also increases students' active involvement, trains observation skills, and supports visual and kinesthetic learning styles. In its implementation, the success of the demonstration method is largely determined by the readiness of the teacher, the use of simple language, a variety of teaching aids, and repetition of activities to strengthen memory. Common obstacles faced include limited tools, time, and teacher skills in designing effective demonstrations. Therefore, school support and collaboration between teachers are key to optimizing the implementation of this method. In conclusion, the demonstration method is an effective learning strategy to improve the understanding of the concept of force, because it is in accordance with the cognitive development stage of early elementary school students who are in the concrete operational phase.   Keywords: demonstration method, concept of force, elementary school students, science learning, concrete activities  

Nyeri punggung bawah (low back pain) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan muskuloskeletal yang sering terjadi di masyarakat, terutama pada kelompok usia produktif dan lanjut usia. Di Desa Tanjung Anom, kasus nyeri punggung bawah cukup tinggi akibat gaya hidup tidak aktif, posisi kerja yang salah, serta kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan dan penanganan mandiri. Kegiatan edukasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola nyeri punggung bawah melalui pendekatan self-care management. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah edukasi interaktif, demonstrasi latihan peregangan dan penguatan otot, serta pembagian leaflet sebagai media informasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 85% dan kemampuan praktik mandiri sebesar 75% dalam melakukan teknik self-care, seperti senam punggung, teknik relaksasi, dan ergonomi sederhana dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Edukasi self-care management terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat Desa Tanjung Anom untuk mencegah dan mengatasi nyeri punggung bawah secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi model intervensi promotif-preventif yang dapat direplikasi di desa lain dengan masalah serupa.

Work enthusiasm is one of the efforts that can be made to optimize employee performance. There are several important factors that can affect employee work enthusiasm, including leadership style, compensation, and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and work motivation on employee work enthusiasm at the Kediri City Education Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach through Likert scale data. The sample in this study amounted to 69 respondents taken from the total number of employees using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear analysis, t-test, and f-test processed using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study prove that leadership style, compensation, and work motivation partially have a significant effect on work enthusiasm. Also, simultaneously leadership style, compensation, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee work enthusiasm.

Generation Z consists of people born from 1995 to 2010. This generation has been familiar with technology since childhood. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and characteristics of generation Z employee members. This study uses a systematic literature review to identify and analyze the transformational leadership style on the characteristics of generation Z employee members, so that it can be used as a reference for future research and to help organizations understand better what they are doing. The results show that there is a match between transformational leadership style and the characteristics of generation z who value flexibility, collaboration, and innovation, often preferring workspaces that allow social interaction. Transformational leadership style is beneficial to improve the spirit, performance and participation of generation Z in public, business and social organizations.

The purpose of this study is to determine the style of language used by Jay Asher in Thirteen Reasons Why and to find the dominant type of language style in Jay Asher's Thirteen Reasons Why. The research method used is qualitative. The results of this study are based on the theory of language style according to Keraf. The style of language that is widely used in this novel is of the 25 styles of language found, there are as many as 16 data (64%) are personification language styles, 5 data (20%) are ironic language styles, 2 data (8%) are figurative language Antiphrasis, 1 data (4%) is an allusion style, and 1 data (4%) is a metaphor style. Personification style is in the first place and is the dominant style of language used in Jay Asher's novel Thirteen Reasons Why.

Song lyrics are often a vehicle for creatively conveying messages and social criticism. The song Peradaban by Feast is one example, where various forms of satire are delivered in a sharp and meaningful style. This study aims to identify and analyze the use of sarcasm in the song. Using qualitative descriptive methods and semantic approaches, the researcher examines the forms of sarcasm and the meaning behind the lyrics used. The results show that the song contains various types of language styles such as sarcasm, hyperbole, irony, and metaphors that convey concerns about injustice, colonialism, and social identity crises. This study shows that song lyrics can be a powerful medium for voicing social criticism in a subtle but still effective manner.

The revision of Law No. 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI Law) on March 20, 2025, particularly regarding the expanded placement of active military personnel in civilian positions, has sparked concerns about the return of Dwifungsi ABRI. This study critically analyzes whether this expanded role can be categorized as a New Style Dwifungsi and its implications for democratic consolidation in Indonesia. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review, this research examines the historical roots of Dwifungsi ABRI, the crucial changes in the 2025 TNI Law revision, and analyzes the concerns of civil society and academics. The findings indicate the potential weakening of civilian supremacy, a decline in military professionalism, and accountability issues. International comparative studies underscore the importance of civilian supremacy and military neutrality in a democracy. The conclusion emphasizes the necessity of upholding democratic integrity and civilian supremacy through transparency and strict accountability in any military placement within the civilian sphere.

SUDI GUNAWAN, NIM. 16317001035. Analisis Unsur Instrinsik Puisi Surat Dari Ibu Karya Asrul Sani Oleh Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis unsur instrinsik puisi surat dari ibu karya asrul sani oleh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Lawe Sigala-gala. Metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif yang diambil dari jenis penelitian kualitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X berjumlah 116 siswa, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X IPA 1 yang berjumlah 30 siswa SMAN 1 Lawe Sigala-gala. Teknik pengumpulan data di antaranya data primer yang terdiri observasi dan tes sedangkan data sekunder hanya dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus rata-rata hitung untuk menghitung hasil dari unjuk kerja serta menggunakan rubrik penilaian, sedangkan observasi menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian  antaranya Aspek diksi mencapai nilai 66,67 dengan kategori baik. aspek imaji memperoleh nilai 62,70 berkategori cukup. aspek gaya bahasa memperoleh nilai 60,70 dengan kategori cukup, kemudian aspek anamat dengan nilai 58,70 dengan kategori cukup, sedangkan pada aspek rima memperoleh nilai 64,70 dengan kategori cukup. Secara keseluruhan hasil kemampuan menganalisis unsur instrinsik puisi “surat dari ibu” karya asrul sani oleh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala berdasarkan dari 30 siswa nilai rata-rata yaitu 56,29 berkategori Cukup.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media and social environment on the hedonistic lifestyle among contemporary adolescents. A hedonistic lifestyle, which prioritizes the pursuit of personal pleasure and material satisfaction, has become increasingly prevalent among adolescents with the rapid development of technology, especially social media. This research employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and case studies involving adolescents who are active social media users in several major cities in Indonesia. The results indicate that social media plays a significant role in shaping ideal life standards that emphasize luxury, social status, and instant gratification, which influences adolescents to pursue similar lifestyles. Additionally, the social environment, particularly family and peer groups, further strengthens adolescents' desire to gain recognition and social status through a consumerist lifestyle. The study also finds that although a hedonistic lifestyle provides momentary satisfaction, its long-term effects can be detrimental both psychologically and financially, and can worsen self-image and emotional well-being among adolescents. Therefore, it is important to provide more comprehensive education to adolescents on the wise use of social media and support the development of healthier life values within family and school environments.

Digital lifestyle has become an integral part of university students' daily lives, involving the use of social media, digital devices, and digital content consumption. The development of digital technology has positive impacts, facilitating easy access to information and social interactions. However, excessive use can lead to digital stress, which negatively affects students' mental health. This study aims to identify the key factors influencing students' digital lifestyles and analyze their relationship with stress levels. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, using a questionnaire to measure digital lifestyle, including social media usage frequency and digital device interaction duration, along with the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) to measure students' stress levels. The factor analysis results show that social media usage and prolonged interaction with digital devices are significant factors contributing to students' stress. Furthermore, sleep disturbances and social anxiety were identified as other significant factors associated with increased stress. The multivariate regression analysis confirmed that students who spent more time on social media reported higher stress levels, associated with social anxiety and sleep disturbances caused by digital addiction. This study suggests the importance of managing digital device usage and raising students' awareness of the negative impacts of excessive social media use. The findings imply the need for support from universities and mental health organizations to provide interventions that help students manage their digital lifestyles, reduce stress, and improve their mental well-being.
